Best Sewer Pipe Replacement in Dallas TX

Hot water heater went out this morning. Got a new one installed same day, within hours! Very prompt and professional service from the lady who answered the phone, to the technicians who came to my house, all at a fair price. I've been a Cody & Sons customer for many years and will continue to call them whenever I need a plumber!

The men's restroom at my business was flooding water throughout the night coming out of the walls. In emergency we called this company to come out and stop the water so it didn't leak on to the other suites. They were nice over the phone and disbatched 2 plumbers out as soon as they could. When they got there they quickly found the issue. They did a search for the water cut off but wasn't able to find it (not their fault and understandable). It took no more than 30 mins to assess the issue and decide they couldn't help us. Water was still flooding the plumbers hit me with a bill of $365.00 to fix absolutely nothing. He wasn't even to do the basics of turning the water off. I understand paying for a diagnosis, not a problem. The plumber explained that the evaluation is a separate $165 from the diagnosis which is $200. I told him to call his boss and spoke with Richard who insisted on talking over me, cutting me off as I tried to explain to him the issues lacked customer respect. He acted as if he didn't understand why I don't think I should pay the extra $200. Either way, he agreed to only take $165 (barely deserving). The point is, this company should give people an estimate before coming out. They never told me a price. I knew it would cost but sheeeshhhh $365 and I'm still left with the same problem is absolutely obsurd and I do NOT recommend this business. They are not in the business to help people, that's for sure.

Hammer from Hooper came to my house mid August and cleaned out a difficult to access drain between two sinks in my master bath. I paid $700+, but was happy my drains worked again. A month and a half later the drains backed up again. I called and confirmed multiple times that this was a warranty call and to send the same gentleman out Bc he was familiar with the drain he already worked. Hammer returned and charged be to clean those drain lines again telling me it’s “hard to warranty work Bc you can never tell if someone has a lot if hair and is going to clog the drain quickly.”I have called and my fiancée have called multiple times to discuss why I was charged and no one has returned a single phone call. I would advise against using this company as they do not stand by their work or return phone calls. I have also shared with the neighborhood Facebook page that recommended them Bc this level of service is not acceptable.

Don't use this company . we paid $180 for kichen sink not drain. And clogged again the next 2 days. Call them back they said we have to paid the other $400 for the same service for different equipment .be careful to use this company they all cheating people not honest at work . they run only 5 feet long line but do reported 60-70 feet long. customer service sucked really bad. Don't try them waisted your money. We gave them 1 STAR because don't have 0.

Very professional services rendered at a time most needed. Plumbers were respectful of my house, e.g., they laid runners down so they would not track dirt into the house and they were also personable, caring as to my situation, and I felt comfortable with them while they were working inside and outside of my house.I would highly recommend their company if you need good, hard working and reliable plumbers.

I recommend Dallas Plumbing Company based on my recent experience. I worked with Mark S. and John C. They did an excellent job on a complicated project involving the replacement of a sewer line under our pool house. I appreciated their thorough explanations to my many questions and concerns. They gave us options and made recommendations, rather than pushing one solution to solve this issue. I also found the office staff to be very responsive in coordinating everyone's schedules.

It is unusual to share a review for a company that never actually did any work! However, I called to ask if Atlas could send someone to deal with a sewage smell coming from our master bath. Atlas had other appointments and could not get to our house until the following day. Due to the anticipated delay, Sonny gave me a tip on what I could try to mitigate the issue immediately, that would eliminate the need for him to charge for a visit and it worked!!Nice to know there are still reputable businesses out there!
