I had a great experience with the company. The plumbers were very helpful and professional. We called them late at night and they actually picked up the phone and came right next morning. They were able to fix the clog and did visual inspection for us as we bought our new house recently. Excellent communication and service!

Great service but prices are to high

I am a first time customer and was literally blown away with the exceptional service I received from One Source Plumbing. Danny was my plumber. He was kind, courteous, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He went right to the source of problem and was done within 30 minutes. The price for repairs was quite reasonable! I feel this company was referred to me by GOD himself. I have deleted every plumber from my list of contacts as I will never call another. I don’t usually leave reviews, BUT these guys deserve praise! Thank you Danny!

Considering the fact that I called several times and no one returned my phone calls I punt on this one.

The first hint not to use this company is the fact they are so reluctant to give you any sort of price range. I understand that you cannot give me an exact price, but I did describe the issue so I would think a price range is fair. I mean is it going to be a couple hundred or a couple thousand?? People do not just have a couple thousand laying around, so I would need to plan if it is going to be that high. Regardless of that, I still asked them to come by (shame on me).They got to my house and looked at where the problem is. They told me that the issue was my sprinkler system and they gave me 2 choices of how it can be fixed. 1. They could cap off the system to stop the leak but I would not be able to use my sprinkler; or 2. They could dig up both sides of my sidewalk and replace the piping which would take much longer. I do not use my sprinkler system and I wanted this to be completed soon, so I chose option 1. They said if I wanted to replace the pipe at a later time I could. They spent a couple hours doing the work, only to tell me that that didn't fix the issue and the pipe is still leaking. They could come back tomorrow and fix the actually issue but I would still have to pay for what they did today. So basically out of the 2 choices they gave me, the second choice is what would have actually fixed the problem and the first choice did nothing. I find it ridiculous that they would tell me what the issue is, give me options and then tell me that they really just spent time fixing nothing but it will cost me $250.A decent company would have apologized and then offered to fix the real problem not charging me for the nonsense that was done today. I will not be using this company in the future not will I be recommending it to any homeowners I know.The companies response to my review is appreciated but misguided. There was no miscommunication. Bottom line, they gave me 2 choices on how to fix my leak; I chose the one that was supposed to be the quickest. The company did the work, charged me but the leak was not fix. I was never told they didn't know where the leak was coming from; in fact I was told they knew where the leak was coming from and then given 2 options on how to fix it. I also did not stop them from completing their work. The work I chose to be done was completed and since the issue was not fixed I did not want them to start an entirely new job for what should have been fixed in the first place. The response by the company seems to be intended to save face in front of possible customers as opposed to resolving a current, and possible future, customers issues.

Frederick was my plumber technician. My toilet was stoped up due to weeds in the pipes. I only have one bathroom which made this repair a high priority. He worked very hard to clear them & get my toilet working properly. He was very knowledgeable, explained each step clearly & most of all reassuring that he could fix it. I was very impressed & had no doubt about what he had to do. He also carefully explained the charges. While the necessity of the visit I was very pleased with the overall experience. He was the best!

The technician determined the defect, obtained the parts needed and fixed our faucet to correct the restricted water flow.He also checked the tankless water heater for visible signs of issues.He was very professional and thorough. We highly recommend the service and would use again.

Uriel was the representative - he is freaking good! Communicated extremely well, professional (put shoe covers on although we are doing remodeling).They get 5 star rating for doing everything well.

Called for service and they where available to come oit the same day. They were knowledgeable about the pipe system in my area and educated my through the process. I am thoroughly satisfied and definitely referring them to friends.

I don't usually write reviews and this one is about a month late. However, Matthew was so great I have to write this review. Like lots of people here, our pipes burst during the winter storm back in February and it was just a mess. Matthew was professional, figured out the problem, and had it fixed in no time. He walked us through what he was going to do and made sure everything was clear. Thanks Matthew for being awesome, and even providing a laugh or two that made this whole winter storm experience much less stressful! I know I will definitely call Mr. Rooter again if I have any plumbing issues in the future.

Highly recommend using Atlas Plumbing. I had a different plumbing company come to my house and after hours they were unsuccessful in unclogging my plumbing system. They misdiagnosed my situation entirely and suggested a repair that would have cost thousands.I called Sonny at Atlas for a second opinion and he was so gracious with his time and told me step by step how to diagnose my plumbing issue and even recommended a different company for a particular part of the diagnosis. The problem was resolved by only spending a few hundred bucks.Long story short, Atlas saved me thousands of dollars by providing honest, good old fashioned customer service. They’ve got a customer for life now and will be my first call for plumbing issues in the future. Thank you!!
