Tribeca Plumbing saved the day. During the winter storm two water lines burst in my kitchen spraying water everywhere. I got Tribeca's contact from a neighbor and called after a day of no water. Even though they were busy with emergencies all over town they answered the phone promptly, wrote up my order and showed up the next morning. They were gracious, professional, efficient, neat and repaired the burst lines perfectly. They cleaned up the mess, turned on the water main and checked the other faucets. I have never been more thankful and satisfied with a professional service. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs. They are fantastic!

Two courteous and professional men arrived and made quick work of the repair. They were masked, and even used plastic covers on their shoes to keep from tracking the snow into the house. After getting a new gas meter, a gas leak was detected. I needed to have someone out to find the leak and repair as soon as possible to have the gas reconnected. Once Source Plumbing came out the same day, found the leak, repaired it and I was able to get my gas turned on that night. The cost was a fraction of what was quoted to me by another company. The technician was very helpful, professional, informative and respectful to my property.

Fantastic work, came out later in the evening for an emergency job to replace a leaking and broken water heater drain valve. Didn't overcharge like some of the big companies would and didn't try to force me to pay for or purchase anything that I didn't need. Jason was very personable and helpful, including educating us on the best steps moving forward to save us stress and money.

I was not pleased. When the tech arrived, he stay out side and never attempted to come in. He only checked the drains out side of the home and explained to us to get a better understanding that he would need to run a camera. He said out cheapest option was to just choose the basic to just see what is wrong with the plumbing. He ran it in a few feet and stopped, then informed us that we just need to replace all pipes and quoted us a crazy amount. After that, he still did not attempt to go inside to check from other angles to see exactly what is going on. Just told us we owed him $260 and that was it. When we asked for just the documentation for where exactly was the break, he told us that is not important to us, that it does not matter since all pipes need to be replaced. Speaking again with him the next day trying to understand exactly what is the issue, he just repeated that the pipes need to be replaced. We are still not able to live in our home at the time, since we wasted money on a well known company, who we thought would not bs with us, really thought they would try and be honest people. Feeling like we were taken advantage of and lost money. Waiting for next paycheck to get another plumber out here to evaluate and provide us the specs on what we are actually dealing with.
