I was quoted an astronomical price on an AC unit. Hooper quoted me a fair price that was thousands less. I went with Hooper and they installed my new AC unit and I now have a service contract with them. Johnnie also found and remedied an issue on one of my existing AC units when he was here on my annual visit. I feel like they are knowledgeable and trustworthy and aren’t trying to sell me on extra things. I also like that they retain their technicians.

I called around 8:30 am to get a plumber to unclog our toilets in our office. Tammy answered the phone and was so helpful and polite. Juan and his helper showed up at the office within 45 min of me calling. They were both very efficient and polite. They unclogged the main line of our toilets and were gone within 30 min. The price was very affordable, I was definitely expecting a high bill considering me needed someone so last minute. If you need a plumber I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

BEWARE!!! Howard is an unethical plumber that never fixed a water heater that he was paid in advance over $600 to fix, that should have costs $50 in parts plus labor. Howard was not knowledgeable of hot water heaters or the electrical components required for installation. Howard sold me a stolen water heater that he knew would not work in my home and left with the money and stopped answering his phone. He also lied about how much he was owed for a reimbursement of parts that were never used because of the incorrect water heater that he brought. Howard is unprofessional as he does not arrive on time. We would agree to meet at 4:30 and each time he would arrive at my home after 9pm and always have an excuse as to why he was late. Howard comes off as a sincere person however it is all a scam to make you comfortable with him. I advise anyone to avoid doing business with him. I will be taking legal action against Howard and 3rd generation plumbing pros.

Pascual came out to the house to look at 3 things. Reconnect our water purification system which was disconnected during dishwasher installation. Our hand held shower did not work when installed using a diverter attached to the pipe for our rain shower. Our contractor originally told us that the drain line under the bathroom sink for the washing machine on the other side of the wall was installed in a U' shape and would make it hard for the washer to drain. So we thought that was why the water was not turned back on at the sink or the washing machine as our contractor had left us for another job without completing ours. Pascual talked about the same thing that the drain was not right, but he would have to check behind the washer to see if there was a trap there so the U drain was unnecessary and making the washer drain slowly and back up at times which I said it was doing and further stated that I wanted it fixed right even though it had been this way since I moved in 23 years ago.During our remodel, we first had our contractor install new cutoffs under all sinks and toilets. The new cutoffs were not connected to a water supply line and the old cutoffs were still under the sink to be removed.I was told there would be no charge fixing the shower unless parts were needed. I was given an estimate for over $1000 which I agreed to for reconnecting the water purification system which took about 5 min. and putting the supply lines into the bathroom sink. I agreed to this charge thinking that even though it was high that I would now have a drain for my washing machine that worked properly. I would never have agreed to this excessive charge that did not include correcting the drain pipe.He took our $20.99 nonworking diverter (advertised as a Delta to go with our other Delta parts) with him to find a replacement. Without consulting us, he got another type for $180 to install. My final bill was over $1200 and it DID NOT include correcting the drain pipe.I would never recommend Mr. Rooter or use them again myself

Extremely satisfied. They did an amazing job of setting expectations before and during the services and definitely overdelivered. Haven't had great experiences with plumbers in the past and Atlas is absolutely now my go-to for anything.

They also do business as 24 RC Connectionz. Avoid this company at all costs. A 10-day job took 2 months. They did not communicate with my insurance company and I am out the $28k cost. (I don't believe I was overcharged for the work, but having no assistance from insurance because RC can't take 10 minutes to answer the adjuster's questions when they promised to multiple times is bad business and a huge financial hit.)I have tried multiple times to contact someone that didn't just say yes and do nothing or ignore me. If you want to make this right, contact N. Kuzanek.

In the midst of a confusing and trying time due to the winter storm and subsequent flooding, Joe came out promptly and provided a level of professionalism and care that goes far beyond the call of duty.
