Called this company to fix a shower issue I had. They did fix the issue, I paid $500 but left me with another problem THAT WASNT THERE BEFORE. Instead of exemplifying good customer service, they wanted to charge me another $200 to come back out to fix the leak that was caused. I expressed to them that it wasn’t fair that I had to be charged again, on top of the $500 I already paid, for a problem that they caused. We suggested that Tribeca covers half ($100). They then came back again to only offer $182, saying they agreed to go half of what they were charging. $182 is not half of $200. The technician, receptionist and owner were not on the same page and kept giving out different quotes for parts & labor.After explaining to the owner all of this, he continued to still offered me pay $182. He didn’t acknowledge my experience & proceeded to believe I was wrong. I declined the offer & will not be using them again. I will also not recommend anybody to use them as they are more concerned about money than helping customers plumbing issuesEdit: it’s unfortunate that I can’t respond to the owners allegations. He is continuing to LIE. Technician Donnie looked at both my bathrooms, hot water was fixed but popping noise was not. It’s a shame that the company is operating like this. Donnie couldn’t even figure out why the popping noise was there.I also REPEATEDLY told the owner I wanted to be charge HALF of the quote. Half of $200 is not free. One lie after another! I stated I was leaving a bad review because he was trying to charge me for an issue his technician created. You receive bad reviews when you give terrible service. There are many other plumbing companies I’d rather give my money to who are honest & professional. As a customer, he truly did not have my best interest at heart

They took care of my AC when it broke down. I called around 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon and the manager answered the phone and said he could have someone out the next day. I received an email that they were on their way just a few minutes later. They arrived on time, quickly found the problem with a bad capacitor, changed it out, and were ready to go in no time at all. I got an email with pictures and explanations of what they did. I've had great experiences with Hooper Plumbing & Air Conditioning so far, including signing up for regular maintenance service. I highly recommend them.

These plumbers are very organized. They arrived at the specified time and said the issue was due to sediment buildup and it wasn't a big deal. The crew was well equipped and they flushed the pipe and informed me when the work was done. It was amazing.

Showed up on time, provided clear and precise instructions during the hydro jetting process and was able to confirm issues in the line, set up additional needs to move forward with scope of work.

This review is long overdue. Chad is wonderful. He came up with a plan that avoided digging through our house and foundation. All work was done outside quickly and cleanly. Chad and his team were in constant communication with us and we knew what was going to happen next at all times, and were always happy to answer our questions. Work was done on time as estimated and on budget. Couldn't ask for better service.

Jason was amazing! Hasn't even left my driveway and I'm leaving a review. Came on short notice to diagnose and discover the issue with why I wasn't getting cold water through the washer valve making doing laundry a hassle. Fixed it quickly and also fixed my running toilet that cost me so much in water bills since I moved in! Reasonable prices for parts and labor and has CC convenience. Will be my go to from now on as a new home owner. He is very busy for a reason! Thank you Jason!

This is my second time using Mr. Rooter and I'm very pleased with the service. They are responsive and professional and they're communicative about the service, the pricing, and will answer all questions. Our water heater broke down on us on one of the coldest days of the year. Unfortunately due to the treacherous road conditions, we weren't able to get someone on site, but their technician Ben Adams was able to help me troubleshoot it over the phone. He provided me with a quote and we were able to get it scheduled for the following day. Replacing it took some time, but it was well worth it. They did a thorough job, and explained the process throughout. Thank you Mr. Adams, Mo and Chris for your work to get us our hot showers back :)

Replacement HVAC system.New heat pump outside and new air handler in the attic. Professionally done with two guys who knew their trade! No cussing, no music, no trashing my house. They put drop clothes over my carpeted stairs and wore booties to cover their shoes. Very respectful to my wife and me.I used them to install some electrical work a couple months back and those two guys did an excellent job as well. I highly recommend Milestone!!
