The first time I used this company it was great!! The 2nd time it was great too until I no longer can get ahold of the 2 guys that came out to the house. I called the #s on both of their bc and called the main #, I did get a call back from a manager that said he would have both of them contact me....nothing. The camera guy suggested I get the city out and I did. The city told me that Roto Rooter guy didn't clean everything out like he said he did. Anyway, kinda feel lied to too and cheated out of 450.00! They are good but be careful they don't try to sell you something you don't need

There was some delay upfront getting the quote for my new tankless water heater installation approved due to city codes. Once that was settled, however, the rest of the process was as smooth as could be hoped. Ron and Chris and the rest of the team were very professional and courteous and advised me of their progress throughout the process. They did their best to be as quiet as possible outside of the necessary drilling. They turned the water heater on after the first day so we could still have access to hot water while they completed their work. Initially, I thought I was going to need to hire an electrician to install a new power outlet for the water heater, but Chris found a solution and was able to drill through the wall of the closet and access an outlet on the other side, which saved me time and money! When one of the crew who dug the trench for the new gas line uprooted a shrub in my backyard, Chris made a temporary mound of soil for it and watered the roots to make sure it would be survive until they could replant it. He couldn’t have known at the time, but those shrubs are my most important yard plants because they remind me of my hometown, so I am very fond of them. Finally, on the day of the city inspection, I overheard the inspector say that their work “looked really good” and gave them the green light to complete the project within a couple hours. That is the highest praise I have heard from a Richardson city inspector on a home renovation project, so I am very confident it was done well. They cleaned up the same day – for a total of 3 days for a new gas line and tankless water heater installation – all well-done and excellent service! Dallas Plumbing will be my go-to for all of my future plumbing and gas renovation projects.

These guys are the best. We've called them at least a dozen times over the last 8 years and we always get the same guy who knows his craft and does quality work. We've never had an issue with their work once it was done. I would highly recommend this company and it's services.

This was the second time I called DialOne for their service they were really thorough and fast in how to explained to me what troubles I have and jumped right into it and get it done . Fantastic work, came out later in the evening for an emergency job to replace a leaking and broken water heater drain valve. Didn't overcharge like some of the big companies would and didn't try to force me to pay for or purchase anything that I didn't need. Jason was very personable and helpful, including educating us on the best steps moving forward to save us stress and money.

Changed one part and left in 10 minutes, didn’t use snake and asked another $325.
Asked another $450 to fix the problem. This is totally waste of time. I will never use this company again. No warranty at all
