My only feedback would be to provide an estimate of services upfront even if there was a discussion of the cost of each separate item during the repair. Thanks for your help guys!

I am so relieved that I have FINALLY found a plumbing company that I will NOT hesitate to use again. My Mom is not only 92 yoa but also a Korean War Vet. I have had to watch carefully to make sure she has not been taken advantage of. I have used other well known plumbing companies, two of which have TV commercials. The prices quoted by Reeves were significantly lower than other bids, the two gentlemen that installed were kind and professional (as was the woman that took my call). My problem was fixed within a short time, and I am still smiling about the professional job they did. KUDOS to Reeves!!!! Antonio was great. He was seemingly unfazed while I swore at him loudly about how much money Public Service Plumbers wants to charge to repair my water heater, which supposedly is still under warranty. He then apologized for the expense. Antonio, you’re fantastic! Public Service Plumbers, not so much.

When my toilet flush was not working, I attempted several home remedies but they did not work. as usual, but in vain. When I reached out to these professionals, they responded quickly and got the job done.

We were thinking about replacing our sewer line and got an insane estimate (plus some scare tactics) from Public Service Plumbers. We called Accurate for a second opinion, who sent out Josh who did another inspection. Great guy and an honest man who advised against doing any extensive work since the pipes are working and there’s no emergent problems. You can’t buy that kind of strong character. He could have tried to take us for thousands but instead was polite, honest, forthright, and thorough. If anything does go south they’ll be who I call.

I called them with an emergency early in the morning and by noon the job was done, and for a fair price. Would not hesitate to call them again. Great service.

Since using Pure Plumbing the first time this year for a sink valve replacement, they’ve become our go-to plumber of choice. Uriel came by to do a “winter package” and inspect our plumbing and do some winter maintenance. Uriel and all of the service team we’ve worked with so far have been absolutely professional, courteous, and friendly. They know what they’re doing. It’s great not having to shop around for other plumbers. We know exactly who to call for our plumbing needs!

Beware of price gouging from this company. Over a two-day period, which only amounted to around 45 minutes (if that) of actual labor we were charge $1240.58. All they did was snake a camera through a drain pipe for underground mapping purposes. No sewage, no clogs, just running a camera through an old drain pipe. The camera could only snake up to 150 feet of the drain pipe, so the technician could not go any further. At this point it was almost dark and we needed to open the area where he stopped so he could continue to snake the rest of the pipe. The technician at that time instructed us that if we needed his help once we got it open to give him a call and he would take care of us. The charge for his visit that day was $595.72 for 30 minutes of labor. The very next day we called into their call center to request the same technician to come back out. We stated then that we could not pay that price again and needed the same technician to come back out to finish the job. They said they would have the same technician give us a call since we wanted him instead of a different technician. We never received that call and they sent a different technician out which only worked 15 minutes of labor and charged us $644.86 which was more than the previous visit. Small businesses beware! This company will gouge you!!

I had a hot water line leaking underneath my home. Called Herndon McFarland and spoke to Lee McFarland. He was able to schedule me quickly to start the repair process. Patrick and Shawn made the repair and were extremely professional, polite and on time with each visit. Cannot say enough nice things about this company. Also have to give a credit to Decota who works in their office. She has also been very polite and helpful. Highly recommend, will never use another plumbing company.
