I called up Electricians On Call because my upstairs heater wasn't working. Ally handled the scheduling and was so sweet and accommodating! She was able to schedule thet repair that day but I wasnt available so they came the next day. Ally called to let me know David was on his way. David is the owner, and he is so professional, timely, and the nicest guy!!! He diagnosed the problem and had my heater fixed in no time. We will be having all future electric needs done with Electricians On Call!

My experience with Caddell was very positive. Jason Bailey, the technician, was on time, friendly, and very diligent. I needed two fans replaced, and it turned out to be a more difficult job than normal. Jason still did an excellent job. I would recommend Caddell to anyone and certainly use them again.

This nearby electrician is very great. I last called them a few years ago to replace a few switches and sockets. From beginning to end, they exhibited professionalism and friendliness, and their work was flawless!

The preacher Eddie klump is a thief. He took money from my family and me and didnt complete the job. He claims to be a preacher at the cowboy church in Wichita falls. I wonder what his congregation will think when I let them know what a crook he is. I advise not to use this company as he will screw you, like he did his own son! Still owes employees money, including his son. This man is being sued by multiple electrical supply houses due to him being a thief and not paying his bills. Could you imagine having a lein put on your property because this thief didnt pay for the supplies he used at your house? Way to go Eddie, you man of God thief. You will go where you deserve to be, HELL!!!

Patrick and James were professional, kind and diligent. They were friendly and quick to fix the problem quickly without any need for follow up visits. I would definitely recommend them for any electrical needs!

No showed and reschedule multiple times. Was supposed to show at 2 on a Saturday after rescheduling one more time and then just sent a note that said “sorry won’t make it” and now wont pick up our call and blocked us online.If you do not want my business, or it was not a big enough job, just say so, don’t delay me by weeks rescheduling then just no show. Incredibly unprofessional and extremely inconsiderate.
