Found problem but did not repair problem.

I'm actually scheduled with them for Monday to install some new gas lamps and to change our full house water filters. This morning, the kitchen sink started leaking so I called them for emergency service today. I was told that they couldn't help me. Even though they say they can schedule emergency repairs, the receptionist told me she had no availability today, which is Friday.

I need to say that this company is what they truly call a Family Company! I am beyond impressed of how well they handled my plumbing issues, Fernando was so professional and courteous! They fixed my Leaks,did tests neccessary to detect leaks in the most efficient way! I was cheated by another company for 5,100 (which did not do the work properly) and Reeves came to the rescue! 2 units installed with various problems that had to be corrected. Then to top it off they didn't submit my warranty that I was told not to do because they would take care of it. I heard so many excuses over the phone. In the end they replied he didn't get back to me because he was sick and in the hospital. So at first I felt bad but then I realized this was going on for months and a company this size has backup. They don't just leave customers hanging out on a limb. BUT, THEY DID!

It is unusual to share a review for a company that never actually did any work! However, I called to ask if Atlas could send someone to deal with a sewage smell coming from our master bath. Atlas had other appointments and could not get to our house until the following day. Due to the anticipated delay, Sonny gave me a tip on what I could try to mitigate the issue immediately, that would eliminate the need for him to charge for a visit and it worked!!Nice to know there are still reputable businesses out there!
