The crew that came to our home were inexperienced with a surly attitude. Also left trash and splashed water all over the floor with no clean up. Tried to keep tacking on extra charges. Won't use again.

I’ve used AAA Auger three times now and they’re always great. Peter came out this time and he was friendly, informative and fast. I appreciate that they keep you updated on arrival times and send you a picture of the person coming to conduct the repairs - which adds an extra layer of safety/security. The service fee is more expensive now, but what isn’t these days? AAA Auger will always be my first call as long as they continue to provide such great service. Thank you, Peter!

Took him about 30 minutes to unclog the drain and replace a drain plug (which I had on hand). He charges $375 to unclog any drain he said. $492 dollars was my total. Seems expensive.

During the freeze we had a drainage backup. Every other plumber was unable to book us for 2-3 days. Uriel came out same day and after a couple hours the issue was resolved. He was very professional and quick. Great work!

The plumbers were respectful of our space, educated us on our options, and fixed our issues. The office admins are helpful and kind, and Mr. McFarland himself answered a call on a Friday afternoon and answered a time-sensitive question.
