Reeves Family Plumbing did a great job finding and repairing a hot water leak under the floor in our house. We were dreading the repair, but they were so great to work with. We love working with a company that does what they say they will do. They showed up on time and kept us updated on what was going on each step of the process. It is now less than 24 hours later and we have a brand new water heater and are minutes away from a hot shower. I have several properties in the Dallas area, some are rental homes, and I use Dallas Plumbing exclusively for anything they can repair or install. I have used them recently on 2 rental properties, 1 locating a leak behind a wall and repairing same and the other was replacing a water heater and pan. I've also used them at my home where they install a new kitchen sink, faucet, disposal and install all the bathroom sink faucets throughout the house. Austin has done all the work on my properties and I couldn't recommend a better technician! I will always request him personally to perform any work on my properties in the future! Dallas Plumbing is also reasonably priced, I have tried another plumber in Dallas but declined their services due to their extremely high costs. Me and my family has been using Dallas Plumbing for all their plumbing and a/c-heating needs for about 30 years - they are by far the best in my experience.

Repair work was fair but cost was off the charts. Job was uncomplicated but plumber misdiagnosed the required task and so it took longer than he estimated to fix. The part was $45, total cost was $395!! It took less than TWO hours so the labor cost was $350! That's more than $175 per hour!! And he still left work for me to finish and he kept the old part, which can be easily fixed and resold!! Bring lots of money if you call these people. This guys charge fees like a doctor.

Matthew was great. Very professional and nice. It was a great experience from my initial call to when Matthew arrived.

Called a week ago to ask a question from a plumber before I make an appointment. The young lady who responded said they do not answer plumbing questions on the phone that I had to make an appointment. I understand that but what if my issue does not need a plumber. She insisted that a plumber has to come for $49 service call, then I will be charged $45 each 15min while he is at my house regardless if he works on my issue on not. I explained that I would appreciate 1 minute of any of their plumber's time to just see if my tankless water heater is condensating or non-condensating by giving him/her the model number. It was a matter of yes it is or not that model is not.After 5 minutes or so of trying to get some sense to this operator, she said I will have a plumber call when they get in.Needless to say I am still waiting. The bottom line: VERY POOR customer service. Will NEVER call them again for anything. Thank god for the competition. There are plenty of good plumber out there!

Very professional team of plumbers and plumber apprentices. They quickly found our leak, quoted a couple of repair options and made the repair. They took extra care in covering the repair area with plastic and cleaned up nicely when finished.
