Best Drain Line Cleaning in Dallas TX

Gas range installation - satisfied with appliance hookup and technician was great at answering all of my questions.

My mother is visiting from Washington State. She was trying to 'clean up' our fridge, by emptying three containers of nice/noodles down the garbage disposal, which caused the kitchen sink to get clogged. After removing the p trap/running my 20ft snake down the drain, I was unable to clear the drain/sink was still clogging up... so I called up Tribeca Plumbing. They were really quick to respond. Donnie cleared the clogged drain quickly and professionally and now my sink works properly now.Thank you Donnie & Tribeca Plumbing, for fixing/clearing the kitchen sink drain!

In search of helpwith an interior water leak causing damage to hardwood flooring, I called this company and was amazed at the valuable time and advice. If he provided an unlikely customer with this level of sevice, I can only imagine the quality service real customers receive. Hard to find this calibre of customer service and integrity these days.

Very disappointed with the presentation of fees. We were told it would be a $55 service fee to evaluate the problem and $48 for every 15 minutes plus cost of materials to fix anything. The technician wasn’t even here for 10 minutes and didn’t even figure out what the the problem was. Just saying, we had two other companies come out and they were able to evaluate the problem and give us options. This Tech clearly didn’t care to do his job and charged us over $100 for a wrong evaluation. His name tag said John but he didn’t even introduce himself.

I would like to thank AAA plumbing for their quick response during Saturday and sending professional and friendly plumber Frederick for solving our issue quickly. We had blocked sewer and spilling of sewer water in our front yard. Frederick was quick in identifying issue and thorough in solving the issue. He took ample time to do his job perfectly. I am more than happy with his service and AAA. I highly recommend their service. Thank you for hiring and sending best plumber.

MATTHEW from the Farmers Branch location did an outstanding job of handling leak emergencies in multiple units. Repairs were completed very efficiently and effectively. His customer service skills were fantastic and his handling of all emergencies were dealt with in a very professional and calm demeanor. Moreover, he invaluably assisted all of us in our condo community. FYI, our community is Keller Springs Condominiums. Extreme price gouging during the winter storm. Charged 349 dollars just for a trip without doing anything worthwhile. When I called them back they mentioned it was for emergency service when I never asked for one. I was infact told they will try to see if someone can come in the next 48 hours .The water was already shut off. The person who came tried to sell everything else except confirming that the main problem would be fixed. I would stay away. Dont ever call them.

The tech gave me a time frame of 8 to noon.. for the first time , he showed up right at 8 , no waiting around all day waiting for them to show up. From the time that he arrived here until he left my driveway 100% professionalism . Complete respect all the way around. Once he finished , he explained everything he seen and done as well as a few recommendations without being overbearing. At the completion of the job , like any other company he had a few maintenance packages that they offer but even then he didn’t overwhelm me nor was he pushy.. very pleasant . Although they may be a little bit on the pricey side this is one of those time that you get what you pay for .. Dustin is an excellent service tech and also an outstanding representative for the company.
