I experienced a water leak in my attic on December 23rd. I called was told a tech couldn’t come out till the 28th. After I called 30 minutes later Joseph returned my call and said he was on his way to my home. He found the water leak in the attic he installed a new insulated pipe. My praises go to him for repairing our leak and enabled us to have water on Christmas Day. I have used Cody and son before and would used them again. I highly recommend their work and technician, Joseph.

Reeves Family Plumbing saved my father’s life.The problems started with the big freeze Texas had back in February, which busted multiple pipes in every house in Texas. My Dad had been calling contractors, but they were all too busy to come out, even 9 months later. So, being a member of the Greatest Generation, which knew how to live without, he just did. He tried to fix some things himself, and in the middle of that, being 98 and living alone, and by now very sick as well, due to a months-long lack of sanitation and running water, he collapsed in a full state of sepsis shock, bacteria everywhere in his body. True to form, he never complained to any of us throughout the months of plumbing issues. We knew there was a toilet or two that wasn’t functioning properly but had no idea of the extent of the damage. When my Dad didn’t answer my weekly call, we sent my niece (miraculously in town for a high school reunion) over to investigate. She found him too weak to move and rushed him to the ER.I flew down and saw…omg….a house that had no running water, 6'x4' holes in the ceiling, multiple busted toilets, sewage draining from the second floor to the first, no way to wash clothes because the washing machine was instead generating impressive dirty water geysers, urine “surprises” left in open containers (makes sense, there was no running water after all), mountains of soiled clothes on my Dad's bedroom floor. It was just as gross and hard as it sounds.Enter Reeves Family Plumbing. They responded with two full-time plumbers within a day, Juan and Rodney. My memory of them attaches capes and tights and superhero emblems to them both. Despite the really awful stench and trash everywhere (which I spent a week cleaning and scrubbing to get rid of), they waded in and fixed…everything. They had to slice open and cart away large sections of cast iron pipe (old house), crawl under the house and into the ceiling to replace busted sections with new PVC, get water running to every toilet, replace 3 sink fixtures and 1 toilet fully, plus repair multiple more. The washing machine alone took two trips, as it had both a problem with the trap and then a problem with a piece of metal stuck in an effluent pipe beneath the house. It was a week of work for 2 people, cost me $3500, but changed everything. That house, even when I was growing up in it, never functioned as fully as it did when they left. It was beautiful enough to make me want to cry. More importantly, the house was finally in good enough shape where we could convince the Social Services people (who had been alerted by the EMT’s) that my Dad could live there and not be carted off to a nursing home. This was important to us, as ever since we were little, my Dad said he’d rather die than end up in an old folks’ home. He just came home yesterday. That’s right. His own home, his forever home, thanks to Reeves Family Plumbing.

Roto-Rooter and Erik were great. I called on Mother's Day late afternoon and he was at my house within an hour. He gave me 2 options, I chose the lesser-priced but we ended up having to go with the 2nd option anyway. I appreciated that Erik gave such great service on Mother's Day Sunday. My son will pay me back for what I spent!

I have used them a couple of times and am very impressed by their service. There is always someone answering the phone and they are on time. The best thing about them is that they do not charge you until they come out and review the need repairs. That allows me to make an accurate decision on whether or not to continue without a trip charge that kind of forces you to proceed because of the sunk cost.

I have had a leak issue that has stumped multiple plumbers but Pure came out the same day as I was having a leak. And they were able to fix it and find the source of the problem when other plumbers weren’t.

Great work, fast response, but on a business side, they do not accept AMEX so a lack of patience due to having to go through a corporate invoicing system forced me to look elsewhere. Definitely great for home/small business use, but on a grand scale where many bigger businesses utilize AMEX, you may need to look elsewhere. Let me emphasize this is not a issue with the plumbing service but with the business of not accepting a widely utilized payment form

Willie was very understanding, thorough and nice. He laid out finance options and the items in order or precedence. I have an older home so there were more than a couple of issues! Definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Walker Air. I have used them for years - both repairs and routine maintenance. I just moved to a new home and the company who installed the HVAC system wanted to charge me a fortune to replace my thermostat. Walker was nice enough to call and find out it's covered under my warranty, picked up the part, and installed it within 36 hours of my call. Great customer service and nice technicians are really hard to come by these days! Walker does it right!

I used Jar-Dab over the years (at least 4 occurrences) since owning my first home. Over time, I've come to encounter a few DIY-weekend warrior attempts in the plumbing department where I wouldn't say there was a win. Working with Justin has been an absolute pleasure. He's very responsive to my communications, timely, and forthcoming about changes and circumstances within and outside his control. I don't feel like I'm working with a contractor but a colleague and acquaintance I can trust. I can tell he's passionate about the job, my concerns, the quality of the work and the reputation of the company he represents. He may be employee of Jar-Dab but he executes like an owner.

Got a great quote ($2K below first quote at another company) and they installed the next day without issue. Jeremy was very helpful during the quote process and giving me insight into what kind of system would and would not be a good fit for my house. Very happy with the experience

Did the shower repair faster than we had been told it could be done by another company. Not only that, but the cost was less than quoted, you can't bet that.
