Right Call Solutions

My home warranty company dispatched Right Call Solutions to deal with a water leak at my house. Right Call quickly called me to set up an appointment and the technician who showed up was punctual and friendly. Then it went downhill.There was an issue with coverage and it took several calls for them to agree to provide me with a quote for the solution. I received nothing and several calls later they told me they’d email me the quote. Still nothing.I finally called my home warranty company and miraculously the quote was provided. I suspect Right Call doesn’t want to do the work and so I will not be going with them.I get that you’d rather not do some jobs, but don’t waste people’s time. Honesty is the right call in most situations.

Plumber came on Friday, said didn't have the parts to finish work and will come back on Monday. Of course no one came on Monday, didn't even get a call. It's already Wednesday and nothing yet. Trying to reach them is impossible always goes to voicemail, never returns a call. I am not sure if they will ever come back to finish the work

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They do no respond and do not provide reports to warranty company or you. It makes it impossible to get a active leak repaired. They are frauding people and taking money without providing a service.

I got a call saying he was on his way, and also a text with his photo. Jake found my problem in about a minute. It turned out to not be what I thought this time, but a clogged drain. He asked his assistant to get a few tools and had it fixed in a few minutes.This was the same tech who installed my water heater 3 years ago and did an excellent job then also.Just FYI, I did not leave a value rating because I did not pay them directly, as I went through warranty company.

First of all this company never returns the call. I was told I will be getting 30 minutes notice prior to the technician , which I was not received. When they come, they wont say who they are or from where they are. Person name Chance and Mike came. Person Chance was with very attitude asked us to provide them the tools for them to repair. However, Mike looked like a nice guy. They haven't taken care of the claim which I claimed. No documents provided what they have done. Never ever use them or recommend.

Right Call' was the WRONG CALL! Sent out by my home warranty company, Chris (the Owner) has NO CLUE! The pipe below my kitchen sink came loose. I've lived in my house for 23 years and it's never been worked on, obviously a case of normal wear and tear as the mounting nut ring that connects the PVC to the drain was deteriorated and literally crumbled into pieces which made the pipe fall off the drain. He denied my claim saying a water chiller beneath my sink was touching the pipe and the tension forced the pipe to break. Well, because the pipe had fallen off the drain, yes it was touching then because it had to fall somewhere. I went to Home Depot, bought another Mounting Nut with new washers and some plumbers putty for a total cost of less than $17. Once I screwed the new mounting nut back to the drain the pipe was no longer touching. I'd be concerned if you try to call this company for a real plumbing problem.

With the husband on active duty I decided to utilize my home warranty to take care of this repair to spare me the headache. I never spoke with Jake P, he had a tech with him that did the repair, Jake P sat in his truck. The tech never introduced himself, granted he came in and did the repair and replaced the garbage disposal but he didn’t pay attention to the tab you have to knock out for the dishwasher, so my dishwasher got backed up with water. I took care of knocking the tab out. I was unfortunately disappointed in the lack of communication. I asked if I needed to sign anything, he quickly said nope and practically ran out the door. I called the company regarding any product warranty, they never returned my call, in fact I feel I’m lucky I even got an appointment at all. Maybe in their mind my situation was a waste of time and money but we invest in these home warranties for good reasons and it was just disappointing not to get the same great experience other people seem to have had. If I had had my choice in companies I would not pick this one again, simply because the lack of communication and poor quick installation that caused me more problems than anything just left me dissatisfied. Can I install my own garbage disposal, sure, but when you’re a single mom dealing with so much of life alone, with the spouse who fixes everything gone serving his country, having someone else take care of these little repairs is a huge God send and stress relief.

From the very first time I called I was very impressed with the way I was treated. They kept me updated on my appointment and who my technician would be. Josh was assigned and from the time I met him I was very impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. Josh got my ac problem diagnosed and repaired and working great! Great company and exceptional customer service!

I was assigned this company with my home Warranty for my A/C. At the beginning my first technician was thorough and accommodating. The tech even ran a new wire and gave me a new thermostat. (My house is very old) After waiting for approval from the Insurance with little to no communication for weeks they said the i since company had not approved the claim. I was patient and did not have ANY AC in Texas for 6 weeks. When they finally put the part in it was at the end of the day. My window was 4-7 and they claimed I would get a call 30 min prior. I did not. The technicians showed up at 6:55 and didn’t even have Freon. So they had to come back to replace it but didn’t t return for two days and I was at the end of the shift once again. He wouldn’t even stay to make sure everything worked. Now it is barely a month later and it is not working again and I got the same late window and no one called and no one showed. I work from home and need to be comfortable and cool. I pay for my warranty monthly and I don’t understand why I can’t get proactive customer service. I would not recommend this service provider to anyone. Hopefully my AC gets fixed but in the meantime I’m getting a wall unit.

Realized that some pretty shady work was done by them on my AC unit through a warranty company and now I'm not getting a call back.

Jake came early and fixed our clogged sink (as well as tightening some loose pipes and replacing a pipe that i asked him to look at), cleaned and dried everything within less than 30 minutes. He was very professional and polite and I would highly recommend his services. If I have any other plumbing issues I will request him. Thank you for a great job!!

I was scheduled to have my hose bibb repaired. Julie is the most rude person I have ever talked to from a business. My home warranty gave them the wrong number so she just cxld my call that I had been waiting on for days. She was rude and VERY unprofessional. I would not advise using this company!

Job well done Jake P. great communication, extremely professionalI believe He was knowledgeable, knew what was going on what needed to be done, how to communicate it to me so we could move forward. He was very transparent Regarding what the issue was and what all the outcomes could possibly be. He listened As well as made sure I understood & agreed to what his next steps where for getting the job done.

Jake and another tech came to my father in laws for same day service to replace a bad garbage disposal that was leaking and also replace the tank kit on one of his toilets. Both were very courteous, and professional and did a great job in a very timely and efficient manner. Will definitely refer your services to others. Thank you for a job well done. Much appreciated!

They were sent out by Fidelity Home Warranty and took care of replacing my leaking water heater immediately and explained everything. Jake and Chris both came out. Both were professional and very knowledgeable! Julie in the office kept me updated. I appreciate everything so very much.

This company is awesome!!! Their response time was great and everyone was super friendly. I love the fact that they texted a photo of the person I should see at my front door once they arrived. Jake was so nice and friendly. He made the necessary repairs very quickly and explained with so much detail. I really appreciate that. :)

I had a pipe under my kitchen sink that was not properly installed by someone that previously owned my current house. Over time the pipe came loose and water was leaking heavily. Called my home warranty plan and Right Call Solutions came out. I showed them the problem and they were able to fix it within 5-10 mins. They even gave me some professional advice on my bathroom pipe that is leaking as well.

Josh came out and looked at our AC unit which had stopped blowing cold air. He was here 5-10 minutes and said we just needed coolant. He went above that and put a leak guard in just in case we have one, so that if it goes out again they will be able to find the leak fast. I am very pleased with the service and friendliness of this company. I will definitely go with them and recommend them to anyone!

Jake came by to fix the leak in both the shower and bathtub and unclog a drain. He was AMAZING! Super professional, helpful, informative and overall very knowledgeable and great! Highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs! Thank you, Jake!

If you can get ahold of them they seam to do fine work. However they ghosted me after they first showed up and were supposed to set a follow up appointment.

Above and beyond service for this first time customer. Called on the start of a long holiday weekend, spoke directly with the owner, and he was at our house within the hour with everything he needed to fix an emergency plumbing issue. Twenty minutes later we had water again. Honest, friendly, hard-working, quick, and very reasonable. I'd highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer. He came in, quickly identified the problem. He kept me updated on his findings and fixed everything. I will definitely use them again as they are now my plumbing go to company!

Way TOO many opinions were shared about the mask. If one is providing a professional service in someone's home, they have the right to tell you to where a mask because it is there home, not yours. Just like they have the right to ask you to not track dirt on their carpet (cover your work shoes). These opinions were volunteered for what reason....it remains unclear? No one asked for their opinions, just the service. Just be ware if you would like for them to wear a mask. Particularly those who are immunecompromised.

Jake P did a very good job, he was in and out. I was well informed of the procedure and why I had the the problem. He replaced the part and gave me further advise as to how I could contact Right Call Solutions for another project I wanted to do for pricing and set an appointment.

Right Call customer service was excellent from first contact through the final install of the AC/Heating system. One part of the system was on back order and as soon as it came in, the tech came right out and completed the install. Very happy with the finished product and the customer service. Will be using them in the future.

Jake did a great job of explaining the problem and how we can work to prevent it in the future! Also took a few moments to check another external pipe as well. Very pleasant and kind. Outstanding disposition!

Chance was great! Had to come back because he didn't have the part. Came in, did the work quickly, very professional (even likes dogs). My issue was with dispatch. Never received a call (either time) until the day of tge appointment even though I was told that I would receive a call. Unable to plan your day because you have no idea What time someone is going to show up until hours before.

Used them through the warranty company, the warranty company is and always has been terrible. Right Call solutions came out to replace water heater. Overall they did a great job, quick, clean and nice. The office staff was nice but they kept saying they would do stuff and never did it. They said they’d call back, never did, they said they would check on something and only did when I called them hours later to inquire about them.

Jake did a great job! He explained what the problem was and showed me the damage. He was able to repair my dripping faucet and replace my garbage disposal efficiently and quickly. Very personable gentleman.

Best plumbing service experience I've ever had, hands down. Unfortunately my clog turned into a much bigger disaster than I anticipated. Every cast iron pipe under my foundation was crumbling and had to be replaced. Jacob knew exactly what the most efficient and cost-effective solution was going to be for my situation. He worked around my schedule so I didn't have to miss any work other than a half day for the initial visit. He called me with a plan and a quote later that day and was able to have a crew out to do the repairs over the weekend. New pipes were ran around the house, and no part of the inside of my home was affected. I have all new pipes, double cleanouts everywhere, and my yard is as nice as it was before all this. The crew was very respectful, fast, and everyone involved seemed to actually care about the quality of their work and about my satisfaction, which is too rare these days. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber. 6 stars!!!

Vincent immediately recognized the mechanical reasons for why the A/C suddenly stopped working. We had a great experience with Right Call Solutions! They handled 4 toilets that were filling up frequently and causing high water bill in our house. They replaced the flippers on 3 toilettes, replaced the flushing valves (not sure about all the facts), bolts on 2 toilets and installed 1 brand new toilette for our guest bathroom. ???????? The staff is polite and respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. Chad is professional and has good working knowledge. We enjoyed his service and benefited from his advice. His helper was hardworking, assisting him and working great on his team. The ladies at the call center are very nice and accommodating, when scheduling the appointments. We strongly recommend this company! They did mighty good to us! ??

Right Call Solutions was selected to service our AC units through our home warranty provider. They showed up to our home without a ladder, even though we stated that our units were on the roof. They ensured us they would be back and would take care of our AC service as needed. They didn't give us a time or date on when they would be back So we called the next day. We got their voicemail and left a message, but we got no response (even days after). Our home warranty provider finally got in touch with someone from Right Call Solutions they rescheduled for a week from the original service date. That day comes and they are complete NO SHOWS. When we tried to call and received their voicemail again, even though it was during business hours. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. We are disappointed with the service, or in our case, lack-of service.**update** Our home warranty was able to reach Right Call Solutions and set an appointment again today from 2-6pm. Right Call Solutions was again a NO SHOW. Absolutely unprofessional to not show up to scheduled appointments. Horrific service and lack of professionalism. They should not be in business!

So it isn’t a good feeling when something happens with your plumbing. I got a sick feeling when I knew I was going to need one BUT this plumber - Right Call Solutions made the entire experience, dare I say it - Enjoyable. Yes, it was great. The technician, Jake, was so awesome. He was professional, friendly, understanding & a great listener. They got the job done & it was done RIGHT & FAST. Thank you all so much. I am already recommending Right Call Solutions & will continue to call on them for my plumbing issues.

My first rating was 1-star, but after the second trip the technician fixed the issue. Thank you!(first review) It took 4 days for them to call me back (yes, a weekend included), the girl answering the phone was pretty rude, and they wanted $300 x 2 units to clean the coils. Josh was fine but would not use them.

From Rosalie the office manager to Jacob the plumber, I received the best care and concern for my hot water tank issue. Rosalie kept me informed and posted concerning who was coming and the timeline and Jacob came and checked the problem and corrected it! Best called ever! Zack came and serviced my AC unit and he was very professional and completed the job expeditiously.

Chance Was very professional. He was on time for my appointment, answered every question I had and went above and Beyond his scope of work. I highly recommend Right Call Solutions for any or all plumbing work. I’ve dealt with other plumbing company's before and once I felt my money was well spent. The professionalism Chance showed will be the reason I call again to use this company and request him to complete the job.

CHRIS ALLEN IS A CRIMINAL. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM OR RIGHT CALL SOLUTIONS. They busted a pipe in my house and caused $40k worth of damage. He is uninsured and refused to claim they were at fault. I am currently suing right call solutions seeking damages. Want my advice? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. RUN AWAY.

Our water heater quit working during a winter storm. Jake, the Right Call Solutions technician quickly determined that the pilot light was out and relit the pilot.He then inspected the water heater and related water pipes and found everything to be in proper working order.In less than five minutes from the time Jake arrived he found, corrected the problem and was off to his next service call.We found Jake to be a well trained, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous service technician. Totally recommend RCS and Tech Vincent, our upstairs unit was not cooling. Set an appointment in the morning around 10:30am and by 2:30pm they were at our house. They gave me a 30min notification On My Way and actually arrived in 25min, very prompt. Vincent fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Thank you for the great service!!

Right Call Solutions was dispatched from my home warranty company to repair low water pressure. The appointment was scheduled promptly after filing. Had a furnace issue under warranty and Vincent was sent out. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how the system worked and was detailed with his explanation. Very please with RCS from office to their techs. A+

We had another company lined up to come out to fix a backup from a clogged main line and the other company no-showed on us....at 5:00pm!!! We had a mutual friend tell us to call Jake. All his equipment was tied up or he would have been out same day, however he told us what to do to so we could make it through the night. Then he came out first thing the next morning to get us going again! I highly recommend this company! They do what they say and the bill was beyond reasonable.

Jake called me to notify me that he would be at the house in 20 minutes. He along with the other tech showed up in a timely manner. I explained to him what I thought was the issue with the extremely high water bill and showed him the notes the water company left when they checked the meter. He the n asked to see the toilets and after he and other tech checked both toilets they confirmed that the mechanism inside both toilet tanks needed replacing. They went to work and replaced both with new attachments. He advised me that I would receive an electronic receipt of the repair and could take that with me to the water company to hopefully get the bill adjustment that was stated if I could prove the repairs had been made. Thanks to Jake and assistant for doing the job, taking care of business in a timely manner, and cleaning up afterwards. There was the issue that none of us wore mask. My total oversight because I am accustomed to being the only one around during the day and did not have mine on. I will in the future and have some available for any workers coming in the house.

Chance was a life saver! The office staff was always helpful and attentive. They followed through with promises kept and sound advice given. We will continue to use them for all of our plumbing projects, as this was a very difficult endeavor but they proved to be the best people for the job. The pipes under our sink were separating at the joints, thus, water leaking everywhere and I was unable to use our sink. Jake was able to identify the problem and replaced the necessary parts. I had a working sink in less then 30 minutes. Happy Customer!!

Very happy with the service Jake P provided when replacing our residential water heater. He was very professional, he answered all the questions I had during the installation, and the quality of the install was excellent. RCS did an excellent job managing expectations for appointment windows. The 30 minute pre-arrival notification that has a photo of who will be performing the service is also great.

Vincent with Right Call Solutions was very personable, professional, and helpful when he came to my house to fix my air conditioning unit. He diagnosed the problem fairly quickly and installed the new thermostat with ease. Will be contacting Vincent again if any other problems arise!

If I could give them 0 star I would. We have been out of hot water since April 05, it has been 13 days now without hot water. Somebody came to check it once on April 6th and we haven't heard from them since then. We have called, left multiple messages and have contacted our home warranty as well, NOTHING! We have 4 little children (7 and under) and a senior citizen who have been boiling water since then.... so very upset ?? will keep calling them.

I found Right Call Solutions through a referral, and I am thankful that I did. Curtis and Chris drove out of their typical service area to make sure that I was taken care of. They fixed a leak in the plumbing behind the kitchen sink and serviced my AC unit while they were here. I felt very comfortable having them in my house, and will call them back again.

This team has provided plumbing related services twice as a result of home warranty claims. They are punctual, professional, and friendly. They get the job done promptly. They even provided a solution that improved the end result of a home warranty claim that I made above and beyond what the home warranty company suggested and it saved me money.

Our sinks were backing up in the bathroom and we got in contact with our home insurance agent to call a plumber out. This is the company they gave us, and we have nothing but good things to say about the service. We had to wait the weekend for someone to vine out, but that's to be expected right now as I'm sure they're busy with many calls during coronavirus.The plumber was friendly and honest about what the problem was and what steps he might need to do if the pipes were more complicated than expected. They weren't, and the clog was fixed in less than an hour. He even cleared a clog in the shower, even though that wasn't what the call was for.Great job with customer service on the phone and in person.

Initially, I had a problem with scheduling, but no one was at fault. Just a mistake. Zach was the tech and he was in and out very quickly and was very courteous. I am very happy to say, after over a week without AC, it's now working!!!

Josh was wonderful! He came in with a smile and put me at ease about my AC issue. He was so efficient! He isolated the problem and had it repaired very quickly. I’m smiling now, not having to worry about the summer heat!

This service was completed through a home warranty which limits my insight into pricing, but I certainly appreciated the service!

Our upstairs AC unit stopped cooling all of the sudden so we contacted our home warranty company. Right Call Solutions was dispatched. We had to wait a couple of days for an appointment time and then Vincent from Right Call came out. He was at our home outside only for 5 mins and left stating our AC unit was dirty and that was the problem. Never checked any fluids, never looked inside the outside unit and never entered our home to see the AC parts in the attic. Needless to say, our AC still was not cooling. The next day, Zach came out first thing in the am and immediately discovered that our AC unit was very low on coolant. Zach added the coolant and finally got our AC cooling again! Zach was very professional, conscientious and thorough in his work. Unlike Vincent, Zach cares about the customer and his work product shows it. We will use Zach at Right Call again for our future AC needs!

Horrible service + Horrible customer service. Total nightmare dealing with this company. I cannot count how many times I had to take off work in order to wait for them to come out. Only for them to call me the morning of, and tell me they have a technician out, and would have to put me on schedule for the next day. This has happened several times. Other times, they don't call at all. I had to keep calling their office to ask to be put on schedule for someone to come out and fix the plumbing issue. And dont get me started on the customer service, and the rude + cold tone that Rosalie has. Makes me thinks she hates her job. I would never recommend this company or advice to use them.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The owners are trustworthy and honest people. The tech that came out was very friendly and had us fixed up in minutes. I love the fact that we received a text message letting us know the tech was on his way. The text also included the tech's name and picture so we knew exactly who to expect. WONDERFUL WORK!! I highly recommend this company.

Chris and team were so helpful! I was out of AC with 3 kids and they came to the rescue. Prompt and professional. They looked at my system and the house and saved me so much money!! They were honest and told me I could really use a smaller system than I originally had. So instead of spending more to replace like for like I spent less and was able to get a better system. I upgraded to a really nice Fujitsu system they recommended and it’s so quiet!! Thank you!! You were definitely the Right Call!!

We've used Right Call Solutions for 3 yrs for any A/C issues. Vincent was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and acted quickly to resolve any issues we've had. Their customer service is exceptional. We highly recommend their services.

The technician that performed the work at my house was very efficient, polite, kept me informed with all the work he was doing and completed. I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely call them if I ever need their help again.

Technician came out to fix slow drainage issues. Informed me the only way to clean out stoppage was roof access and charged me $200. I asked what did they find and I was told wipes. I’m a single man and live alone so there should be no wipes. I contacted my home warranty and was told that Right Call Solutions informed them I didn’t have a drain out which was completely a lie. My home warranty company then moved my issue to another plumber. When I called Right Call Solutions to inform them the issue wasn’t fixed for the $200 I paid the lady I spoke with was very rude for no reason. I asked for a refund and she refused, I asked for a manager to call back and she said ok she would. As you could imagine I never received the call nor did they refund me. There was no reason for this and I will never use them again.

Chris and his crew did a FANTASTIC job repairing a couple breaks in the sewer line. I was told by another company that they would have to break through my floor to make this repair. Chris and his crew were able to tunnel under the house to make the repair. They had to cut through my porch deck but when they were finished you couldn’t tell they had to dig or cut the deck. Please call Right Call Solutions for your plumbing needs. They will not let you down!

The professional assigned to my service request was Chance S. He arrived on time, was courteous, asked questions and was knowledgeable. He fixed of issue quick and efficiently. I’ll be sure to call Right Call Solutions if I need a plumber!

Right Call has been to our home a number of times over the past 4-5 years. Their technicians have always done an exceptional job, timely and great service. Today they replaced 2 fifty gallon hot water heaters in our attic and it was 3 floors up, and up a drop down ladder that was very narrow and shaky. They went up and down a white carpeted staircase with the old ones and new ones, without a speck of anything. Amazing. Chase and Trevor are outstanding every visit.

Great communication from office staff keeping me updated on schedule. Technician Chance & team we’re knowledgeable & skilled. They were careful when moving awkward & heavy water heaters in & out. Cost was in line with other companies. Contracted thru our home warranty company. I recommend them!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Had to use them under our warranty company. Came out fixed one of the problems, but then just left. No communication as to why they didn't fix the faucet. Called the warranty people and they said they would have to come back and couldn't use anyone else. Called the plumbers and they said the faucet was tampered with. Of course it was! It was leaking in the cabinet and on the floor!! We had to pull it up and into the sink to go in the sink not the cabinet!! VERY RUDE PEOPLE THAT RUN THE OFFICE!!!

UPDATE: Dang it! I was so pleased with these guys only to have that crushed. So today my AC is leaking AGAIN after Josh+1 fixed the issue yesterday. I immediately called Right Call at 1pm and was told to wait and see. That it was likely that not all the water got cleared from the line and what was dripping was the excess. I was also told to call them back Monday (it's Wednesday) if it's still leaking. So I guess I'm just supposed to DEAL with the damage being done to my ceiling in the meantime??? At 5:15 today it's basically RAINING in my guest bath and is now leaking in a secondary location in my pantry. But it's after 5:00 so I'm SOL until MONDAY because they're all out of the office. I'm so disappointed. ??Oh man, I'm so pleased with Right Call! Rosalie (receptionist?) was so nice and got a technician to me ASAP. Then the guys who came out (Josh+1) were there ON TIME (big plus for this industry!) Worked quickly to get the problem fixed, and explained everything to me along the way! They were SO friendly even in the Texas heat! Thanks so much guys!!!!

Even though I made it clear I was not available until after 1:30 pm. I waited several days for my appointment only to call and be told that my plumber arrived at my home that morning to do the work. How unbelievable and unprofessional. COMING TO MY HOUSE WHEN THE SERVICE PROVIDER KNOWS I WOULD NOT BE THERE. SHAMEFUL. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Why make an appointment when they show up whenever they want. I sought service from someone else.

We had a furnace issue. RC responded quickly. Diagnosed a faulty switch and we were up and running very quickly. They only replaced necessary components and I was very impressed w that. Usually techs are looking for a “big score” on all calls. Highly recommend these people.

I have had a terrible experience with Right Call. It is impossible to get a hold of someone. I have left several voicemails asking for help to solve the installation issue. They sized the new AC system incorrectly for my house. Originally it had a 3 ton unit and they replaced it with a 5 ton unit. The house is experiencing humidity issues and not all rooms cool equally now because the system doesn't stay on long enough for each cycle. I'm hoping they will call me back so I can discuss this. At this point, I may have to file a claim to recover all the money I spent so I can have my system replaced with a properly sized system.

Chris did a great job and explained what he was doing along the way. Also he was able to resolve, in less than an hour, a issue that another plumber could not. Good folks at this company.

Chance was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Explained issue with the old faucet. Offered to look at root cause (hot water heater) but we had recently had it replaced - his explanation of problem was consistent with timing of our replacement.

Chris was awesome! Recently, due to the cold weather in Texas, our pipes burst. Chris came out to our house immediately, identified the leak, accessed the leak carefully (without ancillary damage), and fixed the leak. In the process he found 2 other leaks and repaired those as well.Can't recommend Chris highly enough! He and Right Call had us up and running with water again quickly.

The technicians arrived as scheduled. They immediately began the repair of the transition from the heater to the evaporator. It was repaired in no time and the system was running normally. The technicians from Right Call Solutions are all pros and they have my total confidence.

Update: They came back out and fixed it. Everything is resolved at this point. Standing by a 2 star rating due to the lengthy, complicated, and frustrating process of resolving this issue compounded with the three different diagnoses of what was causing the issue across three different visits from three different technicians at this company.My experience with this company has been horrible. This is the company my home warranty company dispatched. I had water in a drain pan in my attic. First call they unclogged the drain line but water was still pooling in the drain pan afterwards. Second call they were in the attic for 30 seconds and said my plumbing made no sense and that's why it's leaking. Home warranty wouldn't cover it but I was told it would fix the problem so we replaced the drain pan and redid the plumbing on a 3rd visit from them. Guys tried to leave but I went to check the attic first. Still leaking...informed the install guys who told me my evaporator coils were leaking and that's what was wrong. Said I'd have to file a new claim with home warranty. Multiple calls with home warranty and Right Call Solutions later they came out today for the 4th time to replace the evaporator coils and the drain pan they just installed. Not leaking anymore but the evaporator coil shroud has a several inch gap between that and the unit so cold air is just blowing into my attic now.

Josh and his partner were great. On time. Knew what they were doing. Talked nicely to my dogs and played with them, too. Working with my warranty for repair or replacement so I don’t have to.

Chance and his crew were awesome. No BS, no upsell, just straight talk and fix. He even went out of his way to get a part the same day and resolve the issue. Rosalie kept me informed of the service window and when Chance was in route. Great experience. Thank you RCS.

Right Call Solutions was suppose to come out to replace a flapper on our master toilet. When they left, they said that they needed to order a valve because it broke. It wasn't broken before they arrived! After three weeks of me calling THEM to see when they would be back out to fix my toilet, the parts supervisor never ordered the part. After another week, someone came out to replace the valve and wouldn't you know it doesn't fit and does not hold water! So a month without having a toilet for my master bathroom. Not a happy customer!! Won't let my home warranty ever have them service my house again!!

Sent by my home warranty company, the duct work in my bathroom looked wonky and was above my skill level. Vincent was Polite, professional, and informative! It's nice to actually be given a straight forward answer. And he actually took time to explain it, in terms I can actually understand. Very much appreciated.

Right solutions came out to fix my hot water. They came when they said that they were and on time. The technician was polite and professional. They had to come out a second time because the hot water kept having to be reset and it was a matter of changing out temperature but ultimately they did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone!

I would leave 0 stars if I could! Completely unprofessional and absolutely the worst company we've ever tried to use. Didn't fix a single issue we had, but took a co-pay and never came back. Took pictures and said they had to order parts. Lied about showing up (never even came back after initial visit). Lied about ordering parts, made up excuse after excuse to our warranty company. I hope this company goes out of business!

Right Call solutions saved our home purchase! We were under contract and during the inspection the inspector found an issue with the HVAC system, the day after the seller said the A/C was not working at all and blamed the inspector. The seller refused to have the issue looked at and rather went and stayed in a hotel. Needless to say, we were on the verge of backing out of the contract assuming the worst. Reluctantly, we decided to have someone look at the HVAC system and began researching to see who we could trust and happened to find this business. We called and they scheduled us in (rather quickly) and set us up for a technician to come out and take a look. We gave the technician a list of things the inspector had pointed out as issues with the system, now this is where Right Call won me over, some businesses will take these and run with them to sell items that may not be necessary. Right Call Solutions did not do this, they took a look and told us some of the issues were not real concerns and found that the A/C issue was just a simple blown fuse caused by an improperly wired thermostat! Right Call kept it honest with us and did not try to charge us an arm and a leg. The technician even took the time to check the rest of the system just to assure us the rest of the system was in great shape even though we did not ask for this! This company saved us our dream home and we will definitely be sticking with them for any of our HVAC or plumbing needs!! Thanks again!

My nest said no power to unit. A friend told me about these guys, and they are very knowledgeable. Did the repairs the same day I called , even though my unit was old it was repairable. This is the Right CALL Solutions, They have the correct name.

I was given a window for service between 8 A.M. and 1 P.M.. Vincent showed up at 5 P.M.. He went through the normal steps of asking me what the problem was and proceeded to go check out my outside AC unit. He could not get the outside power breaker to budge so he put a flat head screw driver on it and hit it. Causing it to break. Then told me to have an electrician come out because I have power issues that need to be fixed before he can fix the AC and then it was time for him to leave. I have never had a technician of any kind break things worse and then not only not make it right but not even address what they just did. He did tell me that when I was finished having an electrician come out to call them back out. So I did. The lady who answers the phone said she didn’t have a work order for it since the first one was already complete so they won’t be coming back out today. No AC in the summer in Texas for a week is great compared to the service I received from this company.

My AC was out over the Labor Day weekend. Tuesday he came that morning and went to my attic to fix the vent. They are super friendly. Even the office lady kept me updated. I will recommend them to everyone.

Chance came out to see what was causing a major water leak in the ceiling of my closet. After investigating he found a part was bad in the tub faucet upstairs. He fixed it but it wasn’t to his satisfaction so he took it all apart again and replaced and reworked some other parts and it is not dripping anymore. They also put me in touch with a company to help remediate the water damage left behind. Both guys were friendly, knowledgeable and I would call Right Call again. ??

Will have to agree with CF and Kelly. Worst experience ever. We have been without AC since the end of May. The receptionist who answers the phone is rude and it’s obvious she does not care. Josh is our technician and is good. The front office is very incompetent. If we did not have to use them because of the warranty, we would definitely go with another company. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY.

So right call solutions works directly with my home warranty company, Nations home warranty. We had one of our hot water heater tanks rupture and it flood part of our house they came out a few days after it happened and looked at it, I had talked with the company previously and said that we might be interested in going tankless and that I wanted an estimate, about a week and a half later and four calls to them and one call to the warranty company I finally got an estimate which was extremely oversimplified with no model number of the tankless hot water heater they were going to install after about 6 calls and another week and a half I finally got an incomplete model number. So I couldn't accurately discern what product I was getting or how much it cost after looking into it I believe that they were going to install a $1,500 tankless hot water heater and that would be my cost their cost would have been a few hundred dollars lower, anyway the total bill before the warranty company paid anything would have been $5,950, so that would have been a whopping $4,450 in labor! Long story short these people are terrible stay away! Luckily I have a neighbor down the street that is a master plumber and he not only gave me the water heater for the price he paid for it at the plumbing supply house, he also installed it for $1,500 and that was with the small parts and labor, so my total out of pocket was just north of $3,000. Don't let these people rip you off!

5 star rating!! We thought we might have a leaking drain pipe under our slab. I called them up, they showed up pulled out some really great cameras and equipment. They found the broken pipes exact location within 15 minutes. By the time I started asking questions they had a process built to fix the entire issue. The work was excellent, communication was awesome and cleanup was perfect. They went above and beyond.Thank you

Technician (Vincent) came out to fix my AC. He handled the problem in a textbook fashion. Got me up and running in no time. He was polite and considerate despite the 100+ degree conditions (my attic) he was working in for over an hour. Great job Vincent!

Jake at Right Call is always punctual and polite. I don't love their process of calling the morning of with the time window, but I understand it allows them to best predict their timing. I always appreciate the 30 minute (and hour by request) update so I can make sure I'm there.

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with...EVER! Total lack of communications within the company. They replaced the air handler in my home and were totally inept in workmanship. Maybe a total of 7 trips and each time they made it worst than the last. I had to finally hire another company to fix what they could not/would not do. Very poor workmanship. Would leave w/o notice. Lazy, inept, and completely unprofessional as a company. RUN!!!

He didnt do anything. The compressors are going out and one is making a horrible noise keeping me awake all night but he said he wont fix it until it breaks. If it goes out, it will be 90 degrees in our house within hours so how fast are you going to fix it then? I'm very dissatisfied with this situation. This is why I bought an expensive home warranty.The other AC company said if the compressors break it can burn up the motors. Are you going to replace all the motors and compressors when that happens?

Right Call did a great job fixing our hot water heater. They were able to get the part quickly and the technicians were knowledgeable and professional. I would use them again.

My husband took a day off work for nothing. He called and made an appointment last week. Was told he would get a call with the time the morning of. It's noon and no call. He calls in. Apparently they parked out front and called the landlord's number instead of the number he gave when making the appointment. When the landlord didn't pick up, the plumber just took off. Nobody knocked or rang the doorbell. We were told the plumber couldn't come back until tomorrow. When my husband said that's unacceptable, he made an appointment, and can't take multiple days off work for this, the admin laughed. Don't waste your time with this company.

They have been out twice. The first time they repaired my sewer line. The second time was last week to clear the stopped up master shower that was stopped up for 3 days. Came out the same day I called! Great price,and very reliable!

Now I have to pay thousands out and a percentage of our home insurance And this guy still says I don’t have a leak even though everything soaking wet and we haven’t used our master shower in 5 days... how could it be wet if there’s no leak?? Do NOT use this company or Manitoba home warranty which only works with this plumber... their lack of knowledge and experience will destroy your home!!

Chance and his colleague were very thorough in their explanation of our plumbing problem and did an excellent job operating in the covid-19 environment. Knocked on door, stepped back 6 feet and was able to handle everything from a distance while wearing gloves and a mask.

They came twice to fix the same problem... a running toilet. Here I am just 6 months from the initial time they so called fix it and it’s still having the SAME issue a THIRD time. They do not honor their 1 year guarantee they tell you about at the time of service. They’ll charge you $90 to fix the problem they obviously didn’t correctly fix the first or second time. I unfortunately had them come through my home warranty or else I would never have used them after the first time. Instead of using them a third time I had my home warranty send a different company.

They were contracted out through my home warranty service. They had to sub contract someone else out to find the leak which cost $300 luckily my home warranty covered that cost. Every time i called I never was actually able to speak to a actual plumber they sent out Technicians once they determined the leak location from the sub contractor. They told me it would be a minimum of $3200. This was coming from their receptionist and not the plumber, like I said was unable to ever talk to one. They could never explain why the cost. The Subcontractor they sent out was kinda sketchy to luckily i researched the methods he used and it proved to be reliable locating techniques of slab leaks. The detail of the leak was not very thorough but at least we got the leak located from what i read online These techniques can be used to tell the depth of the Pipe in the slab which would have been helpful. Luckily i have a friend who is a Renovation Contractor that has dealt with this and he said this price was not a fair price. He had a guy come out and it costed $300 for the slab to be jack-hammered and the copper tubing leak fixed. Thank God the leak was there. He brought in two other subcontractors to fix the carpet and drywall (that I damaged). All in all it costed me $500 and not $3200. They are not fair and don't explain things.

They made a prompt appt, called when 30 min out, arrived in marked vehicle and clothing, quickly made repairs and educated me. My only concern was lack of mask, and when mentioned, he was unconcerned even though I'd had a worker at my house previously who has covid now. The lack of mask showed lack of concern for my safety and the worker. This alone means the co is willing to risk my health, that's not a great feeling. Now I need to quarantine another 2 wks because idk if he's been exposed and exposed me. Not cool

This company is very responsive and fair with their pricing. They were very professional and as they were locating the leak, they walked me through everything they were doing to make sure I understood the issue. This is the second time I’ve used them and now I feel like I finally have a reliable plumber!!

Water heater went out at 730 pm sunday evening, I was able to get in contact with Right Call that evening, They sent a tech out the next day at lunch time and installed new name brand water heater, and I was still able to go back to work after. Great and Timely service. Highly recommend

Reliable and trustworthy. I have had a whole remodel done. They came out and handled everything professionally. Great communication. They are my go to for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs.

After the hellish ice storms was able to get in within the first three days of having an issue restored water and came back the following day with a brand new water heater brought my whole water heater system up to code and fix the pipe leak quick and simple.

Replace the water heater. Did it quickly and neatly. I wish the technician would’ve taken a little time to put back into the closet all the things that had to be removed rather than leaving them scattered on the floor.Not a big deal but would’ve been a nice touch. The work was done well.

They said they would be there and left me waiting all weekend with no call and didn’t show up. They finally came Monday and fixed 1 leak and left without even turning the hot water on. After hiring someone else, turns out they missed 2 leaks and charged $400+ for 20 minutes of work. We had called them back 20 minutes after they left but they refused to come back the same day, so we’re done with them.

Josh has a wealth of experience and knowledge. He was able to figure out my weird HVAC system and get it working when others couldn’t. Very pleasant and congenial.

Miscommunication extended the time outage of A/C in medical emergency situation. Capacitor replace and then fan motor replace created a very questionable double deposit condition, Procurement of the motor was poor. On the 2nd call to RCS I was told to call the Synch HWarranty for recall that was not honored. Cause of the med emergency had to pay double even though I was against that. Neither Hwarranty or RCS would deal with that . About the Benjamins it seems. 3 day failure after the 1st failure is not a coincidence.
