As a result of the winter storm that hit Texas in February 2021, I had a busted pipe in my house. This company happened to be helping my neighbor. I asked him if he can fix it and he said yes for $370.He came in and within 4 minutes he was done. He simply cut the pipe and capped it. He believed he was done. I said, it’s not fixed. I agreed to $370 for you to fix not cap it. He started getting louder and bragged how he charged the elderly all day that amount! I tried to reason with him that I agreed to that amount for it to be fixed. He got more aggressive, louder and threatened to sew me. I have children in the house and they could hear everything. I finally agreed to pay $250. I have worked with top New York City Attorneys and I assure you, they did not charge $250 for 4 minutes of their time. I am writing this review to inform you of the type of morals and character this company has, taking advantage of Texas in a time of disaster.

Our water heater was replaced and correctly installed. There had been errors in the previous installation. Also, Justin, rebuilt the platform that the water heater sits on. He did a thorough & complete installation. We are very grateful for his experience, knowledge & professionalism.

We had an issue with our air conditioner’s plumbing and were without air at the start of the long 4th of July weekend. Justin rushed out to fix it in time to bypass the holiday rate up charge. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job. We recommend him highly.

During the February 2021 freeze my attic pipes burst and flooded my house. I was home alone with no heat or power. In addition, there were multiple gas leaks found in the attic. I reached out to Jar Dab, I was in a panic. I had used Jar Dab in the past to repair a kitchen drain problem. Justin did a good job at that time at a fair price. When I called Justin at a time when so many people were having plumbing emergencies, he was so kind to work me into his busy, busy schedule. Justin and Jewel worked so hard to do massive repairs on water and gas pipes. I will forever be grateful to Justin and everyone at Jar Dab. They were beyond professional and fair!!!

I used Jar-Dab over the years (at least 4 occurrences) since owning my first home. Over time, I've come to encounter a few DIY-weekend warrior attempts in the plumbing department where I wouldn't say there was a win. Working with Justin has been an absolute pleasure. He's very responsive to my communications, timely, and forthcoming about changes and circumstances within and outside his control. I don't feel like I'm working with a contractor but a colleague and acquaintance I can trust. I can tell he's passionate about the job, my concerns, the quality of the work and the reputation of the company he represents. He may be employee of Jar-Dab but he executes like an owner.

Just moved to the area and he was the local plumber , I asked him to moved a water line for me, didn't say how much, just came in did the work.I then asked him back over about 8-9 months after that to bid on new work, he looked over it and said he would send an estimate. Don still hasn't sent the estimate, but did send the invoice for the work done 9 months ago! For $300 not itemized , seems like a lot to me and couldn't even both to send a bid for the other work I asked him to do. I've had the bill for 30-45 days after receiving invoice and we hadn't gotten around to sending it and while we were out Don comes over demanding payment from my mom-in-law or he would take us to court. I'm sure his plumbing work is good, but get the price up front! I really don't care for how Don runs his business and quite rude.

These guys are awesome. Their response time was great and Justin took care of 2 problems that we had. He fixed both our sink issues and educated us on how to prevent it from happening again. Anyone that is in need for a plumber that actually cares and will do an amazing job could give them a call.

We have used Jar-Dab Plumbing since we first moved to The Colony in 1989. They were recommended by the morning coffee group that met every morning at a local restaurant. These were men who lived here and knew ALL the local service providers and how good they were. Jab-Dab has installed kitchen and bathroom faucets, disposals, toilets, and unplugged plenty of stopped up drains. They saved us plenty of money on hot water heaters, and given us advice that has saved us several times on various problems. We have always recommended this company, and will continue to do so.

I have use this company for years. They are always on time and do great work. They seem to know all the problems we have with the homes built in The Colony. I have given out their phone number to several people that are now calling the company when they having plumbing problems.

Jar-Dab Plumbing is the only company I trust for my plumbing needs. Honest and hard working. I know the job will be done right the first time.

Johnny did a fantastic job at Ima Survivor Sanctuary and repairs were done quickly even getting interrupted by an ostrich, pig and goats

Got me out of a pinch the same day I called. Personable and friendly. Got me fixed up the way it should have been done in the first place. Thanks for getting me out of a bind.
