I had a large to do list for Carlos and his partner. They were courteous, professional and timely. I needed them to replace my smoke alarms and they noticed my dogs were nervous when they tested the alarms. They waited for me to walk my dogs so they could test all of the alarms without upsetting them - great customer service. Would definitely recommend!

My husband was hired by this company a few months back and the supervisors would put his hours in short. My husband went and found another job so he called this companies office clerk to mail him his last check and he still has not received it and they didn’t allow me to pick it up for him because he’s not able to go pick it up. If he doesn’t receive it by the end of next week I am calling the better business bureau for breaking Federal Labor laws.

Edward and his team installed 8 new light fixtures in the ceiling throughout our house and did a great job. They were professional and made it look easy. One fixture we ordered because we thought it would look good was way too big for the space, and after taking it out of the packaging and trying to make it work, they put everything back together in the box so that we could return it. I would definitely recommend Dynamic Electrical Solutions for this type of work.

Worst company ever takes advantage of people and there family ...paid for work that he did not do and now cant get ahold of him to finish and the bad part is he is a preacher... that is not very godly... he is a scammer

An appointment was scheduled for Monday (06/01/2020), they could have arrived anytime between 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.. Not one person showed up nor called to rescheduled. I will take my business to someone with some sense of customer service.

After having problems calling out the normal electrical team, Texas Electrical was Johnny on the Spot! They came in and got straight to work, once the task was passed on to them. Workmanship is top notch. We have found our new permanent electrical team to work on our Houston location.

I would highly recommend this gentleman for any and all electrical issues. While I did not have a chance to have him fix my issue I did get to talk to him on the phone. He could have just gotten my info and come charge a service call but he did not. He asked me what was going on had me try something and saved me money and headaches as the issue ended up being the cities. I am 47 and in all my years of home ownership (21 years) I have never had such an honest, polite, person take time out to help me and not charge for it .Please pass on his name and number.

Greg is the man! He had a big job all by himself but he got it done and it is exactly what I asked for. He was extremely nice and courteous throughout the day. The process with Crawford Electrical Services was excellent. From the consultation, estimating, to scheduling, to getting the job done. Everything was awesome. The estimate I got was exactly the price I paid. No hidden fees or charges. They even send me an email on the day of the job that included a photo of the tech that would be coming by.
