Had a toilet back up late on a Saturday before Thanksgiving. Metro sent out help within the hour and they fixed our problem before 9pm.We knew they would charge more for an after-hours call but we definitely got what we paid for.Would definitely recommend them for speedy service and courtesy.

The men's restroom at my business was flooding water throughout the night coming out of the walls. In emergency we called this company to come out and stop the water so it didn't leak on to the other suites. They were nice over the phone and disbatched 2 plumbers out as soon as they could. When they got there they quickly found the issue. They did a search for the water cut off but wasn't able to find it (not their fault and understandable). It took no more than 30 mins to assess the issue and decide they couldn't help us. Water was still flooding the plumbers hit me with a bill of $365.00 to fix absolutely nothing. He wasn't even to do the basics of turning the water off. I understand paying for a diagnosis, not a problem. The plumber explained that the evaluation is a separate $165 from the diagnosis which is $200. I told him to call his boss and spoke with Richard who insisted on talking over me, cutting me off as I tried to explain to him the issues lacked customer respect. He acted as if he didn't understand why I don't think I should pay the extra $200. Either way, he agreed to only take $165 (barely deserving). The point is, this company should give people an estimate before coming out. They never told me a price. I knew it would cost but sheeeshhhh $365 and I'm still left with the same problem is absolutely obsurd and I do NOT recommend this business. They are not in the business to help people, that's for sure.

Technician was prompt, courteous, and thorough. I appreciate this team of professionals for they service my HVAC and plumbing issues.

Poor drivers. First the dude in the van was blocking the fast lane, then as his lane went away he ran a car off of the road. I hope they work better than they drive.. reply to owner. B.S. I offered to send a dash cam but you refused. I'm sure he is a great driver in your eyes as long as you ignore the bad driving. The driver that swerved save his a$$ and is the only reason one of your vans isn't totaled.

Had a problem with blockage in our outside line connecting to the city line. Nate from PSP came out and was very thorough in not only finding and clearing the blockage, but also inspected the cast iron pipe using a camera to check its integrity. Consulted with him on various methods to maintain the line to assist with preventing future issues. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional service. Nate had previously installed a water heater for us a couple of years ago with which we've never had a problem........ Great track record!

These plumbers are very skilled and very knowledgeable. They are very detail oriented and will spend time really take care of the problem, not just do the surface work. They are keen on good quality and I love them for that.

We hired Slate Plumbing to replace our water heater and they did so efficiently and with top customer service. Moses arrived fully masked and was very kind, helpful, and professional. They were able to come the same day we called and replaced the water heater within 24 hours. There was an issue shortly after the installment and we called to see if they could come back to check out the issue. Moses arrived back at our door very promptly and fixed the issue to ensure his service was successful. Abel and David were very easy to work with today on our new water heater install. I was actually able to talk to Abel on the initial call in and he was out within an hour. My fiancé is an engineer and extremely well versed in all things technicals/electrical/plumbing regarding our house. He is often skeptical but could tell the techs knew what they were talking about. I appreciated the way the handled all our questions. We ask a lot! They were tidy, clean, thorough, efficient and highly skilled. We appreciate that we weren't dead in the water for very long!
