Rourke with One Source Home Service was very professional, and did an outstanding job on repairing a leak on the kitchen sink. He was very knowledgeable and cleaned everything after he finished. Highly recommend Rourke to do any plumbing service. I highly recommend One Source Home Service!

Ed installed a 20 ft gas line for a range. His work was very neat and professionally done. First time using and I was impressed and pleased with his service. I will continue to use him from here on.

We moved in to a house that had a backed up main. My landlord is out of the country, but gave me Olson's number. They were incredibly responsive and were at my house within about 30 mins. A couple weeks later (today) we realized that we still had an issue. Called them after hours, they arrived within the hour again. Ron was amazing, fixed it quickly. He wasn't even mad about having to come out after hours, or what pain it was getting it fixed lol. Would recommend a million times over!!

We trust Tim with our rental for plumbing and heating at all times. TIm is very knowledgeable and works detailed. He's always on time and takes the time to explain details and instruct our tenants with all questions at hand. We would like for the office girls to respond better and in a more timely manner. Living several states away doesn't make it easy but with Oak View and especially Tim for plumbing AND heating we feel comfortable and safe.

That said - we talked to other companies in the area but found OVM one of the least 'want to sell you the most expensive equipment' company and are very impressed with Tim's work and experience. The new office team understood our wish of timely response due to the fact we are far away from the location and the icing on the cake >>> CHRISTMAS COOKIES --- THANK you so much - we love them and the extra mile OVM goes to see their customers happy. My A/C went out over some of the hottest days of the summer - when I called, they were able to get a technician out within about four hours. They were completely honest about cost, and the technician they sent was absolutely fantastic - willing to service my outdoor A/C fan even during significant rain (which thankfully wasn't necessary!). I usually just Google around a bit for who's open when something goes wrong with the house, but I'm definitely coming back to these guys the next time something goes wrong with my home.

David was the plumber who installed my new water heater. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, answering my questions and keeping me informed on what he was doing. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and he cleaned up after himself! The office staff was quite helpful, contacting me very quickly after I submitted my request through Angi and e-mailing a quote, the only company to do that. This is a professional company who I will look to in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Recently moved into a house and out of no where had a back up in our bathroom. Then we found a leak in our crawl space! Just moving here we didn’t know who to call but I saw great things about flow right and had a feeling they’d be the right people for the job. Everyone was really helpful and nice. Isreal went above and beyond to help us. He got the bathroom up and running and the leak stopped within about an hour. He showed me any issues we had and even went into the crawl space to show me where our issues were there. Not to mention this was after regular business hours. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better company or person to work on any services they provide.

Carl and Adam were the best HVAC people we have had. They went the extra mile to install our humidifier. They also checked our other unit and found that it was not installed correctly and fixed it. Adam is an apprentice and has number one customer service. He went out of his way to get me manuals that had not been left with us before. I hope their manager sees this and gives them a big raise. Unless you have knowledge regarding HVAC systems you have to trust that work done is done properly. I thank God that WireNut sent Carl and Adam.

Highly recommend One Source Home Service for your next home service repairs. Called the company and was able to schedule a HAVC service. The technical Andres was professional, and took the time to explain the air conditioner repair. Andre provided outstanding and excellent customer service. Would definitely use his services again. We had a direct vent gas furnace installed today. Marcus W. and his team did a fantastic job. The job was done perfectly and everyone involved had a great attitude and took pride in providing great service. Very knowledgeable!
