I wish I never got my ac unit for this placeUpdate: They called me to set up an annual appointment for my AC unit. The first time they called me 10 minutes before my appointment to reschedule. So I rescheduled it for the following week and guess what they called me again to reschedule again. I keep changing around my schedule for these appointments and I already knew they were going to reschedule for a second time. I'm keeping me my review at one star. If I could I would give them 0 starts

I called this establishment due to the high reviews. I was greeted by a lady and briefly explained my plumbing symptoms and would like to setup an appointment two days out. She gave a quick thin-lip diagnosis and stated they were booked two weeks out with no follow up statement. I responded with “Great” expecting her to offer another date or a follow up call, but no. She said “it is great for us, but not for you”. WoW!!!!! could someone please tell me HOW do you obtain high reviews with a gatekeeper like that?!? The beauty of money is you can spend it anywhere.

I've been a customer of Smith plumbing, heating and A/C for a year now. Live their service, every Tech has been very professional. I love the quality of work and the quality of the parts they use. The price for getting a new circuit panel, new heater, new A/C, new hot water heater, and a new circuit panel in my garage is the best in town. Trust me I called around and the price was unbeatable. With all the work I've gotten done it give me a peace of mind to know that I have a good warranty and get scheduled maintenance done to help keep my system running great. Do yourself a favor and call Smith plumbing, heating, and A/C when you have a problem in your home

Quick diagnosis and repair of our A/C issue for a fair price.

Kieth called ahead of time to let us know he would be arriving within the scheduled 2 to 4 pm timeframe. He was cordial and extremely knowledgeable about our HVAC system. He did a thorough inspection of the AC system as requested. The system was installed by Parkey’s’ in 2005. There is rust present on the A-frame coil and the blower fan is dirty after years of use. We have requested a visit for a quote on a new system based on Keith’s assessment.

Water heater died on a Monday night, went on Angie's List Tuesday morning and found Alphalete Plumbing & Heat. I submitted my request and got a call back in about 10 minutes. I explained what I was looking for, got a quote, and booked an appointment for Wed morning. Walter and Donny arrived on time, did quick, clean work and brought my venting up to new code. I had a new water heater put in and they hauled away the old one and took care of the permits. Great service!

From the phone call to schedule the appointment to the completion of the service, Flow Right employees were professional, friendly and helpful! The service technician standard fee is a little pricey BUT with the great reviews and evidently great service they provide, I must say it was worth it! David Kittle was my technician and he was very helpful, very informative, professional and got the job done! I appreciate their business. Definitely reliable, highly recommend if you aren’t on budget, but if you need something, and done right, Flow Right is a great way to go for that peace of mind.

I will always choose Bullseye for all future plumbing needs. These guys were a life saver. My son decided to flush his hot wheel car down the toilet.. This caused over flowing that we could not stop. Heath came out ASAP and fixed our problem quickly and for an affordable price!! Look no further these guys are top shelf !!!

Great job very friendly

Made appointment last week to get estimate for replacing an electric furnace with gas. It was for a late time since my husband is working 12 hour shifts but no one called or showed up. We will be getting estimates from someone else.

So the technician did call and apologize- the company was accommodating giving us a late time so I can understand forgetting. So I did give them another star.
