My neighbor recommended them, but their website says they were recently acquired by AirPros so maybe that is the reason for the differences in service? I was told 2 different things from 2 employees/there appears to be a disconnect between employee/manager, documentation from the employees is lacking if 1 employee is not able to see what another has done, a manager was abrasive in her interactions with me, and lack of follow up response. I called to make an appointment for my AC on a Monday. I was given an appt for a little over a week away and had to pay the $95 deposit fee to hold the spot. (It doesn't appear that this $95 fee is common for other companies, but in my profession, I have been no showed often, so I understand the reason to ensure the worker gets paid for their time) A couple days later, funny enough, my neighbor also had their AC break and I happen to be outside when their repair tech was working on their unit. He said he would be able to work me in right away and being DOD there was no service fee and no deposit/hold fee. With covid, my family is home ALL the time so with temps in the 80s-90s, 5 days sooner of cold air is fairly significant, but while I wanted cool air faster, I was worried about losing the $95 deposit fee so before allowing the neighbor's AC guy to do the work, I called Advanced Heating and AC. I explained to the phone operator (I didn't think to write her name down) that I was happy for them to come out but my appointment was still 5 days away I was wondering if it was at all possible to have the deposit refunded and my appointment canceled since I doubted the schedule would have been developed/worker impacted. While I expected the answer to be no that it was nonrefundable and continue dealing with the heat for another 5 days, the woman I spoke with was super sweet and said she would call over to the concierge department and see what she could work out. She then came back on the line and told me that for this one time it was approved and to expect a refund in 72 hours. I was surprised and thankful for the caring staff willing to help and would have used the company in the future if that was the end of the story. Well, then today (4 days later/the day before my originally scheduled appointment) I get a call from a woman named Michelle a couple minutes after 9am to confirm the appointment for the next day. I explained the above situation that a refund was to be processed and the appointment canceled. Immediately she stated how that is impossible because I canceled so the deposit will not be refunded and the refund would only be given if they cancel. I again explained that I understood that but I had called for that specific reason and was told something different. I checked my credit card statement for the refund but it is not yet posted (maybe because a weekend has been within this time?) though I question it now if the appointment wasn't actually canceled. When I asked if there was a manager I could speak with thinking maybe they were who the woman I spoke with last week had as well and it could be cleared up easily, she told me she was the manager of the concierge department. We ended the conversation of her seeking out the worker that approved the refund and she would get back to me, but that she couldn't tell me that it would be upheld because that is unlikely and it shouldn't have been approved. I was left feeling like even if it was processed properly that this manager wouldn't uphold it and extremely frustrated. Now almost 9 hours later, I still haven't heard back from anyone. So while not so much about the refund, it's about the root causes within the company that I see significantly impacting services with customers (and even employees as the manager said the employee shouldn't have done such a thing rather than supporting her employee and investigating further and keeping a cohesive work environment). This was something small and to face so many issues for a canceled appointment, I can't imagine trying this company to do larger work. I wouldnt recommend this company.

OneSource inspected my water heater and told me that the pressure valve was going bad. The cost to replace it was $939, right then and there I knew something sounded fishy. I got online and looked up the part, which was different from what the maintenance person showed me. I had another company come out and look over what Onesource did and yes, the pressure valve was going bad, but the cost was $236, $700 less from Onesource. This is ridiculous, during these hard times, they are ripping customers off. If I was an elderly person without access to internet or do any research, Onesource would have collected $939 from me. I am curious who is the Veteran that owns this company and if he/she knows what is going on.

I rate my experience with Advanced Heating & A/C as excellent. I received a reasonable bid in a timely manner. The project to replace my air conditioning unit was scheduled promptly upon accepting the proposal. The project was completed as scheduled & the building department inspection went very well. Everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable & courteous. In addition the technicians were on time for all scheduled appointments; my home was left neat & clean after they left. Replace old garage door opener

We initially had a scheduled maintenance appointment, when the rep Nathan came out he stayed for several hours doing an extremely thorough evaluation of what was going on with our 12 year old system. Needless to say it was pretty bad, but he provided a great insight into what we needed and got us set up with a full HVAC system change which we needed. The team was extremely friendly and worked with us throughout the entire process.

We were sent two technicians to make the change out the very next day. These guys worked for 12 hours straight, ZERO BREAKS and they were extremely thorough while working. They were extremely respectful of my home and my wife and baby. It has been a wonderful experience working with this company and their team.

We were very impressed from start to finish with Bob's expertise and willingness to guide us in choosing the correct size air conditioner for our home. The installer was courteous and took great care to make sure our carpets were protected.

When we registered the air conditioner and coil online for the warranties, we realized we didn't have a copy of the paid invoice. Lisa emailed a copy to us right away. All in all, we believe you would be hard-pressed to find a better company to work with!

We recently had a fire in the house caused by a fault in our clothing dryer. While here, the utility company cited us for an unrelated fault in our gas lines and Red Tagged us, stating that if a licensed contractor didn't make repairs in five days they would shut off all gas (aka Heat) to the house. After making several calls and hearing that the required work would cost us between $300 to $1,000, we were rather frustrated.

I had noticed a truck in our neighborhood of Advanced Heating and Air and called the number on it that evening. The owner, Bob, soon returned my call even though it was after-hours. He was sympathetic and reassuring. He reworked his schedule to come by the next morning.

After reviewing the Utility notice and the situation he offered to give the building department a call on our behalf and see what he could work out.

The next day he called us back and let us know he had worked out an arrangement that was satisfactory to the building department and that he would take care of the work, clear the Red Tag and came in below the lowest of estimates!

I would highly recommend Bob and Advanced to anyone without reservation. He was sympathetic, honest, efficient and effective. Some might say we were lucky to trip over a contractor with all these attributes; I'd say we were blessed.

Did not come as scheduled. It’s okay to have an urgent matter to attend to on route but would appreciate a thumbs up that they will be late.

Was given an arrival window of 10am - noon. Finally arrived about 2:30pm. Had told them the work I needed, and was given the impression that it could be done. Service rep did not have the materials to do the work, and the quoted price to hook up the drains on 4 new sinks was extremely high.. about $2200. I cannot recommend this company at all.

They came out to unclog our kitchen sink. The technician didn’t have a 45’ pipe snake only a 25’. He had to leave and come back with a longer pipe snake and by doing this it upped the charge by 3x the amount. He was still not able to fix our drain. Told us we would have to have someone else come out. So we paid over $400 for nothing. The next day we called another company and they fixed it with the same pipe snake and only charged us $126. I called the next day to ask about some kind of refund and still haven’t heard back from them.

Peyton was amazing at performing the routine HVAC and furnace service - made sure all the numbers were up to par and suggested I get some duct work work done to ensure the furnace keeps functioning at top condition. I appreciate his quick work and plentiful knowledge. They were able to get me in today for the duct cleaning and sealing. Worked with me to bring the costs as low as possible and around my WFH schedule. Huge thank you Peyton for being awesome!! Great work boss.

Whatever they pay “Q” it isn’t enough. So professional. So personable. Always have piece of mind knowing I’m not dealing with shady contractors.

Do NOT even use them for small jobs. They will upsell and try to rip you off charging much higher than competitors in area. It says veteran owned business, but they prove not all vets have honor and integrity. So disappointing!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Be aware, their customer service and follow through are very poor. I have been waiting for a manager (or anyone who could answer my questions) to call me back for almost a week now. A service Tech came to my house 6 days ago to fix our furnace the company they bought out had installed 4 years ago. I was assured they carried parts on their van, but learned they did not. Since it was a Saturday I was told I would have to wait (without heat) until the following Monday for someone to make the repairs. They also said they would check first thing Monday morning to see if the part could be covered under Warranty. Waited all day Monday and nobody called or came to fix the furnace. I finally called at about 3:00 and was assured a manager would call me back within the hour. I spent all Tuesday waiting as well. When I called in again I was told they only email their managers and never transfer a call. I then got an email with only a quote for a new furnace that was too small for my square footage (we never requested a new furnace as ours is less than 5 years old). When I called and pointed this out to the receptionist I was again told someone would call me back. I then got a quote for $2000 to repair a gas valve. I finally called Fountain Valley Mechanical and they just left. The total bill was $380 for a new circuit board (the gas valves work fine) and they were able to get the part under warranty. My furnace works perfectly, they didn’t try to upsell thousands of dollars in add ons like you get every time One Source comes to our house. Bottom line, their communication is poor, they overcharge and probably would have fixed the wrong part. STAY AWAY and go with a local company who demonstrated integrity.

Tech came on Friday to replace the filters and clean the furnace. My heat was working fine prior to the technician working in the furnace. After he left, I no longer had heat. He said someone would be out Sat to fix the issue. The tech that came on Sat had no ladder, so nothing was looked at or even fixed..here it is Monday and I'm still waiting on my furnace to be fixed. I was given 2 space heaters to use until they could get to me but the owner told me that they were completely swamped. I have a young child in the home and there's still no rush on correcting an error made on their behalf.

Great guys came over and determined the problem and solution quickly and easily. And I learned a little something too! Great job!

Woke up to my gas furnace short cycling, on 3-4 seconds, off 30, on 3-4 seconds and a freezing house.
One Source was recommended to me by a friend at work and Andres was quick to reach out to me and swing by to check things out to me.
He was able to get me a good deal on a new furnace, new AC install, attic insulation and duct cleaning and aeroseal with a 5 year care package. Install is scheduled for tomorrow, 3/14/23. I'll update with any pertinent details on install.

Bob took me under his wing, passed on his year of experience/expertise in the trade, and helped me become a better tech. He was able to get my air conditioner running for a time. He said it would be over 1200 and that was to much for me. The company that put the air conditioner in did it for 275.00..works great now. The worker from One Source was a real nice guy but I couldn't afford the repair price with them.

I have used Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning for 2 services and both have been stellar. In 2015 just a few days before Christmas and during a very cold spell, my furnace went out. Advanced Heating and Air quoted me the best price for a quality product and fit me into their busy schedule. The were able to get it installed before the holiday, when many others in town told me i'd have to wait until after Christmas. A little more than a year later my hot water heater died on a weekend. Again, they got me scheduled for the next day, with the best rates for a quality product. They are honest, straight-forward, with great rates. They are considerate of your home, always cleaning up after themselves. They are even pet friendly, giving my anxious little pup some attention, so he will be more comfortable. They will always be my first call!

When One Source originaly came out to winterize my equipment, I was told I needed a new furnace because the one I had had been installed wrong and was going bad. Against my better judgement I agreed to a new furnace/a/c. New ones installed the end of September 2022 and I am still waiting to have an electrostatic filter installed because the tech threw the one I had away($1500). He didn't think I wanted it. I am still waiting for a new filter 6 weeks later. When I called today, they show the work is complete. I will call every day to check on replacement. They will either replace the filter or hear from my legal team. ( I thought about renting a billboard near them to urge folks not to even think about using the company). What a goat rope this continues to be.

I called the customer service because the tech hadn't showed yet. The person on the phone said she wasn't going to argue with me because she said the tech had came but no one answered the door and there was a picture of my front to prove it. So I asked what color the door is. With a nasty attitude she said brown. My house is blue. So after she did some checking they sent him to the wrong address. Her customer service skills did not improve. The only reason reson why I gave 5 stars is because Dylan the tech that came back out to the correct address this time was awesome, and I don't want a bad review to effect him at all. So to sum it up: phone customer service no stars. Dylan 5 stars.

I am an older lady living on social security. My furnace completely stopped today and since I have been using Advanced Heating and Air to do the yearly maintenance since I have owned the house I called them to fix it. I know nothing about furnaces! My husband always took care of all that! They could have told me I needed $500 worth of work or more on it and I would have been none the wiser and paid to have it done because I have to have heat...right? It turned out it was just the front of the furnace had come lose and it turned itself off. They did the yearly maintenance on it for the service call which was just wonderful because I hadn't gotten around to getting that done yet! The young man they sent out here was very nice and explained how everything worked and also pointed out that my dryer vent needed some attention which I was unaware of! I couldn't be happier! It's so refreshing to find people you can depend on that you know are not going to take advantage of a lady!

He went through the furnace completely and changed the filters. Then went outside to check out the A/C unit and washed out the dust.

Highly recommend One Source Home Service for your next home service repairs. Called the company and was able to schedule a HAVC service. The technical Andres was professional, and took the time to explain the air conditioner repair. Andre provided outstanding and excellent customer service. Would definitely use his services again. Thank you Andres, you are a very hard worker and you were awesome.

I paid the technician nearly $1000.00 to fix the ac/ heater unit fan blower, and stop a gas leak today. The technician said he replaced old parts with new parts and told me everything was running just fine. Couple of hours later I'm wondering why I'm so hot. I go to my control panel to discover I do not have an operational fan, heater, or air conditioner. The motors appear to be on at the unit but no fan to push the air through. Then discovered no way to reach them after hours.

Our appointment was from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. At 10:50 am they called to see if they could come early. They arrived at 1:00 pm and it went downhill from there.

Great technical knowledge and customer satisfaction. Definitely a company to go to!

Any technician that comes to do maintenance is always professional, and always answers all of my questions. They do very good work.

Annual checkup

Had water leaking from water heater. Nathan did a great job looking it over and explaining why it needed to be replaced. He also checked the furnace and it was in bad shape also. He assisted us with the financing process so we could schedule to get them both replaced. From the time I called to the time he showed up was only about an hour

We had the pleasure of Peyton come out to our house and look at our AC and service it. He was very professional and I understood everything he was talking about concerning our unit. He was very knowledgeable and very experienced and knowing what he was doing. I also want to take this time to thank Sarah in the Colorado Springs office for addressing my concerns. I will be using one source as my main go to. They do different jobs in all different categories. Again thank you One Source!

Bob is highly responsive to email and text, and even years later treats us as a current customer instead of a job that's done. He's been our contractor for two big projects (new AC, and later replacing a gas furnace), and has been great about customizing the installation for a house that wasn't really designed with AC in mind. Great to work with.

Worst company ever !! They will charge you then make excuses why they can’t complete the job without more $$ never hire these scammers!! If you hire you will regret it!!! If they give you a warranty you can use it for TP that’s only thing it’s worth !! They stand behind nothing!!!

My furnace went out on a snow, cold, freezing holiday. I called around couple places, and ended up with Advanced Heating & Air after seeing many positive reviews. I spoke to Bob, the owner, described the problem, texted him the photo of the furnace model, and he was able to find the part, dispatch technician out within 2 hours, and got it done. Pricing was discussed and it was reasonable. We got the heat back, prevent the pipe freezing. Service was done well, technician was friendly, showed up timely, got the job done, fixed the problem. We are happy with the service.

We've been very pleased with Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning. We've used them for a number of years. They installed the A/C unit at our old home in Briargate (and it worked great with never any issues). We've had them work on our A/C and most recently our furnace in our newer home in Falcon. They have been quick to respond to our problems, the service people have been friendly and knowledgeable and the cost for repairs has been very reasonable. I would highly recommend using Advanced Heating & A/C.

The service tech that came out to the house, Josh, was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend him. Scheduling was a little difficult with the office in the beginning, however, it worked out.

Never got estimate for work.

An employee came out to give a free estimate for water heater replacement. While looking at the water heater to be replaced, he hooked up a hose to the water heater and appeared to try to drain it. He never asked about it or got authorization to work on it, he just did it. The quote he gave was more money than we wanted to spend so we said no thank you. He then said it would be $89 for his visit. I was surprised but paid because I just didn't want make a big deal of it. All I asked for was a receipt. He turned and went to his truck and began to drive away. I walked after him and he got out of the car asking why I'm getting in his face and acting like this. I told him I wanted a receipt for the money. He said he would email it. I don't know if he thought hooking up a hose went beyond the free estimate and equaled work performed. It's just pathetic and we will never deal with them again. I never even got an emailed receipt. Based on this interaction, this is a terrible company. The people we spoke to on the phone were nice though.

After doing some research locally found that Advanced Heating and air conditioning had the best prices and awesome customer service.

Required several calls and rescheduled appointments to get as far as we have. However, four months later, the install is still not complete.

They did not show up at my house they called me at work asked me if they could come early the lady was extremely rude hung up on me because I cannot leave work it was scheduled for 3:00 I have called three times still nobody at my house it is so unprofessional the install insulation was terrific and the worst thing I've ever gone through nobody will call me back it is now an hour and 15 minutes late I have called three times and they go to one house but not the other totally unprofessional the worst customer service and I heard you guys have New Management I don't think so

Called when my heater stopped working, hoping to get same day service, which I did! They arrived about an hour after I called, did some cleaning and analysis of the system. The cleaning alone had the system working when they left, and they came back the next day to replace circuit board and a few other items. As I haven't had this type service done before, I honestly don't know if the price was a good value or not, but they were quick to respond and repair, all personnel were respectful and friendly, and am happy that both my heat an AC are working again.

Bobby inspected our home furnace and pointed out multiple problems with our furnace. Understanding it’s the original heater 24 years of use it’s time to replace the system . Bobby explained to us what our options were and we had decided to purchase a new unit.

Our technician was the very best. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. Spent the time to make sure our air conditioner was running at peak performance with no leaks. I definitely want him back for our next pm.

Edit for posterity: Troy immediately called me berating me about my lack of knowledge on what a review does and excusing himself since I wasn’t charged. I wasn’t charged after I called him out for trying to charge for services that weren’t done while a family of 3 have been dealing with their company all day and cleaning up behind them.

Another company identified that they actually destroyed the cap to the sewer line allowing possible explosive gases to enter the housing area for the HVAC. I am contacting my insurance company. The company working on it now sais the cap is destroyed and so are the threads in the pipe.

I am so VERY grateful I was referred to Bob at Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning a few years ago. Bob has done an splendid job taking such good care of my home. His prompt service and true commitment to excellence is impressive. Bob's Wife, Lisa provides precise follow up and superb communication too. Maintenance and replacing filters for the air/heating unit and humidifier unit

The Owner of Advanced Heating and Air, Bob, is a true expert. Other companies wanted to poke holes in my walls to put in a new A/C unit and charge me and extra $500. Bob took one look and said that he could use the existing holes made by the waterline and didn't need to charge me.

Plus Bob was $1,300 cheaper than the other companies. He know whats he's doing and he wont charge you and arm and a leg.

I wanted to have my boiler inspected and Bobby was fantastic to work with. He explained the system as he inspected, answered all of my questions and was extremely thorough as well as friendly. Absolute pleasure to work with and he sealed the deal as my go to HVAC service provider. Thank you!

We couldn't be more pleased with the entire effort from Abbott Heating and Air Conditioning! He was quick to respond. Once onsite his diagnosis of a defective capacitor, versus one of his competitors telling us we need to replace the whole system, immediately earned his trust. So a service call and a part for less than $100 dollars when we thought we would be paying 10 times that to replace the system. So yes I highly recommend Todd’s Abbott Heating and Air Conditioning! Nice to find an honest businessman.

Great company! They are honest and do good work. They installed an a/c for me a year ago and said they would come out and service it before the year was up. They did what they promised and I didn't need to remember to call them. They called to schedule the appointment, they were in time, they wrote up what they did and even sent pictures. You won’t be sorry, call them.

Made appointment last week to get estimate for replacing an electric furnace with gas. It was for a late time since my husband is working 12 hour shifts but no one called or showed up. We will be getting estimates from someone else.

So the technician did call and apologize- the company was accommodating giving us a late time so I can understand forgetting. So I did give them another star.

Installed tankless water heater that required new gas line after our previous water heater failed. Got us in the next day since we had no hot water in the house.
