Stephen did a great job. He installed new parts and showed me the old parts. it was evident why the system did not work after looking at the old parts that had failed. I really appreciate the few minutes that Stephen took to show me the parts.

Plumbing technician Randy was very knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do. He ran a camera to scope our main sewer drain. He showed me video of his findings of where the line had been broken for quite some time. A few days later he had a quote for the cost of having the line repaired. Was very happy with his service

They were contacted to fix our a/c by housing. We’ve had 2 different people come out, tell us they’ll be back only to never hear from them again but while they were here say a different thing was wrong. Even had a “supervisor “ say they’ll be by on a certain day only to never see or hear from them.

I work with a real estate agent who had clients in Colorado Springs who needed to repair their sewer line per this company's inspection. We were told the work would be completed before the closing which was just about two weeks away. They didn't start when they said they would, and they did not finish (or even repair the line before the closing date). They tore up the driveway. I can see how things happen but what added to the stress and frustration was the various messaging from Ben, the Project Manager, and the guys at the site. The Friday before closing, the guys said the job could take up to two weeks more, didn't know it was supposed to be done by a certain date, and that they didn't have the right equipment to expedite the job. Ben kept assuring us it would be done on time then only a day or two late. He kept citing weather as the reason for the delay, but that's not what the guys at the site were saying?? They told me they were going to work the weekend so I drove down from Denver, but then nobody came. In addition to the delay, they broke the water line which created a hardship for the folks in the house as they had no running water for about 2 days. I would look elsewhere before using their plumbing service- especially if time is of the essence as it is in real estate transactions.

We called Affordable Plumbing and Heating at approx 9 PM on December 23rd to report a non-working gas furnace. Their technician, Paul was at the residence diagnosing the problem within an hour. He determined what was needed, went out to the parts warehouse and picked up parts and returned by midnight. By 12:15 AM on the 24th, the unit was up and running. Their price, given the time of day (actually night) and repairs needed was very reasonable.
We could not believe the speed and courteousness of this technician. He was fabulous and we will recommend Affordable Plumbing and heating to anyone. Thank you! Linda Sanders

I have used affordable for many years. I just recently had them install a sink and faucet for me and those two men John and Gage were fantastic. I plan to have some other things done in my house and I will be calling in affordable back.

Not only was my plumbing problem not fixed but was actually made worse. I was then told it would run me $9500 to fix it due to my ‘special circumstances’. I was charged almost $400 for this call and at the end of it I felt hustled.

Go with a different company unless you want to waste your time requiring multiple visits just to get the job done right.
I purchased a new furnace and water heater simultaneously through this company. First, the salesman never gave me the official estimate but did schedule everything to be installed including the humidifier which he failed to measure to make sure it would fit on my unit. Next, the furnace guy ripped the cord out of my wall where the new thermostat was supposed to have gone. Because of that he had to choose a new installation site that required him to cut out my drywall. Even with that and even after I asked him to make sure the cords were all hidden (it was an easy job since I was renovating trim on my walls), he left cords completely visible and in the way of me being able to finish my trim job. He even ran the cord over my stairs where it is completely visible. At the end of the job when he had me look over the work and I commented on the cord being in the wall at of the trim, his comment was “oh, you can just cut your trim to fit over the cord.”
The second issue was that after installing the furnace, that same guy turned my hot water heater off. The next day when I was realized I had no hot water, I had to call the man out to look at things. They promptly realized the furnace guy had turned the unit completely off and failed to turn it back on.
The third issue was that they installed the incorrect size air filter in my new furnace. The filter they installed was at least an inch too short. This was discovered by the air duct guys I hired to clean my duct system out a few days later. Aside from that, Affordable air and plumbing referred me to a wonderful air duct cleaning group and charged me $600 thru them to have my duct system cleaned only to find out the air duct team would only have charged me $500 to clean my air duct system out. When I called Affordable air and plumbing management about the upcharge, their response was that they couldn’t discount the $100 but they could give me a “free” furnace maintenance.
Now for the BIG issue. After the installation was complete and I had the inspection for my newly installed equipment, I didn’t pass the inspection. There was a gas leak that had to be fixed. Again, another appointment was required to repair the gas leak. On arrival the furnace guy’s comment was “I don’t see a leak.” I asked him to please go ahead and tighten the connection which he did. I then had to have another inspection to confirm everything had been done properly. After spending so much money with this company and after multiple appointments with them due to things not being done properly the first time, my best advice is to go with any other company for your furnace needs.

Had an issue with the outside faucet and on this day of Aug 3rd 2023 John came over popped it out put a new one in. He was very funny and professional and I would recommend him or any of the staff for future endeavors.

Technician was very knowledgeable. Very nice efficient. Gave us a courtesy call before coming out. Even the receptionist who called prior was very patient nice and concerned. The things that were beyond their control, wasn't satisfactory to them until it was fixed and management was madw aware. They did promise to do a follow up on every promise they made they also kept. The plumbing was superb. I highly recommended and have recommended. Thank you for a job well done!

I would highly recommend Affordable Plumbing, Heading, and Cooling! Kelly (in the office) is so sweet and helpful, Frankie (the plumbing manager) is very responsive and professional, and Brandon (my plumber) was simply fantastic!

I had three faucets that were dripping and had rusted out the stoppers in the sinks. Brandon informed me that since my faucets were Delta, I could call them and they would send me replacement parts for free. I called Delta and emailed them photos of my faucets, and they sent me my replacement parts free of charge. I did go ahead and pay for Delta to send me new sink stoppers so the rusted ones could be replaced.

In addition to the faucets dripping, I had a toilet that needed to be rebuilt. Every time you flushed it, it made a terrible noise in the walls. Brandon told me what I needed to purchase for him to be able to repair it, and he even recommended a place for be to purchase the parts.

Finally, I figured that if I was going to have a plumber on hand, I might as well upgrade my shower head. I selected one and sent the link for it to Brandon for his inputs. He confirmed the great reviews isy read about it online and again provided me with a location where I could purchase it.

Overall, APHC was great to work with. I have saved their card so that I will have it should I ever need their services again.

The two gentlemen who came to my home on 12/30 to look at my furnace were absolutely great. I would absolutely recommend Affordable Plumbing & Heating. And they were the only company who could come the next day. Everyone else was 3 weeks out. Who can go without heat in December for that long? Next time you have a problem with your furnace, call them first. I know I will!

Review of a 16 year old tankless water heating system... Carefully informative evaluation indicates that we need to replace the system.

First and foremost - all of the folks I came in contact with were friendly and kind, and the two plumbers who came out were knowledgeable and great at their work. The service is not the problem, and I daresay that anyone with a serious plumbing issue would find them a great company to use.

So why the two stars instead of five? The cost. $270 for something that took them five minutes to fix is far, far too much. Give your plumbers some leeway to discount when they get to a call and it turns out it's something so easy that it takes them next to no time to diagnose and fix. I never, ever mind paying for expertise - what bothers me here is that they had no wiggle room to charge me less when it turned out to be a simple and easily solved issue involving no new parts, and five minutes (if that) of labor.

Again, it's not the service, it's not the plumbers - everything about that was top quality. But my goodness, when one pays a $270 trip/diagnostic fee for 5 minutes of time? That's poor management.

He fixed the long going leak I had- even though at a hefty price. Assured me that it was the going rate for same situation. My only complaint is that when I asked for him to send me a picture of my rotted floorboards- I got no response 😏

Total Nightmare! The installers left a mess. We failed inspection and nobody ever called us about it, like the inspector said they should.

I finally called the company and urged them to come fix our failed inspection. They send someone who is clueless and provides a bad fix and we fail again! Guess what, nobody ever called me about it AGAIN! I end up reaching back out to the company who sends a manager this time to provide a new fix and we FAILED AGAIN! Once again nobody calls me about trying to get this fixed. I had to call them back myself AGAIN to get someone to fix this.

After me missing work 8 or 9 times to deal with fixing this issue, and three months past my initial installation of nearly 14,000$, I finally passed inspection and could be done with this awful company.

Very professional. Very fast response to my email request. Kendall, our technician, was excellent. He knew the right questions to ask inorder to diagnose our furnace issue quickly and fix the problem. I will definitely use them in the future if problems arise.

I had a sewer line back up this past weekend at my commercial building and called Affordable Plumbing, Heat and Electrical. They responded within a few hours and the technician ( Ed Z.) was very efficient and quickly diagnosed and rectified my problem. I highly recommend Affordable Plumbing,Heat & Electrical was particularly impressed with Ed Z.

The tech was nice but didn’t verify things were all working. The air conditioner has been running constantly since the reset and I will need to get someone out here again. It runs with the system off. I currently have to hard stop the system to make it stop running. I would have hoped there was some sort of verification everything was working properly for the fee.

Kelton did an amazing job. He cleaned up everything and was respectful and very courteous.

Value is kinda pricey for being affordable. I couldve bought the piece I was looking for for a 10th of the price. I guess its all in the service. Besides that I love the dude that cane by.

Sarah! The HVAC tech today was Sarah. She was absolutely the best. She was extremely thorough and efficient. Very detail oriented and explained everything. I have been a home owner for 11 years and have worked with several HVAC technicians during that time for various issues and routine maintenance. Sarah was by far the best!

If I could give negative stars I would.
I called Affordable Heating to install an air conditioning unit and whole home air purifier but we knew we had to replace our old circut breaker first. Everything seemed all good and well with our project manager (what a laughable title) as we went over the different packages and decided on a finance program as our choice was in the $20 thousands we put down $2500 to get our circut breaker going. We were told June 6th, then after not hearing anything for over a month we finally got a call telling us June 16th. My husband took time off of work to be here and you change our date for the install... fine, whatever, that's annoying but we obviously have no choice but to get this done. Finally when they show up they cut a huge hole in my wall, find out they're missing parts and leave my house a disaster area getting drywall in every nook and cranny of my kitchen and dining area in my brand new couch and then when I moved a piece of art from the other side of that wall I found a huge hole had been punched through. When we had gotten the call to settle up on the remaining balance of our bill, i told them I need someone to fix the wall on the other side as THAT was NOT part of the contract (i get having to fix the giant friggin hole they cut but I also get to pay more to fix damage as a resulted from their neglect?!) I was told THAT is also part of my contract, sir, i beg to differ but since I have to pay to have everything else fixed, fine.. I will fix that too since you want to argue with me and talk down on me... MIKE, who also decided to tack on an extra $500 than what i was originally told was the balance due but in all interest of not having to deal with a blubbering misogynist I paid it... my guess is he was not happy when I told him any future appointments need to be canceled, I am no longer interested in purchasing anything from this company or using them for any other home repairs ever again... because of one man who thinks he can talk to you however he wants. He just lost your company $20,000, being as though I myself am a manager, i would have fired him for that. I was a loyal customer calling you guys for every repair for my home and my store ... not anymore. And to top this whole mess off... they never scheduled our final inspection, good thing we were on top of that. This company will never see another dime out of us.

Had smells coming from a couple of drains and Kelton was amazing helping to troubleshoot the problem and offered a simple but effective solution. Great service technician and reasonable pricing. Future customer for sure! Seamless process.

Back in late 2021, I had their estimator out to provide an estimate and recommendation on baseboard heating for the basement of my home.

They recommended 4 base board heaters which we agreed to and signed/paid for.

When their technicians came out, they told us only 3 was necessary and they would reimburse us (approx. $1k) after the work was done.

After the work was complete, I called multiple times between January and early spring before their HVAC department got back to me. He (Andreas) told me the best they could refund me was $200-300 which didn’t make sense based off what they charged me ($4k for 4 baseboard heaters).

I asked if they could re-look at the refund price or provide me a line item breakout to help me understand where they’re coming from. The HVAC manager refused and instead gave me the contact info for the electrical manager to sort out the refund.

I have called the electrical manger 3/4 times since early spring 2022 and each time he has told me he will get back to me and has never done it once.

I still have not received a refund or any call back. I’m very upset because this company has shown no accountability or follow through. I get people are busy and I’ve tried to give them time, but after 9 months and no follow-up, I’m pretty lost for what to do.

At this point I don’t know how I’m supposed to get my money back other than taking them to small claims court.

Today Brandon replaced Flushmate pressurized toilet tanks on three toilets, which had been sent to us from Flushmate. He was professional, friendly, and explained his work following the directions Flushmate required for the tanks, which had been recalled. We were pleased with the service we received.

I am installing an automatic gar8door opener. I was informed that I needed a dedicated outlet for the plug for the motor. So I called Affordable and got an appointment right away for the next day. The technician David, had worked on my house before. I explained what I needed and David and his helper got to work. They got done they went above and beyond. This is the way Affordable has always done for my family whenever we have used their services!

The plumber was here on time, was very pleasant, and explained to me what needs to be done. Superb service! I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Literally not affordable. I waited two weeks and they quoted me $2880 for a buck booster install for my kiln. I went with another company that estimated it at $755 and they got it done the same day. Way over priced.

We lost hot water and the pilot was non functioning. Shawn from Affordable Plumbing installed a new control valve and it works great. We have a two story and the water heater is in the basement, so we inquired about getting hot water to the 2nd floor faster. Shawn installed a separate valve (comfort valve?) and solved the problem. Very professional and respectful of our home. Thank you!

I was expecting torn out walls and a mess. James showed up did his investigation and explained it was a simple common break in a 90°, and he could get to it from the basement. No torn out walls No mess. Water pressure valve was also broken he replaced it like a champ.
He was knowable,professional,quick and friendly. The best part there was no plumbers Crack. No joke besides the fact that he's from Texas Affordable Plumbing is lucky to have such a great employee.

Company is not trustworthy, they just want your money for a big install job instead of a cheaper simple repair:
I called in for a tenant-occupied unit experiencing buzzing at the breaker and no hot water. Plumber came out and said they needed an electrical tech to come out before he was able to diagnose the hot water issue. Electrical tech did maintenance on the panel, then we had hot water for about 12 hours before it went cold again. Plumber insisted we needed a new hot water heater. They are the pros so they should be able to correctly diagnose repair. This hot water heater was about 5 years old. After new install, we had hot water for about 12 hours, then no more hot water. The plumber came back out, called an electrician and the electrician replaced the breaker for the water heater. Then hot water was restored. I checked that a permit was pulled for a water heater with regional, because I specifically asked for a full permitted install and that was what was quoted. However, 2 weeks after the repair had passed and there was no permit pulled. A very demanding and confrontational lady called me leaving threatening messages demanding payment, even though the permit was not pulled and inspection was not completed. I insisted they pull the permit and the work pass inspection before paying. The permit was pulled and the plumbing and electrical inspections failed due to open wiring at the top of the electric water heater. I spoke with the company again and they suggested I pay more for additional work, which I refused. Their tech left wires exposed when he installed the water heater. I’m not responsible for paying for them to correct the mistake so I refused the additional ‘repair.’ Time passed and I received more threatening messages about my nonpayment with additional threats of a lien on my property. I researched water heaters and found out that a simple component part could have been replaced for much, much less money than this full permitted replacement. The plumbing manager at the company could not tell me that they took a resistance reading at the element to determine that the water heater needed replacement. Even if the element was bad, that is no reason to replace the entire unit. After pushing them, they finally corrected their wiring mistakes and passed inspection from regional. I will never use this company again because instead of doing a component part repair they suggested a full water heater replacement which is around $3000. The component they could have replaced on the water heater would have been $50 *at most.* not trustworthy, they just want your money for a big install job instead of a cheaper simple repair.

They were prompt and quick to our call to repair a leak in our hvac system! Called ahead to confirm we were home and our technician was professional and helpful.

Used their emergency after hours service for additional fee of $200. After 3 hours and a $300 part was told they could not fix the issue. Service man was polite but dishonest in telling us he waived his charge for his time. The part replaced was $30 on the manufacturer website. Feel taken advantage of.

The plumbers who arrived were nice and finished very fast. However, the price was VERY high for 20 minutes of work and a valve. I had to pay it because I was without hot water. I would not call them affordable. I will try another plumber next time.

Called for an emergency clean out because the plumbing was backed up. They came out same day and did a great job. I've used Affordable Plumbing and Heating for three different jobs in the last couple months - a toilet repair, heating repair, and plumbing repair - and I can honestly say these are the best plumbing and heating repair guys I've ever used. They're professional and polite but still really friendly and easy to work with. They're honest and don't rip you off. And the repairmen have all gone above and beyond to get the job done right. HIGHLY recommend this business, they're fantastic!!

The new a/c unit they installed flooded my utility room causing damage to drywall, baseboards, and carpet. Called several times to get fixed and they NEVER returned any of my calls. Would NOT recommend especially after spending time over $7,000.

It was overpriced but done in a couple hours. The work was ok and did not clean up afterwards. Price was for 95% work and 5% parts. Parts were maybe $100 and total price was $550. Not very affordable

I first called for a simple issue, the tech came out quickly and told me the problem is not what it seemed. Them assisted in calling someone for a second issue. The second tech was professional as well, suggested a fix for the problem, and was military friendly.

The water heater blew up and these guys responded within a few hours to give me a quote, and it's scheduled to be replaced tomorrow! Looking forward to having hot water again.

I feel like having the name, Affordable Plumbing, Heat & Electrical, we were charged a lot. 4 new outlets ran me 1200, originally they wanted 1700. The job took them 2.25 hours, but I was charged for 3. I feel like I got screwed when it comes to hourly labor. On the invoice extra things were added that never occurred either. They did a good job, but they know how to milk you for that money.

On time, professional and friendly, Kelton did a great job. After clearing the drain, he meticulously cleaned up the mess and gave useful advice on how to avoid clogged sewer pipes in the future.

It was late on a Friday afternoon when we realized we had a leak in our main water line. Everyone I called wasn’t available until Monday, except for Affordable Plumbing. Billy with dispatch called me back right away while I was frantically looking for someone to come out and fix the issue so my family could have water going into the weekend. Billy had technician AC reach out to me and right away I knew we were in good hands. AC took the time to listen to my issue, review the photos I sent him of the broken pipe, and came to my house late Friday night to make the repair. AC was professional and efficient and took the time to explain everything that was wrong and what he was going to do to repair the issue. He also made sure our water pressure was where it needed to be and that all of our questions and concerns were addressed before he left. We could not have asked and prayed for a better experience during a very stressful time. Thank you AC, my family and I appreciate you!

Terrible Experience. Will Never Call Affordable Plumbing Heating and Electrical Company AGAIN.
I found out the New Owner of the Company has no experience in this field. He better learn quickly how to take care of customers. He will wake up some morning and have no customers. It's not all about how much you can charge and get away with. Kendall was the technician. His supervisor's name was Tony. Was not listening to my statements. Only
made excuses why were having the same problem as of July 19th 2022. Only approx. 11 months after spending $1100.00 with the company.

After a stressful and difficult experience with electricians my situation has finally been resolved after 6 months. My better review is the result of Affordable hiring a contractor to repair my wall. Hats off to DSR services.

Technician arrived within the designated window, but took an exceedingly long time to complete a routine inspection of our furnaces. Having had this type of inspection done many other times, and given that our current furnaces are essentially brand new, the technician being here for nearly 2 hours ago only to report that everything was in order, was quite disruptive. The work was adequately done, but the technician seemed disorganized, and did not instill confidence. Have used to company previously and will use it again, but this was an irritating experience, And I am having trouble believing that this was $250 well spent.

We used Affordable plumbing for a plumbing inspection and to replace our main water valve. Both experiences have been great: Scheduling was fast and easy, and our Service Technician, Sean, provided clear and concise communication.

You know, not knowing about water heaters, I had multiple plumbers come out to quote my repair. Affordable Plumbing gave a great quote and I chose them to do the replacement. Turns out the quote missed a thing or two. They were very up front about the issue and took responsibility. I was not charged. My technician was great!! James I think... he really went the extra mile to make sure I had hot water I was promised, the day of my appointment. He also stayed late to make that happen!! Don't hesitate to have them out and quote your issue.

I've consistently had good experiences with Affordable Plumbing, and today was no exception. Brandon arrived promptly, was very professional, practical and informative, no hard sell. Rheem water heater installed in less than three hours with new and improved valves, expansion tank and copper lines. Good quality at a reasonable price.

The young lady who came was outstanding. She spent time making sure there were no carbon monoxide leaks and made sure the systems were working correctly.

It seemed like we were getting a good deal from these guys, so that's why we selected them. We were assured by our sales guy, Jeff Jennings, that he would be the project manager, so he would make sure everything went well. However, he pretty much disappeared after we signed on the dotted line. The project had several issues, all of which took a lot longer to resolve than we were led to believe. Also, when the A/C failed to cool our upstairs, they told us it was a problem with our ducts, so we would have to hire another company to test the ducts and fix them, which would be another few thousand dollars. That would have been nice to know before we hired them. Jeff had also convinced us to buy the whole-home humidifier. He said it would work so well that we could end up with condensation on our windows. This was another lie. The humidifier has been worthless--it did nothing in the summer time, but I thought maybe it would do better when we were running the heater, but it also has done nothing all throughout the winter. We asked them to help us configure it, in case we were doing something wrong, but there was nobody who seemed to know how to use it! We definitely regret hiring these guys--I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone!

Stay away from “Affordable” plumbing in Colorado Springs if you need a new water heater. They just charged my 70+ year old parents $3000 to replace theirs. They refused to give them a price breakdown or an itemized receipt. General manager Brahn Shinkle has refused to respond to voicemail or email after another manager gave my sister the runaround on the phone about this ridiculous price gouging.

I was very satisfied with the work that was done in my home. They did a great job, they were super friendly, and they did everything in a timely manner. They didn't mind our dogs either.

James was able to install our new faucet, and reattach the garbage disposal without having to cut open our wall and lower the plumbing! Saved us hundreds of dollars!

Very happy with our experience with Affordable Plumbing Heat & Electrical. The company was very responsive and a pleasure to do business with. Matthew, from Affordable, was polite and professional. We were extremely impressed by his knowledge and experience and how he got things taken care of. Again, just nice to work with.

My A/C quit working due to 2 components. The repair took less than 2 hrs and I found out that both components cost less than $50 each so a total of less than $100 in parts and around 2 hrs labor. They did charge the freon up to full. The charges? $1,035.00. I asked the technician how much the parts cost and he told me they don’t charge by the hour or by parts cost but by each job. I work in a service dept for large equipment rentals and sales so I know I was overcharged. I would have understood a parts mark up and $250 an hr. Even at 100% thats parts around $300 and labor at $500 for a total of $750. I will not use this company again nor recommend them to my property managers.

The repairman (Austin M.)took the time he needed to find the problem (the sump pump not working) and made sure that we understood why and what the cost would be to correct the problem prior to doing any work. He answered all our questions and took the time to make sure we understood. Great Work Austin & Affordable P&H. By the way the price was very reasonable also.

Electrician was very helpful and polite. The plumber was very rude and was making excuses for not being able to snake my main pipe. He stated he needed to completely removed my garage sink and cabinet in order to clean the pipe. This was ridiculous, I have had out sewer company and they had no problem at all, and didn't need to remove anything. This guy was looking for any excuse not to do the simple job. And quoted a extremely high amount, knowing I wouldn't pay it, so he wouldn't have to do anything. I won't be using this company anymore.

Affordable Plumbing was excellent from first contact. Excavation manager came out with the SeeSnake camera to check our exterior sewer lines. We eliminated concerns closer to the house, and found an issue closer to the street. The camera inspection is very worthwhile, helping to find issues you cant see from the surface. Camera inspection will also save you money, as you wont have to fix issues that dont exist.

We had an ok experience with this company. The actual install of our new AC and furnace was great. The guys who came out were courteous and answered whatever questions we had. Their scheduling team however needs some major work. We had them come out for the initial install of the ac/furnace in mid February. They had to do some unexpected duct work so the whole install was unable to be completed in one day. We rescheduled for the next date while the guys were still at our house. We got a phone message a few days later saying the date we scheduled would not work due to the weather temperature. When we called back to reschedule, they said they thought this appointment was for an inspection, not to install the rest of the components and that's why the date wouldnt work. So we then rescheduled it even though our original date would've worked for what we needed done. My husband had to take off work for this rescheduled date. We get to the rescheduled date and the team that showed up was there to do an inspection, not an install therefore we had to reschedule AGAIN. So now we are mad because my husband had to miss work for this and they sent the wrong people. For some reason whoever is scheduling did not have our notes for what we needed done even though we confirmed with them that it was for the rest of the install, not an inspection. We reschedule, again, and at this point we are at the end of March. Our AC and furnace are finally installed now. We did reach out Jeff, our salesperson, to express our concerns after the first scheduling mishap but never heard back from him. This is odd because he seemed readily available and always answered our calls when we were getting quotes for the work to be done. Working in sales myself, this rubs me the wrong way. It's almost like after he got the sale, anything else was no longer a priority. I am sure that was not his intention but it was over a week and he never called us back. If you have an upset customer, its probably a good idea to touch base with them espscially when their whole order was not yet installed. We are very happy with our new system but we will probably not be using this company for our future needs.

I bought a house that Affordable Plumbing had installed a new furnace into. They were very professional and prompt during the install and followed up with permit inspections. There was a hole in the rear of the exhaust duct after inspection that they had noticed and eventually sent Paul out to fix. He went above and beyond and was very friendly to our dogs :) Every person I talked to in the process was quick, professional and helpful. I will be getting a bid from them to replace my water heater when the time comes too.

I had a waterheater installed by affordable plumbing and heating. Kevin and his assistant installed a new Rheem 75 gal water heater. After my old one failed after 25 years, Kevin and assistant came out and promptly installed the new one within a few hours. I might add my heater is in a very difficult area of my home. I was very pleased by their efficiency and professionalism. I highly recommend Affordable plumbing and heating.

Nothing like having your furnace start to make VERY strange noises during the Colorado winter. I called Affordable and, thankfully, got a same day appointment for a tech visit. Jacob Jake Conley arrived in 90 minutes, diagnosed the problem just by listening to the furnace (which Affordable had rebuilt for us in 2019) as a failure in a manufacturer component. Jacob ordered a replacement, picked it up the following morning, arrived as scheduled, replaced the part....problem solved!!! Can't thank Jake and Affordable enough for their quick work to keep us warm!!!
