Very professional HVAC company. Same day service and did not try to up sale us. They found the problem and fixed it. Would recommend to all my friends and family. Will continue to use them.

Service technician was professional, friendly, and explained what he was doing. Even if the question was asked multiple times, Carlos was helpful in explaining the process to operate our heating system. Home Heating Service was recommended by a neighbor, and I will enthusiastically recommend them as well.

He was VERY thorough and took the time to explain all that he had done; including the necessary steps he took to ensure the installation passed city inspection. Scott was very personable and made me feel at ease. I knew while speaking with him that he was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my AC unit. He explained the process of how he was going to troubleshoot the unit and what steps he would take to fix the issues once he found out what causing the problem. He was very thorough with the entire process. He even showed me how to locate the filter to my central air/heating unit and replaced the old dirty filter free of charge. Overall the experience was quick and painless. If I recall correctly the entire process took Scott less than an hour to have my AC unit up and running. Thank you Scott!

When we had a code alert show up on our thermostat, we called Home Services who had installed our new HVAC system a year ago. They were very responsive and scheduled a technician to come out to check it out. It turned out to be a very minor problem and was resolved quickly. He checked every heating component to ensure all parts were working correctly and assured us that we shouldn’t be experiencing any more future issues. We have been using Home Heating since the late '90s for repair, replacement and maintenance on A/C, furnace and water heaters. Can't say enough good things about them. They just replaced the water heater and were excellent again. I always recommend Home Heating!

They were fantastic!! I called them by referral because the furnace went out where I work, at Hanson HotSpring Spas. I called, and spoke to Kristen. She was immediately able to schedule someone to come out the same day. It was a blizzard this particular day, so it was very cold. They gave me a 2 hour window in which the tech was to arrive, and he was actually 10 minutes early. He was troubleshooting for 30 to 45 minutes. He came down with the problem, and actually had all the parts he needed on his truck to fix it right then. Great service from top to bottom!!!I highly recommend them! The technicians name was Fred! He was awesome!

Nobody wants furnace problems on Christmas Eve. We needed heat. We were happy to find out ther wasn't a holiday price increase for service and someone was available within hours of our call. Clint fixed the issue and got us up and running. He also explained the need for annual cleaning and service to avoid future furnace problems.

I was scheduled for a technician to arrive from 11-1. Having gone through this before I was prepared for an all day ordeal of sitting by the phone and waiting for a call. To my surprise, Carlos arrived right at 11 and got straight to work. He took time to explain to me what he was doing and how I could prevent it in the future, offering little tip as he went along. I actually learned a great deal about HVAC systems from this short visit. Very personable, no sales pitches, felt like honest work. Only charged us for the replacement part, and the standard service charge. The service charge was about $40 cheaper than the Colorado Springs standard rate just FYI.

Great experince with Home Heating Service after my water heater and furnace went out the same week. They responded immediately from an online appointment submission on a Saturday evening to set up my appointment. From the quote to the install, they showed up on time and every person was professional and courteous. Marcus did a great job installing my new furnace and water heater. My service person was Scott for maintenance of my furnace and A/C. He notified me by phone when he was 10 minutes away. Had a 3 hour appointment window and he arrived within the first 30 minutes which was great. He answered all my questions about my HVAC system and even checked my water heater for sediment at my request. He was thorough and professional. We have used Home Heating Service exclusively since we purchased this home 13 years ago and have always been pleased with their service.

scott came on time surveyed my furnace and determined valve needed replaced. he did not have the part in his truck but drove halfway to another's tech's vehicle to pick up valve from him. i had to go to appt so i told Scott just to let himself in, do the work, and close up. Scott called me when the job was finished. he was very polite, wore his 'booties' in the house, and explained all of what he found and how the furnace works.in particular i was going out of town and scott said he would rather get it fixed now than next week. i appreciate that the work is done and not postponed. Carlos is a fantastic plumber and a great service guy. Unfortunately, Home Heating: I would not recommend. A repair they performed on a burst line in an in-floor heat system lasted little more than a year. They claim that this is an acceptable time frame for a repair. My system lost all the glycol, home had no heat, lines froze and caused massive damage to my home. They charged me to repair their own failed fix and wanted to charge me to recharge with glycol, also, gave me an outrageous quote to replace a valve on my boiler. Hopefully Carlos goes into business for himself! Until then, find a different plumber...

Brett did a great job, he cleaned and inspected my furnace and did a great job. Then he went above and beyond and hooked our whole house humidifier up to a new smart thermostat that another company had installed and hadn't hooked up the humidifier. Will be only using Home Heating Service, Inc in the future.

Max came out to fix our AC that had quit cooling. Our service window was from 11-1 and he was here early, and had the issue fixed quickly. He was very professional and polite. I will definitely be using this company again for our heating and cooling needs!

I had a new technician this year after using one previously for many years. He was very efficient and explained everything as he was working. I was very pleased and will request him next spring for air conditioning service.

We have a 5 yr old Rinnai tankless water heater that was making a lot of noise - it sounded like a truck was driving through our basement. The original installer mounted the unit on an inside wall, so I figured that was the cause of the noise so I moved the unit to a concrete floor support - no joy. Finally called the professionals at Home Heating. To my surprise, they answered the phone on the first call (!?) and were able to schedule an appointment the same day. Fred arrived within the given time window and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Turned out there were a couple dozen miller moths that had made the ultimate sacrifice to...whatever it is that moths sacrifice their lives for. Fred also answered many of my other questions about our hot-water heating system and offered suggestions for a DIYer like myself to keep our home heating system humming and happy - thanks Fred and Home Heating Service!

I was referred to Home Heating Service by a local plumber for a water heater repair. I sent pictures of the problem and Chelsea was able to order parts for me. They proved to be difficult to find however Chelsea didn't give up and kept me informed with every step, and when the parts arrived Carlos came to my house and did a great job getting my hot water heater working again! Chelsea & Carlos are continuing to work on getting additional parts we need later but my water heater is a bit unusual so we may need to replace it. Carlos recommended a tech come and give us an estimate on a new water heater in case parts are not available to repair the current one. Michael came to my house to give us an estimate and he was friendly, easy to talk to and sent us the estimate within an hour! Everyone I've worked with at this company is extremely helpful and easy to work with - I highly recommend them!

Home Heating Service came to replace our outdated and old HVAC system. They installed a new 16 SEER outside unit and installed the other half of the new equipment in the utility room inside. The new system runs much quieter than the old system, even on high. Thanks Home Heating, my ducts and new HVAC system will keep us warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

I had two places in mind when I was looking for an HVAC provider. The first had many good reviews but when I called, the call taker sounded bored and indifferent, almost like I was bothering her. So I thanked her and told her I was going with another provider. When I called Home Heating Service the call taker was prompt, pleasant and gave the impression that they wanted my business. I was given a two hour window for the technician to arrive the next day and lo and behold he arrived on time after calling to tell me he was en route. When Technician Clint arrived he put coverings on his shoes to protect my hardwood floors, asked what the issues were then went to work. He cleaned and tuned up my furnace then repaired my whole house humidifier by rebuilding a part instead of using a new part which saved me quite a bit of money. I liked the service from beginning to end and will use them again in the future.

Carlos quickly identified the problem(s) with the heating unit and made recommendations for ways to proceed for both the short and long term. Certainly seemed to know what he was doing and did it efficiently. Scott came out to the house to inspect and repair our fireplace today. We purchased the house with the fireplace broken so we didn't know what it would take and were anticipating a huge bill. We were so wrong! Scott was professional, on time, and very friendly. He worked quickly and had parts in his truck for the small repair. AO Smith gas hot water heater failed. Called various plumbing service companies around Colorado Springs looking for help. All but Home Heating had little to no expertise and did not want to get involved. Talked with one of the managers @ HHS who tried to help me over the phone to get the unit operational. Unfortunately the heater really needed a replacement part. Made the original call a little after lunchtime, senior technician was on site by 16:00 and unit was functioning by 17:00. Just an all round pleasant experience .

Based on the recommendation from a few friends who have used them, and their glowing Google reviews, I chose HHS for my new furnace install.I compared their price to a few other estimates and theirs was very competitive. The install went smoothly and the installers were friendly and professional. I had a small issue afterwards (Fan wouldn't run always on when set on the thermostat) and they had someone out the next morning to troubleshoot it. It ended up being an issue with the thermostat itself and a replacement one fixed it right away, just as they diagnosed.I couldn't be happier with how everything went, and they'll be my go-to for absolutely any HVAC services in the future.

These guys are great. We had gotten our estimate from them and a week later we were scheduled for install. When they got to the house everything was going great until there was a leak within the A/C lines. Turns out the builder of our home had punched through the line with a nail when they were putting up the exterior waterproofing and stucco. Marcus was got Jared out to do the estimate to repair the builder's mistake. He was out within 15 minutes and the two of them got to work fixing the A/C lines together to be able to finish the job. We are sleeping in a cool house tonight thanks to those guys. 2023: Ultimately, and after much optimistic coordination with Home Heating, they are very much like many of the other HVAC companies that I have dealt with with in Colorado Springs. After much time and coordination with Home Heating, they will not honor their commitment to quality of service and will perform inspections only to serve their bottom line. This actually bums me out to say this since a few of their workers are genuinely honest and hope to serve the customer well, however the company does not echo that service commitment. For that reason, I now (and after a long time of interaction) must downgrade their rating.June 2022: Scott did an outstanding job repairing our A/C (i.e. replaced fan blade, cleaning blower motor & fan, and refilled R22 w/ sealant). A/C purrs like a kitten and is putting out cold air - ready for summer. Thank you, Scott; and thank you Home Heating for the military discount! I think we will go with Home Heating for all of our future HVAC needs.April 2022: Jared came out and gave an updated HVAC replacement estimate - much more reasonably-priced than other nearby competitors. Will likely replace within a few years, however going with reasonably-priced repairs from Home Heating in the near future. We hired 2 other HVAC and Electrical companies, but they couldn't find the problem with the AC unit. Jared was able to track down and repair the problem within an hour. Will definitely use Home Heating Service again.

Great experience overall. It started with a service call when our AC unit stopped working. We found out our AC unit was ancient and completely lacking refrigerant. The technician then discussed some options and we decided to go with a new AC unit. The options were clear and they offered payment plans. Even in the busy season, they scheduled us quickly and the technicians were skilled, professional and thorough. Our house is cool again.

Quick resolution of my heating issue and great customer service from Carlos

The tech came to perform a service call on a lennox pulse furnace, observed one single cycle of the furnaces call for ignition and confirmed the control board which is no longer available through lennox had failed. How this was confirmed , well i can assure you no test /equipment/readings were ever verified or even checked. Instantly following the technician coming out to the house was a Salesman offering a single option of 4000 plus dollars. I ordered a brand new control board online and after replacing had Zero Effect on what home heating service guaranteed me was my problem. I would never recommend or offer anybody call these salesman for any service related calls despite what you may see on the news and other reputable advertising sources

He did not fully tighten the screws on the blower wheel.It was a terrible noise from eight hours after he fixed the heating system, so we were lowering the house temperature to 63 degrees overnightOf course, the next morning, Dana M. came back and worked well and is now working qualitatively.

I have used Home Heating before and when I call for problems with my boiler, I specifically asked for Fred V. He always goes the extra step to help with my problem. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. Have had numerous people out from various HVAC companies and get different diagnosis and very expensive part replacements. They either don't work ask supposed or they make more visits to fix the problem. I have grown to trust Fred as he is honest and knows boilers. He also very easy to talk to and takes the time to explain things. I will continue to use Home Heating and Fred. I just hope not for a while.

We needed a repair on our furnace because the pilot didn’t stay lit. Technician told us the igniter was bad, so he replaced it and the furnace started to work again. Problem was solved quick like in 20mins. He was nice and friendly and did a great job. Our complain is that we were overcharged for the parts. They charged us $110 for labor + $180 for igniter which is $30 for retail. They may double or triple the retail price for the parts, but 6x is way too much.

My furnish quit working on Easter Sunday. I called Home Heating Services and they responded with outstanding service. Came home from work...heat had shut off...they were out to my house within 30 minutes. Problem fixed! They are loyal to long time customers...we would never use anyone else.

My folks thought their thermostat or furnace wasn't working properly because temp wasn't rising as high as they wanted (they keep it pretty high!). Justin came out and was able to see that both thermostat and furnace were actually operating properly. It was just a matter of extreme cold outside previous night, reducing the max temp inside. He offered an audit service in future to see what else they can do help during extreme cold, and also took steps to make sure it wasn't a thermostat schedule-running type of issue. I have been using this company since I moved into my house over 10 years ago. I knew I could count on them when I had them look at my humidifier and the tech told me a certain part could be bought and be replaced by watching YouTube for cheap or he could replace it for a lot more.Now that I rent out my house, they are responsive to my tenant and I and quick with the cost. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

A/c unit is old but still working. Just wasn’t working as good as it used to. And was making a noise that didn’t sound good.

The technician was able to come out the next day, whereas other companies were booked out for weeks (understandably so). Fred was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. It only took him about an hour to diagnose our entire HVAC system (pretty in depth too) and when he finished, he explained everything to us and gave us some tips on maintaining our HVAC system. He also gave us some quotes on things we were curious about like a full system clean. They weren't the cheapest in the area, but close enough and were able to come out sooner.

My family and I were chosen by Home Heating Services to recieve a brand new furnace through Heat Up Colorado. The owner Kyle called me personally to congratulate me. Shortly after, they came to do an inspection to see what kind of furnace we would be receiving. The gentlemen (Derrick and I believe Steve) that came were very polite and explained the process thoroughly. A couple of days before installation they called to confirm the date of install. On the day of the install they got right to work. We met with Kyle and Pam, their daughter Chelsea, Derrick and his wife, as well as many other employees from Home Heating Service and Lennox. Everyone was very friendly and answered all the questions we had. The technicians all donated their time for this. They installed a new thermostat, CO2 detector, and got our exhaust pipe up to code. We also need a new hot water heater and they explained why it isn't working efficiently and informed us that it is not up to code. We plan on using them for a new hot water heater next spring or summer. We were extremely impressed with the timely manner they got the job finished and the hospitality they showed us in our own home. We have had them out to look at our old furnace a couple of years ago and the technician then was friendly and informative. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs any HVAC work done and we plan on using them in the future. I can't thank these people enough for what they did for our family. I called HHS the day of our scheduled maintenance when the timing got mixed up and the tech arrived when we were not home.Clint was assigned after 2 PM for same day. He arrived with a smile and apologies for the mixup and went right to work. He did furnace maintenance and hot water heater flush. HVAC Expert, Geoff Brown, performed an extensive, detailed inspection (including testing) on our Lennox furnace, (which Home Heating installed in 2017) to include re-tweaking/re-calibrating the furnace to operate more efficiently. He also spent time explaining what he did to ensure the unit was working proficiently and included a run down on the general health of the furnace. If the 2022/2023 Farmer's Almanac winter projection is correct (VERY COLD in these here parts) than I recommend getting a comprehensive furnace check-up and ask for Geoff.

As usual Max was great as were the office staff to book the appointment. We are members of their Comfort Club so each fall/spring they come out to do maintenance to our furnace/ac. They are always easy to book with, responsive, and Max does a great job making sure everything is done right and communicating with us. We used another company in the past and once we switched to Home Heating we were pleased with how great Home Heating is and that they get things done right the first time! Dusty was the nicest technician I have met. He was polite. Always called to follow up on the part order ETA. Kept me informed on pricing. I had a previous company do the repairs on my tankless water heater. They barely would speak to me via phone, always had to call back 24-48 hours later but never repaired the unit after waiting 9 days for repairs. Dusty made sure everything was working and all issues were taken care of before leaving. He made 3 visits to my house, along with a rush order on the part. Took less than 7 days to get everything fixed with shipping and part shortages. Prior company charged $200 every time they showed up while quoting an $85 service call fee. Home Heating charged their service call fee the first visit. Charged zero the second and charged the final bill on the last visit and it was only a few dollars more than the prior company billed. They did a great job.

This was my 2nd time hiring Home Heating Service, Inc and both times they've done an outstanding job!

I called Home Heating Service to request a 2nd opinion regarding a possible bad compressor cited by the service technician from a different company. My call began with a conversation with Kristain to explain my doubts about the compressor being bad. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and she set up a same day appointment for me with Scott to provide that 2nd opinion. I explained to Scott (a patient listener) in detail, the interaction that took place with the 2 technicians (from a different company) that came out on seperate occassions within 24 hours of each other. The first technician rewired the run capacitor incorrectly causing the compressor to malfunction. He never came back into the house to make sure that everything was working correctly. Upon discovering the AC wasn't working correctly, I called the company to come back out to determine why the AC wasn't working when previously it was working just fine. The 2nd technician informed me that I had a bad compressor. I didn't buy their ecplainition and I called Home Heating Service for that 2nd opinion. They sent Scott out who quickly discovered that the run capacitor was not wired correctly making it look like the compressor wasn't working correctly. Scott rewired the capacitor correctly and he came into the house to confirm everything was working properly. Scott and Home Heating saved me $1500.00 in labor charges to replace a perfectly good compressor. Great job by both Kristain and Scott. Thank you.H. Ken Lewis

Overall my experience with this company was pretty good. The guys who came to do the actual install were polite, kind, and informative. They did an awesome job. My issue is with the sales end of the company. We ran into many issues. 2 days prior to install was told my unit that I ordered (Lenox) was back ordered and I’d have to go with a different brand or wait 2-4 more weeks. Then to be told it actually had arrived . Just seemed very unorganized & then upon arrival the techs were not informed they were installing a thermostat well apparently they were back ordered for at least a month on the thermostat the sales tech sold me. So they had to run a temporary thermostat that had to put a new hole in my wall. Over all pretty displeased with that aspect of the company but happy with the install and so far the merchandise that was installed.

I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Home Heating, from the initial call to schedule an appointment through the thorough check of my heating system, and the knowledge and patience of technician Scott as he answered all of my questions and provided reasonable options to consider. After having my system for a week I am changing my review from 5 stars to 3 stars. I failed the first mechanical inspection because the exhaust/intake pipes did not meet manufacturer specifications. In their defense, home heating came out a few days later and fixed this, but when you are spending this much money that shouldn't happen. I went down this evening to clean out our basement bathroom/utility room. There were a bunch of scraps of sheet metal laying around on the floor from where they cut it for a new return air duct. I have 3 small kids and sharp edges on aluminum laying around on the floor is not great. When I took the cover off of our furnace I noticed a bunch of sheet metal screws laying on the little shelf area in the furnace. Again, not a big deal, but when you pay a company over 10,000 dollars, I expect better. There were also several sheet metal screws laying around on the floor of the bathroom that shouldn't have been there, it's just not professional. All in all, I would use them again, but I am disappointed about the aforementioned items given how much we spent and the fact that we went with the highest of 5 bids expecting more. It's just disappointing.Marcus and his partner were awesome and incredibly professional. I had a ton of questions throughout the buying and installation process and all of them were answered. Home heating won't be your cheapest quote, but it's a big investment and important to have the right people doing it.

This is the second time that I've had Home Heating Service come out and perform maintenance on my HVAC system. They've continually kept in contact up to the appointment time. We have also used the duct cleaning service and was happy with that.

The technician Carlos Garcia was awesome. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He went through the furnace and explained how it worked and determined it was working properly and cleaned the flame sensor.I was less than happy with the office and your systems, I received a text saying a technician would be here be between 5PM and 630PM and asked to confirm, which I did and received a confirmation text. Well, it turns out this was inaccurate and had to race home when the technician showed up about 2:30 PM. Office said on the phone, the text was sent in error, well how was I supposed to know that? Telepathy? That was unacceptable.

Scott was very prompt and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He answered any questions I had and went over some maintenance things to watch for. I highly recommend Home Heating Service.

Furnace problem later in the afternoon on one of the coldest day of the year. Called HHS after hours and received a call back within 1 hours. Tech was dispatched and arrived around 7:30 pm. Scott found the problem, explained how he would order the part and would repair the furnace the next day. Service call cost was reasonable for after normal business hours service.Scott returned the next day after calling and agreeing to a time. Furnace was repair and again the repair costs was more than reasonable.Great service, service charges were reasonable, and excellent communications from Scott and the HHS service team.I will use HHS for all future HVAC needs

We have been customers of Home Heating Service for years and never disappointed.

I wasn't sure I was going to be able to leave a positive review for Home Heating Service. Although all of their employees that I worked with were courteous and knowledgeable, there were more than a few mix-ups that aggregated into a (initially) painful experience.The technician who was dispatched was on time, professional, and up front about what needed to be done and the pricing. He had not, however, been allocated enough time to perform the diagnosis *and* repairs, so we had to schedule a follow-up appointment.The next day, I received a phone call that the parts I needed were obsolete and could not be found nearer than Denver. They could have the parts shipped, but they'd be delivered later than my appointment was scheduled for and they were significantly more expensive. After discussing my options with my husband, I called back and spoke to the manager so that I could determine the best way ahead.The manager acknowledged my frustrations and connected me to the owner, who did everything in his power to make it right.Within an hour of talking to the owner, I had a senior technician at my house, performing an additional diagnosis and estimate for replacement rather than repair (yay old, obsolete parts!). Turns out, the initial diagnosis was a bit off - my regulator was fine but the overflow reservoir was shot - but the senior technician showed me where all the problems were, worked up an estimate on the spot, and started draining the hot water heater so that he could replace it later that same day.I'll admit, I'm still a bit nonplussed by the comedy of errors that got us to this point, but the company obviously cares about their customers and employees and is willing to go the extra mile to do things the right way.Although I hope to not need their services again for a long time, Home Heating Service will be my first call for all things HVAC.

The Service Technician called right before arriving, and was on time in the 2 hour window provided to me. He diagnosed the problem with my humidifier immediately, and performed the repair quickly and professionally! Had the needed parts on the truck so could do it all immediately. Our Air Conditioning went out today. I called Home Heating at about 1:30pm, Fred came out almost immediately (thankfully) and replaced a motor and capacitor and we were cooling again by 3:30pm. YEAH!

Recently added air conditioning to my home, and decided to go ahead and replace a 20 year old furnace. Derrick came by and gave me a quote, he wasn't pushy about it just gave me all the information on equipment, cost and what would have to happen for installation.. Project was scheduled for 2 days, the crew came on Tuesday and finished in a day. The Matt and the crew that came were polite, friendly, and very professional. The work they did was great everything was neat, clean and properly sealed when they finished. The inspectors came on Thursday and everything passed with out a hitch. I can not say enough nice things about the people and the work done by Home Heating. I had used them in the past for service work on the old furnace, and will continue to use them going forward. This is a great place to use, they know their business, do the work right, sell quality products, and are reasonably priced. Have already recommended them to a couple of friends that were looking for air conditioning.. I highly recommend them...

Not only were they extremely helpful and got us scheduled quickly, but they actually answered their phones right away too. Carlos provided outstanding old-school service, which is rare in today's customer service industry. He was considerate of our home environment, very customer friendly, educated us on this gas fireplace model, while performing thorough safety checks. Having myself a technical background and a DIYer, I can feel when a technician is doing quality work. His offer to research afterwards an issue with the access panel, and hopefully getting back to us with some answers, was extremely impressive.The only minor issue that we had, was in initially setting up the appointment with your office. The woman who took our call stated that this safety service would cost $58, which was definitely acceptable. But Carlos explained that the charge was actually $110 because it was a stand-alone service. May need to make sure that the office staff is aware of this, to avoid any surprises later.If what Carlos did today is reflective of Home Heating's overall customer service philosophy, then we will be continual customers in the future. We look forward to having Home Heating (and especially Carlos) provide us with future excellent service.

He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the furnace part I needed out in the car (no second trip needed). They did an areoseal and a new furnace at our house and they were thousands of dollars cheaper than the next best bid. They finished on time, were extremely professional, and even called me to let me know I overpaid when I wrote the check and they were sending me a refund. We couldn't be happier with the the new furnace. We will definitely be using them again at our rentals.

The original technician was very prompt and helpful. The next day that technician lied claiming we needed a new furnace to the tune of $14,000.00 and he couldn't guarantee that our central air conditioning unit would work in the warmer weather. I called another company for a 2nd opinion and they simply replaced a blower motor on the furnace. I am very grateful that this furnace didn't need replacing. You need to reevaluate your employees in my opinion!! They're costing you a ton of business all for nothing. Instead of being honest with us, he tried scamming us!! Not a good idea...

Our technician, Michael, went above and beyond with helping me - going as far as walking through the house and teaching me about the different systems and appliances we have and how to best utilize them until we can afford to upgrade. The techs that came out for installation were just as knowledgable and friendly, and I appreciated that they put on booties when they saw we don't wear shoes in the house. Outstanding service and customer support. I've used Home Heating Service for years for basic yearly maintenance on our current home. We just put a new tankless water heater and A/C unit on our soon to be new home via Derrick with sales and Scott leading the install crew. Their responsiveness and attention to detail have been impeccable. Any hiccups that might have come with installing either system in an older home was problem solved immediately. There was even an issue with formerly installed drain lines that they weren't responsible for that they fixed the issue free of charge. I will be using them again for years to come.

Clint was on time and did a great job. I have been using Home Heating Service for many years and have always found the staff to be friendly and very professional. Michael W came out last month for a water heater problem and did a great job as well.

I had them do a seller's inspection on my furnace and the tech spent the entire time trying to up-sell me on parts and services I didn't want or need. The most frustrating was his threat to leave derogatory statements in the inspection report if I didn't pay $80 for a blower motor rebuild on a 2 year old motor that was worn and dirty when he hadn't even opened the front cover yet. Based on other reviews, if you have something legitimately wrong and expensive to fix, they might be better. But if you just need something simple like I did, go somewhere else and avoid a shakedown.

I first used Home Heating Service a year ago to check the furnace and fireplace in my newly purchased home. Carlos came out and was courteous, professional, and explained everything he was checking. So when my furnace went out this month, I knew there was no one else I would call. Alex came out and said the fan would need to be replaced but as my furnace was 22 years old there was a good possibility that things were going to keep going out. He applied absolutely no pressure for me to replace the furnace but I knew it was time. Derrick came out the next day and offered me several different options and prices, again with no pressure. After choosing, they replaced it the very next day. Michael, Dan, and Gabe came on time and worked throughout the day to complete the job and were also courteous, professional, and polite. Clint was our service technician who cleaned all of our ducts and also our gas fireplace. He was professional, showed up in a timely manner, used floor coverings and even put on boot coverings when he was in the house. Clint took the time to do the jobs properly and we are very happy with the service. This company also installed our AC unit and did a great job. We will continue to use their services.

Professional and courteous service from Fred V. of Home Heating Service, who arrived to check out our air conditioning system pre-season. It was helpful that he advised us that our current system uses a refrigerant that is no longer available. In the future if our system needs re-charging, we may have to purchase a newer air conditioning system. Home Heating and Air Conditioning has worked on my heater for years with excellent service! Very happy with all the work they have done. My Air Conditioner was 17 years old and not getting the job done. It needed replacing. I got three bids and Home Heating and A/C was priced in the middle. I opted to pay more to use them to replace my A/C unit. Derrick Rose is the Manager and he is the one I dealt with regarding the bid. He is excellent! This is the first time I dealt with Derrick and the reason I went with Home Heating and A/C was twofold. First, Derrick's solution to my A/C problems made the most sense out of all the bids. Second, I have used them over the years for heating and have had nothing but excellent service, especially the follow-up.They just finished the installation and did a perfect job installing and explaining how to use it. It was a very smooth process and there were no surprises! Scott, the installer and his assistant were very meticulous in the installation and are real problem solvers.I would highly recommend Home Heating and A/C for both heating and air conditioning issues. Not sure how a tech can see the evaporated cooler on the roof, from ground level and determine what repairs need to be done. Then send an estimate on an entire unit replacement, an estimate we had to follow up on. The unit is only a few years old. We we're hoping to use this company for our furnace replacement and a new water filtration system, but not after this experience.

Where do I start?AWESOME experience from the beginning meeting Jared the sales rep, to 4 days later when the friendly, personable and most importantly professional service techs arrived for the install of my first ever AC unit in this home and the complete replacement of the 25-year-old heater.This was not going to be an easy install (photos) because the heater and hot water tank were in the basement crawl space. Such a tight fit that I despised having to change the filter when needed.When Marcus and Joel arrived, they quickly assessed that the hot water heater just installed 1 year ago by another contractor wasn't installed correctly to code. Long story short, Marcus and Joel assured me that they would make another contractors error and sloppiness right and legal, at zero charge “because it’s the right thing to do”. Their work was executed with precision and professionalism. 5 Stars…Need I say more!

Over the last two almost three weeks these workers have been working hard but are a tad ignorant and disrespectful of our land.We live out near Falcon, where red flag warning and high winds are prevalent during this time of year. We recently got a snow and some moisture but this event occurred before that. Not only did we have to pick up the TRASH left behind by the men after they installed the a.c. units, but we had to work through 20 acres of our property because of it. We have horses and dogs that could have ingested the plastic left behind, perhaps causing them to become ill. Then, we found not one but two cigarettes left behind, one in the yard AND one in the house. The men had come in to work from the inside but took a break and literally poked through our living room with our antiques. To be fair, nothing was touched, but a cigarette in the house was disgusting. And with our fire possibility out on our acreage, we are less than impressed with the fact that these workers littered and left their cigarettes on our dry land. This was careless and unbelievable in our eyes. It could have caused a fire which is ridiculously serious in our area. If you must smoke on the job, please do so in your trucks and dispose of your trash correctly.I am sure the a.c. units will work fine, but the service and integrity of the workers was undesirable and disgusting. The fact that we had to pick up after them and even help them find something they left behind is unprofessional.

I called on Sunday because I smelled a burnt rubber smell coming through the vents. In order to save the emergency visit, I was able to keep the house warm with the fireplace and a space heater. The customer service representative called me first thing on Monday to schedule an appointment for the service call. Alex, the technician, called when he was on his way, which I appreciated. Scott B. is a Senior Service Technician that provides top of the line workmanship and service on our boiler system. He recently replaced the water pressure sensor on our boiler system. During that time, he trouble shooted that the fan was running at a high RPM level and called Navien to send a new fan and damper. The parts were still under warranty. He is very detailed and takes the time to talk about how to keep on top of the maintenance on our boiler system. Scott B. deserves a raise since he gives excellent customer service and is very personable! I recommed Home Heating Service for maintenance or repairs on your boiler system at a reasonable price.

They sent the same tech out two separate times. Neither time was our a/c unit fixed. The second time the tech came he sat in his van for 15 minutes at the end of our scheduled time period. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job in repairing my tankless water heater. I highly recommend this company for repairs, but not as much for sales.

These folks are AWESOME! We have used them for 17 years. Three years ago our furnace died in the middle of winter. Home Heating got out here and installed a new furnace within 2 days. last week our water heater went out. HH was here and new water heater installed the same day. He had a very pleasant personality, was very friendly, and was nothing but professional. He went out of his way to make sure I understood everything he would be doing during the service call. At the end, he explained the results and bill “line-by-line”, making sure I didn’t have any questions. I would not hesitate giving him “5 - stars” and recommending him in a heartbeat!

Worst experience ever. I scheduled a furnace check for Wednesday the 13th between 9 and 10am (for which I had to call off work). At 945, no one had arrived so I called to see what the issue was. Jessica said they had rescheduled for between 2 and 3pm WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. I told them I couldn't accommodate this and they said they had a technician on my side of town that they would send over immediately. An hour later, no one was there so I just left to go to work - motion cameras were never activated, they never actually sent anyone. I rescheduled for the 26th and called at 9am to confirm the appointment. They said they were unsure if they could make it due to the snow and asked to reschedule. Again, this would have been cancelled without notification and I only found out about them not coming out because I called. They promised to send a technician out at 9am the following day to remedy. This morning, the 27th, I called at 9:10 when no one had arrived to confirm the appointment. Jessica said someone would arrive between 9 and 10, I let her know this was not the arrangement but I would wait. At 10am I left my house for work since no one presented for a 4th time... I called to let them know and she asked me to go back home and said he was probably almost there. I refused. It's absolutely ridiculous. My RING doorbell was activated at 10:25 - an hour and a half after the FOURTH scheduled appointment and the third time I'd taken off work to accommodate their poor customer service. I called my landlord to let him know and he agreed to move all appointments for his rental properties to a new company. Home Heating Services does not value or deserve anyone's business - protect yourselves and do not schedule with them unless you have days on end to mess with their incompetence.

This is the 3rd time we've used home heating and they were once again fantastic. While Scott, a big fit-looking man, was unable to get to the trouble spot in the attic, he set up an appointment for next Tuesday with someone who he hopes can get through the space he could not fit through, locate the problem, and fix it. He said if that did not work, there would be no charge for the visit. If he can fix it, Scott explained what the charge would most likely he. That all seems supremely fair to me. It is my hope that this person will be able to get to the site and fix the problem. I will be happy to pay for such an outcome.Dan came on Tuesday, 1/16/2018. He did manage to get through the tight attic space (tight because of the AC ducts that Home Heating installed when they put the AC system into this house--a job sort of unusual since the heating system is baseboard hot water so there was no duct work. Therefore all of the suppliers of AC'd cooled air are in the ceilings. Dan found the water source, a leaking AC duct that had a low spot where water from the humidifier collected and, I assume, started the leak. He showed me the pictures he took of this, and explained that he'd raised the duct so this should stop. He thought it would take several days for the wet grass cloth to dry out, and suggested that I should leave the fan on on to help prevent this from occurring again which would also improve air quality in the house. It is my hope that when the water does dry, the stain will also go away so that I will not have to have that wall redone. Time will tell.

Fred is very knowledgeable about heating, air conditioning and humiidifying. This service visit he was very helpful regarding our heating system. We're grateful that he is a part of the Home Heating team.

I purchased a new Lennox furnace, Lennox whole home humidifier, Ecobee smart thermostat, Rheem water heater and air duct service, (cleaning and sealing), from Home Heating Service. Dana was very courteous and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He explained the various steps of what he was doing, Aeroseal Duct Sealing & humidifier installation, and answered any questions I had along the way about all of the work I was having done. Dana also helped with the registration and setup of our new thermostat, explaining different features in detail. Carlos my first technician did all the leg work and did a fantastic job. The next tech Alex installed the water heater in the early afternoon and they were super friendly and clean. Chris fixed a furnace gas leak for me today and in the process discovered that two of my furnaces had been wired incorrectly by the installation contractor, the dip switch settings were not correct, and the gas pressure was regulated in the furnace too low. My furnaces produce full heat now for the first time ever. I am not that easy to please but in this case I must say the work was excellent, Chris knew what he was doing (not guessing) and the price was reasonable. Called Home Heating Service on short notice. Jared arrived promptly within 30 to 40 minutes of the initial call. Identified the problem as a burned out fan assembly and successfully verified that the part was in stock at a decent price. Drove back through rush hour traffic to retrieve the part and installed it. From initial call to successful install was approximately 1.5 hours. Excellent job all around. Will look to this company for some additional work needed in the future.

The phone receptionist was flexible in making an appointment that fit our schedule. Dusty (tech) was very courteous and seems to like his job. He was very knowledgeable about our older furnace and pointed out two furnace components that should be watched in the future. He showed us one of the problems with a photo so I wouldn't have to go down into the crawl space to see it. He assured us that the failure of either component would not result in a dangerous situation, but the furnace would shut itself off until the part was replaced. Thank goodness we have Home Heating's Comfort Club Plus Furnace Maintenance Agreement, whereby they respond to a call 24/7 at the regular weekday app't cost.

Clint was AMAZING. He diagnosed the problem with the furnace quickly and discovered that the pressure switches were not operating correctly. He tried to clean out lines to the switches and ordered new switches for replacement in case of continued failure. Late Saturday it in fact failed again and Clint responded by going to the shop to see if the ordered switches had arrived but they had not. He removed comparable switches from a training furnace at the shop and replaced my faulty ones to ensure that we had heat for the weekend. Monday came and Scott arrived to replace faulty switches with correct switches. All of the service techs we have dealt with are EXTREMELY COURTEOUS and provide EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE to we the customers. They should all be commended for their OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!,GIVE THEM A RAISE !!!

Marcus was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He took time to keep me informed in-between projects. He was very friendly and had a great attitude, even when having to clean out wasp nests. I, unfortunately, did not have any follow-up from the company. I'll be following up with them myself but hadn't heard anything back after multiple days. I was suppose to have gotten a call back the day after my AC inspection with prices for replacement parts and to schedule another appointment for AC unit quotes. Disappointed with the home office, but Marcus has kept my business.

We have been in our home in Colorado Springs for two winters now, and during our first winter here, our Trane XR80 furnace was tripping a High temperature limiter sensor. I was deployed to Afghanistan, so my wife called home heating service, inc., and Jared from this company felt justified in taking advantage of my wife and infant daughter while I was away. He came out and looked at the unit, and without any real diagnostic, he immediately assumed it was the temperature sensor and left to replace the unit. We had the same issues since then, with it being fixed by powering down and restarting the unit. This is my first full winter in this house and when it happened again, I personally checked the filters (which have been replaced every 2-3 months as recommended by Trane), checked the leads of the temperature senor with my fluke multimeter (which it passed), checked the sensor itself and it fired back up just fine when everything was put back together (took about 15 minutes). I asked my wife about the previous “service” and I had her call this company to inquire about any implied warranties. She told me that the original service tech came out, checked the code and was out in less than 10 mins to replace the part. Their phone representative was inept about their services, parts, or warranties and transferred us to a technician. We talked to a “dana”, a service technician with them, who agreed that our issue is probably not the temperature sensor, and quoted me “$196 more to come out and take another look”. The original OEM sensor can be purchased for $15 on amazon and takes about 15 minutes to install properly. They charged us $275 and it took the technician about 20 minutes to replace the temperature limiter that I believe was working just fine. Just to recap, I have the same problem I had before we called this company, they charged me to replace a part that was most likely working just fine, and want to re-charge me to come back out and determine what the real problem is. Total cost from this company to replace a $15 part in ~35 minutes is $471 with no guarantee that your problem will really be solved as you can expect to call them back out next year. Their service warranty is only 3 months, which basically covers the remainder of the current winter, and parts just 1 year which means that when you turn your system on next year, get the phone ready to call them back out for an ‘out-of-warranty’ part replacement again! Thankfully I am home this time around to catch these crooks in the act, and hopefully I save your families hundreds of dollars and multiple freezing nights without heat because of them through my review.

Joel arrived and was unable to deduce a remedy for the problem and I paid him $110. He quickly scheduled in Carlos (the same day) to come and troubleshoot the wiring issue or maybes a defective zone relay. Carlos isolated the problem to a newly installed (by me) relay that was defective.My unwillingness to give a higher rating was that I am dissatisfied for feeling like I was over-charged for this service.Granted, I should have asked Carlos how much the replacement relay would cost since I can buy it for under a hundred dollars on Amazon and I failed to inquire. Had I asked and got the answer of over $400, I would have asked Carlos to bill me for the service up to that point and replaced the relay myself and saving myself a lot of money. So now the entire endeavor with this simple repair was over $500.I am not happy about the cost. Home Heating Service has been my go-to for years, and now I’m contemplating going elsewhere.

Word of advice - do not pay this company up front. We saved up to make the payment in full, and have recieved the worst experience ever since - at least if we still had some of their money we would receive some service...They charged us to cut an 18 X 18 hole in our wall for a vent, then decided against it but never refunded us. Then they left a huge hole in our drywall from where the installers dropped a torch as they were packing up. They said we would receive a call to repair our broken drywall, but of course, since they'd been paid - that never happened.Really wish we'd gone with anyone else.The only reason I would give them 1 Star is because thankfully the AC unit works.

My husband was out of town and of course the heater was acting up. Alex was able to come out and made the necessary minor repairs to get it up and running. He was very thorough in his research on what the problem was. He checked everything from the vent on the roof to see if it was blocked by snow to the exhaust vent through the ceiling. He made me feel comfortable in my understanding of what he was doing the entire time. He was patient while speaking with my husband over the phone answering his questions as well. We decided to have it serviced and cleaned and he made sure to make the time which saved another service call later. It was -4 early this morning outside so I'm sleeping much more comfortable tonight knowing the furnace is back up and running smoothly Thanks Alex!

HHS replaced my aging water heater and ran a gas line for me. The quote wasn't the lowest or the highest, but the guy that came to the house, (Scott) really seemed to know his stuff and was very nice and courteous. He respected my time and followed up at every step. The installers arrived on the scheduled date w/ a text beforehand with a photo of the tech to expect... that impressed my wife. Justin walked me through the install as described on the quote to verify accuracy and that there were no changes and then they got to work. They did the extra little bit I asked for and a little bit more. They asked questions when needed and informed me of locations and operations. Justin walked me through the completed job and made sure all the details were covered. I thought they were professional and competent and I believe the did an excellent job. I would hire them again and refer friends to them.

I wanted a completely new furnace and AC system to improve resale value for my home.HHS sent a member to my home for a quote on the work. I can't recall the gentleman's name, but he was straightforward and ensured we picked the correct system for my application and budget. I was happy to find the quote actually $800 less than I had expected based upon my own wild guesses and amateurish research.The install was performed by two fine, bright young men named Joel and Marcus. One of the best compliments I feel you can give someone - is that they are excellent at performing their job. While this was not a complicated install, it is still a good deal of work, and they performed it to perfection. I was comfortable and genuinely enjoyed having them work in and around my home. They were extremely respectable gentlemen and took great care to ensure my aussie shepherd didn't run out of the yard. They both deserve a raise, or an office with a fireplace and a view.I'd also like to mention that the electrician on the job was great, too. He finished his work up pretty rapidly, and the electrical conduit on the outside of the house is cleanly and professionally installed. Perfect.The quality of work is flawless and the install looks clean. My journey started with what turned into a homeowners nightmare with another company (butchered boiler install, thousands of dollars wasted - about 15k to be exact). I looked for a company to rectify the issues I was having and no one would take the job with fear of being liable of the shady work that had been done prior to their arrival or I was quoted exorbitant amounts of money to “start all over”.Fred from home heating services inc came out and looked at the hack job and was one of the most professional guys I’ve ever worked with. The bid was extremely competitive which convinced me on the spot to move forward with home heating service.The install was quick, no surprises, and no added costs. His technicians were super courteous and also were willing to help answer questions and show me around the final installation. Boiler installs are complex, and the units are very expensive so it was refreshing to finally be able to trust and rely on a company.I can finally turn the page on this “homeowner nightmare” thank you to home heating service inc. I should also mention the installation passed inspection from pikes peak regional on the first try which was also a sigh of relief. I will refer friends and family and will recommend their services for commercial applications at my place of business.Again, can’t thank you enough for getting me out of a terrible situation.

Twice the warranty company came out for a gas leak to the hot water heater. This house is a new build. Each time there was smell of gas after they said they fixed the issue. Local gas company came out and red tagged the repair twice. After dealing with the incompetent company twice and getting red flagged twice from the gas company I decided to have Home Heating come and fix the issue. Turns out the prior company put dopa(goop)on and in the compression fittings. Black hills energy also saw the previous connection and said that is not correct. The previous company replaced the line and did that again with the dopa, and didn’t tighten it down enough after over tightening on the first repair.I’m happy to say there is no longer a leak. The hot water heater is upstairs with the bedrooms and I was unable to leave the gas on to the water heater for a week. Now I feel safe and it was well worth having home heating come and fix the problem. The technician was wonderful to work with.

He was a total professional, from giving us a heads up call that he was enroute to getting to the task at hand. I had a couple of concerns and he had answers and explanations for them. Once he was done, he went over all that he had done with us. Very personable and professional, definitely a great addition to an already great team.

Today we had Home Heating come out and install a brand new HVAC system for us! They were punctual, professional, and trustworthy! We were very pleased that all of the work was done in one day! The entire experience was wonderful. We started out with a service call, got our old furnace taken care of. Then we had Jared come out and provide an estimate for a new furnace and AC system. He broke it down for us and ended up signing paperwork to get a brand new HVAC system. Not once did we feel pressured! Jared always followed up with any questions I had. Then the install process was perfect. Right down to scheduling! The boys came in and took care of all of the business in a days of work! All three were wonderful! Afterwards they walked me through everything that they worked on. How to use everything and all of the new details of the system. We are super excited for our new furnace and cannot wait to utilize our AC in the summer!

Scott was very helpful making a suggestion for me to consider if my problem reoccurs, and a recommendation to change filter types.

Max came out to diagnose our AC system. Three other HVAC companies told us we needed a new furnace to fix our AC. Max took the time to look through everything, used equipment to take measurements and determined it is actually a failure of a value on the coils that is causing the condenser to overheat and fail. He said they will work with us on the manufacturer warranty so we don't have to use the original, incompetent company that installed it. We have been burned so badly by HVAC companies in the past so I am very hopeful that this is one that we can trust not to rip us off or sell items not needed!

Our annual air-conditioning inspection occurred today. The assigned technician called before arriving and was on time. He spent approx 45 minutes inspecting/cleaning our 17+ yr old air-conditioner. At the conclusion of his work, he answered the few questions I had, and also explained what he had done during his inspection. He was professional and efficient. I would call on Home Heating Service again for furnace maintenance or air-conditioned services (and possible replacement in the next few years).

Get the yearly maintenance check, and your furnace will stay happy year after year. Bret came out this time, and as always, the work was excellent, thorough, and a full report given afterwards. We bought a new heater from these guys about 10 years ago, and it has given us zero issues. What more can you ask for? These guys are the best.

I really had a great experience with this company. They came out to do a service call and thought the drip pan needed to be replaced. That night I discovered that the drain pipe just screwed out and wasn't broken after all... so no drip pan needed. The service man came back out the very next day on his day off because of the discovery (the company let him get on the clock for this) and fixed it right away. He was so nice and even gave us his personal cell phone number which allowed us to call him that night to put a cancel in on the order for the drip pan!

The tech showed up when he said he would and was very courteous and polite and very very knowledgeable and explained what and why things needed to be done and now the AC is running better than it ever has since we moved in.

Jared came out to give me an estimate on a furnace replacement, he was professional & quickly assessed my needs and educated me on what would work and would not for my situation. Home Heating has been doing our annual service for years, replaced a furnace at our old house 6+ years ago, and just today helped me out of a major jam(of my own doing). Long story short, a water heater flush and supply line replacement I attempted to do myself went horribbly wrong, and the furnace needed replacing as a result. And fast. It's January in Colorado. Since the water heater hit the 10 year mark and there was noticeable corrosion at the supply and outlet threads, that needed replacement as well. When this emergency hit, everyone I spoke with at Home Heating, AS ALWAYS, was empathetic, courteous, professional, and getting everything back up and running seemed just as important to them as it was to me. This company sets the standard when it comes to service. Frankly, I don't shop around to try and find a cheaper price because this outfit and everyone I've ever dealt with there is worth every penny paid. Special thanks to Kristen and Marcus for today. Brett was very courteous, thorough and professional. He worked on both our minisplit used for ac and supplemental heat, as well as our boiler and related components used for our baseboard heating system. We have used HHS nkw for more than 30 years for services on 3 properties and have always found them to be reliable, competent, and competitively priced.

He had the parts needed on his truck, and it didn't take long, before our heat was restored.I was surprised that initially I was able to schedule a service call for the next day, because of the holiday season and the impending cold front. AC has been running over time to cool down. Called for service and it was low on refrigerant. Jared topped it off made an adjustment,now it is working as it should.

Great service. I was told a 2 hour time frame, same day service would be available, what the time frame was, who it was and that he would call me 10 minutes out. That all happened.The senior technician, Scott, was informative; listening attentively about what was occurring, inspecting, examining the troubled unit and finally explaining what was going on and what was needed.He called and asked that research on the part be done. He explained what had to be done to order the part once found, when it would be arriving (approximately) and what the cost would be.The part, a power air vent, although not currently stocked will be shipped brand new to the company.Great service. Service person was on time, friendly and seemed very experienced with furnace and AC services. Gave me good info about using the proper filters for our furnace. I agreed to purchasing a new filter for our humidifier but once he inspected the filter, found that it was clean and in good condition and did not need to be replaced. Always appreciate someone that does not perform a service that is not needed.

Great experience with Home Heating Service. I had to replace 2 rooftop HVAC units on a residential property, and the quote was the best by a pretty wide margin. Derrick answered all of my questions throughout the process and made paying for the replacement very easy. The online appointments are not true. I set up an appointment for the next day then I got a called and I was told that the on line appointment is a recommendation and that until an operator calls to confirm which was for 3 days after the original date is what counts.

I used Home Heating Service to install my old AC back in 2006. I am impressed with their costumer service, workmanship, and knowledge. This year my outside condenser finally gave up the ghost. Due to the age of my furnace, I looked into getting that replaced at the same time. I got bids from 3 different companies. In my opinion, Home Heating offered the best costumer service and equipment, all at a very competitive price. Michael W was the Comfort Consultant who came out to my house and went over what HHS had to offer. I really enjoyed talking with Michael W because he listened to my needs and patiently answered all of my questions. All of the HVAC systems that he suggested were practical and he didn't try to talk me into getting something that I wasn't interested in. The sales manager, Derek, was always polite on the phone and ensured that there were no hangups on the financial end of things. The installers Joel S, Michael M, and their boss (I think his name was Joe), were very prompt and true professionals. Joel and Michael M had my system up and running by the end of the day. Happy wife = happy life! Joel and Michael M are hard workers who really know HVAC systems. I can't tell you how reassuring this is for a customer when they are making a large investment into their home. I think the electrician's name was Justin, he was also top notch. I have a 2 story home with a basement. I had HHS install a Lennox Elite EL16XC1 condenser (outside), a CX35-48C-6F-20 - Coil, and a Lennox SL280V 2-stage furnace with a variable speed blower. The outside unit is very quiet. I really don't hear it until I'm on the same side of the house that it is. The furnace blower is also very quiet. When its on, I only hear the air being pushed out of the registers. Dusty came after my lady and I spend a hectic hour and a half or so worrying about why our thermostat and furnace stopped working in the dead of winter! Dusty was affable and extremely skilled. Within two minutes here, he found a loose wire in our thermostat (its R wirers) and corrected the issue entirely. He was embarrassed about the weekend charge of $200, but then went downstairs with me so I could ask him questions about our furnace's operation and how to load its filter properly, etc. This info, etc., took some 45 min. and proved extremely helpful. Dusty should probably be running something, a big business!

It was very hot outside and our air conditioning went out. Home Heating was able to work us in to their busy schedule and our tech was Dusty. He was on time, very professional, knowledgeable, and worked until he found the problem and fixed it promptly. I would highly recommend Home Heating and Dusty. Will call them from now on.

What a great experience! The admin team was quick and responsive. Clint was professional, kind, helpful, and thorough. He only charged me for a regular service appointment even though the appointment fell within “emergency” parameters. Thanks to this company, we have heat for the first freezing night of the year. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
