I am so thankful for Priority! While my husband was away, my water heater pilot light went out and I could not get it relit even after troubleshooting and watching many YouTube videos! Carter was my tech, and he was so kind and helpful and showed me the trick to relighting the pilot. I appreciate his help and professionalism! I will be back for any plumbing needs in the future!

Priority Plumbing has come out to my house several times for many different things. Every time they come out the plumbers are knowledgeable, friendly, and very willing to share information with you about whatever they’re doing. Solid company and I would recommend them without a doubt.

Bob came out within a few hours of us finding a major leak in our home. He quickly found the source of the leak, turned off the water, and offered to replace the damaged parts the next day, and gave us a great referral to a mitigation company to take care of the water damage. We really appreciate his quick response and friendly attitude towards a pretty gross mess!

Bob was amazing and completely professional. I called several places and no one would help with my water heater in my mobile unit. I spoke to Bob and explained I need a plumber. He came within the hour and had everything fixed and tested working perfectly. Bob even called 3 hours later for a follow up to make sure everything was working as intended. Hands down the best plumbing company. I was charged accordingly which was what I thought it should have cost which was very reasonable. Thank you Bob for everything!

Tate Taufer was beyond helpful & professional. He got us up & running within hours!

My shower and floor drain was bubbling and backing up so I had Priority pluming come to take a look at it. Nathan came by and really helped out. This man definitely knows his stuff. He’s very smart and helped me understand what was going on. The bubbling is now gone and I can now take a normal shower! Thanks Nathan and Priority pluming!

Nathan did a fantastic job fixing all my plumbing issues. He replaced the main gate valve for incoming water on my town home, the leaking outgoing gate valve going out onto my patio spigot connection, and replaced a home installation connection I had done myself that was in danger of failing with a professional solution that I can be certain will not leak - all of this in one trip!
Nathan brought everything needed to do the work for each job with him. He made sure to take not make any messes or be in my way with his equipment while I worked from home. He also was very considerate by wearing a mask throughout the job. I will definitely call Priority Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

The technician was super nice and extremely helpful. We just bought our house and he showed us more efficient ways we could run some of the plumbing. Also had a leak in the pipe to our yard sprinkler, and because it's winter, he shut the valve and offered ways to fix it in the spring. The house call was $49 and very affordable considering no actual work was performed.

Highly recommend this company! They are very knowledgeable and customer service is amazing. Even after my repair they were very helpful with getting everything situated with the City and with the gas company. They made everything so much easier and I will definitely go through them again.

Corey was gracious and knowledgeable about what we asked him to do. We had him hook up a gas line in our laundry room. He was a pleasure to work with.

Michael T came out the day I called. He was very knowledgeable and respectful and found out all the information I needed. Very pleasant manner and professional.

My plumber showed up and said he wasn't going to run his snake down the drain because I put chemicals down the drain. Tore into a wall to find another pipe, ran snake through three different lines, and still didn't fix clog, and left muddy water in the shower basin. He also said I had a collapsed sewer line that would be costly, without even being able to scope the line. I rented a snake from Home Depot for 85 dollars went through toliet line, and cleared in one hour. I still paid the $225 fee for Priority Plumbing to come out and fix nothing and leave a horrible mess😞 *****12/24/21 update. I was refunded the full amount, and feel like they made it right with me. It was a learning expierience I will never forget.

I have never been happier with the service I received from this company. As a single woman and mother I was getting taken advantage of multiple times by reputable companies. Charlton came in assessed the problem and saved me thousands. Alex and Charlton were professional and fixed it within a hour. I will never go anywhere else for plumbing services. I called priority plumbing as soon as we found a leak under our house on a Sunday. They were one of the only companies to answer right away and sent Paul out the very next morning. Paul was great when it came to finding the problem with our sewer line. He recommended a mitigation team to come out and clean the area before he could do the plumbing work and he set up the appointment for us. The mitigation team was out cleaning up the next day on Tuesday and Paul came back out about an hour after everything was cleaned and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend this company and their timely responses to an emergency situation!

We are thrilled with the service received from Priority Plumbing.
We live in an 50+ year home, and were having issues in downstair bath and laundry room.
Romie was able to quickly find the problems, and provide a permanent fix (not a bandaid).
(Drain from washer was not clogged, there was a hole in the copper pipe. Cap on stack was not correct and repeating failing, so got the right part).
This was our first experience with Priority, and we will use them for all our plumbing needs moving forward.

Very nice young man installed a hot water heater. Did s great job. Was a bit pricey. $1360 just to install.

They failed to tell me they were $199.00 an hour!

I was out of town over the holiday weekend, only to come back on Christmas evening to a basement with a soaked carpet and an audible spraying leak behind a finished wall. The only option was to shut off the main, leaving me with no fresh water or toilet until this was fixed. I started looking up local plumbers. Of the 2 vendors that reached back to me, Priority had a much better feel just from reviews. Amy called first thing the following day, saying she doesn't have anything until tomorrow. I told her to pencil me in just in case. Not only did she call me about an hour later, saying she could get me a tech by 2pm, the tech called and showed up at 11:30am. Tate was awesome, professional, and gave me a no-nonsense out-the-door estimate, no matter what it would take to fix. He found the small crack in the pipe, fixed it, and helped me get my water heater set correctly, all in 90 minutes! The World needs more honest and professional local companies like Priority Plumbing and Heating!

If you Google Priority Plumbing, they say that they offer upfront pricing. I guess I have a different definition, as there were numerous hiding charges upon the completion of the work. They charge part pick up and travel time as labor even though there is an upcharge on parts. At $249/hr, that can add up quickly. If I had known that this was their policy, I would not have contacted them. The work was completed, but they always run late and do not call to let you know their status.

The plumber was very fast and friendly. Also fixed a lose/leaking spicket no charge. Will only use this company for all my plumbing needs! Thank you!

Nathan Pippin with Priority Plumbing and Heating was great to work with. He called ahead, promptly arrived, and quickly diagnosed the problem and necessary solution. Within one hour he secured the necessary replacement parts and had fixed our leaking pipe. The entire time he kept us informed and was very pleasant. UPDATE: I had a Backflow Preventer installed ALMOST 7 MONTHS AGO now, I have called the shop here in Colorado Springs and the office in Littleton for any kind of update - answer is always, it's on Managers desk, we'll call you with an update. Have called 6 times for any kind of worthy update. No issues with their work, but they have YET to have the plans submitted and the permit approved by Pikes Peak Regional Bldg Dept. UPDATE- the Permit is now Admin-Closed as of Jan 19, 2022. I'll be going into the Col Springs office this week. Very Frustrating that this is going on. INVOICE 16648610.

Nick and Mike were fabulous!! After the first pro that Homeadvisor sent me, couldn't fix the problem, I called in the professionals of Priority, they found the problem and fixed it in a jiffy!! They are absolutely great!! Definitely going to use them again!!

Alex was beyond amazing. He called and walked me through every step that was needed to clean the lines in the bathroom. He went over the steps needed to repipe the kitchen and even helped cap off the laundry line that isn’t used. He worked effectively and got the job done faster than any company could get out to just check out the issue.

He got the job done and made sure that it was good with a camera inspection. He was full of valuable information. I would strongly recommend.

Tyler and Tate arrived on time, were personable, and did efficient work. They diagnosed the challenge and performed the work to solve the issue. Once all work was completed, they tested the work and cleaned up and left the area as it was found. He explained everything to me and showed me step by step where and why was my garbage disposal no working and leaking. I had to replace my water heater pressure relief valve ($49.62 at the most) that the tech had to pick up from Lowes because Jon said his tech did not restock his work van (Im sure they charged me to fuel up his work van to make that run) Tech shows up and said it wont take long. Five minutes later he was done and 200 and 70 dollars later for me.. OH! and he did not subtract the $50 service fee as stated! Let's be honest...Nobody likes a liar. Lisa was nice P.S. Jon sucks!... Jons voice was cracking because he could not explain why I was charged so much. Clown!... Yooooo! Jon! you called me begging to take down this review and your bum tech did not have change for my cash! So don't act like I did not have enough. You are snakes in the grass and nobody should give you guys a chance. I did not demand anything!! yall called me back! Clowns!!

This company is amazing, I had a problem with another company for a leak under my kitchen sink, They made it worse, I had a leak in my shower they made it worse, but when I called this company, Aaron was sent to my house, He was amazing he talk to me he explain stuff to me we laughed we talked he was good. I dealt with Paul. He was kind and knowledgeable. He fixed my leak in the ceiling. He said it was due to the HOA turning on and off the water. It was creating little tiny pinholes. I asked him if he could put it in writing. I was hoping to get my HOA to pay at least half if not all of the bill. He said sure. He didn't do it though. He was dishonest. I called to talk to manager (Bob) about situation. Could not get a call back. Spoke with Meledy several times. She said they put information in paperwork. I told her I needed someone to tell me where. She said they would help get issue resolved. Never did. I don't reccomend this company. Terrible customer service, they just blew me off. Revised review from 1star to 3 stars. It took this company 2 months to update my paperwork. I do appreciate them looking into this and resolving the issue.

I called them to come out and give me a 2nd apounin on some bad pipes under my cemented floor.the site I went to said no trip fees,te guy shows up says theirs a 49 doller fee then refused to give me a estimate with out charging me a $250 .00 camara fee, when I need 15ft of strait pipe under the foundation. So pretty much taking advantage of me.so I gave him his trip fee and told him to kick rocks.to bad tho.rooter is gunna get 8k from me.and they wont.vary bad service I do not recommend and they refused to call me back on my complaint.

Priority Plumbing and Heating now at the top of my Most Unreliable Contractors list ... I've been a property manager/ owner for over 12 years now, I’ve worked with numerous contractors, and there are a lot of good reliable and trustworthy businesses out there ... but Priority Plumbing is BY FAR THE WORST plumbing company I’ve ever had to deal with in all those years. They've been unable to finish a job that was started almost 18 MONTHS AGO, TERRIBLE communication, and ZERO follow through on anything they say to your face. If you care about your sanity, stay away from this company, save yourself the stress of being ignored and having your job go unfinished.

I’ve spoken with the owner/manager Bob and the secretary Melony MANY times face-to-face, and have also texted / called numerous times for updates, but for some reason these two keep passing the blame/responsibility back and forth to each other on who is supposed to Draft the Plans for a simple Backflow Installation and give it to Pikes Peak Regional Bldg. to once and for all inspect their work and get the permit passed. I can’t get ANY clear answer from either of them, ever, and they’ve had More Than Enough opportunity to finish the job they started... Did you install it incorrectly and don't want to stand behind your work? What exactly is going on here?!
