David Kittle replaced my garbage disposal Tuesday afternoon. He was very professional and efficient and actually completed the job before his scheduled appointment time! He called to see if early was ok and it definately was. He was even kind enough to dump the pot full of drippings from dead disposal! Will definitely call this company again!

I had already had two other plumbers out to fix a leaking shower valve, and it was still leaking. Ralph was unable to fix it on first try and then called the Delta rep to come to the house. He worked with the rep to determine that the faucet was a newer model than the previous plumbers had assumed, and it used a different cartridge. The rep had that cartridge in his vehicle, so Ralph was able to fix the leak. The bill I received was very reasonable. I will call Flow Right and ask for Ralph when I have another plumbing job to be done.

Ralph did a great job determining the cause of the issue right away. He was always courteous and explained his hypothesis so I could understand. He worked promptly, thoroughly tested the system, all with a friendly demeanor.

Flow Right was also the only plumber available to fix a burst pipe on such short notice, without rates through the roof. Without them I’d still be without water for a few more days at least.

I called Flowright at 9:00 a.m. with problems with my air conditioner. At 12:30 p.m Joel K. Showed up and in 11/2 hours he had my problem fixed. He was very helpful and courteous. Flowright has never failed to impress me with their professional help and great staff.

Brandon came out to replace a worn out shower valve cartridge. He was prompt, friendly and professional. I had questions about my boiler unit and in-floor radiant heat system. He got on the phone and scheduled Tim to come out and assess our heating system. Tim was also prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. Brandon E. responded to a call for a slow drain. He was very knowledgeable, professional and skilled. After attempting to clear the drain he advised installing a clear-out option to help with future problems. He promptly cleaned-out and replaced the problem section of pipe and made sure I knew how to address future similar problems. Great customer service.

He was very thorough, and although he originally thought we were going to need to replace a pump, in checking things out completely, he discovered that a part had just gotten temporarily stuck in place, and he got it to open up and start working again. Flow Right first impressed me because they answered their phone right away. Ralph came out promptly and performed the work, explaining what he did. My esteem for him took a blow when I realized that he cut the gas to my furnace and didn’t realize it, so I had no heat on a cold night. However, my esteem for Flow Right went way up when Joe drove all the way from Pueblo on bad roads to relight my furnace I will definitely call them in the future.

David Kittle is amazing!!! He replaced two outside faucets and they are no longer leaking! I thought one of them was leaking into the lower level of the house, David determined that was not the problem and that it was possibly ground water as the back flow had filled as well. He took water samples and cleaned out the backflow. He was determined to resolve our plumbing issues. In addition, he was neat, professional and he explained what he was doing at every step. Brandon and his apprentice Brian fixed my Liberty toilet when no one else would even respond. He kept me constantly updated, was extremely thorough and professional. They sent photos and described everything from start to finish.

I called almost 2 weeks ago and I am STILL waiting for an estimate for a leak. I’ve called numerous times and can’t get a call back. Very disappointing…

UPDATED: Due to a misunderstanding on both parties I heard back and received my estimate. I am working on financing and they staff Is very helpful.

We subcontracted this company to assist a customer repair her water heater but encountered numerous issues along the way. Though the manager handling this project tried to rectify mistakes, I think we could've avoided those mistakes to begin with if we had received proper communication. Over the course of 3 months, the front desk kept saying that a manager would call with service updates but no one did until it was too late. We experienced some billing, communication, and service issues which reflects on the company as a whole.

This is the second time I've used FlowRight and I have been very pleased with the prices, the response time, professionalism and communication as well as quality of work. Phillip was excellent today and knew exactly what the problem was before he even got into the walls. He was fast working and very easy to talk to and feel comfortable around. I am pleased with the results of our outdoor spigot repairs and now we won't be flooding our kitchen. Thank you guys!

Severe weather caused frozen pipe to crack. First plumber I called post-poned 3 times so called Flow Right. Wish I would have called them first! Jennifer was extremely helpful getting me an appointment asap and went above and beyond to do so. Then, Brandon showed up on time, was very courteous and followed Covid guidelines. My repair required 2 different part runs ( the first noticable crack then a hidden one). Brandon kept me informed every step of the way, including cost. He worked quickly and efficiently and gave us tips on how to avoid issue in the future. Definitely will use Flow Right again!

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!

We had a hot water heater leak over the weekend...the after hours plumber came and was here for 10mins, then told us he 'fixed it'. I payed $158 for him to lie to my face and practically do nothing. Then he tried to convince me that if we wanted to prevent this we actually should look at more that could be done and would have the front desk call me on Monday to set an appt. This all felt really sketchy. On Monday the front desk called and wanted to make an appt to get these extra things done and it would be at least $200.
I called a handyman friend of mine to get a 2nd opinion. As soon as he came to my utility closet he saw the issue, went to Lowes and bought the part for $30 then had it installed in 20mins.
Flow Right lied to me and tried to upcharge me for stuff I didn't even need.
What ever happened to business integrity? I essentially wasted $158 on these people.

Had a blocked line full of grease from kitchen sink. Daniel cleaned it quickly and then asked to fill the remaining chargeable hour if we needed any other P traps checked and cleaned. Most guys just complete the project and leave. Was really impressed. I am an architect and General Contractor and have seen many subcontractors in my day. Greatly impressed and pleased

Friday April 16, 2021 Joe inspected a gas fired boiler for baseboard heating, and diagnosed a faulty gas valve and some other related plumbing issues. He had to order a new part and received the delivery on Tuesday 20 April. He worked that day, and fixed the problem, in a timely and professional manner. At the time Flow-Right his was the only company that was able to response so quickly despite the heavy work load for all contractors. Would highly recommend Joe and the Flow-Right Company.

The plumber, David Kittle was very professional and cleaned the sewer backup. While he was here doing that he had me run water to check for leaks. There was a leak in my shower drain. He fixed the leak and let me know of things to watch for on my hot water heater. I appreciate his thoroughness and his professionalism. I’ve used this company when I lived in Westcliffe, and I was happy to see they come to Colorado Springs as well. They are always on time, great with any repairs I’ve needed, from roughing in plumbing to fixing a faucet. This last trip Daniel G came out, and as usual, fixed everything promptly and the service was reasonably priced. Quality work is the best part about using this company. I’ve never been disappointed.

I've been in my home since 1985 and always had a problem with tree roots. To avoid further basement flooding, we called FlowRite since our usual drain tech was not available .

Damien came out and opened the drain. His equipment was too small to actually get through all of the tree roots at 28 feet. He managed to remove roots about the size of a small coffee can, which partially opened the drain. That was all he was able to do. There is still an issue with the remaining roots and the rest of the line. No mention was made about coming back to completely clear the line.

We have dealt with this problem for more than 30 years and always had great people to resolve our issues. Even though we called during business hours, we were quoted the after hours price of $262 since the tech would get there after closing. Damien, however, charged the day rate, for which we are really greatful.

Usually techs from CutRate, Southwest Rooter, Cyclone and Jerry's Drain Service can cable the main to the street two times in less than 30 minutes.

Unfortunately, we had someone who had the wrong equipment and could not get past the roots but did pull enough roots out to open the clog. We understand that he is an apprentice and working within his own knowledge base.

I assumed if an issue came up, they would simply return free of charge. Every other service company in the last 35 years has stood behind their work - no questions asked.

From the phone conversation I had with Jennifer, it sounds like FlowRite does not stand behind their work. They offer no guarantee that this won't happen again in the very near future. I know I still have an issue. A manager was supposed to call, yet it is two days later and we haven't received any communication.

I asked our old service tech, the only previous provider still in business, to come back and sweep the main again. He charges less and actually does a great job, and always guaranteed his work for 30 days... not that we've ever had to call him back in that period. He's helped us at least a dozen times, but was unable to respond to our backup this time.

We remember when FlowRite was a new company and customer service was a priority. We were excited about the new company, because we thought it would continue to provide prompt, quality service at a reasonable rate.

We have waited over a year for an estimate for complete replacement of all our house plumbing. One estimator came out from the service dept., said project was beyond his capabilities, but he would refer us to another dept for follow-up. Three calls during the last year have resulted in no follow-ups. I guess they are not interested or this is beyond their scope and they assume we will walk away.

We are frustrated and saddened that this young company has stepped away from the great service and cooperation we saw in the beginning.

Flowright sent a technician out after business hours on a Friday evening to diagnose a water heater leak. He explained that a replacement was the only option and gave us an estimate. Due to weekend repair rates being higher we chose to have the new water heater installed on Monday. David Kittle arrived on time Iate afternoon and worked until 8:30 pm replacing our water heater. He was courteous, informative, and very professional. We are pleased we had the option for repair service available after business hours.

I contacted this company, And they sent a technician to my residence. To fix my tank-less water heater. Ralph was the technicians name he was extremely helpful and got my water heater fixed he also went above and beyond by explaining everything he was doing. The gentleman was awesome , and made sure everything was fixed and taken care of. I was extremely happy with his professionalism. And the way he explained everything and the work was above standard and completed quickly. Will definitely be using this company in the future and again. Miguel Cortez was by far the best tech I’ve ever had. He wanted to make sure my lines unfroze and stayed thawed. He stood outside in the cold wind and thawed my pipes and put heat tape on. And then he put insulation on my water heater to prevent freezing over the weekend. He was super friendly and was looking out for me. He was by far the best tech I’ve ever had from flow right. The company is amazing and I will definitely call them from here on out

Our heat went our during one of The coldest days in Pueblo! Joseph and Joel were at our house first thing in the morning and replaced our unit in one day! We’ve used Flow Right for several issues and I highly recommend them!

Suddenly everything in our house was backed up. I called Flow Right and they immediately came out. Cope had everything running within about an hour and a half. He was super helpful and professional.

On Halloween, Sunday 10/31/2021, we had a horrible back up which flooded our basement. We called everywhere and the only place that would respond was FlowRight. They sent out two techs right away. They were great, they got the main line cleared pretty quickly. They were careful not to make a mess, and were great to work with. I wish we would've got their names so as to give them a shout out as well. We still had a clog in the basement bathroom shower, but with it being an emergency visit we decided to wait to have them back out the following week. Today, 11/04/2021, FlowRight sent out Brandon E. to complete the shower drain. He was right on time, very friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. Although the service was a little pricey we so appreciated their work. We would recommend FlowRight services.

I live in Beulah, and Joe and Joel came today to replace a part on our heating system. They went above and beyond checking all the lines of propane in our house and found no leaks. Very comforting! Flow Right sent me an email this morning announcing Ralph would be arriving shortly. Once Ralph arrived, he got right to work replacing our upstairs toilet. Ralph was finished in no time hauling away the old toilet and ensuring everything was in order. After he finished during his final checks, he found the new toilet was not flushing correctly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. Ralph was very courteous and pleasant. We will definitely call upon Flow Right again for our future plumbing needs.

Two plumbers Paul C and Paul Q fixed a leaky pipe in my crawl space.
They got here right on time and were quickly done considering they had to replace pipe joints and pipe where the solder after many many years had separated enough to make a steady drip right off the line in to my house just above the meter. They were really competent and explained things perfectly to me so I feel confident about this work. They were very very curteous. I plan on calling them back soon for all my plumbing work!

I commend Paul Quintara (sp?) on a job well done in replacing my leaking gas hot water heater on 12/14/22. He showed up on-time for both the estimate and installation; his time estimate for replacement was spot-on; excellent clean-up; answered my multitude of questions; and did a much better installation than the jerry-rigged setup of the original contractor. I made an appointment to have a drain installed. Tim came by to take measurements and photos. That was back on April 7, 2021. Tim kept telling me that him and Lance would take care of me. Like I told Tim is I need a bid so I could turn in. That way I can get a drain installed. As of today May 18, 2021 I never got the bid! Tim refused my calls. The staff didn’t do anything to help me get that bid. If you need any service done for any plumbing DON’T CALL FLOW RIGHT!

I called today to set up an appointment to have a leak fixed in my shower. They were able to come out the same day! I thoroughly didn't expect that. Thought I would have to wait till next week. When David K. arrived, he was very courteous and helpful. When I explained the problem, he knew exactly what what going on and fixed it promptly. He also checked the pressure in my lines and verified no leaks in the crawl space for me. We had a clog in our sewer line that started to back up overnight. We called Flow Right around 7 am and got an appointment for that afternoon. About 30 minutes later they called back to say they had a crew available near us and they got to our place at like 8 am. Brandon and Alex went through our entire system to check for other clogs and even opened up an exterior cleanout that we thought was from an old line because it was partially buried when we bought our house.

Today we had a fabulous service technician named Brandon. The services he provided were excellent! I cannot say enough good things about Flow Right. We had water problems yesterday (Sunday) and we got two very good service technicians to solve one of our problems. We were then scheduled for the remainder of the work on Wednesday morning, but due to a cancellation, Brandon came out this morning. Everyone we dealt with was courteous. The day after I moved into my house, the hot water in the shower didn't work. I called Flow Right and Isreal Barlow was at my home to help within a couple hours. This is an update to my earlier post (below).

My husband woke me up at 3:30 this morning (New Year's Eve!) to let me know the furnace was acting up (no heat) again. I called Flow Right around 4:00 a.m. As usual, the after-hours representative was sympathetic, courteous and helpful.

A few hours later, we received a phone call and visit from Hugo, who had replaced a part on our furnace about a month ago. He determined that a worn-out, malfunctioning motor had caused the new part to fail. We agreed that replacing the furnace would be wiser and more economical in the long run than simply replacing the motor.

Shortly thereafter, Mike H. and Brandon M. arrived and spent the next six hours removing the old furnace and installing a new furnace, thermostat and the now-required carbon monoxide alarms. They worked tirelessly, courteously and efficiently. They made a point of leaving the house neat and clean before they left.

As before, my husband and I are very pleased with the way we were treated by everyone involved at Flow Right. Thanks for always taking such good care of us.

EARLIER POST:
Yesterday (Thanksgiving Day), our furnace was not working properly (only cool air was coming out of the air ducts). We called your number and were courteously and professionally greeted by a woman working your emergency response line before 7:00 a.m. She promptly arranged for a technician to contact us.

In less than 30 minutes, your technician (Mike H.) called us, assessed the situation and immediately came to our house. By that time, my husband had turned the furnace off and on a couple of times so it was working when Mike H. arrived, making it impossible for him to diagnose the problem. Nevertheless, he thoroughly examined the furnace and encouraged us to call him again if it stopped working properly again that day.

Well, the furnace did malfunction by early evening. When I called your emergency response line again, a very helpful, courteous man gathered all needed information and promptly called Mike H.

Mike H. called us within a few minutes. Even though I assured him that we could probably wait until the next morning, he insisted that it was important for him to return that evening. He told us to let the furnace remain nonfunctional, so he could diagnose the problem. He quickly came to our house and was able to obtain a code that identified the malfunctioning part. He will return either today or Monday, depending on when the part is available.

I just wanted you to know how much my husband and I appreciate your courteous and helpful emergency response line associates, and how Mike H. went out of his way, on a holiday, to take care of our problem.

We will certainly call Flow RIght if we have any furnace issues in the future.

David came in saw what was needed and repaired it and now I have my home back to use, He was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me some information I really didn't know to help me keep my sewer clean.

A Service call was placed for a plugged bar drain... Plumber arrived and showed where the drain problem was. Went to work vehicle and came back with small snake to clear problem.. was here for 5 minutes and stated drain was clear. Next day we had to call another company and was told problem was deeper than expected and ran water for longer than two minutes... Not a happy customer when you have to pay two separate plumbing companies to fix one problem.

Recently moved into a house and out of no where had a back up in our bathroom. Then we found a leak in our crawl space! Just moving here we didn’t know who to call but I saw great things about flow right and had a feeling they’d be the right people for the job. Everyone was really helpful and nice. Isreal went above and beyond to help us. He got the bathroom up and running and the leak stopped within about an hour. He showed me any issues we had and even went into the crawl space to show me where our issues were there. Not to mention this was after regular business hours. The Pueblo Tech who fixed this issue, water heater repair, was Greg M. He arrived early, quickly assessed the problem & proposed fix, returned promptly from shop with required part & upgrade, installed new,upgraded Thermocouple, determined root causes to the water heater, even took pictures with his phone to explain to me what he found, cleaned, modified to prevent recurrence, and returned water heater to service. All this within 1st min. labor hour charge! Fully explained what he did, parts replaced & why, and pointers for future, trouble free operation. Also, we were given a Discount since this was a re-call. Greg M. is an Outstanding Tech, ultra professional, followed PPE requirements, timely & skilled. Timothy Morales installed a new boiler. Our 30-yr old one really needed replaced, and I considered this an emergency to have a working heating system for the house. It was installed as quick as possible, and Tim patiently made sure I understood what to do and not do with the system (basically shouldn't have to do anything but check it once in a while)... nice work Tim!

I recieved service on 9/21 after calling about a clogged drain. I mentioned a power wash and was advised the plumber would assess and proceed with the best option. I was then called at 7:30 am on the day of my appointment to pick whether I wanted a power wash so that plumber could be sent. In a woken from sleep daze I agreed to the power wash. The man arrived, did his work and then muttered it was on the disposal side. I asked if he could fix that. He said yes. Those were the only words he said to me before handing me the phone to make payment. He left muddy wet footprints all over, paper towels everywhere and didn't actually fix the problem. I have standing water in my sink right this moment. When I have tried to call, the operator couldn't hear me and hung up. I am so displeased. I understand the company has been dealing with Covid issues but I was asked to assess my own plumbing and was then charged for an expensive service I didn't need and will have to call another plumber to fix the actual issue.

My water heater sprung a leak after hours. They returned my call and made an appointment for the next day. Techs Miguel Cortez and Ramon Valdez arrived at 8 a.m. gave me a estimate he told me the price would not change. From there they worked approximately 7 hours in 19 degree weather to switch me from a water heater tank to a tankless water heater. I was very impressed with the amount of work they did in the short amount of time.

Today was my first experience with FlowRight. Eric and Damian came out (separately) from the Pueblo office to my home to replace my Evaporative Cooler pump and fix leaks I had in my sprinkler heads. Both were very professional and answered all the questions I had; showing off their expertise. I was very pleased with their demeanor and work ethic. I would use FlowRIght again, especially if I get Eric and Damian again!

Eric was a top notch technician, he was early and very professional with my wife. Eric was able to get my back yard facet replaced and the line it connects to repaired quickly. Had a bad experience , aweek before with our A/C repaireman said unit had to be replaced. A week later SHAWN BURKE from FLOWRIGHT came and within an hour he found what the problem was repaired wires that were cut were conected properly. 2 hours after arrival we had A/C, thanks to Shawn.

A nice guy named Mike came out to take care of my two sluggish toilets. He came in the time frame they gave me and had me taken care of in an hour.

I had two apartments located in a rural area of Colorado that were backing up into their tubs and toilets at around 6:30 PM. I called Flow Right, and they had their tech Daniel G to the location within an hour and 15 minutes. Daniel did a great job of locating and clearing out the problem. He went above and beyond showing me with his camera the necessary work moving forward, which I appreciated. Daniel was fantastic, and I will be using Flow Right again!

Flow Right did a great job. Brendan had excellent customer service and good communication. They scoped and repaired a sewer pipe running from my house to the street. It was affordable, it was done quickly, and without issue. I highly recommend them.

From the phone call to schedule the appointment to the completion of the service, Flow Right employees were professional, friendly and helpful! The service technician standard fee is a little pricey BUT with the great reviews and evidently great service they provide, I must say it was worth it! I had my kitchen redone, Steve Copeland disabled the sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher and ice-maker. It was a real mess under there from prior work. After the counter top was re-installed, Steve returned and redid all the plumbing to working order & code. In addition to other plumbing projects.. remove/replace house shut-off valve, R/R tub plug, install toilet and attach the dishwasher to new cabinets. All very professionally and quickly done. They fixed the pipe under the bathroom and patched it with cement but did not even out the concrete so now can't install the toilet back in place
