These guys are the best!

We were so pleased with these guys! From the moment I spoke with someone on the phone, I could tell they would be a pleasure to work with. They scheduled us with someone to look at our garbage disposal and two clogged sinks as soon as possible, and our visit from Jay (and another guy whose name I forgot, sorry!!!) was extremely painless and downright pleasant. Price was extremely reasonable, and they were a huge help with our plumbing mess! Will definitely call these guys if we ever need them again in the future, and would highly recommend them.

This is an outstanding company. To a person they are totally professional. This is one of the first times I experienced a repair company that actually wanted to ensure I was satisfied and happy with their work. They were very respectful of our home, they were kind and courteous, and totally knowledgeable about their work. I highly recommend them for any HVAC work you many need.

These guys are awesome! We have used them for a couple of years now and are always amazed by their work ethic and quality of work. We highly recommend them.

The warning code light on my heater indicated a problem with the igniter. Matt came out right on time, diagnosed the problem as a too-short igniter bracket and a needed cleaning. He didn't have the necessary bracket with him, so returned the following week to perform the repair/cleaning. He only charged me for the cleaning! He was prompt, courteous, professional, and honest (did not try to up-sell me unnecessary parts or services). Call these guys for your heater repairs/servicing.

The technician was very polite, and professional

I called CMS because every time I tried to run my AC it tripped the breaker. Matt came out and looked and it, he walked me through what I thought was going to be an expensive repair. We went through a few more things and went back out to check the breaker and it was still on. What ever he did worked! It should also be noted he called before he got here to say he was on his way, he arrived on time and went over things after he had already explained it, because I didn't understand perfectly. I will definitely be using CMS again.

Maintenance team showed up within the scheduled window time. The team was very polite and professional. they answered any questions I had. They cleaned up after themselves and wore booties in the house. This is why I continue to use Colorado Comfort Heroes for my HVAC needs.

We will be using them for the installation of a new water heater.

Colorado Comfort Heroes really saved the day. Not much worse than waking up and realizing your heat is out in the winter. They responded within fifteen minutes of our call and were at our house within an hour on the weekend. Very professional and respectful of our home.

What a great experience I had with CMS! My furnace quit working on the day of our first freeze & snow last week and Matt came out quickly. He was able to fix the problem right away. I had Matt come back for a furnace tune-up & inspection this week before winter sets in. Very fair pricing! I am so thankful I found CMS (and Matt!) and will be using them for future maintenance or if any further issues should come up. Highly recommended!

These guys came out and were %100 professional, called at 9 a.m. , here at 3 p.m. and out the door 2 hrs later . . Wasn't a typical install , no upcharge did it for what they said they would do it for . Best warranty 6 yrs unit , parts and LABOR !!! happy crew and did a top notch JOB. Hats office!

These guys did an awesome job of replacing my water heater. So, I thought, why not hire them to replace 5 toilets in our home and do some other small plumbing projects. They came to look at what we had and said they’d send an estimate, but we never heard from them again, even after I called and emailed them multiple time. In the end, we hired another company. It was a nearly $5,000 project and they left that on the table. If you have a small job, they might be able to get it done, but if it takes longer than 2 hours I think they’re just too small.

It seriously doesn't get any better than this! Called and got a quote and a time they could install a new water heater. Had some planning to do so I called back a couple hours later and they scheduled the following day. Matt showed up exactly when he stated he would and got to work within minutes and within an hour we had a new water heater installed :) Professional, efficient, clean and reasonably priced. I would give them an A++ in all areas! Thank you SO much for making our life easier!

They replaced our furnace and AC (which were very old) after the furnace broke down, and did a great job, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They also spotted some problems related to the old installation that needed to be addressed, and moved things around as needed.

Pete was my serviceman. He was great. He came out the same morning I called. My heater wasn't working properly and it was cold...so I really wanted someone to come out soon. After trouble shooting several things, based on my description of what was going wrong, he pinpointed the problem, just needed to change the filter...(we had just changed it 2 months ago and it didn't really appear that dirty to me). But, once the filter was changed everything worked again...warm air flowing continuously. He let me know the kind of filters that work best out here (MERV rating of 8, rather than the 10 I had) and told me to change it monthly. He also took the time to educate me on my unit, as I didn't purchase it, I was a new homeowner. Being new to the home and to CO, I appreciated all of the information. I would definitely use Colorado Comfort Heroes again and recommend. Love that they are veteran owned, that is something that I always look for.

Matt came to fix the AC in Jul, Sep it broke again, Matt came and mentioned it needs a new compressor, I told him it was less than 3 years machine (kind new) and it should have the manufactory warranty. He was kind of surprised and said I will contact the manufactory and get back to you....As I believe it is not the compressor, because they fix it before , I believe he may want to get advantage of us and charge for a new compressor....resuming here, this company and Matt is ignoring all my calls since mid of October. And to be honest I do not even know if he took the compressor with him or not....as it is in a commercial building on the 2 floor roof. I will remove this feedback and give a 5 stars when Matt come back and fix this problem. I already open a BBB case, and also I will reach out to the city to check on their AC work license....

My AC went out right when summer started and they were able to replace the whole unit very quickly. I’ve had no problems since.

Quick response to what turned out to be a simple problem, so glad we called them for a second opinion! Techs were kind Anders and even offered to take their shoes off when they came in, which I have yet to experienced with any company. Will definitely use them again!

Dave came over several times after hours, both to access the problem and to fix it. We were told by another company that the water heater was out of warranty, CM Solutions proved it was not. The were amazing and went above and beyond! Thank you!

Reworked entire house ducting!

Very polite and responsive. I was having a problem with a new smart thermostat and they were able to help the same day I contacted them. Will be using them again.

I have used this company in multiple homes from small quick jobs to replacing a water heater and taking it tankless. No matter the project they are professional, beyond courteous, and when they do a job it lasts. I couldn't speak more highly of David and his team. I wont go anywhere else now that I have CMS.

I called Comprehensive Maintenance Solutions when my furnace stopped working. Matt was able to be there within 2 hours, diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes and had it fixed in another 15 or so. Fantastic, speedy service with great prices!

Had a Burning Electric smell overnight, coming from the furnace! Had to cycle it a few times to survive the cold night. After wracking my brain, all Saturday, and trying to figure out if the problem was easy to fix. I called CMSolutions. David and Chance came out almost immediately and found my Furnace blower motor was shot, along with a limit switch and run capacitor. They had to get Johnstone Supply to open, AFTER HOURS, to get my needed parts so we would have heat through the COLDEST night of the year (-8)! By 8pm they had us back in heat!! What a GREAT CREW! Very courteous and thoughtful of our situation, wearing protective equipment and not leaving any mess.

I woke up to 56 degrees in my house. My furnace went out during the night. They came promptly and replaced ignitor and all was good. Heat again yay! I called CMS because I wanted to support a business owned by a military veteran. God bless to all that fight for our freedom. God bless the USA!

These guys are locally owned and an awesome HVAC company. They came out to swap out our furnace and A/C unit and even diagnosed and repaired a ducting issue which drastically improved the airflow in our home. If you want a company that has fair pricing, cares about their customers, and goes above and beyond to do a great job - these are your pros.

They came out and find the issue withing minutes, I waited about 2 weeks from finding the issue and replacing the new unit. Price for one unit for 2nd floor $6700k with military discount. I gave them a 4 because they were supposed to come the day prior and I had to call to remind them.

The Comprehensive Maintenance technician came on time to my home, was very clean and friendly. He did an outstanding job on cleaning and tuning both my heather and A/C. I was very pleased by his work and I will call them every year for the same job. Thank you for your good work.

Called 4 other plumbers for help on a weekend and no one could come out for 1-2 days to fix my busted pipe. Having a family, I couldn’t have my water off to my house that long! I called Comfort and they were able to come out a couple hours later. Dave fixed the problem very quickly and did a quality job! Highly recommend!!

Already had planned to have these guys out to check on our water heater as some hot water started to go brown and ironically the water heater started leaking the morning they came. Recommended a replacement and had it done the next day (offered to do same day, but we didn't want to make them work super late). Professional and offered explanations on everything they were doing.

We called them to help us understand a plumbing problem we were having and they came at a late hour and stayed for 2 hours explaining what the issue was and how to solve it knowing that we were not going to hire them.

Our home warranty was prepared to leave us without heat for weeks when temperatures were below freezing and the first few techs they sent out to fix the problem told me it the furnace needing replacing and it was too big of a job. I was losing hope and we were cosnidering jumping ship to a hotel for a bit when Peter came through for us and was able to replace our furnace the very next day. Super professional and even more personable and caring. I didn't mind the expense nearly so much, knowing that I was getting a timely and efficient solution. As I'm writing this, my furnace is up and running and my kid and I aren't huddling under blankets for the first time in days.

This is the fourth time we have used this company and we love their service! We would recommend them to anyone! They have installed a new HVAC/Heater system for us. They just cleaned our gas fireplace.

This is the SINGLE MOST HONEST business I've ever dealt with. They came out to troubleshoot a leak in my air-conditioning coolant system which no one else could find. Not only did they replace bad valve parts and solder in a new copper pipe, they DIDNT WANT TO CHARGE ME. I had to force money on them. These guys are the real deal, 100% legit, I can't say enough.

Professional work and customer service. He's punctual and pleasant. He completed bathroom tasks that I tried to start and did additional work that I'm unable to do. The final result exceeded my expectations.

Contractor was hired to replace existing water heaters with a gas tankless system. Contractor assured me a permit was filed and led me to believe an inspection was scheduled multiple times. After contacting the county to request a permit, they had me request the contractor pull a permit one more time. Contractor said permit would be pulled and inspection scheduled immediately. After 2 weeks with no action, I pulled permits as homeowner.

Best contractor I’ve ever worked with. We have gotten annual services from them, they came to fix a broken part on our furnace, and then we had them install all new furnace and AC.

First of all, over the several visits that they have been to our house, every employee from the owner, to the techs, to the scheduler are super friendly and professional. They took their time to explain everything all the work they were doing and why it was needed and made sure we understood the pricing (which was always fair). And finally their workmanship is excellent: they clearly take pride in their work and aren’t just trying to get a job done. We could not be happier with the work they have done for us, and we will continue using them for all of our HVAC needs.

David do a very good job installing a brand new gas heater and A/C into my rental home at a very reasonable price. The home did not have A/C prior to the install so he installed power and all the lines to the exterior unit. He was easy to work with despite the distance since I was an out-of-state landlord. When I looked at the install post-Covid, I was very impressed with the install. I highly recommend him.
