My kids have awful allergies all year long. I have tried just about everything and was at a loss. Thankfully a good friend of mine recommended getting a Halo installed. After some research I call Randy at Climate Solutions. :)

Of all the companies that claim 24/7 emergency response available, this is the only company that I’ve ever found to come out on the same day and complete the work. For that reason alone, I would recommend them over any other HVAC company.

Thank you climate solutions! Great service and very helpful team. Came home 4pm night before thanksgiving to no heat and 2 sick toddlers. They got us a tech out and heat back on before 6pm (our luck it was an easy fix also) thank you Randy! We would give more ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if we could!
I had my furnace serviced by this company and the entire experience was wonderful. Their communication is amazing and my tech Cassie went above and beyond. She explained everything she was doing and made sure I understood the process. I learned a lot about my furnace, because she took the time to show me. Technician was very helpful and experienced, however there was some issues with regards to scheduling the appointment. I was told I had a 3:00pm appointment but the technician was not aware and did not show up until after 5-6pm.

Climate Solutions is absolutely wonderful! I needed work completed as soon as possible! Even though the technicians were booked for the week they made an exception and came to my house the day I called and completed the necessary repairs! They are professional, honest and have extremely competitive pricing! Without hesitation I would highly recommend Climate Solutions!

Once again, one source tried to take advantage of me (single older female) by claiming I needed a new furnace. Olsen heating came in and turned it right on, said no problems at all. They mentioned what a bad company one source is and that this is normal procedure for them. What’s worse is they claim they are veteran owned. I’m a vet, and I think it’s disgusting that they use this in their advertising. Veterans should be trusted, not liars and thief’s!

My heating system has not passed inspection and it's been 2 years and no signs of this getting to par inspection. Can't keep people I see a new person every time and they all same the same thing. Terrible I would not recommend your company to anyone and would not go with your company again. Very poor customer service.

Great company! They were able to work me in at the time I called and they came right away. I got a text message letting me know who my technician was (with a picture) and a link to track him to let me know when he was close to my address. The text was a nice unexpected feature. Mike and Randy are great and will work hard to fix the problem! We had a tough issue with our water heater (needing several replacement parts that were not easy to get) and they took care of everything and got it up and running again. I definitely recommend them and will use them again when we have any issues or when we need any of the other many services they provide.

Called them and set up an appointment to meet me at a site for an estimate. We're supposed to meet at 9:45 a.m., I sat there for an hour and 15 minutes and nobody showed. I called them 3 times, left 2 voicemails and still never heard back from anyone.
Called this morning and by 3pm had Peyton come out and check what was going on. I've been dealing with this AC Unit freezing up on me every summer since I bought my house. Each time a tech came out. They gave me a short list of options with no explanation.
In comes Peyton.
He comes in, super friendly and professional, and evaluates my system. Spending more time than any of the others and does a comprehensive review of the system. Afterwards he explains to me practically everything wrong with the system and how I can expect it to further deteriorate over time. He then breaks down each option with me. Explains every question I have in solid detail and definitely took his time making sure I was set up for success.
I've had plenty of techs for multiple issues in my home over the years. Peyton slots in at number 1.

One source was a life saver. We (Additional Dreams) had a subcontractor come in and repair and install electrical items that were to be done in a timely matter but ended up messing everything up. this put us behind schedule. We called One Source and they came in and basically saved the day. Very professional and very educated on what to do and what we needed . We got the inspection and passed. Thanks One Source. I would definitely use them again if we do another job in the springs again..

I am a general contractor and have worked with Air Pros for about 4 years. Recently they changed the name to Air Pros and their business model changed. i worked with them on 4 jobs recently. On all 4 of those jobs they took money from the customers and never did, or finished the jobs. One of the customers was a 70 year old widow. Now she has liens on her home, and 2 unfinished bathrooms. They will not return her calls. The other customer paid them 90,000 to finish her basement. they did very little and will not return her calls either.

They didn’t try and sell us stuff we didn’t need like other companies and let us know we needed a new part that other companies said was fine. Would recommend them to anoyone!!

Technician Q was very helpful and understanding of what needed to be done for my household. Not only did he care about the health and wellness of my family, but his manager Jose did as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has home issues that need to be repaired. The will get you the best rate and show you what’s wrong, not just explain in terms you don’t understand.
Randy and his team did an outstanding job installing our new A/C unit at a fair price. They made sure to answer all my questions and concerns in a very professional manner and didn’t leave until everything was running as it should. I used them to install my Nest thermostat and water pressure regulator as well. I couldn’t more satisfied with their work. I would recommend Climate Solutions to anyone!
Andres was friendly and knowledgeable, so we're the installers who came out the same day. I took off one star because it would be nice to know the MSRP vs dealer cost of the condenser and thermostat to see if I was overcharged.

Great job! Needed a gas line ran for a fire pit. The crew was able to run the gas line out through a crawl space, hidden out of sight, where other companies would have took the easier way out leaving an uglier hookup.

Great company to work with. They came out and installed my Ecobee3 thermostat after I spent hours trying to figure out how to install it. It wasn't your typical install as there were only 3 wires going to the current Honeywell thermostat in the house.
They were able to get it installed within an hour and were very friendly.
I highly recommend them and will be using them for any future work that I may need.

Randy was amazing, and an EXPERTEER on nest. He came promptly in the morning, and diagnosed the problem immediately and replaced the wiring harness. The previous wiring harness was not providing power, which attributed to a very chilly night! I was relieved that Randy was able to repair it right away. Very good value for your money. A honest, small business charing fair prices. I highly recommend them.

I scheduled an appt with Climate Solutions because of a previous HORRIBLE experience with WireNut. And even though I have warranty through WireNut, they refused to come out and help me in a timely manner.

I have to admit I was skeptical, not due to any reviews mind you, but of service in general. I have received subpar service over the years from different companies and let’s just call me jaded at this point. Of course this is the part where I say CS changed that for me. The customer service was phenomenal and so was the technician. Ms. Coral Whale was on time, which is a must in my book, professional and did not try to shove products or deals in my face. She spoke common tongue when discussing the issues with my unit and the possible outcomes. Due to her service, I decided to become a member and I look forward to any future services and interaction with Climate Solutions. I just wanted to say thank you Ms./Mrs. Whale for putting my mind at ease and helping me at a time when the season is busiest. My dogs and I are forever thankful for the great service and AC!

We were quoted and told that a 3.5 ton Ac was being installed. Then when we had our inspector come out and check the work to find out that a smaller Ac unit was installed. Tried calling and getting ahold of someone to get the issue resolved with no luck at all.

Josh was my technician he came out and did a full inspection of my AC unit and furnace. He found that my furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and recommended it be replaced. He was able to give me different options that could fit my budget and make sure me and my family are safe.
The worst experience I ever had with this company. The owner Randy, he stole my money, and left my restaurant halfway done with his duty. I had to hire another company to finish the job, and re-do everything that he had messed up. Him and his guys pushed me 3 months for opening my store, I definitely do NOT recommend this company for anybody. He stole $6000 from me by not finishing the job. I’m taking him to court and i’m suing him for all the damage that he cost to my restaurant, everything he did was wrong. He used water pipes for my restaurant instead of the proper gas line, he used cheap piping for my grease duct, he failed 5 inspections with RBD. In my opinion He doesn’t know what he is doing, he wasn’t following the engineer print, he used the wrong connector for my fryers. He left the hole on the roof for the gas line which lead to leaking Rain water into the store, he hung the hood and put up the air units wrong twice he should’ve said that’s not his job instead of taking my money and doing it wrong. He didn’t even finish the job and more stuff came up needing to be repaired. Please be careful I definitely do not recommend CLIMATE SOLUTIONS or his company to anyone.

AC unit started making bad noises last night.
Called a few people this morning and didn’t need to call anymore when I reached Climate Solutions.
The customer service over the phone was wonderful, and a bit surprising as the other phone calls before were not as nice.
Got scheduled the same day!
Coral came out with Mr. John and they were amazing!
Coral made sure I knew what was going on, what had happened, and what would be a few options to get it back up and running again!
She didn’t try to sell me anything, she didn’t try to tell me some crazy story to get me to buy/replace something that will last a while.
She was very professional and personable at the same time!

Jeff, the sales person was good about the finances. The install went ok but Eric couldn't get it running, he was here 8 hrs.. Next day they sent John out but poor guy didn't have a clue, he was here for a good 5 hrs. J.W. showed up the following day and had the system running within 2 hrs. Definitely new what he was doing. Communication with the contracted company is terrible.....

It was the day before a holiday and we have no hot water! One Source sent Nathan to the rescue! He was very professional and helpful as we had to order a new hot water heater! Guess what??? They are coming on the holiday, too! Wow! Thanks, One Source and Nathan!

Had an issue over the weekend with a pipe that started to leak badly. Called 4 places and only 2 called back. One stated that they are 4 days out. I didn't have 4. Days. One source came out the same day within 2 hrs after my call. Roark was my HVAC tech. He was very polite and professional. He did the repair in very reasonable time and the repair was great. This is now my go to for repairs in the future. Great Job

The BEST! Had absolutely the greatest service experience with Coral & John! Got on the schedule for service next day. I'm a Realtor so I was meeting them at a listing. My appointment window was noon-2pm but they were there a bit early, a blessing! I understand that may not be the case all the time but certainly a good start! They were quick and efficient, Coral was extremely knowledgeable about HVACs and also the company services. We got to chatting and I got my own furnace scheduled to be serviced in advance of winter and I've signed up for the Gold Membership which as explained to me is virtually the same cost when you include the spring AC service but with awesome added benefits AND guarantees that I follow through with doing the routine maintenance on my systems. Definitely recommend this company! They will be my 'go-to' for my own needs and my clients. Found out today they do plumbing, heating & electrical!!!! and I'll get discounts off their already reasonable prices by being a Gold Member.

The gentleman, Dylan came out to service our heating and ac unit. He was super professional and offered up any advice regarding what we can/should do to remedy this current situation that we find ourselves in. My experience with climate solutions has been absolutely wonderful. They came out quickly for the estimate and made sure I was getting exactly what I needed. In addition, to the quick and detailed estimate they were able to fit me in quickly for a complete AC installation too.

Replaced a part on my gas water heater. Was friendly, professional, and speedy. Even cleaned up water that was spilled. It's so nice to have hot water again. Shows up on time. Even graciously put up with over friendly curious dogs lol. Will definitely use them again in the future. As a first time home owner, they definitely take the headache out of home repairs.

My house was struck by lightning and it fried my AC/Furnance.
Everyone I called had a 5 day wait period on getting me looked at.
This was mid-summer and my house was in the 80s.
Luckily Brothers Heating + Cooling as able to book me in the next day vs waiting another week. I was helped by Keith who was an amazing technician and got me squared away with.
He also explained the logistics and got everything working. He made sure to send me a detailed email with pictures that I could submit to my insurance company as well.

Horrible time getting a permit inspection scheduled for an AC unit replacement. Bad phone numbers, company buy outs, and no one with any clue how to help. Would not recommend.

My experience with Air Pros, specifically with Fred Clark our technician was excellent. Our furnace was not heating up the house, this being a Friday, we were thinking we wouldn’t get anyone out until Sat., and then be charged for a weekend fee, but not the case with Air Pros. Within a few hours I received a text and a call from Fred that he was on the way. After running tests and giving it a good cleaning he got our furnace working again so we had heat. Fred, when working on the furnace also brought to our attention a grinding that was happening in the motor. Agreeing that it should be replaced sooner rather than later, Fred called the company to check on the warranty of the part and we moved forward to have it replaced. Fred did a great job explaining everything that was being done and why, he was also nice enough to connected a new thermostat to replace an old one that had a circuit board that was dangling down by the furnace - something that he didn’t have to do, but did 😀 I would definitely recommend Air Pros and use them again for regular servicing. Their staff and technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. I particularly liked the idea that I received a text of when the technician was on the way and who it was. . Bonus: they support the military by offering a discount 🇺🇸 Thanks Air Pros and Fred.

We were offered multiple bids for furnaces varying in price and efficiency. Correspondence was simple, as it was almost entirely email based. They called us to schedule within the week, once we picked out our furnace and were able to fit us in that Saturday morning. Affordable options and they even threw in a brand new Ecobee thermostat with the purchase of our new furnace. We had a quick and efficient install of our new components and were up and running by 4 P.M. that day. One constructive critique, I appreciated Michael wearing the shoe covers during the entirety of his initial inspection. The installers wore them for a time but eventually took them off. I know how to use a vacuum so I wasn't terribly worried about it, but I assure you some homeowners would flip. Overall five star experience.

I can’t say enough about how happy we were with Climate Solutions. My Mom is 78 years old and not in good health. I live out of State, so it’s very hard to have things taken care of long distance. Her air conditioner went out the week of horrible high temperatures. I was desperate to get it looked at. I called numerous companies, explained my situation .. Climate Solutions staff was great. Also totally over booked with customers, Randy returned my call, kept me informed if he could come by that day, He was able to fit her in at the end of his horrible hot day. Randy and his crew were able to replace the unit the next morning.

I had a tankless water heater installed. I thought the price with installation was excellent. Randy was very knowledgeable and polite. He did an excellent job installing the water heater, mounting it on the wall, routing the exhaust to an exterior wall, and re-working the plumbing to the unit. I only wish I could give this company 10 stars because my experience with Climate Solutions was outstanding!! Our evaporative cooler was giving me some trouble and I couldn't fix it myself so I called Climate Solutions and was greeted by Jen who went out of her way and because of an earlier day cancellation she had a technician come out that same day!! Where else can a person get service like that nowadays? Within several hours Michael showed up and within less than 2 hours had our cooler up and running. We are so grateful that Michael was able to complete the job efficiently and correctly the FIRST time. That's one of many reasons whenever we have any type of heating or cooling problems we always call Climate Solutions first. Their staff is friendly and their techs are very knowledgeable. We've dealt with CS for over 10 years and never had anything but good to say about their service and fair prices. So thanks to people like Jen, Michael, and Randy, you have a very satisfied customer for life!

Excellent company. Had an Ecobee3 installed. They were the only company that really knew how to set it up properly. Then had a humidifier installed & they again knew how to integrate it with the Ecobee3. Bottom line is that Keith & the Brothers team are the best. They take the extra steps to insure the job is done well.

We LOVE One Source! This company employs reliable, knowledgeable, professional staff that always treat our home with respect. We trust them with all of our home appliances and have an annual maintenance membership with them. They keep us updated on when maintenance is due and make sure to fully complete the job, not just the physical labor, but following through with inspections and appropriate documentation for maintaining our home up to code requirements.
Andres came out yesterday to assess a water leak around our whole house humidifier. We called late morning and he was there within a few hours. Located the problem, provided a solution, cleaned up the mess, and has everything looking back to new. He was working on our equipment beyond his shift hours, happily completing the job with a customer service attitude. Even let my 2 year see his tools which was such an important personal touch. :)
We have replaced our water heater, HVAC/furnace, and installed a water purification system with One Source. The peace of mind knowing that the job is done right, is invaluable.

this is a bit confusing. I used ONESOURCE but they sent me the link to this company. So the technicians that came out for onesource were very good, professional. but then came the emergency of needing to replace my furnace for 8400. I called my insurance and they decided to send someone out because the cost was outrageous. no new furnace needed. also I can use my AC and heat. I was told by ONESOURCE that it was imperative not to use it. secondly we have a buddy who has been an HVAC tech for 20 years. no furnace needed. for a company that says they are for the people wow. I. not going to say anymore than this. never again. if this company is not associated with ONESOURCE I apologize for the review
