We have used Talmich Plumbing on several occasions now and will continue to call on them when needed. They have always been prompt, professional and a pleasure to do business with. We have no reason to look anywhere else, I seriously doubt we could find better.

Tom and his team are absolute professionals: fast, reliable, and honest, offering options after understanding the root cause of the problem. Talmich's has been taking care of my random plumbing and heating problems for years now and I couldn't ask for a better company to be there when I need help the most!!!

Do not use this company. they decided rather than to plumb correct and read directions to cut a hole in the side of a 7000 dollar freestanding tub and leave exposed plumbing comming out of the wall. If you want attention to detail and correct plumbing find a plumber that knows what there doing fixes the problems they cause and supervises there teenage employes on a near 6 figure job. Youd probly be better off going to home depot and picking up some randoms to do your plumbing. We have debree in all the lines they have installed water that comes out merky and none of the fixtures or plumbingninstalled is even or symmetrical. Avoid this company like covid 19. They litterly caused a 5 month delay in our reno fixing there amateur mistakes. The master plumber was never on site other than to quote the job other than that he just had his teenage sons out there working with no clue what they where doing starting to wonder if that was even legal or a license violation.

Came home Friday night to find our 16 year old water heater had sprung a pretty bad leak. My wife posted on Facebook word of mouth in the morning for some referrals and someone recommended Talmich. Tom responded quickly - on Saturday morning of a holiday weekend, no less - and within a few hours he and his son, Erik, (a father and son team - how cool is that!) had the new unit installed and the area cleaned up better than when they arrived. They were quick, courteous, efficient, honest, and professional. They just might’ve earned themselves a new long-term client! Would definitely recommend them, and a big shout out thanks to the Word Of Mouth person who referred them - you know who you are!

Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. My home has radiant heating and my boiler system stopped working (it was almost 20 years old). They assessed the situation and gave me plenty of options (very honest and didn't try to up-sell me on anything). After weighing my options, I decided to have the whole thing replaced for an upgraded system. Tom and Eric went out of their way to get my problem fixed. They rearranged their own personal schedules to get started on my system ASAP knowing that we had no hot water or way to heat our home (other than portable heaters). They were very respectful of our house (covering all carpets around work area) and made sure they never left any messes behind. These guys know what their doing and I'm very pleased to have a great boiler system that works like a charm. If you're looking for honest, hardworking, knowledgeable people, I'd highly recommend them.

We called them earlier in the year and they came out fixed our plumbing issue very quickly and we had no problems. Called again recently and made an appointment for another issue. I took off work early and they never showed up or called. Left several messages and no response. Called the next day, talked with someone and they looked into it. The appointment was not put in books, he apologized and said someone would call me back. Never heard from them again. Found another plumber.

I have a complicated system. Neil not only fixed the system but he had a good understanding of how everything worked.

Talmich plumbing deserves 10 stars. I’ve used them for years but today had an emergency with a broken pipe in our crawl space. Eric extended his work day to come out within 20 minutes of my calling. He made the repair in 4 inches of standing water and was nothing but cheerful, knowledgeable and friendly. Absolutely the best! Beyond grateful

Requested a quote to have toilets replaced. Caught the young gentleman they sent out digging through my dirty clothes hamper. I called the office to report it. They must have called the guy that was in my house and told him to leave because he left without telling me he was leaving. They then sent another older gentleman out to apologize. This second guy then proceeds to tell me that they could give me “a great deal” on wider toilets that would be able to hold my wife’s “fat a**”. Completely unprofessional. I should have known better than to go with a tiny outfit that doesn’t have the ability to do quality work or even have respect for their customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR UNDERWEAR STOLEN OR YOUR WIFE INSULTED.

Talmich Plumbing and Heating is fantastic! They provide excellent quality service, at a reasonable price, for all of my home plumbing and heating needs. Tom, the owner, is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. When I call with a problem, he correctly assesses the issue and subsequently puts me on their work schedule in a very timely manner. They have managed to squeeze me in even when they have a full schedule. I so appreciate their responsiveness. His team is punctual, professional, and very courteous. Erik was very professional and friendly. He walked be through everything that needed to be done giving me different options. When he was done he even cleaned the floors so we could spot any future leaks. Would definitely use again!

Talmich has been great with diagnosing what is wrong with our furnace. Although they've had to make several trips (fixing one part, waiting for another to come in), they really take their time to get it right. As it turns out, the AC unit we had installed over the summer (which never really worked right, but the company insisted that's as good as it gets at altitude) was not put in quite right, and now we have bigger problems. Although Talmich still has some work to do, I really appreciate their honesty, effort in getting it done right, and coming up with cost effective ways to fix something that is a problem a different company had caused.

From Start to Finish we do Everything is their motto, and that can't be more accurate. I had them do a complete furnace and water heater replacement over the past year and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. Licensed, prefessional, and knowledgeable.
Pricing includes all labor, parts, and permitting fees so there are never any surprises. They also worked with my home warranty company.
Highly recommend.

I paid them $135 for AC check and maintenance. I had used them before and they seemed honest. They did not cash the check for several weeks. Today, I get an invoice for $150. When I called, the person who answered was abusive and threatened to come here and take me down. They are either incompetent or a rip off. Either way, I will never use them again.

I paid the amount required from them. If they changed prices after my service, that's not my problem. No of this excuses the threats.

I have filed a police report based on their threatening behavior. After filing this review, they sent me a $0 invoice. This issue is on them and their behavior is unacceptable in my opinion.

Have used Talmich for multiple heating and plumbing services. They have always did great work.

Our water heater went out on us Friday night at 11pm !! We called this morning(Saturday, holiday weekend)before 8am and Tom returned our call right away! Said see you with in the hour! Eric showed up and started the removal of the old water heater. Tom brought the new unit and now we won't go the weekend with out hot water !!

Our 18 year-old tankless water heater died and I started looking for plumbers to install a new one; the best call i ever made was to Talmich Plumbing & Heating; I talked to Tom and he said he would send his son Erik out the next day to give us an estimate; Erik arrived and determined what it would take to install a new one; then Tom arrived, and after consultation with his son, presented us a recommendation on a new tankless heater & the cost (minus a discount)for the job - we agreed; Erik & Johnny, his two sons, arrived the next morning, took out the old, installed the new and we had a hot shower that evening! These guys are professional, courteous, diligent, and very straight forward; they explain code requirements, tell you how they will follow them and the installation is neat & clean; you wouldn't know they had done anything as they clean up when they are done; I have used allot of plumbers over 30+ years and by far these guys are the absolute best i have ever dealt with; they are now my go to guys for anything I need to ensure my systems function properly - they should be your go to guys as well!!

It was such a bizarre situation to have pooling water and the leak noise so close, but the leak being in the middle of a 2x4.

I found the service to be quick, decisive when warranted, cautious when warranted, and professional.

Tom and Erik are the consummate professionals. Very honest! They have done a lot of work for me over the years and stand by their warranties.

Holy cow!! Talmich was AMAZING!!! I called them this morning & they sent someone by lunch! They worked quickly & correctly (I was having an inspection done at 4pm, so I know the plumbing work was done well). I'm so grateful for how they helped me out last minute!! And I was so grateful for their fair prices!!

Talmich plumbing never answers my phone calls. I have left numerous messages and they never call back. They were supposed to fix my water heater, but took over 6 months to get the part in after ordering the wrong one a couple times. After they said they had fixed my water heater, I noticed none of the valves were open to actually allow the water to flow, and it wasn't on. The water heater still says there is a valve issue. I cannot get Talmich to answer the phone or call me back.

This company is very professional, experienced, know exactly where to go to solve the problem. They fixed our boiler with great attitude and happy. They are specialized in heating, plumbing and air conditioning. This company is a family run and operated and very pleasant people. Their office is in Colorado Spring but they service Monument and Castle Rock as well. We highly recommend these good people. They deserve 5 star. Thank you guys.

We had a plumbing service scheduled and that company was unable to come out for personal reasons. After calling six other services Talmich came out and fixed our problem by the end of the day. I would have understood if they couldn’t but they made it happen!

Very professional with explaining and answering my questions. Was easy to work with and left remodel of my bathroom in very clean condition. No damages and work was done on time. Good follow up to see if I had any concerns. All employees wore shoe coverings, gloves and masks for any health concerns.

Smaller local outfit, willing to cut corners to save time or money.

Friendly service, patient when the city couldn't find the water line, and flexible when water heater placement didn't go as originally planned. Highly recommend!

Best I springs they are really giid

Called them and schedule something out a couple days during the busy season for furnaces what not. Our water heater was not relighting. Erik came in and trouble shot the problem and discovered a piece was broken. Got the replacement and fixed it. Was professional through out the whole experience. Would def recommend.

John was awesome! He came out yesterday to evaluate my situation. He then contacted the property management company and got the approval the next day to fix my water heater.

He gave me a heads-up up cause obviously the rental company has to approve situations (which I understand) and I thought that was greathe atleast told me.

After having to wait 2 days for them to come out (even though they were reluctant to do so to begin with) they never showed up. When I CALLED THEM to see what was happening, they said they wouldnt be able to make it for another 3 days. One word... LAZY! They'd rather trouble shoot an issue with you over the phone than actually show up to do any work. I didnt call for a lesson. I called for a plumber. What's the point in having a business if you dont wanna work!? Do yourself a favor and call another plumber.

Best plumber in town

I have been working with Talmich for nearly 10 years, both personally and using them as a subcontractor for my business. I have never had a complaint against them, ever. You can trust them to treat you fairly and professionally. Tom and Eric are both outstanding plumbers and fine gentlemen as well. I can say that the two reviews, one from Felix, and the other from Jason, are competitors, not customers. They are just trying to ruin business for Talmich. Please disregard those reviews, and trust Talmich Plumbing and Heating for all your water and heating needs.

We have an older model Rinnai tankless water heater that no one knew how to repair. Taking a hot shower was nearly impossible, with maybe 90 seconds of hot water followed by bitter cold water that would take at least 5 minutes to warm up, so forget about taking a hot bath. I called Talmich Plumbing & Heating one afternoon, got an appointment the next morning and Eric fixed the Rinnai good as new, and for a reasonable price. The entire family can now take a hot shower, something we are most thankful for. We will never rely on anyone else for our plumbing and heating needs. Thank you Talmich team!

Water heater died 8:30pm Thursday night, new one installed by 4pm the next day. Great service!
