The team at Parkey's is GREAT! They quickly responded to my call and confirmed my initial diagnosis. Discussing my options with Jonny really help with making the decision to replace our furnace. The install team did an amazing job removing and replacing the system quickly. They took time to explain the system and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Parkey's!

Excellent work, found some areas which needed repair and did it. Explained everything in great detail and let us know how to use and when to changes filters, etc. Braden was very personable and made sure we understood his explanations. Mike the repairman was efficient, knowledgeable and did a great job. There were some scheduling issues, but they fixed it. Both times I've interacted with this company they were straight forward and honest about the cost of the repair, what the issues were and things to look out for in the future. I would use them again.

I have used Parkey’s for over 25 years to both replace and maintain HVAC equipment including furnaces, water heaters and humidifiers. Their prices are good but more importantly they are very professional, thorough, on time and very pleasant. On our last maintenance service Parkey’s technician, Keith, performed an absolutely fantastic job. Very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend Keith and Parkey’s.

Dylan came to repair a faulty sump pump pipe with water gushing out in my crawl space and repaired it promptly and in short order. He was very polite and curtious and did a great job. I called several other plumbing companys and Parkeys was the only one that could come out in short notice. They came out with-in an hour to fix my emergency plumbing problem.

Perfect experience. From the person who arranged the appointment, to the dispatcher, to Keith the professional who arrived on time, this was a flawless furnace inspection, cleaning and filter installation. First thing was Keith. I trusted him. I felt safe letting him in my home. He worked fast and was professional. The price was consistent with everyone else, the difference is when I first called I was greeted by a live person and not an answering machine. I strongly recommend Parkey’s heating and AC.

My furnace stopped working Wednesday morning, called Parkeys and had the problem identified. Thursday morning got the call the part was available locally, Thursday afternoon the part was installed and I had heat again! Great company, very responsive and Juan is the best! Thanks for the warmth!

I just used Tate the technician at Parkeys for a rental hone. Not only was he super friendly and professional he was there within 30 minutes, took care of the problem. Tge bill was extremely fair and reasonable. It's nice to know there are still people and businesses out there that treat you fair and kind and I will always use them from here on out. Thank you!

Our heater went out at night, their answering service were polite and helpful. We asked for them to come out the next day which they did in the morning at the scheduled time. Chris was prompt, efficient, polite, friendly and a hard worker. My husband and I also really liked how patient he was with us while explaining what was going on with our system.We have been using Parkey's since we bought our 1st home in 03 and will continue to use their services with our retirement home. Keith the technician was fabulous: honest, quick, friendly and professional. Unfortunately he did not get the message of my requested and confirmed time, so basically showed up 45 minutes later than end of window I was promised - more the fault of scheduler than the technician.

We had them come out to service our fireplace they came out spent entire 10 minutes, charge us almost $100 and that was only for the estimate. They said they would email it to us within 3 to 5 days it's now been 3 months. We have never received the estimate. I have called the company 4 different times to get the estimate. Every time I called they tell me they will look into it and they would get back to me and they never do. I'm going to cancel my credit card since I have never received the estimate. And I would never recommend them to anybody!!!

Mike was out here very quickly. He identified the problem went and got the part from across town and got back and had it fixed in a couple of hours. Very professional and personable. I will definitely use you again. Thank you!!

I've been using Parkey's for 16 years and they never disappoint. Professional, friendly, honest, fast. I've had small and large plumbing issues dealt with handily; hot water heaters and furnaces replaced at lowest cost. I truly feel they look out for my best interest and try to resolve problems efficiently and economically.

No pressure estimate with multiple options. Tim was exceptional, took the time to go through multiple options and provided a very reasonable estimate for everything.

We used Parkey’s for AC installation and a furnace replacement. Everyone was on time, polite, and helpful. We were able to get everything installed within 6 weeks of my original inquiry. The price was extremely reasonable as well.

I received a text asking for feedback on Greg T.'s recent visit (a small plumbing job), but in order to use it I had to sign into Google, which is always a pain in the neck, and today wouldn't recognize the email address I offered. The fact is that Parkey's service is always first-rate and reasonably priced. In the past they have installed a/c, repaired the hot water heater etc. and we wouldn't call anybody else.

This business is wonderful. They took less than a day and even cam out the night before to try to fix the issue before it was recommended that we replace the heater. Tom was my “Service Pro” and he was very respectful, polite and informative. I would definitely recommend them for your home. What was supposed to be a 6-8 hour job was done in less than 4.Good job Tom! We appreciate the heat.

I do NOT recommend this plumbing service. We used them last Fall and they did not fix the toilet and charged $600.00. My husband didn't tell me until after the guy left. I was recovering from spine surgery and was not able to deal with service people at the time, or I would have refused to pay a criminal amount of money, especially when he didn't do the job.Ironically, the next day Bill's Plumbing pulled up, as it turned out he was looking for an address. I told him what had happened the night before and he said; they would have only charged $95.00 and the TP hold that was flushed down the toilet would have been removed.

Parkey's has been providing great annual maintenance of my furnace, gas fireplace and air conditioner for over 10 years. They replaced my furnace when the old one was no longer operating efficiently. It is nice knowing the infrastructure of my home is monitored and always working well.

I have used Parkey’s for almost 20 years now, first when i had investment properties and then for my personal residences. The techs were and always are professional and knowledgeable. When finished with the install they showed us how to maintain the equipment and operate the thermostat. As a person out in the public I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and talk with him.

Our Furnace died on a Wednesday. We called and had a rep out in an hour, ordered our new furnace and it was installed the next day. Tom, our installer was fast, hard working, informative, personable and did this installation alone. I admire his courtesy with our little dog that wanted to bark at him everytime he entered the house. He had more patience than I did. Thank you Parkey's for excellent service, again!

This was a fabulous company. From Tim the Salesman to each & every installer. They were Friendly & kept us informed with each step they were doing as well as protecting the things in my home.

Can’t recommend Parkey’s enough! Tim came out to the house for an estimate and explained our options clearly and was able to get us scheduled on the spot for our new A/C unit. We had to reschedule last minute twice and both times they were completely understanding and worked with us. We felt so bad about having to reschedule due to a delayed closing on our home and can’t thank them enough for being so helpful! Kade did an awesome job on our install on a hot day and was great!

Once again Parkey's demonstrates why we love and trust them. One of our tenants called to say her furnace was not working. When we talked to Parkey's technician Jason, he walked us through some troubleshooting that eventually helped us solve the problem. Many other companies would have tried to send out a technician with a service charge attached. Instead, we were able to get the furnace back in order and everything was solved within thirty minutes. Way to put your customers first!

Ben came out and spent a couple off hours tuning up my DIY split heat pump job and finding all my mistakes. Very knowledgeable plus friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend him and Parkeys for any job. Biggest thing for me was the reasonable cost of service. I'll call them again.

Parkey's has always been responsive. Technician was early and diagnosed the water heater issue rapidly. He provided several options for how to resolve the issue allowing us plenty of time to determine which choice we wanted to use without pressure one way or another.Will definitely use Parkey's again.

Update: Keith came out today and did a fantastic job. I was not charged for his services; he was very professional and thorough. I guess the other technician was just having a really bad day or something. They said that was really out of character for him. We are only human; so I will give him the benefit of the doubt. Parkey's is very lucky to have a technician like Keith and I hope they realize it. I can not give 5 stars because of the experience with capacitor, but I will give them 4 stars because they seemed to care about correcting something that was wrong. I know that if I use them in the future I will specifically ask for Keith.Please look at their yelp reviews much more accurate than these manipulated google reviews. Horrible price gouging and incredibly terrible service. My first experience with Parkey's was with Keith an extremely nice technician; prices were high but he made up for it. Fast forward a year later and the capacitor goes out. We called Parkey's again only for the reason that they have serviced us before. They send out another technician who was easily the least friendly person I've met in Colorado. They charged me $400 for a turbo 200x multi capacitor. (they are gonna feed you some B.S. about the warranty with it). You can buy that piece yourself for about $75 in store or online. He then has the audacity to tell me to call them for yearly cleaning on the unit hes working on. So charges me $400 and cant even do a minor cleaning with that charge. Spent more time in his van then he did working on my unit. Told the guy thank you when he was done; he just stared at me and didn't even respond. So now two weeks later dealing with the AC dripping water and my wife is still waiting for the manager to call us back. Parkey's is easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please save yourself the trouble and use any reputable service in the springs; these people are terrible.

I appreciated the feedback on our systems - I thought the price was higher than I expected. I was disappointed they didn't bring the required filters which requires another rescheduling - though they expected me to confirm/know which filters were on the list for the service call while I assumed they had the right ones - my bad. The service tech was friendly and thorough and responded professionally to all my questions and challenges.

The service that Draden provided for our company was simply amazing. He did the job in a short period of time and everything worked great! He fixed our heating unit and thanks to his efficiency we will have a more warmer place to work in every day! Thank you once again and I truly recommend them!

Wow! Eric did a great job helping with all aspects of plumbing and heating with our bathroom remodel. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of his work. He has many years of experience. We found him to be reliable and efficient and punctual. He has great problem solving skills and communicates well. We are looking forwards to working with him again.

Technician was great. Scheduling not so good--got canceled twice, and on 3rd appt I'd been assured I'd be first of afternoon (I had to meet at rental and wait in car), but that didn't happen, got service 1 1/2 hours later than promised.

I called Parkey's mid morning after discovering my furnace wasn't working. They rearranged their schedule to meet me within an hour, and very quickly identified the problem. Tim Parkey talked through all of my options, with no pressure, and we agreed upon a solution. The next day, Kade showed up, right on time, and completed the install of my new furnace. He did a quality job, cleaned up everything, and made sure I knew how to work with my new furnace. Everything about this situation was great!

This company will nickel and dime you for labor costs. For 3 cracks in a ~3 foot pipe section, my wife was quoted $210 which is high already, but I wasn't home so she agreed. The tech then ended up charging me $410 after changing the invoice. I tried to call and resolve it with Management for 2 weeks, and they never returned my many calls.

Kade was very professional and knowledgeable. Annual service was excellent and he did some extra service when I asked.

They scheduled my furnace replacement the next day and installed it in three hours. I was very satisfied because they did the work so quickly.

This company responded to an emergency plumbing leak that was between the floors of a duplex. They let me know the time window for repair using great expectation management. Eric arrived on site and even though we were his last stop of the evening he was professional, Courteous and found/repaired the leak in an hour. Given that this was an emergency call, I thought that their rates were very competitive

Did a fantastic job replacing our hot water heater. Same day service. They were experienced, fast and professional! Im a returning customer and have been with Parkey's for quite a while, confident with their expertise, and their technicians are the BEST!

I used Parkeys in the past to service my furnace. I stopped using them years ago because I had a guy come out to look at my water heater and he was extremely rude.I wanted to give them another try this year and have them look at a stack pipe on my roof. The lady who took my call was extremely rude and disrespectful. I called the next day to cancel my appointment. The representative I got was apologetic for the other ladies behavior. I thought that was the end of it. Not even an hour later the rude lady called me and said they canceled my appointment. She was combative and hateful. In a way I felt like it was harassment because I had already canceled the appointment with someone else. Will never call them again.

Tom and Brennen installed my new air conditioning system and were professional, friendly, and pleasant to work with. They meticulously paid attention to details throughout the installation process. They were neat and protected the floors with coverings and took the time to be sure things were done right. All my questions were answered and they never rushed or tried to take shortcuts. Their high standards clearly showed in the finished job.I've used Parkey's for more than 20 years and I plan on staying with them because they definitely want their customers to be happy and confident that they are getting the best service possible.

We had Kade come and install our central air system. It looks like it has always been part of the house, and already starting to cool things down. Kade and Parkey's were great!

Not sure why I didn't call Parkey's when I had my water heater installed, The other licensed company installed it but failed to pull a permit and installed the exhaust piping wrong. Eric was able to quickly diagnose the problem and spent the time to fix it correctly. I'm ever so grateful for Parkeys, they have earned a customer for life.

Tom and Jordan did an excellent job installing the new Lennox A/C unit. As first time homebuyers, they were able to offer very useful advise and remained professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Parkey's and Tom or Jordan for the installation.

I hired Parkey's replace my hot-water heater. I have an old house that doesn't have a drain in the utility closet but the team at Parkey's found an alternate solution to safely empty the hot-water heater and replace it. They were fast and very clear in communication. Highly recommended!

I've been a customer of Parkey's for the last several years and have always had positive interactions and service from the technicians, however the service and interactions from the office staff the last two years has been quite disappointing.I have a tankless hot water heater that takes a little bit extra TLC to service and flush. Last year when I called Parkey's to set up my annual service they gave me a quote of $89 and booked an appointment. When the technician came out he did not have the proper equipment as he was told it was a regular hot water heater, so I had to send him away and reschedule. On the second appointment the tech did the job, all went well until he pulled up the bill and had a charge of close to $450! I was shocked and let him know that the office told me it would be only $89. After speaking with the office they did confirm it they misquoted me but would honor the $89 charge. I was very appreciative of that which is why I called them again this year for my annual service/flush of the hot water heater. Not wanting to have the same issues as last year I called the office to set up the appointment and asked again to confirm the price. I was told $89. I explained to them what happened last year and asked again for them to double check and confirm the price and they again confirmed it would only be $89...Well, today, after waiting for the tech to arrive I received a phone call from the office asking to double check the service I needed. When I confirmed a plus they said that oh the price isn't just $89 it is $89 + $350 for the service. I was a bit disappointed as I was running into the same issues as last year and asked the woman on the phone if she could briefly explain the breakdown of cost for me. She was rather rude, and pushy to get me off the line. I wasn't trying to add time to her day but just wanted to understand what the cost was (as other places in town charge quite less) and explain that this is now twice i've been misquoted and just wanted to have a closer and more accurate number. She practically hung up on me when I stated I needed to cancel's today appointment and would call back when ready to reschedule. On top of all this I am unable to work remotely and killed 2 hours of my work day that I now have to make up or be out of in addition to the 2 hours i'll have to kill again for having to make another appointment.I can understand that sometimes cost are only estimates but for this to happen two years in a row is very frustrating and what's even more disappointing was how the office staff handled the call for a returning customer.

When they could not meet the needed emergency timing that we requested, they were asked if they could possibly recommend another company...their response was call the BBB...thanks. Sorry, no voice mails and nothing kind at all about your response. By the way, any senior who needs much faster help, please call the emergency Colorado Springs Utilities, kinder, faster and absolutely no cost.

Tom came out and installed our new furnace! The care and extra mile he went through taking out our 1999 furnace and installing a newer one was beyond amazing. He was very kind and very professional! Over all Parkey's is an amazing company! With all the card problems I was having to moving our instal up because we had no heat, Tracy was so kinda and considerate through the whole process! Very responsive, helpful, and informative in putting together a complicated bid for our heater(s) and A/C unit. Jonny showed up right on time, quickly prepared a bid, was friendly and knowledgeable, and put us back on the path for a warm home!

My wife and I moved to Colorado Springs one week ago, and when we got here we found our A/C was broken, and of course we were experiencing record heat for this time of year. Not knowing who to call, the first company I turned to was a big mistake. I then found Parkey's, and called them on a Saturday. Rick responded immediately, was at my house within an hour, found the problem, replaced the part, and did it all with courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness. We now know we have someone we can count on when needed.

I was referred to this company by George Matty of Keystone Construction of the Rockies when my pressure valve broke and caused water damage. George is one of the most honest person's I know in business with high integrity so I knew any company he referred me to would be just as reputable. The owner (Tim) personally called me to let me know George had contacted him and that they would send someone out immediately so my family could have water again.Brian installed our pressure valve and he was awesome. He was very friendly and efficient. All of the employees I've had contact with either on the phone or in person were very professional and friendly. I would definitely use this company for any future plumbing needs, and I'd highly recommend this company to anyone!

This is the finished product. I asked Tim to have the guys come back and correct this several times with no response. This is a new construction home I had them do all the plumbing heating we needed to correct ventilation for the cooktop because we had moisture coming in the house I offered to pay for this service even if it was something that should have probably been included in install .I did not expect this ugly mess to be left as a finish product. It is horribly embarrassing when my friends and family see this and ask me what is that!

My A/C went out over some of the hottest days of the summer - when I called, they were able to get a technician out within about four hours. They were completely honest about cost, and the technician they sent was absolutely fantastic - willing to service my outdoor A/C fan even during significant rain (which thankfully wasn't necessary!). I usually just Google around a bit for who's open when something goes wrong with the house, but I'm definitely coming back to these guys the next time something goes wrong with my home.

They came the same day and was able to correct identify the correct valves to turn bon my sprinkler system for a Home I purchased in Colorado Springs. Very quick and very nice. Thanks!

Keith fixed our dehumidifier and serviced our furnace. He answered all my questions and offered advice on a couple of things to help me in the future. I would not hesitate to request Keith in the future. We use Parkey' s because we know that our furnace will be fixed properly.

They did a very good job on replacing my furnace. The city inspectors checked their work and said it was the best work they have ever seen! Fast and friendly service! They have finance options if you dont have the money upfront to pay.

Tom,We are very impressed with the high quality of work performed by Tom during our AC Installation. He is both experienced and knowledgeable. He was attentive when coming in and out of the house to ensure that no mud was brought into the house. He cleaned up the area where he was working when he was done, and the outside unit looks amazing.

Every winter we have Parkey’s come to check the furnace and make sure we are safe for the cold weather. Each year they arrive on time ( always with a call that they’re on their way), check things out , install a new filter, make recommendations if needed and conduct themselves professionally and politely. I have complete faith in their service and will continue to call them year after year.

Have used Parkey's for furnace and water heater in the past so when I had a plumbing leak of course I called them again. They worked around my work schedule without any problems. Rob B. was very polite and fixed the leak very quickly and professionally. He answered all my questions and even took the time to showed me things when I asked. Great service! I have used Parkey's off and on for many years. Keith is a very nice person and seems to be knowledgeable about my heating system. He said I needed a new Control Board since it was overheating and it would cost $500. I had a second opinion and they said they did not feel it warranted a replacement at this time. Their price to replace it if it did need replacing was $200-300. If.and when I need it replaced I will go with this company. They r a reputable company as State Farm Insurance and Leap uses them. Eric is everything you want in a plumber! He was on time, polite, kind, very professional and could easily answer all my questions plus provide information on questions I hadn’t even thought of yet! With Eric as the plumber, I feel confident my project is in the best hands!

Kieth called ahead of time to let us know he would be arriving within the scheduled 2 to 4 pm timeframe. He was cordial and extremely knowledgeable about our HVAC system. He did a thorough inspection of the AC system as requested. The system was installed by Parkey’s’ in 2005. There is rust present on the A-frame coil and the blower fan is dirty after years of use. We have requested a visit for a quote on a new system based on Keith’s assessment.

Rick B was so knowleadgeable and good at explaining what the issue was and how my system works, since i just bought the house and really didnt know it at all. I had been without heat for 5 days and after paying another company 100 dlls to tell me a fuse had blown, i was afraid nobody would actually have experience with a tankless water boiler. Rick was so patient at explaining, punctual, and just went the extra mIle to make sure i understood the problem. I plan to never call any other company and to stick with Rick if I need their assistance again. I am a very grateful customer.

The technician called first to confirm that I was home. He worked quickly. He stayed to ensure that the thermostat was working properly. He was friendly and obviously very knowledgable.

I highly recommend this company! They recently put in a new furnace and AC for me, and the experience, from beginning to end, was truly first rate. The first contact I had with them was, of course, on the phone to set up an appointment for an estimate. The woman I talked to was friendly, professional and made what we should expect quite clear. (I wish I had remembered to get her name, so I could mention her here.) For the estimate (which is free), Tim Parkey came. He explained my options clearly and concisely - I knew just what to expect. We set up the appointments for the two days required for the work. A crane to get the unit to my roof, and an electrician, were needed, so he set that all up for us as well. The guys (Kade and Brennan) that came to do the work were efficient, pleasant and very good at their jobs, Both days, they arrived right when they said they would. Now really, having contractors make promises and not show up is SO common, that it's become a standard expectation for most of us. Not these guys! They keep their promises! The work is beautiful. True craftsmanship. I could not be more pleased. And the electrician and crane company they set up for us were excellent and kept their schedules as promised as well. So Parkey's has done their homework when it comes to the people they use. The whole operation was smooth as silk.

Easy to schedule with, and the service was good, but the value seemed low. Spent a lot of money for what ended up being a pretty minor repair on an outdoor faucet. Might shop around next time to find a better price.

Our 40+ year old boiler decided to finally kick-the-bucket in the middle of winter. To make matters worse, it also fried several of the PEX pipes in the house in the process. Parkey’s was very quick to react, rearranging their schedules to give us high priority in a very tough situation. Within two days, we had a completely new boiler system installed, the damaged PEX lines repaired, and heat in the house once again. Their technician Braden was very professional, communicated clearly, and did exceptionally good work. We would definitely recommend Parkey’s to anyone in need of plumbing or heating service, especially so if you have a hot water heating system in your home.

Went through Lowe's to get an a/c system. I was a little worried about getting one due to price etc... Especially during the covid-19 pandemic. John was really great at walking me through the process, even adjusted how he did quotes due to the lockdown. Sent him pictures and he was able to work everything up. We ended up getting an entirely new HVAC system due to the fact our current furnace was 27+years old. He didn't push for it and was happy to install the a/c in the old unit but told me the risk of burning out the blower. He came out and listened to my concern for where I wanted the a/c compressor away from where my kids could get to it. His lead guy Tom came out and was also attentive. He was very thorough, clean, and we just felt the service was excellent. Overall we are very happy with everything.

I called 3 other places before these guys and they couldn’t come see me for a week! These guys were able to come out same day (albeit after hours for a surplus charge but I was glad they could do it!) I was hoping it was a small repair like the pilot light had gone out, but turned out the water heater needed to be replaced (not surprising since it was 40 yrs old). Rob talked me through all my options and pricing and helped me settle on the the best option. We had to wait 4 days for the install but I knew that wasn’t unreasonable since I’d already talked with several other companies. He came on the appointee day, replaced the unit, and everything is working great so far.

Jonny was our sales person and he was great. Very informative. Tom as an installer was excellent! Organized, clean and done minutes before he said he would be! :) Tracy, in the office, was great at coordinating things with the inspectors. Everyone we've spoken to in this organization was helpful and professional. The company was recommended to me by our realtor and I'm so happy with the choice.

They sent out a mechanic that spent 10-15 minutes out here for $149 to tell me the whole system to include the furnace and hvac need to be replaced and that they will not fix the problem that they THINK is the problem. So they also didn't confirm the actual problem stopping them from following up with the fix!

*Update: I got a call back 5 hours after the time scheduled to tell me they had to cancel. Which was unbelievable. I take time off work and no one had the decency to call me earlier to say no one would show up. Asked me if I wanted to reschedule and they would try and get me in in another week.. Yeah no thank you.Made an appointment almost a week ago. No one showed up at the time slot given for today.II have called several times to see if anyone is coming and keep getting answering service (even hung up on once). I even called yesterday to give them extra info. So waited a week for hot water in my showers for nothing when I could have called a reliable company. Calling another company right now.

The technician was very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. He told me what he had done when finished and left me a completed checklist for Kate reference. He wore a mask and kept the appropriate distance for Covid precautions.

I scheduled an appointment on a day that I work from home. On the day of the appointment, today, I was expecting a technician between 8 and 9 am. A time window of an hour. As I am working from home, attending a conference call, between 8 and 9. No biggie right? The appointment was scheduled and I can answer my door when the tech gets here.Well, I missed a call from the technician (8:12am) and then the office (8:14am). I returned their call in 26 minutes as soon as my call ended. Because I DID NOT return their call within 15 minutes or so (the voicemail I received), my appointment was canceled. Well, I called back within the or so time window, or so I thought and it was still canceled!Just curious, what was your or so time allowance?I provided feedback and it fell upon deaf ears. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Your company gets an hour and I get 15 minutes within the time you should be here or you cancel? Gotcha!***Note to your company policy***How about 'the office confirm appointments' with the customer 24 hrs in advance to avoid this mishap? Then it's confirmed. Most companies do this. Then have the driver call the morning of to say they are on their way and know the appointment was confirmed 24 hrs in advance and we are good to go.I was here and ready for my appointment!I will take my business elsewhere and refer others elsewhere. Make your time window a little bigger. My goodness!!!ADD: I am confused. So my appointment really wasn't an appointment? OK.... We chose a specific day and 1 hour time window but it wasn't an appointment? OK.....

Update; I finally bought a new Lennox a/c and furnace, at a good price. The sale by Tim, without any pressure to increase cost, (he actually told me which units not to pay extra for), and the awesome and exceptional teamwork of Jordan/Tom was very professional, yet down to earth with honesty. They taught me a lot I did not know, and were fast to install, yet maintained accuracy. It took them less than a day, because I had moved furniture before their arrival. Before they left, they asked me if I had any questions. I’ll specifically ask for them to return again if I need anything. Fast, honest, and trusted teamwork, and cleaned all of the trash before leaving.Last week I called several Hvac companies from coupons I had for inspections. One company didn’t answer, another company was rude, one was a corporate hold “I’m third in line”, one had discounts with no exact cost. When I called Parkey’s, I got Lela, a very pleasing employee that really wanted my business. I told her I was still going to call others, but changed my mind and called her back. A company that cares, a company highly rated, and one that is a family business for 60 years. I had a timely appointment with Tim, communicated well, on time, nice guy, no pressure, gave me lots of education on what I had and what I needed. He arrived wearing lots of protection, stayed long, got my money’s worth. My 22 year old furnace and a/c tested ok, marginally. He gave me many options on brands, prices, financing, etc, actually suggested me replacing with a mid range cost, not the most expensive. I’m 100% on calling them whenever I’m ready. I won’t be calling anyone else But Parkey’s..

Installed AC system. Unfortunately system did not start. Service came out same day and pinpointed the problem (bad relay). He ordered a replacement circuit board at cost. Installed it next week with a new thermostat. Very professional, friendly. Would highly recommend

Until today, I’ve been a loyal Parker’s customer for approximately 20 years. Tim Parkey sold me my first system, I’ve stayed loyal and continued to purchase replacement systems and parts. The company has been sold and is no longer a local company. For most of the summer I’ve attempted to obtain routine service for my new furnace Parker’s installed last year, my April Air Filter and air conditioner. My first appointment cancelled by the New Parker’s, employee called out. My second appointment, employee showed up only to cancel as they couldn’t service a system installed in a crawl space. Why would you send an employee to a home you’ve installed two systems into and serviced for many years. It’s impossible to discuss appointments over the phone with their new untrained customer service, they are very unprofessional.Therefore, I will be seeking service from an actual local company, not a corporate entity.

I would highly recommend Parkey's for any plumbing or heating work . We had all of our shut off plumbing valves replaced. The job was excellent, reasonable and no mess left behind. We also had a new boiler installed. Tim Parkey, the owner, supervised all phases of a very complicated installation. He was on sight several times and returned when it was completed. He is such a perfectionist that several things had to be redone. They removed all debris and left the mechanical room spotless. We are very pleased with Parkeys

Super Job!!! from Tim coming out to service and checking out our old furnace to the install of the new Lennox furnace was a pleasure. Tim found a crack and a co2 leak in the furnace and withing in three days we had the new furnace in and working. Jordan was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was so meticulous about making sure that the new furnace was installed correctly. Can not say enough about how great the service was from start to finish. Have used Parkey's over the last few years and have never had a problem, Honest, Efficient, and Reliable.

So-so experience. I used Parkey's for an A.C. inspection last week. The women manning the phones was great, she got me set up for an appointment quickly even though they were busy and told me about a promotion they were running that I should print a coupon for. She got it setup so they could use the garage code and perform the inspection while I was at work. I was surprised I didn't receive a call before or after the inspection to go over findings or for payment. The person did leave paperwork saying everything was working great so I called and paid the office. We noticed the next day that when the A.C. came on it was pumping hot air out. I called Parkey's but it was slightly after hours on Friday, the lady on the emergency line said we could pay for an emergency visit or leave a message. Since I didn't want to pay for an emergency visit for something Parkey's did, I left a message and was told I would receive a call on Monday. It's now Tuesday and still no call back. After several days with no air condition we figured out that the tech forgot to switch the air compressor back on after the inspection. An honest mistake, but a pretty frustrating interaction overall.

Great Experience. Had a new AC installed. Everyone from office staff and Braden who performed the work were professional and courteous. They were recommend by a co-worker and I would definitely recommend and continue to use their services.

We had CSU out to check a gas leak, they found the valve and connector to the stove we're leaking and shut off the valve. So we made an appointment with Parkeys because we were quoted $79 plus repairs. They came out, no quote before work. All that was done was seal the line, no parts replaced. And the total bill $215. Will not use Parkeys again, I canceled the furnace service I had scheduled.UPDATE: Tim the manager heard of my review, scoured through his system and found my husband's name(which all this was under) and gave him a call. They talked and by the end of the conversation, Tim graciously agreed to a 50% refund.

Tom did a great job. He had an old giant dead furnace to pull out of our crawl space to replace with a new one. He was very nice, courteous and knowledgeable. Very happy with his work and this companies response to our emergency situation! Thank you Parkey's and Tom!

I have an old a/c unit and Keith was amazing. He replaced a component during the service call and he educated me on what may be needed in the future based on the model I have. He also showed me the amperage draw on my current A/C and honestly answered my questions about the potential energy saving of a new system. No trying to sell me anything I don’t need, just education for when I do need a replacement.

Keith was great. Explained how to make the pop up work without having to replace it; how to deal with back up smell & fixed the knocking from hot water tank. Efficient & helpful !

Chris arrived promptly, put on his protective booties and got right to work. He explained what he was doing, step by step. I had a build up of mold in the humidifier drain tubing, and replaced it with a larger diameter. Obviously, Chris knows what he is doing! He was courteous and pleasant throughout. I will definitely request him for further service calls on my Parkey’s installed HVAC system.

Keith came out immediately to fix my bathtub facet even though it was late at night. Not only did he do a fantastic job, he was very patient and kind to explain everything to me. I can’t recommend him enough. I found the price to be fair.

We have been a Parkey's customer for well over 10 years now. Our old compressor burned out a few days ago, and Tim Parkey himself visited us to provide a variety of options, all competitively priced. Today, Parkey's technician Kade replaced the unit professionally and swiftly. We will continue to be a Parkey's customer for as long as we own this house!

We cannot be more pleased with the wonderful work done by both Dylan and Keith! Dylan came out to fix a pipe-break that had led to basement flooding. While there, he spotted an growing-issue with our old water-main valves (I'd noticed, but had forgotten). We decided to replace those valves and, during that, relief-valves were found to be working incorrectly (not properly lowering the incoming 160psi pressure!). Dylan and Keith both worked on this and the result is awesome! The plumbing is modern, superbly functioning, and looks like an art-piece. We are THRILLED with our new, favorite plumbing company! :D

We had someone come out to install a dual valve between our sink and dishwasher. We were charged a total of $313 for 10 minutes of work. The guy screwed a valve in, reconnected lines, and left. We were absolutely overcharged and taken advantage of by this business. The $79 trip/diagnosis fee is more understandable, but the remaining charges of over $200 is completely unethical.

Called parkys with a AC no longer cooling issue. I told Parkys I thought we had a leak but wasn’t sure when scheduling the service. Parkys does state that they don’t take any diagnostics over the phone and they needed to send a tech out. Parkys tech confirmed a leak and said in order to find the leak he would have to schedule a separate appointment and charge us for the dye, a leak sealant and the recharge with no promise it would work. When I asked if they had a leak detector the tech said he really doesn’t use those. Another company was able to use a leak detector and find the leak within the first service call with no additional cost to the first call. Not sure but I would think leak detection would be a standard call and practice and you would bring the items needed if that was a possible issue. Going with second company for repair.

Keith replaced an outdoor faucet that had burst. He was on time, efficient, courteous, and communicated well. And the faucet works as it should, doesn't leak, so I am very satisfied with his work.

Very nice to work with, easy to schedule, quick response time. We had them install an A/C 8 yrs ago and even though we didn't do a yearly inspection on it, they cut us a break on the repair charges when it was having issues.

The 3 repairs that were done were completed in a very timely and professional manner. The only thing that could have made it better would have been if the part for the 4th job that had to be back-ordered hadn’t been returned and reordered after such a long time.

Greg was awesome! Honest, knowledgeable, friendly. Fair price, excellent service. Was quoted double for the same job from OneSource (don’t use OneSource!!!). Will always call them for help! The scheduling/answering staff is great too and super helpful.

Just moved from California almost 2 years ago and I’ve tried a couple different plumbers. The first plumber I won’t mention the company name he just seemed like in a big hurry and didn’t have all the answers. Second plumber I had whatever he did the first time he had to come back and fix it a second time. So, I went online and found Perkys heating and plumbing. Gave them a call they came out within an hour or two he was helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use Perkys heating and plumbing for every project in the future. I have been using Parkey’s for the annual inspection and maintenance of my Buderus boiler for several years. The service technicians have always been top notch, but this year Dan set a new benchmark. As my house sat empty during the cold days of December just days away from the new owner moving in, I discovered the boiler was not functioning properly…no heat or hot water. I immediately called Parkey’s and Dan was dispatched afterhours. He diagnosed the concern and rush-ordered the needed parts. As soon as the parts arrived he immediately made time to repair the boiler. A big “thank you” to Dan and Parkey’s for their awesome customer service.

We have used Parkey's twice now for pipe leaks in our new home. The first time the guy was very helpful, professional, & went above and beyond with his service. The second guy, Greg, was also very helpful, professional, and gave me great advice. Our home warranty company sent a bogus plumber the first time, who didn't find a leak. Greg from Parkey's was very thorough, found the leak and fixed it right away. I will continue to call Parkey's with all my plumbing needs, who knew I'd have so many. As a first time home owner, I trust them with my home. I highly recommend using them.

They manage to get work done, but not always completely. They checked my propane tank outside my house but didn't re-light the pilot light on my water heater before they left. Ended up having to go out and do it in the middle of the night when the water refused to warm up.

We have used Parkey’s for several years to service our furnace as well as the AC. Rick is very thorough and professional, and they don’t “look for things” to bump up the price.
