Had a pipe spring a small leak in utility closet last night. Called a couple of plumbers to see if someone could come over in the morning to change out the leaking pipe. Alphalete said they would have someone here between 10 to 12. Chris showed up at 10:30. He analyzed problem right away and after picking up necessary parts, was able to fix leaking pipes in 15 minutes. Price was affordable. All together very happy with Alphalete service

Alphalete came to my home to install a gas line to convert the house from an electric range to a gas range. The work was amazing, and they were able to complete in six hours what other companies said would take two or three days. Alphalete was also the best value pricing I was able to find. Their hourly labor rate is beyond fair, and may even be a little low for their services. They were not the cheapest bid we received for the project, but they were the only company able to complete the job in one day, and they were the only company with immediate availability. Their work was phenomenal, and they took great care of us.

Unfortunately, when the technicians were moving a bed, they broke the bed frame and box spring. However, ACCIDENTS HAPPEN! The measure of a company is not in the mistakes it makes, because all companies make mistakes, the measure of a company is how they handle their mistakes. Not only were Alphalete professional, courteous, and apologetic about the mistake, but they also offered to replace the box spring and bed frame. The owner, Diego, even called my wife and I to schedule a time to come back out, replace what was broken, and make the situation right in person. That amount of professionalism is scarce in today’s society, so to see it from Diego and his team gives me reason to refer them to friends.

Water heater died on a Monday night, went on Angie's List Tuesday morning and found Alphalete Plumbing & Heat. I submitted my request and got a call back in about 10 minutes. I explained what I was looking for, got a quote, and booked an appointment for Wed morning. Walter and Donny arrived on time, did quick, clean work and brought my venting up to new code. I had a new water heater put in and they hauled away the old one and took care of the permits. Great service!

The Alphalete Team was amazing. My water heater died and they were on site within hours, assessed the work to be done, provided a very reasonable quote and replaced the next morning, on a weekend. They had a ton of extra work to do because the dedicated venting system had to be replaced. They did it all quickly and cleaned up like it never even happened. Very impressed them. From the first call I was impressed with alphalete plumbing. I did call several plumbers and this ne stood out as a good possibility. In the end, I am glad I connected with them.

I called and talked with a very pleasant
Mercedes and she set up a call from one of the installers. Diego promptly called and gave me more information and we set up the install the next day. He arrived at the arraigned time and completed the job quickly and professionally. As an added value, he installed an expansion tank to help the water heater to last longer. From my research this was a good addition and I am glad he included it. The price quoted did not change because of the expansion tank.

After the install we talked and Diego answered all my questions and offered to come by if there was a need and he would take care of it. I sensed an honest desire to do an exceptional job and to back his work. He was not rushed and made sure I was satisfied.

There is no doubt that I will call them for all of my plumbing needs. The staff are friendly, professional and honest. I had an estimate from OneSource for a simple leak that turned into a softener and filtration system for 9k without any type of water test! I found Alphalete and am glad I did. While Walter couldn’t replicate the problem he definitely saved me 9k on unnecessary work...do yourself a favor and use Alphalete!

The crew showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. They went above and beyond what we expected. We did not have drain stops included in the sink faucets that we purchased. They checked around and located what we needed and went and picked them up for us. They did first class work.

Alphalete was a pleasure to work with. Had to have the hot water heater replaced in my mother's apartment. It has a smaller access to the crawlspace which caused some issues, but they were still quick to get a special order water heater in.

The biggest compliment I can give, was that the plumber Thomas, was phenomenal with mother. They were communicative on the issues, gave several choices for working around them, and got the work done as quickly and painless as they could. They've earned our repeat business.

Our water heater was ancient and died. On a Saturday morning, we couldn’t find a single plumber open or who would do weekend work until we found Alphalete. Amazing service they came as soon as they could, we sent them pictures of the water heater and where it was they came out and it wouldn’t drain they lugged it out of the closet with out causing any damage or mess. The floor under it was horrible and needed replaced they showed us and advised we replace it but made it our call to do so. We did and rescheduled the install for the next day at no extra cost or convenience fee. They came out and got it in and set up and it’s beautiful!!! They advised us about the inspection we would need and that we needed more CO2 detectors. Scheduled the inspection in and out and bam life is back to normal and the water heater is a dream. They send a text before they arrive with a picture of your technician and all his info. They answer any questions you have, a stellar warranty and customer oriented service. I want everyone to use them!

I had water coming up from my floor drain. It was due to my drainage being clogged. I called around to quote different plumbing companies and Alpalete was not only cheaper, but they were able to come 1 hour after calling them. Diego was my technician, and eveidentally the owner of the business, and was able to service after hours. You're charged extra for after hours but at least it's an option you get if the issue is serious enough to warrant immediate help. Professional and thorough, would recommend to anyone and use again if another issue arises.

The first water heater replacement went off without a hitch and the building inspector told us that he wished more people did work like this. When we had need of a plumber at another house, our first call was to Alphalete and we were not disappointed. The work was done fast and accurate. I called and asked for a quote. Technician was professional. However, he did not take notes or measurements on the work I was asking for. I had a tech from another competitor show up as he was leaving.

I texted the owner Diego three days later asking about the quote. He said that I didn’t need a quote because I had plenty of people sending me quotes.

Very unprofessional and demeaning. Any responsible home owner would get multiple quotes rather than just going with one company. Customer service is less than stellar and I would not recommend this company.

Was able to schedule quickly. I appreciated the confirmation text and notification that they were on their way, along with a picture of the technician. They came at the beginning of the two hour window, completed the job quickly, and were very friendly.

Donny came thru and could not find our leak, didn't charge us for that visit but had another team with a sensor come out and found the leak from a nail that hit a pipe from builder install in 2007. I called late morning when I found water leaking into the first floor from the mechanical room. A technician was here within 30 minutes, problem was found to be an old water heater started leaking. I have a dual water heater system. I was told the system was plumbed incorrectly and wasn't using both water heaters in tandem. Technician quoted a price to fix everything, it was well within my budget. Technician and helper arrived the next morning and had the install complete in a few hours.
