Excellent service and good pricing. Highly recommend!

The first team of guys that came to my property were on time and professional. This was Brandon and Carlos. They came to do a septic inspection which they performed well. However, I made a second appointment, this time to inspect my perimeter drain from inside my basement sump. I had to pay $250 to the Radon company to professionally open and close the sump for the Leo's guys to get into it. After having the smelly sump opened up, the crew from Leo's NEVER SHOWED up! After calling them, I was told there was nothing they could do for this inspection even after the team that came the first time assured me that a perimeter drain inspection through the sump was not only something they could do, but that recommended it as the next step in my search for a water leak. They actually recommended that I take this step and then canceled the appointment without even telling me. Can you imagine the nerve that it would take to do something like this? Unbelievable. Now that I simply want to speak with the Operations Manager, Brian, about why the appointment was suddenly canceled and why they didn't contact me, they won't even return my calls. I rarely complain about companies online, and usually give them the benefit of the doubt, but considering I wasted $250 to open/close my sump for nothing, these guys canceled on me without any warning, and now don't even have the courtesy to call to explain themselves, I'd give their company ZERO stars if I could for complete unprofessionalism, discourtesy and terrible customer service. Please, please, use someone else for your plumbing and septic needs. This company seems to have a series of late shows and no shows for their services. This costs us as homeowners our precious time, our patience and potentially hundreds of dollars as it did for me. This is simply one of the WORST contractors I have ever made the mistake of hiring. For your sake, please don't make the same mistake.

The drain in our basement laundry room was backing up and on New Year's Day we found ourselves in a few inches of water. After calling several plumbing companies that were not open for the holiday, Leo's answered on the second ring. They got someone out right away and there was no extra charge for holiday/weekend time. Plus they didn't just fix the blockage of the pipe, but they also made sure the entire pipe out to the main line was clear. 5 stars for Leo's!

I bought a 125 year old house a few months ago. We knew there was a sewer issue when we bought it. Ended up with another issue that came up and had Leo's out to snake a line. Richard knew so much about old houses on the west side and educated me a ton about how the plumbing in my house works. He was able to do the repair for the new issue and in doing that also figured out some things that our home inspector and a previous sewer scope had missed that resolved the issue we knew about when buying the house. Saved me $2500 that I was planning to spend based on another companies estimate. Would highly recommend Leo's and Richard to anyone having sewer/drain line issues. Especially if you live in an older home.

Horrible service. Technician was hours late with no call. No estimate. When questioned about chages the tech screamed “forget it” and sped out of my neighborhood. Never again.

I was calling around getting quotes, and ended up calling Leo’s 3 - 4 times to compare. Even called once while a competitor was here.
On the phone, Joey and Jesse were very thorough and confident about the service they offer, and they answered all my questions. Although Joey was audibly irritated.
Upon arrival, Mikal and Dustin inspected my issues and told me I don’t need the “clean-out” at this time. Something the competition (R.R.) was going to do right then and there, whether I needed or not, and charge me $564. This price was with free scoping and $75 discount.
Another local plumber (O) was going to charge $106 just for showing up.
Mikal very nicely tried to fix my toilet running issue. Actually made it worse. I called back to see if I could ask him a question, and this time a gritty sounding woman named Janice answered and said “No”. He of course is out in the field. I asked if she could get a message to him, and she made up a bunch of excuses.

Chris came to my house yesterday to repair a broken sewer line under
my house. My buyer's inspector had marked the location wrong.Chris
solved the problem, reassuring me he could take care of things. He
made me feel positive about the whole situation. Chris is a rare craftsman
and your company is fortunate to have him in your employ. Thank you.

Poor customer service. After waiting all morning the guy finally showed up and I was told we had to wait longer for another person to get there since it was a roof access. After an hour of trying they said it’s impossible to clean my sewer due to bends and charged me $94 for doing nothing and not fixing my problem. The manager did not care they couldn’t fix the problem and would not work with me on the charges at all. Very poor experience. Don’t get ripped off and use someone else.

Antonio and Anthony provided exceptional service replacing our garbage disposal and fixing out toilet. We have used Leo's several times cleaning out our drain. Our plumber of choice for several years now. Leo's is highly recommended. Reasonable prices and pleasant plumbers.

Had a septic line clog up at 4PM on Labor Day. Called Leo's and Jeremiah was here by 7PM. He got the line unclogged in short order and the price was very reasonable...and a great guy. I have used other companies in the past but Leo's is the best one I've used...they are professional, responsive, and reasonably priced.

After getting outrageous quotes from several other plumbing companies to clear a block in our main sewage line we were fortunate to find Leo’s. They offered by FAR the lowest pricing and did a fantastic job. Richard was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The issue was resolved quickly and in time for visiting family. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any plumbing work!

We have roots always growing in our sewer and Leo's has unclogged them several times each year for us. They are always professional, courteous, and skillful at what they do. Richard is awesome and very customer-oriented, including his assistant. They will always have my business!

Quick well done well priced

Called la at night for a blackwater backup. After the big freeze our well pump.broke and we had no idea our blackwater was frozen. They came out at 9at night, polite and went straight to work. By some miracle he broke up our frozen line and got everything running again and was so courteous. Call. Just call. Seriously. Out of everyone we called they were the ones that answered that call. I cannot give them.enough praise. Thank yall so much

After having poor (and expensive!) experiences with other companies, we hired Leo's to clean the roots out of our clay sewer pipes and they did a great job. Rich was very knowledgeable and experienced, and the before and after camera footage was amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Leo's came out on the Sunday before memorial day to clear a clog in my sewer line. They were at my house within an hour of the call and had the clog cleared within 30 minutes. On top of that, they're less expensive than other plumbers I've used and have a 90 day guarantee which most plumbers I've used before don't have.

I would not recommend Leo's sewer & drain. Very poor communication, office staff very rude. Set an appointment for 10-12 and they showed up at 1:30. Was charged a service fee when no work was done. Very unprofessional. Was told management would contact me same day and never heard from anyone. This is a terrible company.

Great customer service. They took the time to explain everything to me and were very thorough in their troubleshooting. Arrived within a reasonable time after I called and worked very quickly.

The guys came out and did some work for us. Had a little misunderstanding but their manager went out of his way after hours to make it right and will recommend them in the future

Leo’s has provided several years of professional, dependable and amazing service for my communities. I personally have used them for several years for my HVAC, plumbing and drain cleaning as a property manager.

Derek and Devon were very professional and polite. They showed up on time and worked to find the problem with our leak. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys are the best. I have had them out to my old house on several occasions... drain clean outs, reworking poor plumbing, replacing old pipes... I trust Leo’s team completely. Leo's is a responsible company. They do it right, for a reasonable price, and quick. Rich and Ed did an EXCELLENT job replacing a busted drain line underneath the laundry room floor. They busted up the concrete with breaking more than needed, fixed the pipe right, and did a great job putting the concrete back.

Made an appointment 7 days ago. They were supposed to come this morning to fix a leak underneath the kitchen sink and find out why the water pressure is so poor. Nobody came in the morning and I called at noon to find out what‘s going on. They said they were running late and would be here in the afternoon. Around 2 pm I got a phone call from them telling me they would not make it and need to reschedule. She then proceeded to tell me there were no current openings until a week from now. I said, hey I‘ve already waited a whole week, waisted most of my day waiting for you and I‘m dealing with a major leak over here. She said there was nothing available for another week and this is the best they could do. HORRIBLE customer service. Plus they charge $139.00 just for coming out to have a look. Stay away from these guys, not worth the hassle and waste of time.

They were good when I used them before. Called a couple months ago got a morning appt. they call say wont be out til afternoon. Wait ALL EVENING finally I call at 8 PM and 11 tickets/customers still waiting. I cancel appt. Today I call same problem clogged drain that I never got fixed before. I get 4-7 appt wait til 8 PM to call them, same story...2 people working after 6 and 11 tickets/customers and cant give me a time.. Never use again

Excellent! Honest! Got the job done late on a Friday night. They work weekends too! Very nice employees. Dressed well, ready to work. I did get them to come back & put a camera down the pipe. They documented it really well, put the video on Utube. I am so IMPRESSED!

I have used Leo’s Sewer, Drain & Plumbing for quite a few years. I have never been disappointed.

I cannot remember everyone’s name through the years that provided me service, but the genuine concern & professionalism is constant.

Today I discovered my drain pipes were so clogged with grease, it was a miracle that they drained at all.

I made a call to Leo’s (Jess & Jo) & I was treated with respect, and concern and they squeezed me in between scheduled calls, called back to let me know service was on the way.

Once Mikal and Cody arrived, the concern for my particular issue was thoroughly addressed and acted on with professionalism and concern.

These two worked in concert with each other like they’ve worked several jobs together.

They had the job done, double checked to ensure my issue was addressed completely and with minimal cleanup.

I would recommend Leo’s without reservation.

There are not enough positive words in the dictionary to describe the experience I had with them today. Last night I found out my sewer was backed up into my crawl space and after calling multiple companies they were the only ones(besides rotorooter) that said they could got me in. They sent out Richard, who was an absolute gem and I feel like he is a very valuable asset to the plumbing industry. I would rank him has high has I would my dad, who is a retired plumber back in Pennsylvania that has been doing plumbing for 40years.! Richard explained every thing he was doing, and reassured me that everything was okay. He NEVER tried to upsell me or get me more worried then I already was. He truly cared about me has a customer, my situation, and my home. He took his time, and made sure everything was done correctly. We set up a follow up appointment for a week from today for him to come back out and recheck my floor drain, since I absolutely hate going in my crawlspace. This companies prices by the way were great(My dad estimated between $300-500 for the service and I was only charged $240.) If you call one company, call these guys! You will not be disappointed.

Eric, did a wonderful job, had a backed up system, because of tree roots. He took the time to make sure my lines were all clear, and flowing. AWESOME job.

Sewer line was clogged, they came out within a couple hours on the weekend and were able to fix it in an hour! Definitely going to call them for any plumbing issue in the future!

We have a medium sized Manufacturing Facility and the main drain line in the ceiling was clogged from one end of the building to the other with years of sediment. The guys from Leo's came in with their plumber and helped work out a plan to install clean outs and blast the drain. At 2:30 AM they were back when operations were down, and blasted a 4 pipe free of the debris. The expected mess was kept to a reasonable minimum, and they honored the quoted price. I cannot say anything but extremely positive comments about the crew that got our facility running again with virtually no notice.

Chad came to house and he was very helpful and explained stuff so I could understand. We will be using Leo's again when we move into our new house thanks for all your help . Office was very kind and got us in on the day I called thanks you all greatly appreciated.

I was very impressed with the recommendations that Fredrick & Anthony for fixing our outside pipes. Both genntlement were very professional and spent the time to explain the issues and ensure we were happy with their work.

Edward came out in response to a leak we had in our kitchen and resolved the immediate problem.

Leo’s offers service on weekends to include Sunday’s. Chris was our plumber today, and he did an outstanding and thorough job. He is a pleasant man and kept us well informed of his progress. I also thought Leo’s labor rates were reasonable. Great choice!

They saved our bacon by providing emergency plumbing services on friday night after our main line got plugged.

We have had an issue with this company. They reached the water heater and left the old unit pushed over to the side underneath the house. I have called multiple times and have been assured someone would call us and come take the old heater away. No call back, no service since they have been paid in full. I dont recommend using this company at all. There are many to choose from here in Colorado Springs

Technician said we won't charge it because same spot and issue. But lady called me you have to make a payment, no exceptions any reason

I called them at 9am. They set me a 2:30 pm appointment for same day to accommodate my work schedule. They got here, fixed my issue in under an hour. Fantastic customer service from start to finish and their rates are incredibly reasonable- no hidden fees. I will certainly call them again for any future needs, whether big or small.

I called this place, scheduled ban appointment, all is good. Then this guy Michael shows up, and snakes the toilet. Tells me that is as good as it gets, and then tries to up sale me on a new flow regulator

The toilet still does not work, he charged me 90$, and I payed because I did not see him wanting to help with my problem.

Thanks kicker of it all is he was going to take all my credit card info, write it down, and then process payment later. Hell no, I went to the gas station, had them follow, and payed in cash.

I then get a call this morning asking for payment.

This is a shady business, or they have shady people working for them.

I did not have a good feeling with anyone except the lady who booked my appointment.

I would look other places

We've called them in a couple times to get our new home in order. They're prompt, reasonable, and reasonably priced. I'd say they're honest, too. There was something they told us we could do ourselves to avoid having to pay them for it. We had them do it anyway since I don't know what I'm doing and don't want to mess anything up, but it speaks to their character that they didn't shroud it in mystery as though I couldn't handle it myself.

I called Leo's Sewer - Drain Plumbing this morning because of blockage in the main drain from the kitchen and the utility room where the washing machine is located. Within an hour or so, Carlos arrived, assessed the problem and resolved it. Very professional. He had to work from the crawl space and showed me a video of the work he completed.

Very friendly service. Quick and efficient. Jeramiah did a great job on my emergency drain service. Will definitely recommend and use Leos again.

Marvin came to figure out why I’d had inconsistent hot water for three months. I live in a condo with community pipes and it’s complicated. Marvin took the time to ask questions and he kept trying different ideas until he had it figured out! He was pleasant and friendly yet very professional. I highly recommend Leo’s from the first woman who answered the phone and listened to my problem and sent the technician with the correct experience to Marvin himself who expertly diagnosed the problem.

This company is great! I Had a clogged kitchen sink and this company was fast and efficient on coming out to repair. They fixed the issue, when others had failed. Richard the tech that came out was not only nice but went above and beyond on repairing the issue- even risked his safety going on top of my roof to unclog the vent that was filled with tree roots. Thank you Richard and Leos Sewer & Drain. Exceptional service- highly recommended!

Quincy came to assist us with a water pressure issue in our home that required the replacement of valves. He was very professional, friendly, and punctual. We will definitely use them again.

Did what they said when they said for a good price (which also turned out to be exactly what they said when I called). I'll use them again and recommend them to others.

They were recommended for an auger at a home I rent out. They called me and said the problem was fixed and asked for payment on Friday.

Come to find out on Monday from the tenant that they took apart the pipes and didn't fully put it back together and didn't tell me.

When I called about it Joey the dispatcher said they'd put it back together but recommended repiping but also implied that it was fine but that was recommended due to a shotty prior job. She than told me someone would call me. I tried to speak more. She then yelled at me not letting me speak saying she wouldn't speak to me because she's just a dispatcher and wouldn't pass information along. She then hung up on me.

I Called back to get her supervisor who she says isn't in and will call me back. That person so far hasn't called me back.

Waiting to see if that happens.

So far I've paid almost $140 for them to dismantle my sink and not fully repair it. Had they told me on Friday it needed more work and scheduled to come back out it would have been fine. But they didn't, they told me that the job was fully done.

I don't recommend using them with this dishonesty and the behavior of Joey the dispatcher

Not honest

Leo's had scoped our sewer line as part of our home inspection years ago, so we decided to use them to clean out our sewerline roots.
They showed up on time, and did a great job cleaning out the roots and cleaning up after themselves.
We found them to be very professional and affordable! We certainly will use Leo's Sewer and Drain again!

Dustin cleaned out the mainline on one of my properties.

My three year old had flushed a toy down the toilet and these guys only took about half an hour to get it out( including having to take the whole toilet off and getting it back on). Praise for Dustin! I had a bathtub that filled up with water from the drain which caused flooding in half of my apartment. Complex maintenance were nice, but they couldn't fix it. They tried for 2 hours. Dustin came, had it fixed in about 10 mins. Impressive! He was professional and mannerful. An expert in his profession.

Eduardo came out on Easter Sunday at 10pm to save us from a backed up sewer line. We couldn't use our toilets, shower, do dishes etc. and he came very quick and fixed the problem without a hitch. Thank you!!

Horrible service. Took my toilet off the pipe and said they didn’t have the drill to finish the job and would call me the next day to reschedule coming back out to complete the job. They never called. So I called them two days later and was told completely contradicting story from the company that now I needed my floor replaced before they would come back out and that the earliest it would be would be two weeks. Will never recommend this business to any one. I have another company coming out now to fix what Leo’s did to my bathroom and take care of the original job that I called about. Leo’s is trash, don’t give them your business!

Jeremiah and Johnathan ran a video of my drain line and located and marked the line under the driveway. Any company can do this... But they were very professional and took extra time to answer questions and give me information regarding potential courses of action. We had a good experience with the employees from Leo's previously and this was another good experience. Also the person (can't remember the name) on the phone was very helpful. Leo's will continue to be the first place we look to when we have a plumbing issue that I can't solve

My tub had been draining progressively slower in spite of drain cleaners and a plunger. The last straw was when the drain backed into my bathtub after running the washing machine - nasty black muddy looking hook 😝. My property manager contacted Leo’s. Eric arrived at the end of very busy day for his self with a smile and eagerness to help. It seemed like only minutes and the problem was diagnosed and fixed! I can’t say enough good about Eric - friendly, knowledgeable, professional, quick, and fun to chat with too! Thanks Eric 👍🛁

I called RR originally and they gave me a 2 hour window and never showed up, called Leo's and had someone at my front door within 30 minutes. Our tech gave some great advice on things to watch out for and possible fixes for the future. Will definitely use Leo's from now on!

I will never use this company again!!! I found the staff to be very unprofessional and forget about customer service!! I am in the process of buying a home and hired Leo's to do the sewer inspection. When I booked the appointment I was told I would receive a written report and a DVD explaining their findings. I also requested they locate and mark the Sewer Laterals during their visit. I had my service on Wednesday morning and it took two days for them to deliver the DVD or Invoice. It took them several tries to email me an invoice. I never received a written report, explanation on their findings other than a sentence written on the invoice!! When the Tech Ryan finally showed up to the office two days later, I spoke with him and he couldn't tell me if he located the Laterals or what a Lateral was. How can you be in the sewer business and not know that??? I spent $180 for a DVD of a pipe and no report to turn in. What a Rip OFF!!!!

When I called to speak with a manager or the owner, to complain about their service, it was a complete waste of my time, as he didn't care one way or another about their service. He already had his money..

Leo came through in the clutch. We had too many people in the mix with Real Estate Agents and constant back an forths. After the owner came to the house and explained everything in detail, he set our mind at ease during a very stressful situation. The cost ended up being under half of what we thought it would be.
Always get a second opinion from Loe's. They wont bs you like some other companies I know.

These guys were great. The only reason I don't give them a five is because of there payment method. They took my card number on a sheer of paper and didn't turn in until a week later. I get a call on a Friday holiday weekend saying I haven't played. Had to freeze my account until Tuesday come to find out the crew that came out didn't turn in my payment. Now a days this is unacceptable.

If you need to do excavation DO NOT USE THEM. Leo's services was a nightmare. A job that should have taken 1 day spanned over a week. The lead for excavation projects Brian is never in the office and never picks up his phone. He take a week to get back to you via email. They broke our water intake pipe while they were replacing your sewer line. We had to pay over 10k to have the whole job completed. The workers left trash everywhere, broke the stone walkway in our backyard, parked the heavy machinery on our lawn rounding the ground, and didn't compact the ground properly when they were done, leaving a sink-hole looking thing very close to our house. I had to demand they come back and fix my backyard and re-assembly our fence (which they took apart). The whole thing was a nightmare. The only redeeming trait was getting a boss involved, Johnnie, who was more responsive and helped got the men to come back and fix my yard.

This guy was horrendous! He came out to fix a partially blocked line at my elderly parents house. He got the block cleared and left them with a crawlspace full of raw sewage with no suggestions for clean up. He just said he didn't do that part of the job. We had another company (Olsens) come in and camera the line. Come to find out the line was not clear as he said it was. We called him back to fulfill his guarantee. He did come back but got frustrated when his equipment broke and left mad not fulfilling any guarantee. Don't use this guy, you will regret it! Call reputable Olsens!

I hired Leo’s to replace my clay sewer line, an expensive and important job. They worked super fast and all workers who showed up were friendly, experienced, and let me know exactly what they were doing and how. They had to dig a 15 foot deep trench in my yard and I was concerned about them killing my newly planted tree. They worked around it, got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely hire them again. In fact, since then, I’ve hired their plumbers to work on three other smaller jobs.

My 1st and only experience with them was unprofessional and inconsiderate. My appointment was made on Friday with a thorough explanation of the need for a 1st meet and greet to be between the hours of 430pm and 5pm. The appointment was set, however come Tuesday the day of the appointment exactly 45 minutes before the appointment to be exact the dispatcher calls and tells me that they don't work after 4pm. That should have been said on Friday when the appointment was made that the plumber won't work after 4pm. Now I don't need the work done at that time, I just needed a meeting so even see if they could do the work. A professional dispatcher with a reviewed the dispatches first thing in the morning, noticed the late appointment and maybe effort first thing in the morning to notify the client of the discrepancy and many different arrangements. But to wait 45 minutes before the appointment and then call and say that you wont meet. It's okay.

Contacted Leo's after Roto Rooter failed to open a sewer clog and quoted an astronomical price to install a cleanout. Leo's got a couple of guys out to my place same day even though I called late in the afternoon. Within an hour they got the sewer opened back up and were able to snake their camera further than Roto.
It was nice to see them determined to get the job done right rather than just giving up like the company that came by first. Definitely my new go-to for plumbing.

This company has come out to the place that I'm renting 4 maybe 5 times in the past 3yrs and they still can't fix the problem. If I could give a zero rating I would.

we were using a different company to locate/fix a simple bathroom sink drain problem- after 3 of their visits and $$$ later, we called Leo's - the technician came out and had it fixed in about an hour for a very reasonable price. We can't tell you how happy we are to have a new favorite company to call for any future issues!!!!

A++! After a 2 year long battle of back ups from a toilet in our new-build home and our warranty company trying to convince us the toilet was fine, we had Leo's come out to do an independent scope of the toilet. Jeremiah was fantastic: professional, efficient, thorough, and very experienced in explaining to us what the scope showed. In less than an hour he was able to find the construction defect that had been causing all our issues, among other things to possibly address. He also got all the initial reports back to us in less than 24hrs for us to be able to submit to our warranty company at a meeting we had scheduled the next day. 10/10 recommend them!

BEWARE! I called a week in advance and scheduled an appointment. Got a 4 hour window... When the window was up I called to see where we were on the schedule was told another 2 hours. Called when those 2 hours were up and was told our appt wasn't a priority and that they had put people in front of me all day. Was also told that they don't make appointments. Lies on top of lies. Find someone else.

Had them do preventative maintenance on my main lines, I have two and one requires them to get on the roof. Guys were on time, very professional, affordable, and got along with my dogs. I will definitely be using them next year.

My main line was clogged and backed up inside the house, Leo's sewer and drain was able to immediately dispatch a service technician. Shouts out to Dustin who was very punctual and professional. The quality of work and value is a A++ . I will definitely be using them again for future service calls!

Had an appointment and they stated that they would be at home as close to 10 am as possible. Called to get ETA at 10:46 am and Amanda was incredibly rude on the phone, my assistant had called her and asked her the same questions about 30 mins prior, and she was not happy that someone else was calling and asking again. I am sorry but if you are in customer service I feel that you should not be rude or short with the paying client. I was not rude until very end when I told her to cancel the appointment to which she replied with a annoyed tone ok and hung up on me.

Our shower diverter broke and Anthony and Fredrick went above and beyond to get it back into working order.

Eduardo came out to fix a previous issue with our water heater and worked well into the evening to let us have water until a more complete fix could be complete later. He was amazing and explained everything and made sure he did all he could to keep our water on and not inconvenience us. He cares about customer service, quality and convenience. I highly recommended calling Leo's and asking for Eduardo!

I contacted Leo's late Friday night - they had 2 technicians out first thing Saturday morning. They were kind and courteous, they explained exactly what they were going to do to break up the clog (from roots) and how much it would cost. I would recommend Leo's to everyone! Thanks again!!

Leo's just repaired an underground kitchen line for one of my multifamily buildings. It was a huge project, and Brandon kept me posted along the way. They worked very hard, quickly, and in to the night to get the job done. I'm so thankful for Brandon, his crew, Clint, and everyone at Leo's who took care of this issue and the folks that live in the building.

On Sunday we were calling different plumbing companies to see who could come out since we were having a plumbing emergency happening. When we called Leo's they had contacted us back in a timley matter and sent Eduardo. Eduardo was very nice,patient,and dedicated to help solve our plumbing emergency. When Eduardo was at our house we had used a previous plumbing company who told us they installed and charged us for a piece that was never installed. I’d say the ladies when you call are some of the most disrespectful and lack serious customer service. They can’t even submit paper work that is requested in order to process a claim. The only people from that company that were remotely helpful were the 2 techs outside smoking. It’s obvious that this company does not care. I highly recommend to others do not go with this company for service.

I called these folks to give me a second opinion after Rooter Town told me I needed a section of sewer pipe replaced. They were going to rip up my yard and charge me $8,000.
Jeremiah and Brandon came out, scoped the line, showed me the pics and explained I just had roots that needed to be cleared. The cleaned the roots out and showed me video of the clean line. No breaks were visible in the pipe. They were polite and professional and honest. So nice! I will be referring others to Leo's and doing yearly cleaning with them.

I live in a town home and we have been having swewge issues since I moved in. Cody came to check on it after out landlords have been unresponsive for months and he has been working out in the snow and cold and finally could give us some insight on the problem so that hopefully our landlords will fix it. Years ago when we bought this house, Leo’s was the only company who responded to us when we needed a plumber. They scoped and auger’d our line and gave us the video to show our realtor, for inspection purposes. We used them again this week for a routine sewer service. Super easy phone call to their office, a live person answered and gave us the price and got us on the schedule. Mikal and Isaiah arrived during the scheduled time frame and completed the work. Both of these guys were in uniforms, knew what they were doing, had their own tools and got the job done.
We will continue to use and recommend Leo’s.

I called Leo's Drain on a Sunday because we had a root-clogged main drain. I figured since it was a Sunday I would be in for a long wait - I was wrong! Within an hour of calling a technician, he was at my property, ready to get to work! We did have a minor problem, but the technician solved the problem and the drain was cleared, all for a very reasonable price! Call Leo's - you will not be disappointed!

Maintenance crew was friendly & did a great job, technician was knowledgeable & repaired my spicket correctly . Unfortunately the dispatching agents were rude and unprofessional which eliminates all credibility of service. Honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

Our toilet downstairs backed up and ruined a lot of my daughter's wedding stuff so when I called I was an absolute wreck and in tears. They immediately dispatched someone and he was very calming and fixed the problem within a 1/2 an hour. I never expected service like this!! Great Service today!! Wow, $134 all said and done and in a short time window too. Both the guys were great, friendly, helpful, we were totally impressed. The big competitor Roto-Rooter was here 2 hours prior and they wanted $600+ to do the same job, which seemed absurd. So glad we decided to get another bid and called Leo's, thanks guys!!

I had a clogged main pipe in the basement. They came hours late as there was an emergency job they were attending to. Despite that being frustrating, Eric apologized and got the job done quickly. He was very courteous and explained how my pipes all worked together as a system, and how to prevent this from happening again. Very professional and left the place cleaner than when he got here. Less than half the price I was quoted at a couple places.

We had them come out Monday to do a clean out on the sewer lines for preventive maintenance. They were hours late showing up. Then told us they would have to come back out tomorrow afternoon with another piece of equiptment to do the job because of my dad's stairlift was in the way. The guy told us it would be the same price we were quoted for Monday. Tuesday morning they show up and do the job, but charged us double what we were quoted. My husband called the operations manager who told him that the $264 we were charged was already a discounted charge. We were quoted $134.00 for the clean out. The operations manager wouldn't do anything. He didn't even seemed phased that our time was wasted the day before. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone. I have already contacted our bank to dispute the charge. Don't waste your time or money with Leo's. They clearly don't care about their customers time!

This team does excellent work. we had a water heater replacement needed. They got a new heater out here in about a week. They called ahead of time to make sure we would be home. Arrived early and completed the install AND removal of the old heater in ~3 hours.

After having another company in Denver area blow me off twice on scheduled appointments, I contacted Leo's out of CO Springs. Boy am I glad I did!
Jaremiah showed up 20 minutes prior to our scheduled time, ran 200' of line through our main drain, and busted through our clog (minor roots). He was very friendly and offered advice in how to keep roots at bay using cheaper products with the active ingredients contained in the expensive de-root products.
Will call them again if I ever have future issues.

I hope you have better luck with this company than I had. I had a drain line backup Sunday morning so I called Leo's at my daughter's suggestion. They said they'd be out later in the afternoon. To their credit they did call about 5 pm and said they were running behind but still planning to come. I suggested they wait until the next day. She said, Great. Do you prefer morning or afternoon? I said morning. At 11 am I called and they said they should be there by noon. At 2 pm I had still not heard from them so I cancelled and went elsewhere.

Made me wait and wait and wait and then never showed up. Not even a call/text to say hey we aren't coming to your home.

I really like using this place because they don't charge extra for after hours or weekends

I recommend Leo's. We had to call them on a weekend and again at night. They didn't charge us more either time even though it was after normal hours. Ryan was quick to arrive at our house, professional and friendly. We will definitely call them again if and when they are needed.

I called Leos' this morning because i had a backed up showers and standing water in my furnace room. They sent someone out right away and they had the problem fixed in 30 min at a very fair price. Last time this happened we called roto rooter and they quoted us almost 3x's the price of Leo's. We will use Leo's every time we have a problem

Recently had an issue with my downstairs toilet after I replaced it. Ana was professional and courteous as was the service manager and the plumber who came to fix my problem.

I only use Leo's when I need service. I don't know much about plumbing, so when I'm in need of service they always go above and beyond to make sure I understand the nature of my situation. They take the time to explain to me what's going on, and tell me what I can do to prevent future problems. I live in an older neighborhood where pipes are easily clogged, or filling up with tree roots. They run maintenance on my main lines to prevent future build ups, and costly repairs. The staff is amazing, I wouldn't trust any other company. Thank you guys for your service. 💗

Had them come out to a house for a small leak. They fixed the wrong part and the leak continued overnight and the home was vacant. It ended up costing us thousands to repair the floor and basement from the leak they allowed to continue overnight. The worst part is, they still made me pay their invoice!

After 7 days of leaving messages and text I finally received word from Jeremy, via text that they would not, or could not do the job as promised. If Jeremy is indecotive of this company's performance, I would not recommend them to work a dog house.THEY DO NOT CARE.

Update: Owner's reply mentions a mix up with email. There was no mix up. The dispatcher read the email address to me correctly. The email simply wasn't sent. No mix up at all.

The time customer gives check is the time receipt should be given. Not a week or more later. I have never seen this in a business and find it unacceptable. Customer has no protection. Imagine if I said I would send check in a week or more. Not professional, fair, or ethical.

Also, very odd that you put nasty attitude in quotes. Very mocking. The woman was curt, hostile, had a clipped tone, and other reviews also mention unpleasant office staff. Rather than mock customer's words with quotes, it seems you would desire to fix the problem.

Leo's Sewer and Drain is the best service of it's kind in Colorado Springs! Chad was careful, conscientious and as always did a wonderful job cleaning out our sewer line of tree root. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Craig and Saul came out to fix a backed up shower in our downstairs bathroom back in February. I just found their card and figured I’d leave a review because those guys were so nice and funny. They made me pretty comfortable with the fact that two dudes were rolling into my house, and they did a great job with the shower. Definitely going to use them for my next plumbing disaster.

A potential buyer of our home hired Leo's to
Inspect the pipes. After the inspection my husband came home. As he was entering the home a male pulled up in a Leo's work vehicle and said he had to come back because he forgot his extension cord. My Husband asked the technician what he was doing on the roof? He said he was trying to access the pipes from the roof but when he was unable to access them, he then removed the toilet in the house to get to the pipes.
Thats right, he started taking apart our house without our knowledge. The following business day we were informed by our realtor that the toilet the technician removed claimed that our toilet had a pre-existent crack. Really??? The toilet was supposedly already cracked before you took it off, but yet you and the inspector decided to remove the toilet anyway??? No one has given us any answers. I called to talk to a manager 1 week ago today. I was told Russ would call me By Monday. I have yet to hear from anyone in their office. We have lived in our home over 8 years and NEVER had a problem with that toilet and there were NO pre-existant cracks. The toilet was put back on by the technician and inspector cracked and off alignment.
What inspector and Plumber in their right mind would remove a toilet if it already had pre- existant damages. That's right, the toilet wasnt damaged prior to your removal which is why you felt it was okay to start taking apart our house. We have paid out of pocket for your mistake. I called your office in order to better understand what your technician was thinking and to make you aware of this problem and you failed to respond. I hope that this information is helpful to people in the future who are seeking your services. We did not hire your services and would never reccomend your company to anyone in the future.

Had a backup in my bathroom... the only bathroom, and they were quick to awnser, get a tech, and come out to my apartment. Dustin was thorough and explained the whole process while getting it done. Will use in any and all situations!

Great group of people. Prompt and Fair pricing. Only bad thing is how they process credit cards - they write your info on a piece of paper. They claim it’s safer this way for digital fraud issues. However I found another customer’s info in my garage that the tech must have dropped. I’ll be paying over the phone next time, and there will definitely be a next time!

The issue appears resolved, and I want to give a BIG thank you to everyone here with great info, and great recommendations... Leo's Sewer and Drain did seem to get to the bottom of the problem. They came out last Friday, and since then we have done 5 loads of laundry, have run the dishwater several times, etc., and no water/waste at all coming up from our basement drain.

I give highest recommendation to Leo's... they have the equipment, a 300-pound snake that other companies do not have. Takes 2 workers to carry/use. They came out once with the super-snake, but it didn't clear the clog totally, so they said it was under warranty, so came out the 2nd time for no charge. About 7 total man-hours, and for a little under $400. Wow, compared to the first company wanting to excavate from outside with a $7000 bid. Leo's was able to get into the grease clog from our basement crawl-space and the clog was from 24 to 28 feet from the snake as I understand, under one of our basement bedrooms.

All the Leo's folks who answered the phones, the specialists that came to our home, were polite, friendly, responsive and good at explain things.

Leo's said they got it all now. I am hoping this is the last of it. My other take-away aside from recommending Leo's, is to be very careful now about what goes down the drain- esp., watching about grease in the kitchen sink, being very careful about what goes down the garbage disposal, not using too much toilet paper, etc...

Thanks again to all of you out there, it helped immeasurably... I know several other excellent companies were recommended, but Leo's did the job.

Prompt, professional service that doesn't break the bank

Eric came out to do sewer line Insp on 1/6/20 with Evolution Plumbing Svcs. He is very prompt , Courteous & did exceptional job with camera & also ran snake thru line to breakup the scale buildup. Suggested by my Plumber to have lines jetted. Called office when they left to setup Jet Clean. Office said they’d call on 7th Btwn 12&2 to let Me know when Tech will be here, no call or Tech. I Called in AM on 8th. Same story. Called in AM on 9th, hard to believe, Same Story. Now it’s 3:pm and still nothing. I’ve waited for 3 days now to have this completed. NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED with the office personnel and their handling of your customer service. Actually I’m not happy with even a 1-star. Should be a 0-star.

Jeremiah was amazing! These guys are fast and diligent and honest. We nearly got scammed and Leo’s spent extra time and went above and beyond to look after us, Jesse at the office is awesome, efficient and friendly Thankyou Leo’s!

Bryan is the man. Had four other companies out and they couldn't figure out what was going on with my septic. He went backwards into the house and figured out I had another septic tank that was buried under a foot of dirt. He helped me get to the main route of the problem. Thanks again appreciate ya.

I needed my plumbing lines hydro jetted and Leo's came highly recommended. Chad and Pete from Leo's were very professional. They answered any questions I had and provided recommendations on maintenance of my sewer lines. They also provided some symptoms to keep an eye for if any issues came up. Great experience and will definitely continue to call Leo's for plumbing. I would also recommend Leo's to family, friends and coworkers.

Came out at 8pm and took care of a big ol mess at my apartment, they were friendly, quick, and were considerate about noise because my daughter was sleeping. I’m very grateful for them and would recommend them to anybody.

The scheduled us for the morning. We canceled our appointment with another company since they could get us in earlier. They called the next morning rescheduled for the afternoon and then called at 4pm to cancel for the day when we could jot try for any other company to come out. We told them we were going out of town and never even gave us a heads up that they might not make it our scheduled appointment. They put us in such a bad spot. They told us that the they had to reschedule the morning time because someone went on vacation. When they called to cancel the afternoon appointment they said someone else went on vacation. It kind of sounds like an excuse. I have never ever written a bad review before but this was such a bad experience I needed to.

I had a terrible experience with this service company. They take your credit card information before they will schedule an appointment. In my case they tried to charge my card before they cleared the drain. They never did clear the drain. When leaving the technician said he would send someone back with better equipment and more experience. No one ever came. I called to find out more information. The customer service person who answered the phone yelled at me said she had 8 other lines to answer and I would have to talk to a manager for information. When I tried to contact the service manager Brian during normal business hours. After 2 attempts I gave up. Left messages no return call. So I made another appointment waited 6 hours . No one ever came. There are plenty of companies that provide this service. I would choose one of the others. I wasted 3 days and still had to call a different company to clear the drain .

Ryan was amazing! He was fast, efficient and VERY informative. He came to fix my garbage disposal and gave me great tips on how to maintain it and what to do if it breaks again. Also the lady dispatcher was very quick to respond and get me scheduled for repair. Would definitely use this company again!

We had another company come out to clear some roots from the sewer line. They told us they couldn't get the roots and would need to dig up the yard and charge us nearly 5000.00. So we called Leo's and had Richard come out and he cleared the line without any issues. Thank you so much!!

What a wonderful and great business! My property management company uses Leo's and they are fantastic. I put in a work order and got a call less than an hour later. The two gentlemen (Mikal & Saul) were very professional and friendly. I would totally recommend them!

Had trouble finding a plumber to come fix my kitchen sink. Called leo's and they got someone out right away to fix my clogged sink. Richard was very nice and professional. I will keep using them and will refer my friends and family to them.

I called Leo's on a Sunday morning (before 8am) to fix a clogged kitchen sink (Drano and my plumbing snake couldn't get the job done). It took about an hour and a half for someone to come out, which is pretty good considering it was a Sunday morning, and he fixed it quickly and pointed out an issue with my plumbing that I could fix myself in order to avoid the same issue in the future. The plumber was very knowledgeable and helpful and worked quickly. I was very happy with the work, and the best thing about it was the price. Only $89 even though it was a Sunday morning! I will call Leo's for all my future plumbing needs (in fact, they are fixing my sprinklers later this week!).

Excellent service from Leo's Sewer & Drain. Jeremy M. was quick to come out (after hours!), diagnose AND fix the problem to get us back in operation in a quick and timely manner. I appreciate his professionalism, knowledge and sense of urgency!

We were having a backup in one of our lines and scheduled them to come out and snake it. Brandon came out right on time and got to work. Found out my line was broken underground and filled with dirt and they were not able to snake.
They got me scheduled for a few days later to tear out my floor and fix the pipe. Over the phone they did let me know that the plumbers don't get scheduled because they never know how long a job might take and do not want to promise something they cannot deliver on.
Chris came out and was friendly and professional. He kept me updated on the project each step of the way and asked how I wanted to move forward. We ended up tearing up the floor in 2 rooms looking for pipe that was not broken and he worked from 9 am until after 6pm.
Chris had to leave the job unfinished, but came back early the next day to finish at no charge (a few hours of work)!
Leo's was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome they just saved me from thousands of dollars and having my basement torn up. Another company had quoted that I needed to replace my entire sewer line because of a quote collapsed line under my basement floor Jeremiah was able to completely clean out my sewer line in less than 20 minutes I'll use no one else ever again they are my heroes.

My Mother is selling her home which is over 60 years old. During the inspection it was determined that not only was there a leaking pipe but the cast iron sewer line needed repairs. Richard completed the job well under the estimated amount. He worked until 10:00 pm on a Saturday and finished the job the next day which was Sunday. He is very knowledgeable and communicated with me throughout the process.

We used this company because of other good reviews we had received personally, not via the internet, but it was absolutely proven in all respects. Leos was very prompt and the Tech knew exactly what he was doing. I hired a different company out prior to calling Leos... Leo's was assigned to us after the previous contractor completely failed (Silver Eagle Plumbing). The technician's were on time and completed all repair's in in 2 days vs previous contractor's inability to complete work in 5 weeks. Totally please with the quality and timeliness of their service.

Excellent service. Had a clogged main sewer line later in the evening that was flooding into the basement. Leo’s showed up within the hour and had it fixed within 45 minutes. Very professional, knowledgeable, and great work. Would recommend.

I've used this business for several years to unclog drains and repair plumbing. I've found their work to be high quality and generally reasonable in price. (nothing decent is cheap). I will continue to use them on my rentals and personal residence going forward and I suggest you give them a try as well. NOTE: Try not to be put off by the front desk staff, they're light on the customer service skills but I didn't call a charm school, I called a plumber.

Chris was extremely personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He found the problem within 10 seconds. He even went above and beyond by calling my warranty company, and stayed on hold with them until he was able to get the repair approved. Chris replaced the parts that needed replacing within an hour. Next time I need plumbing work, Chris is my man. I highly recommend him.

Leo's was recommended, so I had them come service some clogged drains. Once everything was unclogged, 1 week later I had to have them return (at no charge) to fix the same clog. I was hoping this was the last time I would experience this, however 1 week later, my drains clogged again. This time I called Roto-Rooter; a local plumber recommended them because they have larger machinery and are equipped with a camera to scope. Leo's also has a camera to scope for problems, however this would have to be scheduled for a different appointment. I did notice that Roto-Rooter brought in a much larger machine to unclog the drains; this might also be another factor to consider. While Roto-Rooter is more expensive, I would have opted to use them the first time around to save hours and hours of time away from work, which would have honestly saved me more money in the long run. Behind the scenes with clogs is cleanup, drywall repair, and painting. Again, I don't think the technicians at Leo's did anything wrong, in fact I was told that for way the pipes are ran in my home, they did everything they could. I can also say that Leo's was very responsive. I just don't think they had the equipment to handle the job at-hand, and was denied a refund.

Look no further than Leos for all your sewer needs. Having an old sewer line with no one really knowing length, where city main is, bellies, type of material, etc., Richard will clear it up for you and help you manage it the way you need to. He cleaned up the mess left behind from another company that professed they knew what they were doing which left my line clogged. Richard went the extra mile to use his locate to see where his camera was in the sewer line and then compared it to where the city main tap was above ground. He then jetted the clog away, clearing my line. Richard's experience and passion for doing right enabled me to finally feel comfortable with my line and how to manage it in the future. Special thanks to Richard. He is by far the kind of person I would want handling my specific house needs. He does right and does it right the first time. Most of all he cares about what he does and the customers he supports.

Mikal and Dustin came out right away on a Sunday, took no time finding that our back up was a clog in the downstairs sink, made sure we were comfortable with the price before proceeding. We had an emergency at our house, Leo's sent out Chad to come fix our tub drain. The tub needed more work and a plumber was also needed. Shawn came out and fixed the tub while Chad was still here. We had our basement drain backing up through the kitchen sink and shower. Richard from Leo's was sent out and was super impressive. He helped me know exactly what was going on, fixed the problem quickly, gave me a couple life hacks on other problems I had and had overall awesome customer service. When he was done, he even cleaned the gunk at the bottom of the shower which was the last thing I expected him to do. He was kind, nice and professional. Found Leo's through Facebook, hadn't used them before but I'll be using them again. Oh yeah, I called around 2:30 and they came that same day at 4:00. Super nice over the phone as well. I'm gushing so I'll stop but it's hard in a world where often people are trying to rip you off. Feel like I could trust these guys, and they were very fairly priced.

Saul and Craig were awesome. They arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem and successfully unclogged my sewer pipe!

Tech was professional and polite and arrived so quickly after we called them that we joked he was faster than Jimmy Johns. He was just as quick to fix the floor drain, clean up and move on. Well worth the 94 dollars at 7pm on a Tuesday night. This one's on speed dial.

Excellent Service! We had our sewer line cleaned out and we are so happy with their service and attention to detail. Richard was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything to us and even sent us a video of the line after it was cleaned out. I truly trust this company. I highly recommend you call them before you get ripped off from another company that says the pipe is broken when it's not. The ladies in the office were also wonderful so attentive scheduling my appointment and letting me know when they would come. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

On Oct. 17th we had a sewer back up in our utillity room. It was a Saturday but they came out after 10 PM. Mikal and Pete were efficient and quickly solved the problem. As seniors, we really appreciated their kindness and willingness to come and help at such a late hour on a weekend. We will definitely use Leo's again!!!

Great service! It was easy to make an appointment, they came quickly and finished the job in 15 minutes. I called them to give me a second opinion for a job that was supposed to cost me thousands with a different company. They fixed it in 15 min for a minimal fee. Ryan and Kevin were so pleasant to work with too.

After all of our toilets and tub backed up then starting flooding out from under a downstairs wall so we turned off the water and immediately called Leo's Plumbing and set an emergency appointment with them at 8:30am yesterday, they told us they'd be there sometime after noon yesterday.
That time came and went so I called back and asked if there was a new estimate on a timeframe to expect them, again just afternoon...
Got a call from them at almost 10 p.m. last night and the lady apologized for the delay and thanked us for our patience. She said they were stuck at another emergency and couldn't say how much longer it would be, but that we were next in line. I explained that all the children were already asleep and asked if we could just be the first appointment the next morning (this morning) she said that would be fine and they would have someone out right away. Although pleasant, she apparently did NOT do her job and notify the rest of the team of this.
At 9:30 this morning I called to inquire at what time the plumber would get here and the new lady told me there were 3 people ahead of us now, but that someone should be with us within 2 hours or so. Noon came and went so I waited 4 more hours before calling them back again to just be told we're s.o.l. and there is no timeframe and that it wasn't her fault the previous receptionist didn't properly mark our file. Also that there is no manager at 2pm on a week day and won't be any other supervisor to talk to before Monday of the next week..... I'm done being polite over the phone because apparently being patient doesn't do anything to help your case.
A family of 7 can't bathe or flush the toilets without flooding the interior wall or floor but they couldn't care less and would rather lead you on for god knows how many days before giving up and using another plumber...
I have pulled my (imaginary and ever changing) place in line and am using another company now.

Didn't seem interested in helping. Late arriving, couldn't get the van to the house because of a little snow. Said they would come back the next morning. Called me that morning to let me know they couldn't do it. Basically, terrible service. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Needed new sink hooked up, called & the next day Chris came out put it all together. Nice man good with the puppy, cleaned up after himself gave us some advice for preventing water damage. Real happy with the work.👍☺

Wanted to give a shoutout to Richard for doing an excellent job. We had an issue with the plumbing in our bathroom and he came and fixed it in no time. He was very courteous and professional, and we really appreciated his time and effort!

I called Leo's in the morning and asked if I could have someone come by late in the afternoon. While they weren't able to give an exact time, they said it would be after 3:00. Boom, at 3:00 I got a call that someone was on their way. Edwardo showed up and took care of cleaning out the lines to my house. This place is down right nefarious. Also they apparently don’t perform services on Monday. They made an appointment which caused me to leave work losing time and money to meet them on THEIR time, and then they never showed for the scheduled appointment. Then I called them 2 days later (not one attempt from Leo’s to reschedule) they said there was an “emergency” with the technician and had to reschedule - but they couldn’t be the ones to call I had to in order to find out why they never performed agreed services. I rescheduled again and stated to call me when they are 30 minutes out so I can leave work AGAIN and be there. No call, no response. Then they sent a bill saying they came and were refused entry to use a power source. What world do you operate in? No one was at the residence hence the CALL 30 minutes out request. Awful.

The plumber that I’ve used for years was not able to come unclog my toilet for about 30 hours, and I called Leo’s on the recommendation of friends. Eric and Jeremiah were here within 90 minutes, after normal business hours. They were so pleasant, and explained in detail what they were doing, and even took extra time to educate me on how I could use an auger when this happens again! This has happened about every 2 months since February, and each time I paid my (former) plumber the emergency price of $300+. That same former plumber advised me to have work done that these 2 gentlemen said I didn’t need. I’ll be switching to Leo’s for the future, including annual HVAC checkups. And, I was only charged $94.00! Highly recommend Leo’s, especially Eric and Jeremiah!

5-4-22 Toilet backed up for the first time since 9-7-21, and Donovan was here within 5 minutes of the scheduler's call. We remembered each other, and he is so pleasant and helpful. I am so impressed with this company and have touted their expertise and professionalism to anybody who'll listen! You cannot go wrong with Donovan, Eric, and others from Leo's Sewer & Drain!

I had another company come and check our issue and I was quoted $2300 to do the repair. We got a referral from a friend and called Leo's Sewer-Drain Plumbing. We called them at 1 pm and they were at our house by 3:30 pm

Chad had the repair done in less than an hour and charged us $94. Chad and Eric were very professional and extremely nice. I will recommend Leo's Sewer-Drain Plumbing to everyone I know and will definitely use them again, for all our plumbing issues, should the need arise.

I called Leo’s Plumbing on the evening of Christmas Eve. Had a major issue at my place of business. They were there within an hour. Took care of the problem, and Isaiah was a joy to work with.

Told me for two days they would fix a leak never showed up poor communication horrible complete lack of service unreliable.

On the ball and responsive. Great plumbers.

Eduardo was extremely courteous and friendly. Called in the morning on a recommendation from a friend. They weren’t able to come until the afternoon but it wasn’t an emergency either. Just a slow main line. He was very informative and explained more than he needed to. Probably because I kept asking questions. Very patient and knowledgeable. Loved Eduardo. Ask for him and you won’t be disappointed.

This company has very poor customer service and does not respond on time to their service calls. I was told that a plumber would report my house on Friday morning between eight and 12. That timeframe came and went. No plumber ever came to our house and no plumber ever called to tell us that they were running late.
Then, after calling the company I was told that the plumber would be to my house right away around 3 PM. I got a call from the plumber that he’s not able to be my to my house right away because he has another emergency occurring and doesn’t know what time he will come to my home. So I called the office back to let the office know that somebody will not be at my house. I ask if they can send a plumber on Saturday morning which is today. They tell me yes the plumber should be to my home between 8 and 9 AM.
9:00am came and went. No plumber came to my home and nobody called me from the company to tell me what was going on. I called the company the receptionist picks up the phone. She proceeds to tell me that she doesn’t know who would’ve told me that a plumber would come to my house today between 8 and 9 AM because “he’s not even at work yet.” She also proceeds to tell me that she cannot give me a timeframe for the plumber to help at our home because he lives two hours away and is not on duty yet. She was very unprofessional and rude to me during the entire call.
This company has been to my house once and did not snake the drain like they said they were going to do. Then they did not follow up with me like they said they were going to do. Then they did not show up at all for the service call that they told me that they would be at. Now the company is telling me that they don’t even know if and when a plumber will be coming to my house to fix the problem at all. If this is the way that Leo’s Sewer & Drain conducts business how may I ask are they staying in business?
My problem still has not been fixed. Also the lack of response and or professionalism is outrageous and I cannot believe that Challenger Homes is using them as a subcontractor for business.

Thanks to these trusting gentlemen, they solved a simple main line blockage in less than an hour. Another company told me it would cost $6k+ beause of tree roots which wasn't the case at all. I'm thankful for their honesty. All they had to do was pull the toilet and snake the line. under $200 vs the 6k I was quoted from another company.

Last year, Leo’s Sewer & Drain was hired to do a plumbing inspection for a home we were purchasing. They did the inspection but did not report any problems. Due to a short military assignment, we had to sell our home less than a year later and the buyers hired a plumber to do their plumbing inspection. That plumber found a problem in the plumbing, which he could also see in the video of the scope that Leo’s did. Leo’s failed to report the existing problem to us. We hired other plumbers to look at the plumbing and they all agreed that there was a problem and it should have been reported by Leo’s. Understandably, the buyers want the problem fixed. Although Leo’s failed to report the problem to us, they are unwilling to compensate us for the cost to fix the problem because they claim the problem is minor. The other plumbers disagree and state that the problem is significant. Regardless, Leo’s failed to report any problem and is now unwilling to take responsibility for the mistake it made.

My husband and I just purchased an older home with some minor plumbing issues that, after trying for hours, have never been able to fix on my own. Leo's will forever be my go to plumbing company. They are so honest, helpful, fun to interact with, and they always make it to us no matter what and do everything to make sure to educate us on certain things as well. They have been here quite a bit since we have moved in and we appreciate them so much!

I have used Leo's Plumbing several times and the technicians that come out know there business. Leo's is super effecient, professional, and most of all I not expensive. Good quality work and never try to over charge. The tech's Craig and Brandon were fast and very polite and helpful. I even got a locksmith tip that had nothing to do with plumbing that was nice. I will refer my friends and will use this company in the future

Craig was very professional. He cleaned out our sewer line that we were praying was just gummed up with roots and not broken. I've been using Leo's since 2011 and have always had a good experience.

Initially gave 5 stars. However, updating the review after the sewer scope that was done was so dark it did not detect a major sewer line problem easily seen in the video from another company, who had better lightning on their camera. Had wonderful customer service from Jeremiah, who did the scope and was the saving grace of our experience with Leo's. I do not view him as accountable for the poor lighting on the camera as he was only using what he had been supplied by the company.

Unfortunately, the office ladles are rude, disorganized and give a tone of annoyance when talking with customers. I experienced that multiple times when trying to get another plumbing issue solved.

Specifically, we had scheduled other work to be done by plumber Clint, about whom we had heard good things. The first appointment with Clint ended up being cancelled as he had another job go long. No problem we thought,, and re-scheduled. Clint arrived on the second day scheduled, but later than expected. Because it was after 5, the supply store he needed parts from was already closed. It was disappointing he could not return the next morning to do the job after our initial appointment was previously cancelled with the explanation another job ran long. In hindsight, I don't understand their contradictory scheduling priorities. Though inconvenient for us due to the ongoing plumbing issue, we rescheduled for him to do the work later that week. However, instead of Clint returning as specificly requested, the office sent another plumber on a day/time not scheduled. The second plumber was extremely rude and tried to push his way past me to get into our home. I relayed we had scheduled with Clint for later that week and he left in clear irritation after calling the office. The day before the re-scheduled appointment with Clint I called to confirm we would indeed be seeing Clint the next morning. I was advised they did not show our appointment and was also advised Clint would not be available as he was ill. I said let's plan to schedule when he returns and was told we would be put on a list for a callback in conjunction with his return. The next morning, I got a call from a gruff woman who said she had a plumber in route to us. I asked why as I explained I had talked to another person the prior day who said we would be rescheduled when Clint returned. I was then told Clint would not be back for weeks due to illness, the nature of which the office woman also relayed, but I will respect Clint's privacy and not re-state.

I have lost significant respect for this company given the above described runaround, lack of professionalism and quality of work.

If it was not for Joey fixing the hostilities Janis created I would never use this company again, communication issues when your job is to communicate is blasphemy…..

Very unprofessional service. Leo's repaired a master shower leak in a home shortly before we bought it. When we went to take the first shower in our new home, we found dirty water had leaked all over our brand new dryer in our utility room. We talked to Leo's and they said they could send someone out the next day but could not provide a timeframe. We waited all day with no word, putting other plans on hold, so finally at 430 I called Leo's to find out if anybody was coming. At first they didn't even know what I was talking about but then said a plumber should be coming and that they would have the plumber call me and promptly hung up. Not only did no one ever call me, but the plumber never showed up. I've never had professional service company do a no-call, no-show. I'm honestly in disbelief that this occurred. I'm having a different plumber that I feel like I can trust to come out to repair their shoddy work.

Craig and Kyle were here bright and early the day after Thanksgiving to unclog my kitchen sink drain. They were able to get the job done without a big production, and Craig explained everything he was doing as he did it. Very professional and personable. Highly recommend them!

I called these guys on a saturday and they were on site fixing the problem in two hours. And, to boot, for the same two hours they told me it take to fix the problem with the tub, they also fixed a problem with the sink at no additional cost.

I called Leo's to clean the main sewer at a vacant rental house. They arrived same day and Carlos, the fellow that did the work, made sure the line was free and clear, taking his time and working the cable back and forth to clean and flush the roots and any other blockage. I feel confident that we will have no problems for quite a while. The price was very reasonable and the job was done thoroughly.

Leo's helped transform a nearly non-functioning shower into a masterpiece. Living in an apartment, we dealt with a shower with horrid pressure, fluctuating temperatures, and a faucet that wouldn't cooperate. Since they've gutted all the old parts, I've had the best showers in the past two days than the whole past year living there. I can't comment on prices since we rent, but the quality of work is there. Super appreciative!

Leo's came out and spray-painted actual spray paint in my driveway without my permission. They refused to come and fix their mistake tried to pass me off to another vendor although that vendor is not the one who spray-painted all over my property. When I received a call back from Dave he basically tried to pass the buck and tell me his company was not liable although they are the ones that came out and committed the crime. Basically told me I should go f myself and told me to call another company. Thinking about filing a police report on them. Disappointment completely unprofessional.

We bought a new to us home in March and had low water pressure. We had CSU come out to check the water pressure and we were told we needed new water regulators. A friend recommended Leo's so we called them up. The gentleman who came was prompt. He checked the water pressure (which I'm starting to think he did incorrectly since he did it differently than CSU and plumbing company #2) and said the person from CSU had no idea what he was talking about (and continued to bad mouth csu which I found very unprofessional) bc the water pressure was fine and that we most likely needed new water fixtures since they were probably gunked up from being newly installed. He changed my shower head, charged the service call fee and cost of the shower head and went on his way. Recently had another plumbing issue and called another company to avoid the $88 call fee and had them check the water pressure as well,turns out we in fact do need new regulators as our water pressure read was as low as 5 and had a high of 8!!! Turns out 1 regulator is so bad the 2nd regulator is picking up the slack and had an astronomical pressure reading. Sure glad I didn't waste money buying all new water fixtures since that was not the problem and very lucky the bad regulator had not failed yet otherwise I would probably be needing to replace all fixtures and then some.

A year ago after a sewer line cleaning, Leo's ran a camera down my sewer line and told me that no expensive sewer line repair was necessary, and to save my money. I was impressed with their integrity and their supreme level of competence.
Fast forward to this past weekend, and tree roots once again backed up my sewer line. I asked Rooter Town to come out, because Leo's was absolutely slammed with business on Saturday, and Rooter Town could come out right away. They used a smaller machine that failed the clear the roots, and then quadrupled their introductory $95 price to $390 so they could run a camera, and ultimately wound up quoting me $18K for a recommended tap repair, down from their initial $20K.
So I called Leo's for a second opinion on Sunday. Their field supervisor (Richard C) came out and I told him all about the backup and asked him to do the camera scope so I could get his opinion. He opted instead to cable the line with his own equipment, with no charge if he didn't clear it. He used a bigger machine with a 5/8 cable and 4 blades, much like I had seen Bullseye use in the past, but Bullseye was unavailable this weekend. It took Richard no time at all to cut right through the roots at the tap, 75' out, clearing the line to 110' well out into the city line. Then we ran water to clear the line, and then I asked him to run the camera so I could see for myself. Out to the city line and back, it was as clear as the video from a year ago, essentially no roots and no cracks in the line. Bottom line, Leo's saved me a bundle, and their integrity is exemplary. We will be using them for regular maintenance from now on, and we give them our highest recommendation.

Great service and cheaper that Roto Rooter. I had a service call for a clogged main drain. It took Eduardo about 40 minutes to fix the issue. He said the service call was for an hour of service so he ran the line again just for giggles and to give us a full hour of service. I don't think it will clog any time soon. He even offered to shop vac the small amount of water we had from the clog. Will call them again.

We were told by 2 other companies within the past year that we needed a $4,500.00-$5,000.00 clean out access, digging up our front yard in the process. Amazing prices, fast service!

They were called to service plumbing a problem.
The actual cause was 6 feet of tree root; which they reported to be tenant responsiblity falsely stating wipes and paper towel back up.
I use neither. When I went to Leo's to request explanation of why. It became confidential.
Total lie to appease the Realtor Caravan and have them charge the tenant under Leo's Sewer & Drain contract is to submit Lies.
If this how they secure business payment. What other crooked methods do they do or use to get paid.
Consider this hundreds of dollars of service they charge. Is this a correct billing or cause.

Same day response, very friendy, professional and respectful of wearing a mask. Taught us a lot about the plumbing and dealing with clogs, answered all of my questions. Kept things clean even when working in tight space. Cost was very reasonable! Will recommend.

Had an appointment between 12 and 2 for a maintenance snaking of my main sewer line. I called around 2:30 to see what to expect and was told I was next. Called around 4:30 and was again told I was next.
Techs arrived around 6. They both smelled like alcohol and refused to access via a low pitch roof of a one story house. I asked if that was because he had been drinking and he told me that he needed to leave now.
Was recommended these guys but I would not recommend them to anyone.

Used this company for my business. The tech came out within an hour or two. Cleared the block in our sewer line. The cost was very reasonable. We had another block (because some dummy was flushing paper towels down the toilets) and they came out again three days later and cleared out the blockage FREE this time! You just don't see this kind of customer service very often these days. Great job guys!

I had Roto-Rooter to snake the main pipe out to my septic. It worked for a day. Had to call them back out and they sent some jackass who was convinced the clog was between my two septic tanks - it was not.
After hours of screwing with it - I called LEO's Drain and Sewer. They came out and in under an hour had REALLY fixed the issue. They used a high pressure water jet to unclog the pipe. Not only that, they sent a camera down and WOW! What a difference! The pipe was so clean it looked brand new. 1000 times better the the snake Roto Rooter used. AND... IT WAS CHEAPER.
My thanks to Eric and Chad for a job well done. You guys deserve a raise.

Woke up to a clogged sewer line and tried to snake the line myself but I couldn’t reach it with the snake I have. I immediately called Leo’s because that’s what they do among other plumber needs, I knew this from working in the apartment industry. Eric showed up in a timely manner and was relentless at working towards unclogging the line. Very polite and professional, and again - relentless. He did a great job cleaning up and I would definitely call Leo’s in the future!!

Dustin was outstanding! I'm a real estate agent, I work with a lot of plumbers. Dustin is the best! Highly recommend! He was honest and helped me work through the issue. Scheduling was easy, payment was easy. Shower drain cleaning only cost me $139. Another plumber told me I had to excavate the entire shower. This saved my client tens of thousands of dollars!

I had a main drain backup the day after the coldest day of the winter. I called a few plumbers who would not be able to snake my drain for a couple days. Leo`s was able to come out the next day on time and for the low price I was quoted on the phone. Craig and Saul where the drain techs and they did a great job! I will look to Leo`s in the future and reference them to friends and family.

Highly recommended! I called Sunday morning at 7:45 - and got the company owner (not an answering service). As promised, in just over an hour the tech arrived. He assessed the problem with our crawl-space waste line and immediately set to work on it. Within 25 minutes he was done, having cleared the clog and also given valuable advice about how to avoid such problems in the future. GREAT service, GREAT price. Came out and didn't clear drain , caught them before they left due to still not draining, flooded my closet 3 times and never even tried to clean up or prevent from running into the next room, very messy, got upset and finally did what I told them to do and got the drain cleared, in the process broke my main drain pipe due to shoving the line thru to hard, wouldn't fix issue till 5 days later, had to go to Lowe's and repair drain pipe myself, couldn't have my main drain leaking under my house , upon further inspection broke my electrical outlet they where plugged in due to yanking the cord. Very sloppy service and WILL never use or recommend them for any job as they will damage your plumbing, and not stand behind there work.Will follow with BBB complaint for reimbursement of damage.

Entirely disrespectful of time. Called at 8:30 at night the night before they were supposed to come to cancel. I rescheduled for the next week and no one showed up. Not even a courtesy phone call this time. Take your business elsewhere to a company that treats their customers with respect.
