I had my swamp cooler set up for the summer the technician was polite professional and knowledgeable also gave me a couple tips for some what if‘s down the road I would definitely recommend them.

They were in and out in 5 minutes. It was something simple.

Had a valve replaced, plumber showed up early and on time. Ruben has shown to be a highly credible plumber and I would use this service again.

I needed their services in the past two weeks. The first call was for a clogged Kitchen Waste Disposal. They came the same day I called and did the work very quickly. In addition, they gave us some great guidance on what to NOT put in the disposal. We learned some very important facts, Outstanding service!!!

The second service call was for a toilet problem and a strong foul odor - different issues. They came the same day called and did another great job. We discovered that the odor came from some chicken breasts that had been left outside the freezer. In a zip lock bag. They removed and disposed it as a favor!!!!! They looked at all five toilets and found issues we had identified in two, but also found issues in the other three (Our home is 15 years old). All were repaired quickly.

We just wanted to pass a big thanks for getting Cecil out to our house in Woodmoor last evening to restore our heating system during the cold snap on such short notice. Even though we are out of town Cecil had left us with enough information and instructions before we left such that he was able to work with our neighbor to get everything fixed quickly and we can't thank you enough for ALL your efforts to get that done. Called for a blocked toilet. When the guy came out I was promised an estimate before the work was done. Next thing I know techniction came out and said he just put a camera down the toilet to see what was blocking it and did not tell me there would be a $200 charge for using the camera until all the work was done. After jetting the drain from my toilet he handed me a $425.00 bill. When I asked him why he charged me without asking me- as I had asked him NOT to do any work until I had seen the proposal for the work as I am on a fixed income. After asking him about it he got angry, and started to pace saying that he had used the camera to see what was blocking the drain that he was not a psychic and had to what the problem was and I repeated my question about doing work I had not approved. So I asked why it was $200 to Jet the line because he had only been here for a total of an hour. He got more angry as I kept questioning him about the bill, I started to become afraid for my safty and wrote the check to get him out of my house. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS- THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN

Needed a garbage disposal replaced and Bobby was on time, professional, and efficient. He knew exactly what was wrong and was able to fix it quickly. Pricing seemed fair. The lady I spoke with to schedule was also very kind and happy to help, which I appreciated!

Bobby came to fix my toilet but he couldn't find anything wrong with it. He scoped it and tried to clog it but it kept working (of course it did -- always works when the repair person is there :). He was nice, professional, honest and did a nice job. I will definitely call again if I have any further problems and I recommend Bulls Eye Plumbing.

Mike came to our house today. Nice man. He knew exactly what needed to be done. HONEST!!! He could have charged us a fortune. All we needed done was a bolt tightened. I will never use anyone else again!

Bullseye helped with a project where I moved my washer/dryer to another space to create a mud room. They ran water lines to the new location and installed a dryer vent. I had other plumbers tell me it probably couldn’t be done but Bullseye made it happen! All the people involved were just great: professional, reliable and great work. Very happy with the results and now they are helping redo the master bath.

The water line to my fridge had a hole in, flooding my kitchen. Bullseye sent a technician out immediately, and he stayed behind to help me clean up the worst of the flooding. I am so thankful for Daniel’s help today!

Overpriced, got another company to come do the same job for 20% less.

We had bullseye add a gas pipeline under the ground to a cement block for a fire pit.

They completed the job fine and the gas pipeline works.

But we’ve had a few issues with their work. PLEASE read their contracts fully.
It clearly states they will cut sprinkler lines. As we would have been fine with that to get the job done, they neglected to tell us they cut two lines… which created leaking water after turf placement. If there was transparency and professional communication we would’ve fixed the lines before we installed turf.

They also neglected to tighten a valve which caused a gas leak and CO Springs utilities has to come and check our house. Our neighbor was the one that notified us of the smell… so who knows how long that could’ve went on

They have regular services on the weekend during normal business hours at no additional charge. That's an awesome business practice. I have already scheduled bullseye to change out my kitchen sink. I will use this company for all my future plumbing needs.

They have treated me well over the years that I have used them for my plumbing and AC need. Everyone who has come out has been kind and knowledgeable. They are always my first call.

Straight garbage, the repairman promised to drop by to repair the air conditioning, no arrival...I called 2 times no answer

WOW! All work completed on same day of request - A SUNDAY!!!
The dispatcher put up with numerous calls and questions from me and was very helpful.
Then the technician that showed up (earlier than scheduled with a phone call) was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He was able to pull a good quality water heater from their on-hand inventory and complete the work within a few hours.

Then when we received the final invoice it was $135.18 LESS THAN THE QUOTED ESTIMATE!!!

I was pleasantly surprised all around with Bullseye. I got a phone call before their estimated arrival time. A phone call with an exact total, once they had arrived, and a follow-up call when the work was completed.

Told us it would be $290 to fix. That’s fine. Then technician said he couldn’t fix it and we needed to call the manufacturer. Charged us $300 for nothing. Called the manufacturer and they said “could be a simple fix let’s trouble shoot it”. We realize the tech didn’t put it back together. We call and they tell us it would be another charge to send someone out to put it back together. Single mom, can’t keep paying you for nothing. He said “you shouldn’t of called us if you don’t have the money to fix it”, I have money to fix it but not to keep paying you for nothing. He replied “I’ve been a single father, it’s not that hard”. They never discussed prices or fees then said that is our fault for not asking and that the prices are also online. I looked and never found the prices listed. We will never use bullseyes plumbing again nor will recommend them.

Update: new plumber out. Original technician broke a part on the water heater. Called to let them know that a part was broke and how unprofessional it was to not admit it and fix it and they said “we have already refunded your money and are not sending anyone else out”. So now we are going to be three days without hot water because of the holiday.

The plumber, Sebastian, called and was able to come earlier than the appt. He quickly fixed my toilet, explained what he did, and took my payment. He was also careful when he went in and out of the condo so my cats wouldn't get out. Bullseye is always so fast, professional, upfront and honest.

It’s seems so hard to find good customer service anymore. That was not the case with Bullseye. Everyone we spoke with was very cordial and professional and knowledgeable. They have always been able to take care of our issues without breaking our bank.

We had two different plumbers come for a ceiling leak, and neither one could diagnose the problem. And charged us right around 500.00 in total. We got a third plumber from a different company and they found, and fixed the problem immediately.

Gary was awesome! He knew in a very short time why the furnace wasn’t working and replaced the thermostat. He is honest and knows his business!! We will use him whenever we have a furnace or air conditioner need. We will also be recommending him to our friends!!

Cole did a great job! He cleared out the main line of all tree roots blocking water from flowing. Now it flows how it should. His ability to explain how to prevent future issues and what I should do in the future to prevent these problems from happening again was very helpful. Will be calling Bullseye Plumbing again for regular maintenance and if I ever have a serious issue again like the one that was just resolved with very little worry.

Wow! These guys were great! I feel like I called 10 other companies last night and none of them answered except Bullseye. It was about 11:00pm at night and very cold, of course this is when my plumbing decided to backup and flood my floor. The kids were crying and the house was a mess. They came out within 2 hours and had it working perfectly! I was expecting a large bill for my middle of the night emergency, but it ended up being very reasonable. l am sold! I will be a Bullseye customer for life!

Had a hot water heater go out on me. Called them up on a Sunday and were able to get an emergency tech out to my house within a couple hours. Mick totally fixed the problem, gave me some tips and advice, and did it all in a very friendly and professional manner. Would use these guys again for future heating and pkumbing work. Was very pleased.

Very friendly and very quick. Our water heater went out on Monday. I spoke to their rep on Tuesday and it was in-place and running by Wednesday afternoon.

Came to fix an installation they had done last month. Fixed the problem even though it turned out to be electrical and not the pump. Good service. Prompt and professional.

Put in a shut off valve for dishwasher install.

What ever you do if your ever looking for a plumber never go with bullseye plumbing. Had a plumber come from their company and turn around and walk out after looking at my sink and didn't bother to tell me nothing. He called my father in law and told him it was too gross under the cabinet for him and he won't do it. So I called a plumber I have used before and he told me he would do it for $85 to replace the pipes from the sink to the wall.

Fast and friendly! Fixed everything!

The service techs were very friendly. Response was great! We are still uncertain if the furnace is operating properly but it has only been about 2 hours after the service call. Might still have an issue with it turning on and off normally.. I think it's going to be fine.and we are sure that they will heip us get it taken care of it is an issue.

This company has morals as well as values. They honor their customers and treats you with respect and dignity. There are no shortcuts or any other sales they try to push on you.

The repairman that came out, Roger, personifies good character and is a great example of service. This is someone who I would recommend to anyone if they want to get the job done and values integrity.

Other services I have dealt with doesn't compare to BullsEye Plumbing and I wish I would have known about them before.

They gentlemen that came out were courteous and punct...the value of they ac systems was fair but they are the only company I called that chared a fee to give an estimate....little disappointed there.

Multiple delays getting services started, when they started they didn’t have city permits in order. More delays. We have been unable use normal daily water amounts for 6 weeks, our water has been shut off for almost a week. No compensation for the inconveniences, no communication initiated on their end always ours.

Finally a contractor that shows up when promised! On time, quick, professional!

Diego was awesome!! Made sure I understood what the charge was beforehand. He made sure he made a second appointment to finish the work as he didn’t have the specific part needed in his van. This was on a Saturday. He worked and quickly determined what the issue was. He was awesome and so was the company. Always keeping in touch on his arrival time, when he was on his way from the appointment before mine. The dispatch people were very courteous and very helpful. I will definitely use them again and specifically ask for Diego if I need further work done.

On 19 Dec 2014, Mike from Bullseye plumbing arrived at our residence. He stated his name and shook hands with me, very pleasant and courteous. I showed Mike the area to be worked and he stated No problem, he also quoted me the cost and any additional cost that may occur.
Mike went to work the problem right away and in less than an hour he had cleared the pipe(s). Mike is a very serious minded individual about his work, very professional, respectful and courteous with his customers. I would and will recommend Bullseye plumbing to my friends and family if they need that type of service. I am very pleased with the work performed. Brian and Jeff were both very professional! Brian roto rooter'd my line going fifty feet and Jeff made sure everything was clean with the camera! Jeff went out to the street and found more large roots. Make sure that you ask for ALL costs! The gal making the appt didn't explain that the snake and camera were two different costs.

Best place ever!!

My ancient water heater finally kicked the bucket last week. I called their office as it's close by, hoping they could get me an appointment short notice and they had a technician come out that morning, within the hour of calling, to do an inspection and confirm the water heater was done for. Roger installed a new tank in about 2 - 3 hours, is incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions, and very professional and cleaned up after the install. Water heater has been working flawlessly since then!

Roger did need to come out the next day because of a water pressure issue in that the PSI on the pressure gauge was insanely high (over 100). He needed to swap out the old pressure regulator as the old one was probably the original to the house and failing to do it's job. No issues since then! :) Super happy and will be contacting this company for future work done!

Roger was excellent, he went above and beyond to help us to ensure that everything was done right! Thank you bullseye, we will be using you in the future.

I can’t say enough positive about Bullseye Plumbing and Zac. We woke up to sewage leak, not something anyone wants to deal with. Zac came out, he informed us what exactly happened and fixed it within minutes. He did not push for us to purchase a new pump, gave us facts and allowed us to ask questions, allowing us to make the decision to go ahead and replace it, without the pressure of it being all about money. Zac is an incredible young man, full of integrity and professionalism. Thank you Zac, for such a great experience, in a not so pleasant time.

We called Bullseye out to clear roots from the sewer line and we were told they couldn't get the roots. They said they would have to dig up the front yard to put in a clean out even though we already have a clean out. They quoted almost 5000.00 to put in another clean out. We called out another company and they came out and took care of the roots no issues.

Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and we get a military discount, I have absolutely no complaints 👍

Bad experience.

We own a commercial business and had BullsEye out to do a minor toilet repair and re-set a toilet with a new wax ring. They had always been reasonable before, but not this time.

The plumber was there for approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes (not counting the 1/2 hour lunch he took - and charged for). The toilet repair took 45 minutes (5 trips to his truck for 2 parts) and about $20 in parts. They charged $154.33. The plumber left for lunch for 1/2 hour. Then he came back and put a new wax ring under the toilet - 15 minutes and a $3 wax ring - charged $85.

Finally we had a sink not draining properly. Since he was there we asked him to auger it. It took 5 minutes and He cleaned out 4 feet. What a deal - charged another $85 for that.

The kicker for me was giving us a commercial water key. When we got the bill we were charged $22 for the key. I got on the manufacturers web site and they retail for $5.25 with free shipping.

If you're wondering about the time spent - we have a CCTV system and watched every time the plumber went in and out of the building. Bottom line - $346.33 for 1 hour and 5 minutes work and $28.00 worth of parts. Do the math - that's about $300/hour for labor.

I understand people make billing mistakes, so I drove to their shop and met with Tarah. She said it did seem out of line and she would check with the owner. I never got a call back, but I did get a $22 credit on my CC statement (2 months later) for the $5.25 key I returned.

We no longer use BullsEye, and have done 4 other jobs with another, more reasonably priced plumber. So much for repeat business. They ripped me off and I won't use them again. My opinion, there's more honest plumbing companies out there. They had a chance to make it right and didn't.

We have had service from Bullseye on 3 occasions and have alwyas been happy.

Great all around! It's springtime in Colorado Springs and we turned on the back outside faucet and discovered a pipe had burst over the winter. BullsEye Technician Troy was right on time for the appointment and was friendly and quickly worked to replace the damaged faucet. This was the second time using BullsEye had the exact same issue from the front faucet last year. So now I can add Consistently great service to the accolades!

Update: Ended up having a small leak in the hose bib, which Bullseye Technician Joe came out and replaced about 3 weeks after technician Troy installed the last one. Ended up being a manufacturers defect.

BullsEve Plumbing Heating & Air did an excellent job repairing a plumbing problem at the house. Everyone I have had any contact has been very polite and courteous especially Mick who came to my house to complete the job. He took the time to explain all of the reasons the problem occurred and how I could prevent it from happening again. Mick even took the time to help me find my furnace filter, which I had no clue where it was and explained to me the importance of serving the furnace every year. Overall, it was a great experience and will use BullsEve again for whatever problems I have. Keep Mick around he is a good guy.

I'm a single mom of an army of 5 children. Our heat went out and it seemed as if the snow started falling every second there after. I was cold. The house was cold. The kids were cold. This was the one time my infant didnt snatch her socks off her toes, cause it was cold!🥶Kenyon and Pete called and said they would be there by three. Kids school called at 2 and said I had a sick kiddos to pick up. I was running late to meet the Bullseye team in my driveway. I recalled the number they courtesy called me from. They said they didn't mind waiting for us to arrive. They made me feel important as a customer. I felt, valued. That's hard to find now and days. I arrived, they bagged their feet, found the problem and saved the day. Great employee etiquette like that can't be taught, it was well learned. Great stature, supreme reliability, excellent work. Kenyon and Pete are great assets to Bullseye.

After calling several other plumbers and getting no/poor response, I called Bullseye about getting a quote on running a gas line for a new cooktop. As it turns out, we had to use electric because the project exceeded our budget, but the experience with Bullseye was extremely positive! Both the person I spoke to on the phone and the tech who came out to give us the free estimate were very friendly and knowledgeable! And they showed up when they said! They will be the first ones I call for our next plumbing project!

My husband uses BullsEye at his company Rainbow International, he has been very pleased with them. I called them to service my furnace at our condo and John was great.
We are in the process of getting our Furnace and A/C replaced and BullsEye will be our go to.

Our sewer line had been backing up and we were concerned that the line had to be completely replaced. We spoke to several vendors, most of whom would just start throwing around five-figure bids (or promise super-cheap service then not follow through) after poking around for 2-3 minutes.

Out of everyone we spoke to, only Jeff of Bullseye took the time to examine the problem, suggest more affordable alternatives and explain the risks. We were really stressed about the prospect of having to come up with $7-10,000. Jeff suggested a line jet and Root-X treatment, which seems to have solved the problem and cost much, much less than what others wanted to charge us.

The next time we have plumbing needs, we're calling Bullseye first.

BullsEye saved the day! I discovered a leaking pipe in my wall over the Memorial Day weekend. I called BullsEye at 10:20 am and they were at my house by 11 am. The comfort and relief of knowing help is on the way that quickly meant the world to me. I can’t express how friendly, knowledgeable and professional the BullsEye Team was, especially Jeff and Adam. The price of repair was more then reasonable as well. My husband and I were expecting the worst. We will use again and recommend to family & friends.

This is my updated review because they told me that if I didn't take my old review down they would sue me. I informed them that it was my experience and OPINION, but, the owner insisted that I take my review down or they would sue me for libel and when I said I was entitled to my opinion, I was told I was wrong, so here's a much more brief updated review than I had posted previously: I had issues with the way Bullseye Plumbing handled myself, and my insurance. And, bottom line, when everything was said and done, I believe they lied and they definitely mistreated me, in the process of resolving the issue. The fact is they were completely unwilling to resolve the issue. They were quick to tell me they are a great company, but, if the abusive manner in which they treated me is their idea of customer service, I am down right shocked that they have any business! I have worked with many individual small as well as large commercial firms, and have NEVER been treated as poorly as they treated me. I suggest, after my terrible experience with them that if you do choose to hire them, be VERY CAREFUL and verify everything you're told. I was given the impression that they've had other such issues because they were quick to tell me that they recorded my discussions. And, they record everything via paper, as well as your actual conversations...at least, that's what I was told when they were so concerned about proving me wrong and being abusive instead of working things out, and cultivating a long term client, and possible others. That WAS WHAT HAPPENED. I would definitely NOT recommend them, but, if you do for some reason choose to work, with them, you might want to be extra careful to keep these things in mind.

Bullseye was the first of several to respond to my outreach for a plumbing semi-emergency. They were able to come the next day (this was also soonest availability of those who replied).
Roger was the professional who showed up at the beginning of the two hour window we were given. He even called a couple of hours earlier than what i expected and left a message saying he could come earlier if we wanted him to.
Roger was pleasant, professional and to the point of getting our problem solved quickly. He assessed the situation thoroughly and then knew exactly what he should start with. Before he started though, he made sure we knew how much it would cost and had us sign off on it before he did anything. It seemed fair and, to my relief, much less than I thought it might need to be.
It turned out to be the first thing that he thought it was and he got the proper tools and cleared it.
Along the way Roger addressed all of my concerns and was more than willing to take the time to answer my questions fully. He even went as far as to ask if I was handy and if I wanted to know how to do something, myself, that might come up in the future so that we didn’t have to call someone back for a small thing. He then proceeded to show me how to clear the bathtub drain. I was very impressed with his service and demeanor.
The Service actually ended up costing less than estimate that I signed off on before the work began!
I would definitely recommend Bullseye plumbing to anyone, and will gladly call them first if I need to in the future.

Bullseye is our go-to for any plumbing related issues. They’ve been consistently responsive, great with on-site communication, and honest in their estimates. It’s refreshing to be told you don’t need an expensive repair another company recommended, because they can fix the problem long-term for about half the price.

They were able to send someone almost immediately when we called for a sewer line backup. Scott cleared our line, and checked to make sure it wasn't backing up. It was good until we did another load of laundry about an hour after he left. We called back and they sent Scott back out. He spent over 5 hours total at the house, but we are finally flooding free, and I'm glad that he stayed through to work on a Friday evening instead of saying sorry I can't do anything more.

We also had Shawn out to check our heater, water heater, and air conditioner. He was prompt and answered any questions we have and the heater is running much better (and less noisy!). It was too cold to check the air conditioner, so Shawn put in a request for a new appointment in the spring.

We were very pleased with the punctuality , scheduling, and work with Bullseye! Very friendly personable staff who are willing to work with you + for you! Our technician was a prior Army signal guy (I can’t remember his name), but great guy who thoroughly explained everything to me in a way that I understand. The lingo + jargon that go along with plumbing is definitely foreign territory and I now feel as though I can properly explain everything to my husband (ha), because he did such a great job!

Now, on to the second part. While the work was great + the technician knowledgeable , the price was obscene. I initially thought maybe parts since everything is more expensive right now. When I sent the quote to my husband he was alarmed and said parts aren’t that high + so thus we assumed it was labor. When I called to inquire about it so I could better explain it to my husband , was informed they have a system that calculates cost per job. I can understand that since different jobs require different amounts of effort + time. What I can’t understand is the $300 aprx for labor. The technician clocked 12:05 to about 1:45( per the lady), so that’s about $150 an hour. That’s insane + not truly serving the community , it seems a bit steep. I get business costs, but $300 for labor for what we had done is downright crazy y’all!

So while the work was performed well and from a technician that was personable and explained things well, I would advise you to explore other price friendly options that would still offer the same level of quality. Still kind of shocked at that price, once we examined the breakdown!

This company worked hard to schedule me in so that I didn’t have to pay the emergency after hours fee. The manager came out and I was impressed with his honesty and competence; he really knew what he was talking about. He was cordial and informative of everything he was working on. AND he even wore little booties in the house so he didn’t track mud in! I will absolutely use them in the future.

I had a sewer backup problem on May 18th. I called and they had a guy at my house within the hour. The guy said it would be $300 for one hour, if he went over it would be another $75. He then gave me the idea to call the utilities company to make sure it wasn't a city issue, I picked up my phone to do so at which point he says I can't wait here, I can either stay and do the job or you could give me $50 for coming out, I get paid per hour. The call took 5 minutes. I gave him a check for $50 and called Mr Rooter who did the job for half the price and had excellent customer service!!

Bullseye Plumbing, Heating and Air have been our plumbers since January 2014 when we purchased an older home with antiquated plumbing. We have had them come out and clean out our system and scoped it so we could see what was going on. Last week they came out to do what we thought would be routine maintenance and they found serious breaks and off-sets in the old clay pipes that had finally given out. They promptly gave us a quote that was very reasonable and they were able to come out this past Monday are replace 70' of old, broken clay pipe. Their work was quick, efficient and they left the area of excavation as clean and neat as they could. I highly recommend Bullseye Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Did a great job on fixing my water heater

Patrick, the technician, was able to come out one day after my service request was submitted. There appeared to be some miscommunication on my part about the appointment time but he worked with my schedule and serviced both furnace and water heater. We have used Bullseye for other plumbing jobs in the past and will continue to do so.

Made my appointment for a sewer main replacement. Day of the estimator calls and tells me they will not be able to provide a quote without charging me to scope my sewer. This was my 6th estimate and EVERYONE ELSE DID THIS FOR FREE. The guy had a terrible attitude when I questioned him about it

I called around for someone to come out to take a look at our sump pump and water heater and they had an appointment within days and on a weekend! False information to make customers pay travel fee. We needed water softener plumbing done for our new system we ordered. I told the lady I wasn’t comfy with paying a travel fee without knowing the price range for plumbing for this type of work. She said it’s only a few hundred bucks and (even when they provide the water softener with it, it’s still $1200). Her plan worked. This caused us to say okay great we can pay for someone to come out. They quoted us $1750 for ONLY the plumbing installation. Not the water softener. They lied to get money from us. A couple hundred? That is manipulation of their customers. Do not go with bullseye! Waste of $70 travel fee to not be told what we were promised over the phone. We just bought a new house. We don’t have money to do this. She was clear in their prices are extremely lower than other companies. Disappointing

BullsEye Plumbing Heating & Air saved my weekend today with their fast and courteous service. The sewer line in my house backed up and was causing some nasty flooding as a result. They were able to get out to my house the day after I called and saved me a HUGE headache.

Bill showed up right on time this morning and got to work immediately. He trusted me when asking for information and he provided me with some guidance on how to prevent further issues. At prices cheaper than it would have cost for me to rent to equipment myself, he quickly got my plumbing flowing like new again.

I would recommend BullsEye to absolutely anyone who is having problems with their plumbing. While I cannot speak for their Heating and Air departments, their professionalism and customer service as a whole leads me to believe that you would not be disappointed in these services.

These guys are great! Only complaint is they didn’t bring the camera AND the auger the first time, which we had specifically requested. So we had to wait another day for our sewer line to get cleared.

Miguel was amazing. We just moved into our home (and the area) a few days ago and unfortunately had not only a broken water heater, but also a flooded kitchen. Miguel took the time to explain to us how/why these things happened, and what we can do to prevent them in the future. He also gave us a handful of local recommendations for food, fun, etc. We had a new water heater and new pipe within a few hours. Hopefully we won't need any more repairs any time soon, but if we do, we will absolutely request Miguel for the job.

We had an additional job a few months later. Lee was our technician. He was extremely knowledgeable and a great teacher - helping explain things that I may fix personally in the future. Lee was extremely friendly, I enjoyed getting to know him and he did a great job.

I had the utility company out for a problem and they found there was a problem with the pipes that needed replaced and or they would have to shut my services until it got fixed.

I called this company and they supposedly fix it and they were supposed to send the paper work to the utility company letting them know it was already fixed so they can remove the red tag. Well it took almost 3 weeks for
them to get it done and i had to call them 4 times and still not sure if they took care of it or not. I. Guess i will find out tomorrow.

I will never use them again!! $630 for an hour job.

A manager called me after this review to help about this issue and she was very helpful and tried to help me with this matter. Nothing she could do at that point but at least she showed she cared.

We have used BullsEye Plumbing a few times- for small and bigger jobs. We definitely recommend them! They are fast, friendly, on time, and we trust their work. Their prices are good and they give options so we can pick what is best for us at the time. We will use them again if the need arises.

The technician was running late which would have been OK had he been able to fix the problem. Not only could he not fix the problem, but neither he nor the lady in the office could recommend anyone who can fix. Also, there is a $35 admin fee in addition to the $87 diagnostic fee. The lady at the office, the one who did not know anything, she said the $35 was to keep labor costs down and pay for the office staff. So, I paid $35 for the office staff who did not know anything. Do not waste your money on this company. I hope the technician finds a reputable place to work because he was very nice and really did a thorough job.

Quick, they no what they are doing.

Installed new ac/furnace that is cooling my home great. Very satisfied with quality of installation especially considering it was a relocation from crawl space to mechanical room requiring extensive additional work.

Brandon came out for a pin hole leak in a copper pipe. He proceeded to tell us we need a new expansion tank to fix the problem. after correcting him and showing him what we needed fixed by actually grabbing the pipe and showing him the pin hole he then started giving attitude. 4 hours later we find out he never fixed the problem and instead made the issue worse. He fixed the pin hole by using old materials. He then burned the studs to a crisp trying to solder an elbow and couldn't complete the weld therefore causing another leak. Apparently he couldn't find that leak, which is in plain sight, and tried to cut the new pipe out but decided it was just too much and quit. He left a note on the door and the tape took off the paint. They said they called and left voicemails but that was a lie. I called to find out what was going on and the girl who answered the phone, forgive me for I can not remember her name, said she is just an answering service and later revealed that she is the office manager . She told me the tech, Brandon, said that an electrical box was shooting sparks at him so we had to get that fixed first. I requested to speak with the HVAC manager and he wouldn't call me back. Instead , the tech, Brandon, called me back and was immediately rude. After talking a few minutes he began to get worse and treat me with absolutely no respect. He then proceeded to call me a fu#$ing idiot about 7 times before i absolutely lost my cool and called names back. I would never recommend them. We also had to hire Olsen to finish the job whom I would highly recommend.

We are having our countertops replaced. Kitchen sink, dishwasher, gas range top and refrigerator must be removed for the countertop people to do their work. I got an appointment with BullsEye plumbing over a month ahead of time. They were supposed to come out and give an estimate today. THEY LOST THE APPOINTMENT. It's too late to get someone else to do it, so, I'll have to do it myself.

My apartment ended up using this company we have been almost two month without a/c. They keep saying there are bigger problems. I'm fed up and so is my apartment manager.

I had a very poor experience with Bullseye... I remolded the bathroom of a rental unit and had all the plumbing replaced (shower, vanity, toilet). I got canceled on twice which really threw off the schedule. One of the times they canceled 2 hours before they were supposed to show up. I also had them come back THREE times for issues. Luckily they did honor their 30 day warranty but it was a huge time suck for me. I will not be using them again.

We had Jeff over to our house to get the leak fixed in our second bathroom! It was between the wall of the house from the second floor bath. Another company had been out for the same reason and they had left it a mess! Jeff found out what it was and had it fixed and left our home clean and neat! My wife and I are both handicapped and we really appreciate his kindness and service! If we ever have a problem we will definitely call again!

Had a mini split not blowing cold. From my admittedly non experienced perspective, it took longer to diagnose and cost more than expected to add a pound of freon. That said, BullsEye has taken a step in my direction to work through it all. And at the end of the day - it's blowing cold air again!

Technician came out in in September. There was an issue and I needed a full service anyway, which is what I requested. Technician said it was Miller moths, charged for service. Same issue occurred several weeks later. After numerous reschedules because they did not show up in their own two hour window and did not contact me, another technician came out and said that the first had not cleaned off the heating element. Did not charge this time. Several months later (moths long since dead and gone) issue persisted. Technician brought in nitrous gas and cleaned out more moths from other areas. Nitrous had not been brought in at any point before even though they obviously know that it is the best way to clean out hidden areas. They had to request my manual to take apart the water heater and did not return it to me. Charged for this visit. Two weeks later I have no hot water at all. They want to schedule again (not likely). They never performed a full service (per them) and none of the technicians recorded any of the work done on the service sticker that THEY PLACED on the unit. Water heater is 18 months old and I have been assured by BullsEye that there is nothing wrong with the unit. Would not recommend unless you want to see your technician every six months. Maybe some people do with all the social distancing.

We had a drain that was clogged and then after we had someone come out it actually still wasn’t draining.
We had to call late at night and they sent someone right away! I wish I could remember his name because he was very sweet and informative and worked really hard to fix the problem!

A few weeks ago, we encountered a broken sewage/drain pipe that was causing water to seep up and into the Garage when doing laundry or any heavy water usage. Initially we felt it was a clogged pipe that was causing the backup and had BullsEye onsite to snake the line. After about an hour of snaking, we performed tests and determined that the line must be broken. The technician did not charge me for the snake since he knew they would be back to do some major work, which was much appreciated.
A few days later, we confirmed that it is a broken pipe underneath the subflooring, in a spot that required the water heater and furnace to be removed before any work can be done. The BullsEye team was able to walk us through the entire process so that we completely understood what their plan of attack was and where, if any, they could encounter unknown factors that could drive up the cost. Additionally, due to the cost to remove the 30 yr. old furnace and put it back, it was suggested and realized that this would be the time to replace the furnace, which we did.
After receiving the quote, the BullsEye team was onsite and had the plumbing issue fixed within a single day. then the re-installment of the water heater and furnace soon followed. We came in on time and on budget with little inconvenience to my family during the process. The BullsEye team was nothing but courteous, professional through the entire process. the field technicians as well as the office personnel were a pleasure to work with and helped to make a very stressful and frustrating time much easier to get through.

I would and will be recommending BullsEye plumbing to anyone and everyone I know for any future work, knowing that they will be taken care of.

They did extremely efficient and thoughtful work.

The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They worked continuously to finish the project. The only negative is that the new equipment does not seem to flow as much water volume as the old.I am not saying the techs are responsible for that.

Without going into too much detail, had to have BullsEye come out to my property a 2nd time due to an additional drain clog further down the line that they didn't break up on their 1st visit. During the 2nd trip, a single wet wipe was found in the line, but the additional clogging was entirely due to the two root balls that were broken up. BullsEye used the wet wipe as an excuse for voiding their guarantee of no clog due to roots after the 1st visit and is charging me a full fee for the 2nd trip. We offered to pay a portion (half) of the fee but they refused to budge. Poor customer service and lacking in integrity. There are much better options out there.

I woke up on Sunday morning and knew i needed a water heater. I was looking for a plumber that could fit me in, complete the job, and upgrade my water heater to a bigger capacity. Rich came over within an hour of my call and gave me some options and tentatively scheduled me for Monday afternoon. Roughly an hour later, he was back with everything he needed. My 24-year-old furnace was red tagged by the city due to carbon monoxide output, during 4th of July week. I was very worried about finding a company I could trust that could take care of the issue quickly. After I made several frustrating phone calls to companies that were too busy to come out, my daughter suggested BullsEye after conducting some online research. Technician George came to my home, carefully assessed the situation, talked with me about a likely cracked heat exchanger, spent a good amount of time considering various replacement options, and designed the replacement system with PVC venting out my basement. George spent a long day working hard to install my new furnace, and I'm happy to report the furnace works beautifully. I now feel confident heading into the cold-weather season. I also greatly appreciate the kind folks at BullsEye who took care of the red tag issue with the city, and arranged the inspection on my behalf. I highly recommend BullsEye.

Had limited water use (no sewer use from 12/17/2021-01/25/2022) or no water use (water shutoff and no sewer use 01/25/2022-02/04/2022) for ~ 7 weeks.

The broken sewer line was an already miserable experience that was made significantly worse by Bullseye Plumbing, Heating, and Air. The communication was extremely poor, with the exception of the lead technician towards the end. The lack of communication led to delays. Bullseye pushed the date the project was supposed to start twice. With the inability to use water making this a need for an “emergency service”, from the day it was determined that the line was broken to the day they completed the work, it took Bullseye almost 2 months to get the line fixed. There were several days that I was expecting Bullseye to come and work on the sewer line, and I made sure I was on site to answer questions, respond to issues that would arise, be available if technicians needed in the house, etc and then no work was accomplished. This caused me to miss several days of work I otherwise wouldn’t have needed to miss, adding to the total number of days I had to miss work for the project. One of the reasons given for not being able to accomplish work I discovered to be a lie, they appeared to be disorganized with getting the permits/inspections needed, and when disagreements would arise about what conversations had taken place or fix dates that had been set, they did not seem to have good records. The original estimate to replace the entire sewer line from house to main line was $14,962.82, but the final cost was $19,500 and that didn’t even include replacing the line from the curb to the main like what was originally estimated for.

Hot water Faucet contaminated with debris causing the hot water side of Faucet to slow drip when turn on. Bullseye plumbing employees found what the problem was and removed the debris from the hot water line and everything went perfect after that. We were having water pressure problems with our hot water heater. Cecil was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and we were more than pleased with his excellent work and demeanor, and we felt the cost for the work we needed done was fair. Per our utilities company we had to have our gas pipe relocated. The employees from Bulls Eye Plumbing and Air came out to give us an estimate for the job but after talking to the two men they asked if they could do the job today? Invoice did not reflect what was discussed at time of visit. Was told problem with ac was due to bad duct work but invoice said everything was fine. Only advice given was to close some vents, which did not resolve the issue. $75 charge for this.

Just wasnt impressed. The person that came out for my estimate was rather rude to my family member. Do to his behavior I told my family member to send him away.

They came in and fixed the problem with our heating system. They were professional and knowledgeable. This is the second time we've called them and highly recommend them.

The very nice man came to fix my ruined furnace ducts. Because my photo of my ducts was not a good one, he brought the wrong material and had to go buy the right stuff. He repaired my ducts with something better. I am very happy with his work. He carried up from the basement a large dog kennel for the dog who caused all this so I can lock her in when we have another thunderstorm.

I had an emergency flooding in my basement laundry room and bathroom after returning from a family funeral out of town and starting to do laundry.. I had tried to get someone out right away because my plumber/friend for years could not come.. He made some recommendations as he does not do that kind of work anymore also... I heard back from one who could not come either, and he recommended Bulls Eye. (I had been waiting all day for one company who kept saying they would be out that day/Thanksgiving eve 11/22, but then they finally called back about 8:30 pm and said they could come until the next day!!) So, I called Bulls Eye!! Their service man came right away and did a marvelous job. I completely felt I could trust him!! BULLS EYE is WONDERFUL!! I am so glad to have someone I can trust as my home is getting older and I may need this Service once a year.. I will use Bulls Eye and I do think they are truly SUPERB!!!!

So here is the deal. I am not sure about their products, BUT their customer service was terrible. I called the other day to get an estimate on a plumbing job and they said no problem, we will come in a few days. They called and cancelled. Okay I understand that, so I let it go. I had another appointment with them this Saturday and they never even showed up. Unbelievable. I was waiting outside of my house and finally called them and they said they weren't coming. How long was I going to wait for their call? 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour. Like I said, not sure about their products, but...I would never, ever hire a contractor who cant even show up to give me an estimate. They lost thousands of dollars of revenue all because they couldn't show up to a 10 minute estimate :) Thanks guys!

Danger Will Robinson Danger. A total disaster. On 4 Dec, early like 0800, called to inform them that the water heater they had replaced less than four years prior would not light. Told me that no techs were available. Asked if it was OK to send after 1800, as extra charges would apply. Tech arrived at approximately 1820, mess around for about 45 minutes and said it might need a burner replacement and was gone. Called on Monday, now three days without hot water, and asked what they were doing. More talk. Tech came on 8 Dec, fiddled with the water heater, wouldn't fire. Next day, asked by the office if it was alright to send another technician to see if he could see anything missed. He replaced the burner assembly and water heater would still not fire. Tech said he was at a loss to the problem. Was charged $350 for labor. Next day, 10 Dec, first tech returned and said he had talked to manufacture and said it needed another part and it would take three to five business days for the part. At this point, after being without hot water for seven days, I told them to replace the water heater. To expect a customer to go a week to ten days without hot water, while the techs play guess and by-golly is unacceptable. Will never use again.

Stay away from this contractor! One of their employees named Sebastian ran a sewer camera for a house inspection on our property. His recommendation was to excavate for a minor belly in the pvc piping THIRTY feet from the main line- an enormous, costly, repair. Because of this they scared away the buyers from our property and cost us our home sale. This may also cost us a contract on a 620k property in flying horse we hope to buy. We had never had a single issue in 11 years with any plumbing- as the house was built in 06. So we sought a second plumbing company's objective opinion of the video and recommendation. Their plumber reviewed what he felt was a shabby scope conducted by Bullseye (which he guessed was the company as he had formerly been an employee and stated he left because of misdirecting customers on work that did not need to be done) that didn't even use enough water to clean the camera. Needless to say they disagreed and wrote us a vastly different recommendation that said no excavation for this minor dip, no repair, and if the client wanted to simply flush the line periodically that was optional. Unfortunately the damage was done and our buyers walked. I feel this recommendation by Bulleseye was way out of line and cost us dearly. Judging by numerous other reviews, it is FACTUAL that others have had negative experiences as well. I just want to share the facts of what happened to us to try to help someone else avoid this heartache we are facing. Avoid this business!!!

Phew! I had a pretty eventful evening the other night and am so very grateful Bulls-Eye was available to help me. We had our poop shooter back up in our house the other evening which caused pretty much all of the drains in our house to back up. :( After calling several companies to get some help, I finally called Bulls-Eye. Right off the bat, I noticed a difference about this company. 1. They answered the phone even at 9pm. 2. They were friendly. 3. They could get out to me that night!!! Sure enough, within the hour, I had Jeff at my house to clear the drains. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. After hearing great reviews; I called BullsEye on a Monday and set up a Thursday morning appointment. They were a no call/show. Called them and they apologized and we set an appointment for the following day (Friday) for 9-11 am. Took another morning off work to be home for the technician but had to call again only to find out the technician was 'running late' and couldn't get to me until just after 11.
Not satisfied with their customer service. Should have been the first appointment on Friday since it was their mistake for missing the first one.

Tucker is a knowledgeable, polite and professional who quickly sized up the situation, changed out the valve, at a good price. All of this was done very quickly via Bullseye Plumbing, Heating, Air etc within 3 hours of my call!! And I had a leaking bathtub faucet emergency to boot! I left a review 5 years ago, however, I feel an update is due. We lost heat at 10 p.m. on one of the coldest days of the year. The phone was answered politely and quickly by Stacy. She was able to get us an after hours appointment with a helpful and cheery additude. Just after we received a call that our tech was on his way...the furnace started to work again. Cory arrived on time and with a helpful additude. After I explained the circumstances, Cory took the time to thoroughly diagnose the furnace. He replaced the mostly malfunctioning part and got us back up and running. I truly appreciate his thoroughness and follow through. He did not take the attitude of , well, it's working now. Great job by all standards by Cory and the Bullseye team. Thanks Y'all !

Higher priced and they charge you drive time from where the plumber was last, so if the plumber is up on Rockrimmon and you need something on Powers you’re paying $100 before he even steps into your home. Oh and they can’t tell you were they’re going to be, before they schedule it. No thanks.

I had drainage problems with my dishwasher. They came out, diagnosed my dishwasher with drainage problems and billed $75. The tech couldn't even refer me to someone who could help.

Update: I called a second plumber and they fixed my washer free of charge.

BullsEye installed a new gas line for my gas dryer in my laundry room. In order to do this, they had to work with the natural gas company to increase gas line pressure to my home. Everyone I spoke with was professional and friendly. They took care of all the hard work for me. Everyone was on time, responsive and the quote was very close to the final price, which was actually less than the initial quote. I will definitely be calling BullsEye if I ever need services in the future. They were an ideal partner!

This company dropped the ball BIG time and then lied, gave us the run around and just were completely unprofessional. Super disappointed and dissatisfied.

Paid $1240 to replace an old and leaky bathtub valve. He made it seem like he was going to be working on it the rest of the day but turns out it only took him 1 hr to complete. I can't help but feel like I got ripped off by Bullseye Heating and Plumbing. That kind of money is rediculous for 1 hour of work.

Plumbing is never fun to deal with, ever! But when we had to we called BullsEye Plumbing and they took the fear out of it. 9/8/2020:
I contacted BullsEye Plumbing on Labor Day, 9/7/2020. I originally thought my air conditioner wasn't working, and due to demand, I was advised that the soonest I could get an appointment was on Thursday, 9/10/2020. When the cold front hit on Tuesday, 9/8/2020, I realized it wasn't my air conditioner that wasn't working, but was actually the blower motor in my furnace. Cold air, and more importantly, HOT AIR, wasn't blowing through my vents. I frantically called the company, and spoke with Ms. Stacey (my apologies if I misspelled your name!). I asked if there was any way if I could have someone look at my heater that day, since temperatures were supposed to be in the low 20's that night. She was able to fit me in, and Dave confirmed that indeed my blower motor needed to be replaced. The total cost to install a blower motor was less than $300. Words can't describe how relieved I was that I didn't have to spend several thousands of dollars on an air conditioner or furnace! In this day and age, company's like BullsEye are few and far between. Amazing, professional and kind staff!!

I had STELLAR service from Scott on 2/21/2020! Home Depot was scheduled to install a dishwasher for me on the previous Saturday, 2/15/2020. They refused to install it, and stated that I needed a certified plumber to install a shut-off valve. When Scott came to my house, he informed me that valve wasn't necessary. I requested that he install it anyway, due to Home Depot's requirement. He installed the valve, but provided me an invoice that specifically said there was no code violations, and there was NO reason that prevented Home Depot from installing my dishwasher on 2/15/2020. I relayed that information to Home Depot, and they refunded me BullsEye's installation bill! I am gladly referring BullEye to all my friends and family! Many, many thanks to BullsEye Plumbing for going above and beyond!!

Bullseye Plumbing was to change 4 bathroom fixtures and a toilet. It took 3 weeks for them to accomplish the tasks . $145 per hour and a host of mistakes and redo's and the bill was several hundred dollars too much! It was a bumbling , fumbling pile of mis-steps. Cost us time & money! Call someone else. I gave them a 1 since they do have a well run office, but it stops there.

The guy they sent out to my mom's house had terrible bedside manner. He came in a rush, stated he was in a rush, then after telling my mother he couldn't help her, charged her $200. So disappointed in this as we called on a recommendation.

staff was polite and competent. work was completed efficiently. however, I feel I was grossly overcharged... $650 in labor costs for what was actually a one hourjobr. I was presented with a bid for the job, rather than being offered an hourly rate. Even factoring in being charged (at the same rate as the actual work) for time spent going for parts, that comes out to nearly $300/h when their usual hourly rate is $212. I requested, but was denied a partial refund to bring it to that level.

The guy who came over was so great. He cleaned my furnace and fixed a heating issue I was having.

The service all-around with BE is professional and courteous and the prices are reasonable.

I’ll continue to choose them for services as needed.

BullsEye diagnosed my furnace in needing a blower motor. I was then told it would take a week to get the part from Houston TX. I then checked in Denver and found three HVAC part stores that had the part in stock. After calling BullsEye back and notified them that the part was in Denver they refused to get it the same day or next day? I even offered to drive there and get it myself. Why would any business expect a homeowner to go with out heat for a week. I found the service technician to be short with the situation and not care. We will not be calling them for service again.

In November 2016 our water heater went out. We did not know a plumber and did not know who to call. We selected Bullseye completely at random. The end results justified our choice. Bullseye Plumbing was awesome. The Plumber assigned to replace our water heater was a great guy named Joey M. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Bullseye and Joey M. were on it almost immediately. Their attention to detail, scheduling, timeliness and efficiency were top notch. We could not have asked for better. If this experience with Bullseye Plumbing and Heating is an indication of their typical day to day operations then we will most certainly call them for any future plumbing or heating needs. While I'm confident the work was done correctly...a $60 service fee and then their labor was over $200 for a very basic furnace tune up that took no time at all....shop around first...

I waited less than 24 hours for a quote to have my gas pipe that feeds my stove moved. Corey came out, quoted it and fixed it right on the spot and was super nice. I feel like they were very reasonably priced and I will go to them before anyone else.

He explained the problem, showed me how he planned to solve it well enough I could visualize the work and gave me a clear estimate.

I’ve used bullseye a few times to service my boiler heater and they’ve been great. So when I had a water leak in the bathroom I called them immediately. They sent Brian for an emergency call and he was incredibly thorough. Took his time and ID’d the issue and showed me a bunch of stuff about my plumbing system (I’m a first time homeowner and he walked me thru absolutely everything). He completed repairs extremely quickly and I was charged a fair price. Save yourself some time if you have any plumbing, heating, or air issues and just call Bullseye. And Brian is who I would personally recommend if you can get him. Thorough, friendly, and skilled.

Jeff came to assist us with a leaking Sink and was right on time, so very very respectful and lovely! He fixed our sink in under 20 minutes!! We can't thank Jeff enough!! Thank you for providing amazing service!! (not to mention he also came wearing a mask- SO APPRECIATED! THANK YOU!!!!!)

Bullseye did an excellent job in service and in communication! We were so pleased with our plumber, Jeff, that we'll continue to use Bullseye for all of our future septic or plumbing needs! Jeff did a wonderful job installing our sump pump and providing much needed information for us city folk turned country.

Took Miguel 5 minutes to quote a price and <15 to do the job. Replaced an old, cheap, leaking u-joint / p-trap under the bathroom sink with professional grade parts. Based on what I see before and after, I think the price was a bargain.

I had an issue with a bath spout/diverter that I couldn’t solve on my own and filled out a request on Angi. Bullseye called literally within the minute I submitted a quote from them and immediately scheduled a technician to come assess the situation. My technician was Tucker who was on time, polite, and listened to my input and struggles with the situation. Tucker properly assessed the issue, replaced the part, was friendly with my 3 year old who kept interrupting him, and was completed in about an hour. I appreciated the customer service provided by Tucker, the dispatcher, and Bullseye Plumbing overall.

Bullseye Plumbing did an amazing job installing a gas line to our kitchen in our new house. We were told upfront of all the obstacles they could run into i.e. cutting holes in our basement ceiling. In the end, not one hole (exception of getting into cabinet) was cut. Even the inspector complimented the work they did.
We were so pleased with their work, we called them back out to resolve a fireplace issue. Bob did a wonderful job fixing our fireplace and saved us hundreds of dollars that another company quoted us to fix the same problem.
We are getting ready to remodel our kitchen and we plan on using Bullseye to install our vent hood which will require creating new vent to outdoors. We are confident they will do a great job with that too.
We really can't say enough about Bullseye. They price services fairly, do an amazing job, are very clean when they work and respectful of our home and personnel is friendly. We highly recommend them.

Let me preface this with one statement: I have NEVER in my 5 years as a homeowner gotten a complete warm & fuzzy from the many plumbers I have called in to my house (built in 1928).

I found Bullseye Plumbing after ping-ponging between different plumbing companies getting estimates for the same job (sewer main replacement) over the past couple of weeks. Bullseye suggested that instead of replacing the line, they hydrojet and chemically treat instead of rooting; hydrojetting is more expensive than rooting, but it lasts longer and the root treatment chemical comes with a 1 yr warranty against roots.

Before jetting, they sent a camera down and located a broken clay pipe (uh-oh, expensive?!) - instead of using scare tactics to try and replace the line for between 8-10k as the previous plumbers suggested, they recommended we replace only the broken section since the rest of the pipe is in good condition. A $2500 repair instead of 10k. After hydrojetting and treating, they told me the repair can wait until spring.

The guys from Bullseye plumbing came in and quickly solved the problem of a burst pipe that we had leading to an outside hose bib. Will definitely call them again if we have any needs.

We needed someone to inspect and tell us the reason for the high water pressure, water hammer noise and leaking shower head. Jeff and Blake showed up on time, evaluated the project and provided a reasonable estimate. They were very clear about how long the work would take and when they can do it.
