Went to a house that their previous company installed which was heat and go then they sold their contacts to wirenut which dos not honor their warrantys claims. they re-used there existing linesets which were the wrong size for the unit and the homeowners had nothing but problems. They tapped onto the existing lines sets with the correct sizes so they looked right but when the insulation was cut back the pipe sizes transitioned to smaller lines which were the wrong sizes hiding the lines they either cut corners or they do not know what they are doing. I have been doing hvac for 25 years I know what I am doing and this is fraudulent and improper way to conduct business the bottom line is do not trust these people get another quote to save yourself the headache.

Andrew and Nathan installed our AC and were professional and worked hard and they were very pleasant. An inside door was accidentally scratched and they discounted the installation fee to cover the paint no problem. They answered all our questions and cleaned up. I used Comfort by Design to fix an issue with the furnace at a rental property. All of the employees I interacted with were friendly, professional, and courteous. They were able to get the repair done quickly and on time. I talked to the technician prior to starting work, and again after he was done. I was also able to pay the invoice online. The entire process was very easy. I will likely use them for my personal residence too.

Gage Gipson saved my life tonight! My furnace was not working and it was the coldest day of the year today and the day before the Xmas weekend. He contacted me at 630pm and was able to fix the problem within15 minutes. I was so nervous I was going to have to pay a huge after hours and holiday bill for services as well as scared my pipes wouldn’t freeze with below zero temps overnight. He saved the day! I've been waiting weeks and weeks for a refund on a charge they charged me twice for equalling over 200 bucks. Now the number is disconnected? I've wrote a complaint with the better business Bureau
