The repair man was fast, friendly, excellent and the repairs where a great price. They took care of my problem quickly, efficiently and they where very professional. I would definitely choose them to do any of my future plumbing needs!!

I have a rental house in Colorado Springs that had the sewer backup on Sunday morning. It was all cleaned out and done by Sunday noon at a very fair price. I was happy. Then he called back the next day to say the last guy broke a piece on the roof of my house. This was true. And he wanted to go back and fix it for free so no one thought that he would leave work behind like that. Way beyond my expectations. I would recommend to anyone. He made me a better businessman by his example. Thanks

Very bad, called them to come out with not toilets working and waste in my tub. They made an appointment because they had no one on call. Then 30 minutes after my appointment window they called me and asked if they could push me back. I told them no I have nothing working and a kid at home with the stomach flu. They still cancelled my appointment anyway on a Friday. Very disappointed

the first time I used the Around the Clock Sewer, Drain & Plumbing was for a cleanout installation to repair broken clay pipe for the sewage pipe.
The second service call was one year and one month later to acquire a snake line rooter and a video scope. The company provided a discount because I am a return customer.

Should have called customer phone number when homeowner did not answer door. Customer then had to call company office and request service call again. This was for a rental property, so communication can be difficult when getting service technicians at the rental. Overall, I would recommend this company.

Had Jeremy out here 3 days ago with an estimate on time. I was to be first on the next days list due to the issue. I call the next day nope they can't come out to jet my clients pipes due to weather. I was told I would get a ETA of them coming out the 2nd day. Nope then I get all this hoopla with another were gonna keep an eye on the weather. We will call to keep you up dated either way. Well its the 3rd day and I had to call this am to find out NOTHING and I'm still waiting! !

I had a sink backup into one of my apartments, the response time was amazingly fast and the service terriffic. We got the drain cleaned out and rescheduled for some more in depth repair work. Scott was polite, clean, professional, fast and VERY AFFORDABLE. I will not hesitate to call them whenever I have plumming issues.

Called around and they had the best prices on snaking my sewer drain. They came out on time and did a great job! Would recommend to others.

I had 3 appointments schedule with Around the Clock. The first I had to cancel because they were an hour past the 2 hour appointment window and it was going on 7pm. The second appointment the technician actually made it within the allotted appointment window, but left my sink leaking with very little explanation except for your faucet needs to be replaced. On my third and final appointment I received a call that Owen was running late and they would call when he was on his way. 2 hours after my scheduled 2 hour appointment window I called and cancelled my appointment and refused to work with Around the Clock. I was also offered a 5% discount on my first call but that was never honored.

I had high expectations for this company and was highly disappointed. I understand emergencies happen, but I chose the first appointment of the day for a reason. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere and will not be returning to Around the Clock.

A Technician comes to my house and treats me awful, refuses to listen to my concerns and proceeds to walk through my house without covering shoes...
First of all, he broke the clean out pipe in our crawl space!
Then instead of calling for help, he places a grocery bag over the pipe.
We do not hear back from the guy... So I harass my Landlord... Landlord gets the guy to come back and he is worse than before. He argues with my neighbor and then goes into the crawl space and sticks a cap on the pipe, cross-threaded and wrong size. He then walks through the house and tracks fecal matter onto my carpet. So I harass the Landlord... Landlord sends out a real nice guy, from a different company, who informs me the TECHNICIAN FROM AROUND THE CLOCK LEFT RAW SEWAGE DOWN THERE!!!! AND THEN TELLS ME THE PIPE IS CRACKED.... I am sure my Landlord paid double for everything to be fixed. If I were a homeowner, I would be SOOOO PISSED OFF

Want cheap??.... oh you're gonna get cheap!!! Have you ever heard: You get what you pay for? These guys have MASTERED IT!!!!

Don't waste your time or money calling a company who will not listen to your concerns, who will break things and never fix them, who will track fecal matter on your flooring and who ignores your calls.

I've been waiting weeks and weeks for a refund on a charge they charged me twice for equalling over 200 bucks. Now the number is disconnected? I've wrote a complaint with the better business Bureau

Very pleased that after another company failed to open the root bound drain that Around the Clock/Wes was able to persevere and get the drain fully functional. Thank you for the prompt customer service on a Sunday.
