Western Peak Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical

My landlord/roommate called Western Peak Plumbing to inquire about repairs/replacement for our water heater.
The business was fully booked but had a last minute cancellation, so the two business owners themselves showed up to do the replacement.
They were efficient, educated me regarding what the operating modes were for the new unit, informed me regarding their upcoming HVAC services, and checked the smoke detectors in each portion of the home.
They laid out tarpaulin so they could remove the old water heater without damaging the carpeting on the stairs, and cleaned up after themselves.
Everything met code, and works without issue.
We will contact them again.

Greg came out to my home today. This was our first experience with Western Peak Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical. I was very nervous that we may have an issue with water pressure, because my 1946 home water pipes starting whistling about a month ago. I needed to save some money, before calling someone out, because we live on a very tight fixed income. Greg was extremely pleasant to work with and, above all, honest with us about what was going on with the pipes. I am so thankful that we called Western Peak Plumbing and that Greg assisted us with our concerns. Everything about my experience with this company has been wonderful. The person who initially answered the phone was knowledgeable about the work to be done. He was able to answer my questions and did not give me a cheesy sales pitch. They were communicative and had availability within the next couple of days. The plumber was on time and able to perform the job in less time than anticipated, resulting in a lower cost. James is professional and super friendly. I will be using this company for my other household projects and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Kevin and Johnny were our installers and they were very professional. They explained what they were doing and when they were doing it. Had this company repair a leaking upstairs shower drain (was leaking in to my kitchen ceiling). They got someone out to estimate the work in a timely fashion, and scheduled work quickly. On the day of, Mike and Robbie communicated their arrival time to me (they were running a few minutes late), and when they got here, they were polite and professional. They identified/verified the issue, decided on a course of action, and knocked it out quickly. They left minimal mess, and were out the door faster than I expected. Would absolutely recommend this company!

I needed a new hot water heater installed . Everyone was professional, on time and called ahead. I appreciate that they also allowed me to tex information and pictures of the work that was needed done. Pricing and time frame of when they were able to complete the work was excellent. Inspection by city inspector was done quickly as the installation was done correctly.

I went into western peaks office with a plumbing issue the staff there was able to address my plumbing concern / issue. Marvin checked out multiple issues on my property and fixed them , He disconnected my instant hot water heater and showed me how to hook it back up at a later date . I live in a home with a Triangle Tube Boiler System and have used Western Peak Plumbing twice now to assist in solving issues with this system. To me, it looks very complicated. The first time they provided me with support, they took the time to really look into the problems and make sure they were solved, for good. As this was an ongoing issue prior to having Western Peak Plumbing in the picture. The second time that I needed them was during this last big snow storm. My hot water was out (which coincidentally is what heats the whole house) and it would have been very difficult for them to make it to me in the storm. However, Marvin took the time to FaceTime with me and we were able to get things working. Marvin truly showed concern for me making it through the storm safely and I couldn’t appreciate him more. Working with Western Peak is highly recommended by me. They are a very caring and honest plumbing service provider.

These men were amazing. My water heater went out on a Sunday, of course! I had help within an hour! They arrived on time Monday with the new water heater, and worked fast and efficiently. I will never use anyone else again. They were also friendly, wore masks always and I felt very safe. Thank you for everything!

I had a busted water pipe that forced me to turn off the water to my home. One of the owners of Western Peak Plumbing and his son came out about 1 hour after I called and repaired the pipe. They also put in a valve that allows me to turn off the water to my sprinkler system separately and made a change that will improve the winterization process. They worked quickly and the price was very fair.

Western Peak is the best! I have an Airbnb in the Springs area and can always trust them to show up on time and to do an excellent job. It's frustrating to have things break on a house while not being in town to assess and fix, but knowing that Western Peak will show up to take care of the various plumbing issues makes it a little less stressful for me! Two thumbs up!

Todd came out to do work for me and it was a very professional and courteous experience. He was thorough with all my question and told me I did not need to change out a faucet when I thought I needed to. The cost was below most companies. It work out to being $63 dollars per hour which is about 1/2 half the cost of other plumbers.

From the very start I was in contact with the plumber, not the office staff. He arrived on time and he noticed I did not have a small part I needed for a bathroom faucet and said that he would stop by free of charge and finish the repair at no extra cost! Who does that anymore??? I highly recommend Western Peak Plumbing!!!

Western Peak did an outstanding job rerouting my pedestal sink to a more practical position.
Not only that, but they gave me tips on winterizing my RV and informed me how the pipes are positioned under the sub floor of the RV.

James Peck is the best! He is very professional, meticulous and did a great job. It wasn't an easy install because gas lines and pipes had to be moved. He took his time and made sure the job was perfect.

Gage checked out our leaking Faucet. He came back the next morning to replace it with a new one we bought. We asked him what Faucet he recommended and bought that Brand. Installation was done within an Hour. Gage was friendly and professional and cleaned up after he was done with the mess the Job created. Gage was on time and called when he was on his way. We will ask for him again in the future for our Plumbing needs.

I could only give four stars because I was schedule for an appointment yesterday but no one showed and never received a call. However, once I called them before closing they said they’d send someone out the next morning. Ryan came out and fixed my floor drain issue quick and took a moment to explain the issue. The receptionist Marcy was very helpful as well.

Western Peak helped quiet our noisy pipes. A month or so after we moved into our house, the PRV failed and that caused tons of issues. We had a new PVR and water heater installed by someone else and made several other upgrades, but the new PRV ended up failing shortly after and caused a humming noise every time we turned the water on and off. At our wits end, we found Wester Peak and they were able to send someone out the day after we called. Marvin installed a new PRV and the humming noise went away. He took the time to walk me through the process and shared his expertise with me and advice for other things he noticed. He made sure I understood everything he did to fix the problem. He even fixed our leaky faucet outside just because. I can tell how passionate he is about this industry and truly cares about the customer. They won’t try to sucker you into paying for a service for something you could easily do yourself! These guys are super friendly and knowledgeable, definitely recommend.

Brian, Jerry, and the team at Western Peak plumbing did such a great job we hired them again. They are honest, punctual, and did a great job!

The problem was they came out they looked they said Yep you have a leak but we don’t work underneath prefab homes so I paid $160 for Yep you’ve got a leak but we can’t do anything about it. The plumber was nice he was congeal. He was very apologetic, that doesn’t do you much good when you’re handed out $160 and you still have a leak. The owner gave me a call that afternoon explaining I should not have been charged $160 and the next morning drove to my house to give me back my check so it’s a brand new company they’re working really hard like I said the plumber they sent out was was professional explained everything, they just don’t do crawlspace is under prefabs.

Did the job it was just $170 more for a drain snaking than last time with another company.

Needed a quick solution to a plumbing problem, was able to have Marvin come out for an estimate and was one of the friendliest plumbers I've had to my property so far. The company fixed my problem quickly and was fairly priced. With the amount of companies I called and so many being backed up, these guys were on it fast and stress free. Highly recommend and will use again.

Great staff and helpful getting the back-flow tested

Scheduled an appointment to have two hose bibs looked at and likely replaced. They were extremely late and would only do one of them, even though the appointment was for both. But scheduled a follow on appointment for the second one. They then pulled a no show and no call for the second appointment. I had to use an other plumber for the second. The work quality once here was good, and they did explain thing. But did leave some trash up in the ceiling that I had to toss out. Add this to being late and then pulling a no show were the final straws. My time is important and I would at least expect a company to call me if they can’t show up.

I was so grateful to find some place that was so affordable! It was a relief to find a company that was so on point, with great customer service. Thank you!

James installed a new water heater on a Sunday. I purchased it in a hurry on a Sunday since I noticed the water heater leaking the day before. I had to get it done on a Sunday because I was away during the week and will be away for the future week. We are happy to have it done quickly and professionally. James tested the water pressure and found our PRV is too high and not adjustable anymore. So I replace this on my own same day with the knowledge that it was also creating problems with the water heater and additional plumbing in the house. Thanks Western Peak plumbing.

Marvin was invaluable. He quickly repaired a busted pipe in my home and conducted multiple other inspections for things to help improve our plumbing. A truly awesome guy and a great company. Can’t believe I tried other service providers in the past.

Marvin and his son are absolutely diamond people! I called on a holiday weekend and had prompt service first thing Monday (my issue wasn’t an emergency, albeit a nuisance). The price for the repair was right on par with what I hoped it would be, and was beyond reasonable considering the scope of the problem. They have a lifelong customer in me!

Marvin and the Western Peak Plumbing team were very responsive when our hot water heater went out over a weekend. They came by to diagnose and were able to do a temporary fix while awaiting parts on order. We were so thankful to have some hot water while we waited for parts! The final fix was quick and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Western Peak Plumbing and they will be our go-to from now on!

I have worked with Western Peak Plumbing/HVAC since the summer of 2021, and have assigned them more than $20,000 worth of contract work.

Speaking from my professional experience, internally they are disorganized, have poor follow through, even though they have an elaborate system to confirm appointments they ultimately end of no showing for and have done so on multiple occasions.

Again today, they canceled a furnace job schedule for this Friday without a clear explanation as to why. We oversee affordable housing rehab projects and we depend on our vendors to ensure heating systems are safe and reliable. Heating and gas appliances is no joking matter and the vendor you select should Install confidence in the work being performed.

While the staff is friendly, we have been disappointed with every job they have completed even though we have tried to work through the issues unsuccessfully.

Regrettably we cannot recommend Western Peak Plumbing/HVAC.

Very professional, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or fix something that wasn't broken. Found the problem quickly unlike two previous plumbing services. Not a politicized non accountable corporate conglomerate but a good honest home town American business. It's what I remember seeing when I was growing up. They really love what they do and I believe they want to see the customer satisfied before they leave. We need more people like that in this lost and failing country. I'm a disabled veteran , very saddened that this once great and free nation allows so much corruption and dishonesty. I have been lied to and taken advantage of to much over the years. The thing is so many companies and industries have no fear of accountability because they are protected by a broken justice system. Thanks guys for your professional curtious service. Western Peak Plumbing was recommended to me by a real estate agent I worked with a couple of years ago. I called in Monday morning and made the appointment to have someone look at a leak under the sink. I was pleased to find out James was able to come earlier. He assessed the situation and before he left to get the parts I asked him if he could also install a water line for a new refrigerator I am getting ready to purchase. He agreed, came back with all the parts, and completed both jobs quickly. He was pleasant and polite during the whole operation. I was also pleasantly surprised when he presented the invoice! I used western peak on two occasions. Firstly James came out and installed a water heater for us. Our old water heater was only a 2017 model and had already died. Instead of just installing a new one and being on his way, he checked the pressure and determined our PRV had failed and even a new water heater would eventually fail again due to this problem so he fixed that first, saving us some headache down the road. Everything was done very quickly, very professionally, and he even took the time to explain some things to me and change out a few additional fixtures that were leaking.

After a few months our blower fan (installed by someone at Springs Heating & Cooling 6 months prior) became unbalanced and started scraping against the cage. Corey came out, diagnosed the problem almost immediately and was easily able to fix it. He also took the time to clean up some of the wiring, explain the issue and why it happened, even changed the filter for us. Plus, almost more importantly, he is fighting the good fight to bring it back and has the most glorious mullet I've ever seen.

Best HVAC in Colorado Springs bar none, don't waste your time with Wire Nut or Springs Heating & Cooling.

This was a first time using this business and after trying other companies and having miserable multiple outcomes of incompetency our household tried Western Peak and So So Happy we did. Jerry and Bryan came out to evaluate the issue at hand. They were quick, on time and knowledgeable. I was given an unbelievable “Fair & Honest” estimate/quote and once I agreed they were back within 24hrs to complete the repairs. Backyard faucet, that also feeds evaporative cooler, was leaking. Plumbing in the house is getting old, so things have to be done extra carefully. Gage came and replaced the defective faucet....all back to working! Thanks!

I started with Roto Rooter and they said it would be over 24 hours before the could address my problem-a seriously clogged toilet. The toilet was unusable and the only one in the household. Western Peak Plumbing was delightfully responsive, courteous and efficient! From my initial phone call it took less than two hours to fix the problem. They stayed in communication throughout the process and kept me posted on when to expect them and when they completed the work (I am a landlord). My tenant was extremely pleased with their quick turnaround and positive attitude. I also thought that their pricing was quite reasonable. They will be my first call the next time I have need of plumbing services.

Our toilet developed a leak & began to run continuously; I contacted Western Peak Plumbing & got an immediate response. Although they were booked up for 3 days, they made an appointment & within a few hours recontacted me & booked a slot for the next day. The young man sent to provide the service was pleasant, polite & very personable. He also had a delightful sense of humor & most importantly, knowledgeable about how to fix the problem. Yesterday I had the pleasure of the owner (Marvin) coming out to my residence to fix a small leak I had in the drain of my shower, and honestly, I’ve never seen someone work more fast OR efficient to get a job done right like the owner of this fine business did. He was in and out of the job in 20 minutes or less and invited me down under the house to show me he did it right. Couldn’t even imagine how well trained his workers are if that’s the kind of friendly, passionate leader they are trained under, but if I ever needed someone back out here (which I shouldn’t now) these guys would be my first and only call. 10/10 gentlemen.

I discovered that both of the hose bibs on the outside of my home needed replacing on New Year's Day. It was basically an emergency because they had dripped and formed an ice column that went to the ground and was frozen up inside the bibs so the pipes in my home were at risk. I was able to speak to the owner of Western Peak that day (Saturday, and a holiday!) and he quoted me a very reasonable price and they were replaced a few days later. James was our Plumber, and he was very competent and extremely friendly. He got the job done quickly, and again, the price was the best around, by a lot. We couldn't be happier.

Western peak plumbing was very professional in finding the problem and getting it fixed in a timely manner. I live in a condo built in the 70s and my unit had the other 3 units tied into mine. My son lives in Colorado Springs and I live in Pennsylvania. They were dealing with extreme high water pressure and I coordinated this project from PA with this company. Todd was amazing and completed the project the next day. They installed a pressure reducing valve. From what my son told me, Xavier who did the repair was professional and kept them informed of when they would arrive at the house. Western Peak Plumbing earned my business by being responsive, prompt, reasonably priced, and honest.

Called on a Saturday afternoon with a water heater that wouldn't stay lit. He quoted me a timeframe and an estimate on the price to replace the heating element. I upgraded the call to a replacement, since the existing heater was undersized for my house. He gave me a set price, was here first thing Monday morning and installed the new water heater. No upsell, no padding the bill, no trip charges, destination fees, or diagnostic charges.

Johnny came to do routine maintenance on the furnace. He was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how everything works to me and gave me safety tips and things to look out for if I ever run into any issues. I recommend this company and Johnny for future services!

For the job that I wanted a quote for they where way over charging me. About a half hour job they wanted $395.00 which is way out of sight. I had neck surgury and could do it but at that price I will do it and get it done. Also I had the replacement part so why $400. How much do you pay the person doing the work, does he get half the money.

WP installed a tankless heater and after a month it needed to be replaced, probably due to a manufacturer's defect. WP replaced it quickly, professionally and at no additional charge. What more could you ask for?

This would be my second experience with a specific Tech from western Peak. This scope of work was to be inspected by our local building dept and a permit was pulled. The individual performed A scope of work that is entry level plumbing. On both jobs there were issues with how the work was completed and did not pass the initial inspection. What should have been one day to do the work and one day for inspection so a total of 2 days of down time, turned into 4 days of this individual having to go back and forth until the work was completed correctly. When I would call to inform the company of the issues it would take a full day the get this person back to rectify his mistakes. He was typically late and would work past working hours. In one situation he worked until 8:45pm. This has happened twice. There were even the same incomplete work performed on both jobs noted by the regional inspector. This would delay my company and the sub contractors ability to move forward with the project. I will not let the actions of one person to summarize my feelings about Western Peak as there are good people working there. As business people and at their price point there needs to be a better process and accountability.

They were quick to schedule, explained the service and took photos for evidence of the installation. Previous installation from another plumber was not done correctly. They fixed my problem and I am elated. They wore a mask as well considering our safety, this was important for my family with my child having cancer. Will call on them again for my plumbing needs.

I was so pleased to get a next day appointment to install 2 toilets. Jerry & Seth were amazing skilled plumbers. They even waited for me to get a replacement toilet unit when the new one, in the box, turned out to be shattered. I would recommend Western Peak Plumbing to anyone.

I had my water heater break on a Saturday and immediately went in search of a plumber to fix/replace it. He was very responsive on a Saturday and had amazing reviews, gave me a good quote. We agreed that he would come on the following Tuesday. Tuesday came along and he didn't come by, I reached out to him and was given no response. I was ghosted.

Just had the guys out again for another small project. They did a great job and they also checked a number of other things for no extra charge.

First off I was very pleasantly surprised that this company works weekends.

Second of all I was shocked when the Plumer demonstrated an abundance of knowledge and was not out to make a quick buck. He actually took the time to trouble shoot different parts of my water heater and gave me options that didn’t include any were he got paid. He explained how the water heater warranty worked and told me to go that route first.

After a few more minutes of demonstration and info he noticed that the unit continued to run water as if it was never full. He quickly pulled up his sleeves and jumped in the crawl space to continue trouble shooting and found that my home had original piping that has developed corrosion and holes causing leaks.

He then went to working on fixing the issues so that I could have hot water again.

Fun fact: the call was for a free estimate on a tankless water heater. Ironically my water was no longer hot by the time the Plumer stoped by. Timing could not have been better!

Needless to say I was one happy camper.

I look forward to having them come back out to replace the rest of the old pipe and bringing my home up to code.
