Jeff came by to look at a drain pipe that needs to be replaced. I liked him immediately. He has great skills and tremendous experience. I am awaiting the estimate for the pipe replacement as well as some other projects that we discussed.

Kevin was responsive before and during the service, which was helpful due to my work schedule. His knowledge and communication were great, as well as his patience when it came to dealing with hyper dogs. He reset one of the toilets and replaced the PRV to address the humming and water pressure concern.

Mike was very helpful, explaining everything step by step. He came very quickly after I called the office with the problem , within the hour. Repair was made very effectively. I have arranged to have Wyattworks and Mike do another job when my granite is installed in the kitchen.

The plumber that came out was friendly, explained what he was doing, and got the job done quickly. If I have a problem in the future, I will call Mr. Rooter. Thanks.

Reyes was professional, courteous, friendly and effective. My only complaint was that it two hours past the appointed time for a serviceman to show. This in no way is a complaint about Reyes.

Rand was the technician that came out to install a hot water heater I purchased from lowes. He explained EVERY step of what need to be done from removal of original unit, bring everything up to current code (house was built in 2002 & copper pipes), & install of new unit & how the price(s) of copper has gone up. VERY VERY professional work & VERY VERY pleased. Looks better than the original work that was done. Rand is VERY VERY professional & polite. My daughter LOVED him & is is 1 TOUGH cookie at 6. Would HIGHLY recommend him for any job and THANK AGAIN RANDY MY DAUGHTER IS HAPPY SHE HAS HOT WATER NOW & SAID THank you Sir for fixing the sick water hearer

Sorry I don't remember the plumber's name but he did a fantastic job. I wasn't an easy one. The old faucet bolt had rusted in place so he had to cut the nut off before he would remove the old faucet. GREAT job. He's a pro!!

Jim came out to give us an estimate on our upstairs furnace and was absolutely amazing.
