I looked on Google for a plumber for my kitchen sink that was completely clogged. I had tried multiple methods to no avail. I took a chance on Julian’s plumbing and I am glad that I did. Although the job was pricey, ( to no fault of theirs, my pipes were really clogged which required a heavy duty snake) the customer service was well worth the price. They were fast, efficient, and more importantly honest! As a female I am always leery of people trying to play me and I did not feel that way at all. The gentleman explained the what, where’s and why’s without me even asking. That shows true character. Thank you fellas. I will definitely recommend you all.

Adam W. did a very thorough job fixing a leak in our kitchen sink. He communicated well about the issue and potential solutions. He also performed several additional services such as testing our water pressure and water quality. I would definitely work with Adam again.

This is the 4th time I have used Wyatt works for various plumbing projects and issues throughout my house. I’ve had them install two new outdoor faucets, unclog my sewer and eventually replace the entire sewer line in the house to the street due to a sunken pipe (house is 96 years old) and today had them replace all of my gas lines in the house due to a leak and get them up to code. I will never use another company!!!

Larry did a great job helping me out today. The company was responsive when I called, Larry showed up about an hour later. He was friendly, on time, fixed my problem, got it done quick, didn’t break anything or leave a mess. Highly recommend these guys.

All hours is a joke name We called for emergency help after our water got shut off while we were on vacation and got Brett - couldn't have been more unhelpful and antagonistic. Go elsewhere for your 24/7 emergencies.

Dennis was thorough and explained his process. He snaked the drain twice to rid it of the roots that were causing the backup. Dennis was very professional and he is a very personable person. I enjoyed his visit!!

Ongoing AC issue. The on the unit stopped. DIANOSIS: bad compressor, bad fan motor. IRC wants to replace the entire unit. Steven the tech supv. says he can't locate a replacement fan, which is a LIE.It's been over a week and IRV refuses to play it straight. Waiting for a call since the tech did not show Saturday as promised. Repair is not in sight.

Excellent customer service! Our AC unit went out at 6pm on a Friday afternoon and they were at our house and working on the unit with in 30 minutes. Not only was he here in 30 minutes he had the parts the next day getting us back up and running. Other companies would have taken two day to get out to evaluate the issues and another two to three business days to get parts. If you want quality service do not hesitate and call them now! Shady billing practices and showed up late both times that they came out. Make sure that you get them to write everything that they say on the invoice, or you'll end up with an extra hole in the floor and a he said/she said about whether them fixing the hole that they made (and said they'd have a dry wall guy out to fix) was included or not. On top of the hole and essentially overpaying since I agreed to a higher price assuming they'd fix everything, my home warranty company wasn't made aware of some of the charges and is currently investigating.
