Charlotte plumbing repair

They don’t answer the phone or return phone calls. I had work done for months ago, and my sink is now leaking all over again.

Kevin was extremely responsive and quick to come change out my bathroom faucet. I asked for a quote and within 5 business days I had a new faucet. It was very fairly priced and he even included a coupon from their website. Would recommend for standard plumbing services.

Never could get them on the phone for two days. No way to leave messages. Their loss!!

I loved that he gave me an estimate over the phone. I wasn't going to hold them to the price but was at least looking for ballpark numbers. I called 8 other plumbing companies who wouldn't provide any type of pricing over the phone. The other companies would, however, give me the price it cost to buy an estimate. I didn't want to be on the hook for an $89 dollar visit fee only to find out the repairs were going to cost twice as much as the next company which is why I wanted some idea of cost before sending someone out.

Kevin with Charlotte Plumbing & Repair, Inc was able to give me an estimate over the phone, come to my house next day, and complete the repairs timely. He let me know what the price would be for two wax ring replacements - which is all I wanted to know - and made sure to let me know he would inform me of pricing for any additional repairs, if needed. After he visited, no additional repairs were needed, and the price given over the phone was almost exact. Highly recommend! Thanks, Kevin!

I've been searching for an honest plumber for over a month. Finally, my neighbor came to the rescue and recommended Drains R Us. Even though they're based in Huntersville, they were out to my Charlotte address within 3 hours of my call. Kevin was the technician I worked with. He was fair, honest, punctual and upfront about prices. He even provided a few do it yourself suggestions to help me save money. Save yourself some time and call these guys first.

I'm so thankful to Charlotte Plumbing & Repair. I like to think I'm pretty independent and I usually hate asking for help, but it felt good having them there looking out for me. My son put a load of laundry in the machine before he left for school and I woke up to find water pouring through my 1st-floor ceiling. I called Charlotte Plumbing & Repair, they came quickly, assessed the situation, repaired it and charged me a fair price. I really felt like they had my back and would highly recommend them!

After calling around for a water heater replacement and just given the run around from other local company’s Charlotte plumbing repair was able to give me a quote with just a few pics and a couple questions and came in way below other prices I was given. I would definitely recommend giving these guys/gals a call for any plumbing projects.

I had clogged drains in my kitchen and no remedy I tried worked. I call Charlotte Plumbing & Repair and they scheduled a quick turn around time for me. The gentlemen that came was on time and did a great job. Not only did he fix my problem, but gave me a few suggestions to keep it from happening again. I have this company on my contact list for any other plumbing problems that may arise.

I called Charlotte Plumbing & Repair to install my dishwasher. They said they would be over in 30 minutes, 30 minutes later a guy showed up and installed it. He was very polite and did a superb job. He ran the dishwasher and stayed for a bit to make sure there were no leaks, even did a little custom work to get the dishwasher to fit snug. I highly recommend these guys.. great price and great service!

Our hot water heater stopped working. Our home warranty company sent Charlotte Plumbing. I'm over satisfied with how Kevin gave suggestions and handled the problem with the part not being delivered. He stayed on top of that parts company until the got it right. We stayed in communication the whole time. I got the thermo coupling today and he came about 6 tonight in the rain and crawled under our house to repair the gas heater and got us hot water.

Kevin from Charlotte Plumbing & Repair replaced several shut off valves and lines in our home. He worked with our schedule and did a fantastic job! Their prices were also much more reasonable than the other places I called.

Just had a wonderful experience with these gentlemen.I called and they picked up immediately (I called 3 other 5-star plumbers before calling them who still haven't called me back!). Call them first and you will save a lot of frustration.

They made an appointment for only a few hours later. They were polite, efficient, friendly with my dog, and took care of my emergency issue (broken drain pipe under the sink) as well as several smaller issues in the bathroom (leaky pipe that just needed to be tightened, another pipe that needed to be replaced, etc).

I especially appreciated that they told me that one pipe just needed to be tightened, when I thought it needed to be replaced. After they left, I was so happy with their work that I changed my mind about something that I had planned to DIY - called them and they were still in the neighborhood- they were very nice about being called back and actually fixed it for FREE!

I called for the first time . They came a couple hours later . Very reasonable . Good guys will use them again .and Kevin came to my rental unit. I leave in New York and he took care of my place in North Carolina. Great guy!!!!

We had a plumbing issue in our home and called. They were prompt in their arrival and very courteous once on site. The plumber who arrived presented me with the options, explained each one thoroughly, and let me make the choice of what he fixed that day. Everything went according to plan and our plumbing is back to normal now.

Quite concerned about the 5 stars this company has been receiving. Not only did we receive poor customer service, but we were also faced with the company's inability to comply with its contractual obligations, unsatisfactory and partial performance by its employee (Kevin), and the company's inability to provide relief to damages caused to the property by the employee. This company does not deserve the praise that they have been receiving and this should serve as a warning to those considering using its services. Legal action will be taken in order to recover damages.

GREAT SERVICE! I called around and got the run-around by some companies...but Charlotte Plumbing gave me a great quote. They came the next day and fixed my problem with no extra charges. Will use again.

Marty performed an excellence service for my plumbing! His quality of work was superb! He was friendly, punctual, service was of great quality. I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs as well as Marty for service.

Plumber ( Kevin) installed new sewer line from kitchen and connected to existing in front yard. During installation the soil was not compacted correctly causing is to settle and sink over a foot. This sinking and settling has caused the newly installed drain line to belly and bend in over 6 inches causing failure in the near future. This also has created a negative slope and water sitting in th brand new section of pipe. Kevin promised to come out but it has bee over 10 days without resolution.... Finally after submitting a BBB complaint Kevin came out to inspect. He agreed is like is bowed or has standing water he will fix it. After inspecting the line with a camera it showed water standing in a 10 foot span (breeding mosquitos and drain flies) and vertical cleanout bowing.
( this line is brand new and 3 weeks old and already failing....) Kevin will not stand behind his warranty or agreed uptown terms. Proceeding with legal to recoup cost and damages. Stay away from this business and it's flawed work and customer service.

We rented a house in North Carolina for a run we did, and we had a small issue with the plumbing, owner of the house couldn't make it down, so we called Charlotte Plumbing and Repair, saved our weekend. A+ guys
