I met both the father and son. They came when they said they would and they were prompt. They told us what it would cost to evaluate the situation prior to doing work. They polite, and explained everything they were doing. They found the leak that was in the slab. They temporarily stopped the leak. I plan to have them back to complete the rerouting and repair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them,

We purchased a condo on South Padre Island last September. We immediately replaced the water heater. I searched for plumbers in the area — we didn’t know the area or people to ask for referrals.I found Burl’s on line and read the reviews. After messaging, I got a call back immediately for scheduling. and he was on the job within 2 days. We just recently had a leaky sink and called Burl’s again bc of the great experience we had last fall. Once again, great service! I would definitely recommend Burl’s!

I am a General Contractor serving the ATX. Hired Burl and his crew to come in and re-route a master bath to move the tub and shower in order to give my client more room and a modern look. Burl (the owner) showed up to make sure all was good and left us in good hands. His crew was on time, educated on what to do, executed perfectly , and now I have a happy client but an A-1 plumber that will be getting all of my work. Did I mention fair pricing too!

I had a small leak in the supply line to the water heater. A well-known local plumbing company quoted over $1000 for repair or $4000 for replacement. Burl's came out on-time and replaced the supply line for $200. They were professional and efficient. Thank you!

I had water damage in my new house from a clogged drain pipe. Another plumbing company unclogged it and then gave me a $8200 estimate to excavate the pipe and replace it. After one week of delays and excuses, without being able to fully use my bathrooms, my real estate agent gave me a referral to Burl's plumbing. They gave me a second opinion for free: turns out that I was being scammed for unnecessary work. Burl's plumbing resolved my problem the very next day with only a $1500 bill! They were thorough, polite, fast and showed and explained me everything they did. What a blessing!

We were quoted $85.00 service call plus parts.
When the tech had diagnosed the problem it appeared we needed a $15.00 plastic part for our toilet. The Tech did a great job. He also checked with his boss for the price of installation . His boss Burl insisted on charging us $175.00 (!) to install this 15 dollar plastic piece. Take it or leave it! Burl's Plumbing does not deserve anyone's business, especially not a repeat business. Cannot be recommended -

Great company to do business with. The team is always punctual and knowledgable on plumbing issues. We moved into a new house in Georgetown and needed the clothes washing machine faucets replaced. Burl gave us quick scheduling and sent out Sam who was polite, courteous and did very good work. You cannot go wrong with Burl's Plumbing!

After winter storm 2021 caused busted pipes in our home, Daniel and John came quickly and meticulously tested and found 6 busted pipes and repaired them. They were here for a while and continued to be courteous, professional, and fair. We will always use Burls for our plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Shady billing practices and showed up late both times that they came out. Make sure that you get them to write everything that they say on the invoice, or you'll end up with an extra hole in the floor and a he said/she said about whether them fixing the hole that they made (and said they'd have a dry wall guy out to fix) was included or not. On top of the hole and essentially overpaying since I agreed to a higher price assuming they'd fix everything, my home warranty company wasn't made aware of some of the charges and is currently investigating.

I had another company come and charge me $2500 to dig a big hole in my yard and mess up every fixture in my house. Daniel came out and was upfront, honest and on time. They got the issue fixed and didn’t charge me half the cost of my house. I will be using them from here on out for any and all plumbing needs

Ive been using Burl to address various needs of my properties for a while now. He's honest, skilled and fair. The fellas working for him do good work. My experience with skilled folks is if they're honest and good at what they do you've found someone you should go back to. Burl is that fella for my plumbing issues.

Had a gas stove delivered by a big box store, but installer wouldn't hook it up because the gas line in the house was too big for the connector line. Called Burl, and 15 minutes later he was at the house. 30 minutes later range was installed. Cost more $ than I wanted, but for speed, efficiency, and professionalism, it was worth the price.

Did the work I called them to do & then they did extra & didn't charge me more. I called the next day with a question that didn't apply to their job & he was polite and helped me anyway. Great job & I will use Burl's Plumbing again.

Called them because we had a toilet that needed to be replaced ASAP. They came out very quickly, were super friendly, and replaced the toilet promptly. Later they had to come back because of a small leak which was causing the toilet to make an annoying “running” noise. They came out very quickly again with eagerness and were very helpful. Took care of it in a jiffy! Call them with all your plumbing needs. You won’t regret it! Thanks guys!

I had some water hammering going on in the master bath. After scanning the internet for plumbers in the area, I found Burl's plumbing. These guys are really awesome, they were neat, efficient and did not try to up sale me. I have nothing but glowing reviews for these guys and Burl himself came out to make sure we were fully satisfied. These guys have my business!!

Very punctual. Explained what needed to be done (both the most cost efficient and more expensive). Quick work with solid quality. Cleaned up nicely when leaving. Would absolutely recommend.

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and punctual. I had an emergency, called, and within the hour they were at my house. Everything was fixed and, I didn't even have to sell my first born to pay them! Haha thanks guys!

this guy is a giant jerk, he has no respect for others property to make his sale. absolutely disgusting man. I'd get someone who was worth the money your gonna pay to fix something instead of a guy who breaks others things.
