Rob did an awesome job. #1, he listened to my concerns about what's been going on with my plumbing. He quickly assessed the issue and shared what he needed to do to fix the problem and gave me the price. Was the price reasonable, don't know, don't care, but he fixed it and had a great attitude. I'll pay for good customer service and that's also what Rob offered. Thx man

He was attentive to my concerns and request. After signaling a completion of his work, I went and checked the flow, noted a leak, and he promptly repaired the leak. I would call ZOOM Drain, again.

Rob of Zoom drain did an amazing job! Experienced, personable, kind and considerate. Also didn’t charge as much as some awful companies I’ve worked with (like being quoted $150 to replace the toilet handle!). Highly recommend!

Needed a sewer drain cleared at a higher end rental and Zoom came through. It was nice that they did not charge me an initial service fee and clearing fee was extremely reasonable. They even came back for a followup when we had the same issue a few days later (stuff like that happens on old sewer lines). I will recommend them to my fellow investors.

Donald is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and personal. His customer service skills are excellent and he took care of exactly what we needed, and explained things thoroughly through to me.

Responded quickly, relative to other contractors; I called them in the morning and they had shown up, diagnosed the problem, cleaned out the drain line, and had a sustainable solution proposal within a few hours. The techs on site were courteous, careful (wore shoe covers inside), listened intently, and competent.

Adam took care of the problem professionally and very quickly. Even fixed a sink drain problem at no charge and without being asked! Pointed out some problems I will get an estimate on next week.

Jason was punctual and even waited on me as I was running an errand. He handled the problem with no issues. I would recommend him as a tech. My issue is with the cost. Over $300 for about 30 minutes and the use of a commercial grade snake. I could have done it if I had the equipment. The preset cost seem unreasonable for what was done. Next time I will rent the equipment first.

They Missed our first appointment together. I wasn't too upset cuz I know things happen. Spoke with a very nice lady on the phone at their company. My first contact was with a gentleman that told me they don't charge to come out to give an estimate. That's because they don't give one. I got home and the technician just fixed it and handed my wife a bill for $250. He told my wife if it was anything more they didn't do that kind of work or maybe he didn't in the company and somebody else would, on that I am slightly confused. I told them on the phone my neighbor simply ran over the pop-up drain at the street connected to my French Drain and water was now pooling, I was concerned it was cracked underneath. So it wasn't like he was coming out to my house not knowing what was going on. Showed up, put some rocks under it to bring it up slightly of course it's on a terrible angle putting pressure on the pipe underneath it since it's Underground and now probably cracked. Was there 15 minutes for $250 and told my wife that we would probably have to call somebody else to fix it the right way. Great service, great communication, great pricing.... none of that is applicable to this company from what I experienced.

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for “ just part of the invoice for the excavation the detection of the leak and the put back for the cement not the entire invoice”. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn’t generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.

Donald did an excellent job cleaning our grease trap. Communicated well and got the very dirty job done efficiently.

We've had a good experience with Zoom Drain. They arrived on time, laid out pricing upfront and explained their work once complete. When my wife thought we may be having the same issue ~10 days later, she called and they had someone out same day (on a Sunday no less) for free to check it all out. I don't know prices for these types of services, but this seemed a bit expensive - at first. The fact they honor a warranty and came out immediately takes any trepidation of the money spent away in my mind.

I really liked this company overall. Very professional and our tech Jake with his assistant worked very hard all day long to complete the job. They had to come back the next day to complete the service call, but provided us with a working system to get us through the night. Communication was excellent every step of the way!

My regular plumber was unavailable due to hip surgery and he recommended Zoom. They were able to come out the same day I called. They were able to fix my problem quickly. Duane was very professional and polite. I received a text message letting me know he was on they way and they provided a picture of the tech. From start to finish the company was great to work with,

This was a great experience from the moment I first called. I was incredibly stressed about a plumbing issue and I called late on a Saturday night. They picked up the phone and from off the bat were sympathetic to what I was going through and really made it a priority to help me. The person I spoke with on the phone is the person that showed up at my house and as soon as they got here went straight to business. Extremely professional the entire time, respected my property, and to top it all off, it was an extremely fair and competitive price! I couldn't be happier with the service I received. What I really like the most is they not only solved the problem, they went up under my crawlspace and diagnosed what the underlying cause was. They could have just cleared the clog and been done with it. But they told me WHY it clogged and what I need to do to fix it. Which is about a ,$10 fix. All in all I would hire Zoom Drain again and I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional service at a reasonable price. ??

Night before hosting thanksgiving at our home, we run into water flowing back into our home from the toilet. Not knowing what the issue was, we decided to call numerous big name 24 hour plumbers. None of which got back to us in the time they stated or couldn't be over until early next day. This is when we ran into Zoom Drain through google search. It was close to midnight when they received our call, it was the actual owner that picked up. Said they can have a technician come out same night. Technician showed up a little after 1:00am and resolved our issue under an hour! Mind you its 30 degrees and 1 am in the morning AND the day before thanksgiving. Technician was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to resolve the issue. They have all the necessary tools to get any job done! We were very impressed by the video technology. For the time frame they arrived and finished, I applaud their service and would recommend Zoom Drain to anyone needing professional service! Thanks again fellas!

I HIGHLY recommend this company. Although I didn’t have the pleasure to be there in person to meet Duane, my husband did. We had an issue where everything was backed up due to a clog. We couldn’t even stay at our home because we had no bathroom to use. We were away from our home for almost a week. We had a previous plumber come out who took days to trouble shoot and just didn’t get it done. Then, our home warranty company sent someone from Zoom Drain. Not even being at our home for 5 mins, Duane diagnosed the issue, explained everything that was going on, and had the problem fixed in not even an hour. He even gave us info about what we could do to prevent clogs. Duane also informed us of possible causes if we were to have anymore issues. But, upon returning home, everything was running smoothly. I also want to add that we had an appointment, but due to cancellations they were more than happy to come to our home sooner than expected. They really worked with us to get to our home as soon as they could. Thank you so much to Duane at Zoom Drain for providing such care, knowledge, and professionalism. You were an answer to prayer!

We had a great experience with this company. He was able to unclog a drain. The most important thing was the responsiveness of a callback on a Saturday, he showed up when he told us he would be here and he discussed the price prior to the work. Seems simple but it’s hard to get people to respond professionally these days. We appreciated the help and I would highly recommend this company!

Prompt and took care of the issue! Jake came out on a Saturday and was super friendly and helpful. I appreciate that the tools and expertise to fix what I couldn't. My only gripe is the price felt pretty steep. I would definitely use Zoom Drain again in the same situation!

After finding that the bathroom drain was clogged up I tried everything I knew to clear it but couldn't get it done. I called Zoom and spoke with Jason who was very professional and quickly got me an appointment for tonight. (On a Sunday). I got a text about 45 minutes before the technician arrived with his picture so I knew who to be looking for . Duane showed up and immediately assessed the problem and quickly took care of the issue. Even gave me tips on how to prevent further issues in the future. Duane has to be the most professional technician I have had in my home. With how well Duane handled the issue and how quickly they took care of the problem we are customers for life. I plan to spread the word about Zoom Drain and just how amazing they are.

Called Chris Samarco for emergency sewer stoppages four times now. His response is always super fast and is prompt. Keeps his appointments! Always keep a jovial professional attitude. He has great expertise and knowledge and has all the professional ability and tooling to unstop your drain and locate the issues causing the problem. His locating and camera services are excellent! 11/10 would recommend again.

Had several downspout/french drains that were full of tree roots. Scheduling an appointment with Jason was very easy. They notified me that they could come out a day earlier and sent another message when the technician was on there way. Duane arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation and made recommendations on the best ways to approach the issue. The drains were cleared quickly with no damage to the property. I could not recommend Zoom more highly; they were great! Jay was extremely responsive and helpful. Duane, the technician, offered the wisdom that only comes with his twenty years of experience. Not only did they clear my main drain, but they scoped the line, both downstream and upstream of the cleanout, at no additional charge. With this, we were able to diagnose the problem and save me thousands in unnecessary repairs. They also recorded the entire scope on video and emailed me it for my reference. I would call them and recommend them in a heartbeat!

Duane Smith is the best around. He is a great man and a wonderful technician. He has many years of experience so that was very beneficial. He got the job done correctly and is very personable. I will definitely call him again in the future if we have any plumbing needs.

Had a sewer backup on a Saturday. Company technician Duane came out and diagnosed issue without charging prior. Worked fast to remedy the main sewer backup and cleaned up area after job was completed. Happy with how quickly they responded, highly recommended.

Called Jason @ Zoom on Friday afternoon for a toilet that would not flush. He quoted me a price and said that the next afternoon he would be out. It was not an emergency as this was just the guest bathroom so the following afternoon was perfect.

The next morning I received a call from Jason saying he would be by in an hour. Only 40 mins later him and his guys were there (already a great start).

After assessing the situation they proceed to work quickly and got everything fixed up in about 20 mins.
They also took care not to make a mess, and cleaned up well after.

I was also charged less than the quoted price.....so overall 5 stars for great service, prompt arrival, and honest pricing. I will def recommend and call them again if anything goes wrong.

I highly recommend using Zoom Drain for all of your plumbing needs. I called Sat. morning and my issue was resolved by 2 pm the same day without paying any extra for a weekend visit. Have has an on going problem in master bath, toilet bubbling. Finally had to call a 24/7 plumber on a holiday weekend. Angelo was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Gave me options, some of which I have already had done in the past and seemed to be a temporary fix. He was informative and left all decisions to me with a no pressure feeling. Once he found the problem I decided to ahead and have him blow out the pipes if you will, lol. A little bit more than I wanted to pay but figured it’s worth a try since I’m tired of dealing with it. I would definitely use zoom drain again! After all, they say you get what you pay for! Fingers crossed the problem is solved. Feel confident so far.

Sewer line clogged on a Sunday evening, backed up in both bathrooms; neither toilets or bathtub/shower would drain - just a mess. Called Zoom; excellent response time, sewer line cleared & drained very quickly & efficiently. Professional friendly service, no additional charge for weekend/emergent call, reasonable charge. I highly recommend, will absolutely call Zoom if we have another backup!

Was very satisfied with the work zoom did to help clear out our complex drain issue. House on a slab, so they used a camera to work their way thru our pipes. Very professional. Told me what they were about to do and the reason why. Showed me all of the video and any issued they found (minor roots in one area). They were meticulous with keeping our house clean and get free with all their work across all three bathrooms. I should note that I asked them to come out after being really disappointed in another company we tried. Pricing was very fair with zero surprises. Highly recommended.

Had to use zoom drain a few months ago on an emergency clogged drain. They came in and unclogged the drain. They were on-time as well. Just poor value. Just wanted to sell me on a maintenance plan. Despite a much larger problem. The drain was unclogged for a week and then stopped back up. They also charged an outrageous amount to locate my main sewer drain and place flags in the yard.

I own a water restoration company and when we have customers that need a drain or lateral cleared, Chris and his team at Zoom Drain are our go-to recommendation. In this particular case, a property I own had a clog and I called on Chris to evaluate and correct. They did a great job clearing the drain but also alleviated my fears that roots or other issues were impacting the lateral line to the street. Thanks Chris, you guys are the best!
