Best Water Main Line Replacement in Charlotte NC

Our hot water stopped working, so we needed a plumber to come out at the last minute. I found Julian's Plumbing based on their Yelp reviews and I definitely understand why they have a 5 star rating.

They were able to come out the day after I called. He got my hot water back up without having to replace the water heater which was nice. It didn't take him very long to get it fixed. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable.

They communicate via text which makes it way easier for those of us that hate email and aren't always able to talk on the phone during the day.

They were very flexible and waived the credit card free for me too. They will also give you $50 off if you check in on Yelp.

They were incredibly patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Update as of 01/07/14As you can tell from my post below, a couple of months ago I had a great experience with Justin and QCP. However I have an update.I called last month to get a quote for Justin to do some more work, I left a message with his scheduler and he called me a couple of days later, we spoke and he said just let me know when you are ready.I called to schedule this service on New Year's Eve at about 2:30pm. The lady asked if I wanted him to come out that day, I said no it wasn't an emergency. She scheduled me for Thursday (day after New Year's) for 10:30am. Thursday at 1:00pm Justin had not arrived so I called and the lady said she would get a message to him straight away. I did not hear anything Thurs or Friday. Late Friday I sent a message on his Contact page of his website and still have heard nothing (although someone at his company has time to wish folks a Happy New Year and offer new year discounts on Facebook).The reason I have tried so hard to reach Justin was his great service. What bothers me is what if I had an issue with the work that was preformed and was guaranteed? He summarized what I asked for, understood it, gave me a fair price (for him and I). He came back out on schedule, did the work in less time and did a couple of extra items that he found along the way (and explained what needed to be done and how severe it was or was not).As a previous project manager I don't give 4 stars much less 5 unless they are WELL deserved . July 2022. Toilet wasn't working well. Came out within two hours and replaced with a new one.Sept 2020. Had an unexpected issue with my water heater and within an hour, someone was at my house working to replace my broken unit. Polite and quick.Definitely would consider again for my plumbing work needed in the future.

Waiting for a call back has been over a day now

I had Charlotte Pluming over to my house today. They were here at the front of their time window, they called ahead, and corrected the problem. Josh was the technician and was awesome. What was great was that he thoroughly explained the what the issues were so i could understand it, explained what he'd have to do to fix it, and gave me the price up front once he had evaluated. I'm in customer service so I appreciate vendors that are competent but also communicate well so the customer clearly understands what they're getting. Thanks Josh and Charlotte Plumbing.

I initially called because of an odor and abnormal noise coming from the garbage disposal. Getting an appointment was very easy, and the follow up of when to expect a technician was great. Pete, the technician, was very professional and explained what he saw when doing his assessment. After going through my options to fix the issue, the work was done quickly and efficiently. If I ever need to have more plumbing work done, I will be sure to call Mr. Rooter of Charlotte.

Christopher was very knowledgeable and helpful when he came out for our estimate. I appreciate the time he took to explain things. He was very courteous and professional while on the job.

Ticket:17881372/Tech:203/Ronnie Suggs. Ronnie is one of the most committed workers I've ever met. Rotor Rooter assigned Ronnie to come out and fix my toilets clog and to give an estimate to reply my main drain lines. While looking under my house to start the estimate Ronnie was bitten by cOpperhEad Snake. I insisted he immediately go the the Local ER. Ronnie however said before he wad going to the ER he was going to finish the job and get my toilet unclogged, which he diligently finished and cleaned up. He politely finished then I followed him to the ER to make sure he was OK. You talk about a Review Ronnie should receive employee of the year. 5 stars does not do Ronnie justice, I rate Ronnie and his office a 10+. THANKS AGAIN RONNIE.

These guys are great. Had them come do a routine flush on my tankless hot water heater that they installed (no issues, works great) and they were fast, answered my questions, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Even installed some new washer connections I had purchased but not yet installed. Perfect, prompt, and great service. That's a win in my book.

Fantastic service! On time and was able to dissect and fix the problem in no time!! Highly recommended.

Over promised on scheduled arrival time. Issue was laundry drain backing up, slow drain. If they don't fix it, you don't pay.

Friday had appointment with Matt for 3PM. By 4PM no show. Followed up with office. Job Matt was on took longer than expected. He lost track of time. Forgot to call. Reed came over at 5PM. Did initial Level I and Level II drain augering. Not successful. Took about an hour. Presented solution to cut out wall and install clean out tee. Making it a Level III service call. Rescheduled for Saturday at 10AM with Reed. He had a couple of quick calls that morning before then. No charge.

Saturday morning, Reed called before 10AM and said he was running late. Matt was going to come over and do job. Matt arrived by 12 noon. We reviewed plan. Matt laid down ground covers from front door to laundry room and access. Did work. Got drain pipe cleaned out and flowing. Also cleaned drain in half bath that had slow draining sink. Cleaned up. Everything working fine. Took about 2-1/2 hours. We selected Bronze plan. 6 months warranty.

Both technicians were cordial, professional, got job done, and made sure cleaned up before left.

Fortunately, we could be flexible with our schedule.

The two gentlemen who took care of my problem were very professional, punctual, and helped me understand where my issue had originated. All while being in protective gear and maintaining social distancing. Great job guys! ?

We were moving into our home and noticed a leak - last thing you want to see as you are moving into a new house. We reached out to our insurance who put us in contact with Massey and Massey called us and the literally from the first point of contact to Massey contacting us was maybe 20 minutes! Amazing customer service! Jason came out to our home earlier than anticipated because he knew this was a priority for us to have fixed. He assessed the problem and knew exactly what to do. He stopped the leak and also provided references for us to redo the walls/flooring from the damage the leak had created. Definitely will reach out to Massey again for all our plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with Pathmaker Plumbing. Not only did I receive excellent customer service, but I became an educated consumer.
