Best Water Main Line Replacement in Charlotte NC

I was given an appointment yesterday by their call center for their sales rep to come at 7 am today to give me an estimate for a new air conditioning and furnace. I took that appointment as I go to work at 8 am. When no one showed up at 7 am, I called this company and was told by some one by the name Bryan that their first appointment is at 8:30 and not 7 am. They simply wasted my precious time of me waking up early and making arrangement for them to show what I needed. A complete waste of time for the customers. If they are so poor in keeping their appointment I can very well guess what kind of service they will provide when you have spent more than 14 k on a new unit.Wilfred
