Jason at Julian's Plumbing is a life saver! I could not turn off my bathtub faucet and Jason calmly walking through how to cut off the water in the condo I was renting. He let me send photos to him and he was so great at walking me through what to do. I hadn't even made an appointment yet! He came by the next day and was very quick and knowledgeable. He walked through what he was doing the whole time to teach me to know for the future. Him and his coworker wore masks the whole time and they were very safe the whole time.

Had an issue in bathroom with toilet and plumbing that was not installed correctly when the house was built. Mike Buckley spent time to show me what all the builders plumber had done wrong when the house was built 11 year ago. He went the extra mile and repaired the problem and set everything up. Provided a 6 year warranty on the work. Also was able to get to know a little about him. Very personable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this company.

Stan was incredibly professional and clearly a master in his field. Stan was able to clearly explain the process and help me understand the problem and the solution he was implementing. Stan showed us the 6’ of roots he pulled up and gave us some mitigation tips for the future. Tony was very friendly and knowledgeable, readily sharing that knowledge. The job was a replacement water heater and a significant number of other things to bring the installation up to code.

I've used IRV a few times now for plumbing issues and a gas leak. They've always been quick to respond and professional. MC COY plumbing is a scam I own a rental property that they claimed they fixed and the call was canceled they billed the association and now I'm dealing with them. Be Aware!

The only reason why I gave 4/5 stars was because he arrived an hour and a half early to the appointment and caught us unprepared! Otherwise a great experience, very friendly and upfront. He explained everything he did and made sure we knew what we were paying for. He also provided us with options in the quote. I would definitely recommend them as your go-to plumber!

Reggie arrived on time and knew immediately what the problem's' were. He looked under the sink, then he went to his truck and put together the pipes he needed (gluing the ones that needed it). It was amazing to watch him work. He was fast and efficient, while being professional and courteous.

John is an honest and kind man - his work was excellent, and his presence at my house even better!
