Kevin was great! We had him take a look at the chimes to our doorbell because they were not working and he figured out the problem and was able to replace it. It’s so nice to have a working doorbell again! He was on time, professional and super helpful with all of my questions. Highly recommend!!

Called and asked for them to.come out to replace a panel box. They asked for pictures cause they said they don't come out. So I sent photos. Asked them to email me the estimate. That was last week. Still haven't received it. I will not be using this company. Will be calling someone else. I will not recommend them. If you can't send a estimate why would I trust you to do your job right.

Provided a free estimate and made repairs in a couple of days. Prices are reasonable. Customer service was excellent, called ahead, and on time. I have a few more home projects and I will definitely use VivaElectric again.

We scheduled Mr. Electric to come out to help us with two specific tasks. As a result of the company's courtesy safety check, Daniel (our technician) discovered several issues with our internal and external fuse boxes. He laid out all of the issues in layman's terms and give us all of our options. We were able to make informed decisions and greatly improve the safety of our home. The original tasks were completed as well. We are more than pleased with the result of the service call and will definitely look to use Mr. Electric again. We won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician. Daniel went above and beyond and we are grateful for the work he did. Thanks!

I personally cannot say if this is a bad company but from my current ongoing experience it is not a good one. First - If you want to get in contact with someone you have to call at 430 pm, because that is when you can speak to the manager so he can schedule for someone to come out. When someone finally came out after I had continuously called for a few days. I kept being told I did not know what the issues was and I should call spectrum. I have a faulty coaxial outlet that has a shortage, not difficult to figure out when you have an outlet tester. This is located in my now office, which because of COVID -19, it is clearly needed. Second - after the Electrician, finally grasped that I did actually know what I was talking about and was not just trying to make him do more work. He leaves and says I have to talk to someone to see what needs to happen next. That was over 3 weeks ago , this has been a 2 1/2 month and counting process.

Says open 24/7 get I get an answering machine saying they have closed for the day at 7:30 a.m. while I'm driving behind one of their business vehicles that is obviously active or possibly going to an appointment
