Technician Tony came to my house in Cornelius NC at 6:30pm on a SATURDAY night (nov 3). What a great honest professional experience.
Tony did everything by code, explained to me what he was doing at even had to go in crawl space at night. Tony spent 5 hours resolving my issue and left at 11:30pm.

Kris did an amazing job, answered all my questions thoroughly and was very kind.

Wonderful experience. This company was extremely friendly and easy to maneuver. The work was finished promptly. I called on a Monday and had a scheduled appointment Wednesday (they even called later that day and offered to move the appointment up to Tuesday, but I was unable to do so due to my own scheduling conflicts).

They sent a text message with the name of the technician who would be coming to my home to alert me he was on the way. The technician then called to ensure I was aware.
He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. All work was high quality and I am very glad I used this company.
