Best Sump Pump Maintenance in Charlotte NC

The way a person treats other people says a lot about them and the company they are employed with. While I see there are many people very pleased with the services of this company, I witnessed an employee from Julian's cuss an employee out at lowes this morning. When I say cuss her out, I do not mean the five year old version of swearing. I mean, he said just about every swear word known to man. And why he did this? Because he was trying to return a USED sump pump...now, I don't know Julian's return policy (joke) but lowes has a return policy clearly stated on the back of the receipt stating that used items will not be refunded. So the actions of this man over something so ignorant and petty was beyond me. The way you represent yourself represents your company and I surely will never call Julian's for any work.

I received excellent advise and price quotes on things I need or might need in the future.

I was extremely pleased with the service I got from Mr Rooter. David (who took my call and did the dispatching) and the technician who arrived on-site were great re: communication. The tech walked me through the estimate and got right to work when I agreed to have him fix the very clogged drain. He even knocked out one or two very minor repairs that he noticed could be done while working through the major project. I appreciate Mr Rooter and would absolutely use them again.

Daniel from Option One Plumbing was hands down the best plumber I've ever had to deal with. He had a lot of work to do but got it done in a timely manner and had a good attitude about it which was nice.

Technician Stan came out within 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and patient. Explained everything to us thoroughly. Made sure that everything was clear and working properly before he left. This was my third attempt at clearing my sewer line with other reputable companies. The cheaper options did not do the job right and was trying to convince me that I needed a $5800 new sewer line installed. Stan worked that snake and got my system cleared. If you want it done right, call Roto-Rooter!!!

Bliss plumbing never disappoints and always delivers quality service. Jesse was professional and did quality work. He put down drop cloths cleaned up like he wasn’t even here, was friendly and professional. It’s great to know you can find someone to trust and does the job right the first time

When I called for service, I stated that it takes the water a long time to get hot. That is not the service I received. Matthew did what he was told to do but I wasted money because the problem still exists. The request was not assessed properly because what I received did not solve the problem.

Very happy with Mr. Jordan’s services. He replaced our downstairs hvac system. Good communication, detailed and clean. Will use again as needed!

Duane was very professional, I highly recommend. He was honest in explaining the issue and what was required to fix. He kept to the original estimate with no additional hidden charges.

I called Charlotte Plumbing & Repair to install my dishwasher. They said they would be over in 30 minutes, 30 minutes later a guy showed up and installed it. He was very polite and did a superb job. He ran the dishwasher and stayed for a bit to make sure there were no leaks, even did a little custom work to get the dishwasher to fit snug. I highly recommend these guys.. great price and great service!

From the initial call until the final inspection the process went smoothly. The installers were polite and knowledgeable, and everything the company said they would do, they did. I would recommend Travis Crawford to anyone needing HVAC services.

They were dishonest. They said I needed $1700.00 of pipe repair when all I needed was a new wax ring. I wouldn't let them near my property. Beware!

I called Phoenix Plumbing & Restoration out for a clog in my kitchen sink. We had some grease build up. The took care of my clog quickly. Their prices are fair as well. I will be using them for any further Plumbing issues.
