Had a truly awesome experience with Bruce when he came out to address a blockage we had. He took the time to explain a number of different things to me around our house that would help me take good care of our plumbing and save more money in the long run. We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling which caused a lot of damage and I was so thankful that Carolina Plumbing Pros came same day that I called! They then came back on Sunday morning to complete work after a restoration company started - the quality of service was superb! I have used Carolina Plumbing Pros for 3 significant jobs since I bought my home in 2016. They have resolved several issues that were causing major problems, the most recent repair being the installation of a 2 way cleanout and replacement of sewer piping in my front yard. I have been struggling with slow sewer draining from the house for 2 years and several other plumbers could not find the problem. I finally decided to stop dealing with insurance and called the plumber of my choice, Carolina Plumbing Pros. Turns out, there was a massive ball of threadlike roots that grew into my sewer line right before the 1-way cleanout in the front yard. They did exceptional work, were incredibly knowledgeable and I will continue to call them for my repairs. I couldn't be happier with this company.

We had a back up in our sewer lines. The folks from carolina plumbing pros responded the next day. They fixed the area so that we could use and replaced the pipe in two days. Called in morning with service request, was at our home by 1pm that same day. Scott came and what a great job of diagnosing what our issue was. This was something I had never seen and he had not either. But very systematically eliminating possibilities, he was able to diagnose and fix our issue. He as extremely polite, professional and courteous. We would highly recommend this company and would ask for Scott!

Not professional at all. Long story short with out naming people the tech said he would do our job. Called him to set it up and he said to me on the phone he would do it no problem and to call the office to schedule. Called the office after going over everything we needed done for our remodel she got our address and said she would have to call the tech to verify. Guess she told him not to do it cause she called me back and said we live to far away. We are only 25 minutes from their office. What a joke. They did our friends house which is less than 10 minutes away. Not very professional to tell me and the contractor you would do the job just to have just to have a secretary change your mind. On a better note you want professional service from the office to the tech’s coming out call FatMan Plumbing Pros in Waxhaw. They had no issue coming to our house and we are further away from their office. Also according to their website they go all the way to Gastonia and further but you can’t come to Marshville in the same county your office is in. That 25 minutes into Charlotte may take you a hour to drive when the 25 minutes to my house will only take you 25 minutes. You realize how much gas is now and we weren’t even getting estimates we were giving you the work. Would have been easy money.

Very pleased with completeness of repair of a shower faucet that would not stop dripping, and moving the drainage line to allowing me to install a new vanity. Equally important was the courtesy and respect shown to me -- no upselling, no drama when unknown issues were discovered (three drywall screws had pierced the pipe!), repairs made and system checked and double checked, all my questions answered in non-technical terms. I learned a few things today and would gladly recommend this company.

I didn't leave many reviews but I have to say, these guys are fantastic. This is the second time we have used them (first time to install gas fireplace) and both times they are quick to get here, explain thoroughly and leave no trace of having been in the house (because they are clean!). I had tons of questions about the fireplace and they helped make sure I got the right one to replace the old. And today we called about a possible leak and were here within an hour. They gave an honest evaluation, fixed what they could and the value was great! We've had 2 different plumbers out for our issues and both werr wonderful!!

Last week I called Carolina Plumbing Pros after googling plumbers as we were having new countertops installed and needed a plumber to install the new faucets and reconnect the plumbing. When I called Brittany answered and after explaining what I needed she said, I can send someone out tomorrow to give you a quote. What are pleasant surprise. The next day, Jason Darnell came out to assess what needed done. He was very thorough in explaining what needed done. When I told him the installers were coming Saturday, he said we'll if you need anything I'm on call this weekend. How fortunate that he told me this as when the installers disconnected the disposal and shut off the water there was a leak! They didn't know what to do. I remembered that Jason said to call if I needed anything and so I did. One of the owners answered my frantic call and within 5minutes Jason was on the phone and said he could be there in 20 minutes. He saved the day and the installers. So grateful to have had such a wonderful experience with Carolina Plumbing Pros and the man who saved the day--Jason Darnell. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Had my toilet and shower repaired as well as a leaking pipe. They are very responsive, professional and efficient. Nice quality of work. The two gentlemen who performed the work were very understanding and handled everything professionally. I would definitely recommend them again. I have also used them in the past and have had the same experience always.

After seeing the great Google reviews and recommendations on Nextdoor, I thought I would give these guys a try when I had a non-flushing toilet and kitchen sink backing up. I was highly impressed with the quick response time and service provided by Carolina Plumbing Pros. I called on a Saturday morning and Stefan (I think that was his name) arrived just after 12pm even calling me beforehand to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled. He quickly evaluated the issue and discovered the blockage was at the main sewer line and advised me to call the city as it was their responsibility. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. When I asked him what did I owe for his evaluation and diagnosis of the issue, he stated nothing! Wait..a plumbing company that doesn't charge customers a fee just to show up?? Did not even know that existed but it was very appreciated! Stefan told me if I had any other issues after the city came out to call him back and he would come back if needed. After paying tons to a plumbing company for another issue several years ago (including the dispatch fee) it was definitely a relief to find my new plumbing company! I have already recommended these guys to several friends and I can definitely say I will call Carolina Plumbing Pros from now on when the need arises. Old water heater gave out on Friday morning. Carolina Plumbing Pros came out Friday to give me a free estimate. They were very clear about what they would need to do and what they would replace. Cost was reasonable. They were also the only company that said we could install a 50 gal water heater vs 40 gal. They were able to do the install Saturday morning. They were very professional, laid down drop cloths to keep the house clean, and got the work done quicker than estimated. At the end they went over all the work they did, maintenance info, and warranty. I would definitely recommend them.

I have a warranty company that insures my home. Shawn from Carolina Plumbing was very informative and took his time to review everything with me. He was on time and explained all the questions i had about the project. Very pleased with this company and Shawn's work ethics. I would recommend them anytime.

I called because our faucet was literally running in the turned off position. They sent Shawn out the very next day and he was able to repair right away. Shawn was able to make a minor repair and gave me an estimate for replacing the hardware should the running faucet start up again. I had another company come out and quoted me over $200 more should the hardware need to be replaced. We are very happy with Carolina Plumbing Pros.

Destiny, Stefan & Jordan are the people I worked with. Destiny kept in contact with me by phone and email and was very helpful in scheduling the appointment and emailing the correct forms for me to sign. Stefan and Jordan were the men that did my repairs and replaced my main water line to the street. Both were very respectful of my shrubs and flower beds and did minimal damage to them. Grass seed was replanted and the yard was left in good condition. The price was very reasonable for all the hard work that was done. I appreciated the fact that Stefan and Jordan kept me updated through out the day on what work was being done. I was very pleased with this company and will call them again if I need more work done.

Scott and Samuel were very professional and know exactly what to do to find my slab leak which was in the hot water side, they quickly were able to give me options on re-routing the pipe, since this was not the first time I had a slab leak. This is the 2nd time I have called them, and will call them again to re-route the pipe/ I appreciate honesty and integrity. And this always makes a customer to call back.

Carolina Plumbing Pros is great! I've used them several times. They're always professional, prompt and easy to work with. This last time they fixed a small leak in my toilet that was difficult to find. Although it took 2 visits, they were happy to work me in on a Friday when I called to say the leak wasn't fixed. Carolina Plumbing Pros will be my first call the next time I have a plumbing problem.

Destiny was super helpful in scheduling an appointment and Sam not only showed up early, but did an outstanding job. He explained all of my options and was super professional. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

Water heater sprung a leak, Yikes!! Called Stefan@ Carolina Plumbing Pros. They have repaired other plumbing issues in my home and I was very impressed with their knowledge, speed and efficiency.
So, calling them for this problem was a no brainer! They replaced the water heater, updated all plumbing as required to building code. (The water heater that leaked was original to the home, 26 years old). The whole process from start to finish took less than 3 hours!!!

They came out the next day because I told them the issue wasn't urgent and could wait a day. They quickly diagnosed the issue and how it could.be fixed. Not being pushy or salesy, they gave me a me a very reasonable price and fixed the issue right then. I had them look at my other toilets and they replaced a toilet needed to be replaced all in the same trip. They worked with me on my budget and gave me his personal phone number to call when I got the parts in to descale my tankless water heater. First time using them today and they were wonderful as they were sent out through our Home Warranty company. Brannon was our service technician. We had an appt time from 3-5pm, but he called and asked if he could come earlier since he was done with previous appointment and we so much appreciated that. Brannon was polite and quickly discovered the issue with our toilet. We ended up needing a new toilet so Brannon got that approved with his office and he went to Lowes and purchased the one we wanted and came back and installed it. I now have a new pluming company that I know I can rely on. Thanks for the great service!

UPDATE: 02/27/20 Stefan called to gather more info on the issue. He was courteous and offered to come the next hour or next day. He in fact came the next day, identifying the issue as a city issue. The city is at the house digging up their pipes as we speak. I changed the rating to four stars. If this happened first off, my rating would be five. END UPDATE.

If I could leave a lower rating I would. My warranty company scheduled a service call for February 25th when I called on February 21st.

My warranty company contracted with Carolina Plumbing Pros and scheduled an appointment for today. Carolina Plumbing Pros was supposed to call me back by end of day to confirm I was on the schedule. They didn’t.

I called them the next day. When I called, Destiny told me that I was on the schedule for Tuesday. And she mentioned it if wanted something sooner I should call the warranty company to see what I could do. Destiny then cancelled the appointment for today, February 25th.

I called the warranty company and asked for a quicker appointment. There was no appointments sooner so I didn’t ask them to cancel the appointment. Today, I called Carolina Plumbing Pros to see when they planned to come by the house. Destiny informed me that I was no longer on the schedule.

I don’t understand why I was told to call the warranty company if I could schedule with Carolina Plumbing Pros independent of the warranty company.

Stay away from the non-responsive, poor communicating company doing business as Carolina Plumbing Pros.

Scott and Stefan were awesome. We had a tankless water heater and filtration system installed. Clean install and all working well. We found a handful of unrelated issues that they fixed for us at no additional charge. Stefan even helped me get our new gas range into the house. Really professional and great people to work with.

I had an issue with my PRV and Jason Cowick was assigned my job. He was awesome. He diagnosed the issues and shared solutions in a manner that made sense to me. He patiently answered all my questions and then did the work. After the job was complete he showed me the changes and additions so that I would have that knowledge. He completely explained everything he was going to do and the price he was going to charge before he did anything. he was patient with me and all my questions about different options. When we agreed on the service to be done, he was quick and quite. He didn't mind that I was looking over his shoulder, or at least I don't think he minded. I had a great experience with Shawn at Carolina Plumbing Pros! I had a surging loud noise in my pipes, and after getting an appointment scheduled with them, Shawn came out and diagnosed the problem as a faulty pressure regulating valve. He also took the time to answer a lot of my questions I had about the plumbing in my house, and a possible hot water heater replacement I've been considering.

When my husband and I learned we had to have all the plumbing pipes replaced from polybutylene to pex, we immediately began to worry about which plumbing company to use and how much it was going to cost to get the job done right. We wondered how a re-pipe in a 2 story home on a slab foundation would be done and how much damage it would do to the home we’ve nearly renovated throughout- both inside and out! I immediately went to Google to find the highest ranked companies that were not from some “national” or ‘big-box’ type stores that seem to always provide the least service for the highest price. We wanted to deal local and with a small business. We began scheduling visits and accepting quotes. Some ranged from the lower end of $5,400 to as high as over $21K— which dumbfounded us! Then I stumbled across Carolina Plumbing Pros and read their reviews— I saw how they replied to “that” customer who wouldn’t be happy if “Jesus the Plumber” fixed their problems— and it was then that I saw how Destiny kept records and handled herself in the professional way I would if I dealt with that customer. I called and scheduled a visit and Dobri came out and did a magnificent and thorough job of explaining the scope of the work required and answered every question I had. Then came one of the best aspects of their service— the putting everything back together and painting! Not a single quote I’d received yet (7 at that point) included putting the Sheetrock back together and painting the accessed areas to make it look like they were never here. That was a major part that caught my eye — and then the quote came — and the choice was made. Their price was not just competitive, it was exactly what we were prepared to pay given some of the other quotes we had received that didn’t include nearly half the work Dobri and his team were going to perform. I sit here typing this review on Day 2 of the project and not only is the work 3/4’s done (including passing inspection by the city earlier today)— but the holes are already patched, taped, and muddled- twice! I am not concerned about waiting til the painting is done tomorrow (after sanding)— my review is burning to get out there for every one of you seeking a plumbing company to find— choose these people and you will NOT go wrong. First experience in with Carolina Plumbing Pros. Destiny was great scheduling my service and getting someone out to my house quickly. Once onsite, Shawn was thoroughly troubleshooted the source of my leak to minimize the size/amount of holes needed in my kitchen ceiling. I was back to normal within hours.

I found Carolina Plumbing Pros on Home Advisor website at 6:30am on Monday. The site showed the first available appointment was the next day at 9am so I scheduled it. At around 9am the first day, I got a call from Carolina Pros asking me if I would like an appointment same day. I was thrilled to receive such quick response from them :-). They were very flexible meeting my schedule. Randy came out in a well marked van, looked at my three problems and assured me he could take care of them immediately and gave me an approx. cost which I asked him about. I was impressed with the professionalism and cost for the work. I will repost if there is any problem with what they did, but at this point, I am very satisfied and would definitely refer my friends and family to use Carolina Plumbing Pros!!

I had a great experience with Shawn. He showed up right on time. Even earlier than expected!! And he gave me two options for my toilet both reasonably priced. And I chose to have the toilet rebuilt so that I could keep my Koehler handle on my Mansfield toilet. It worked beautifully. He was neat wearing shoe booties the entire time he was in my home. First let me start by saying I called my Plumber and I was told earliest appt was 10 days out to fix my water line in our upstairs bathroom that the carpenter nailed a brad through the water line and when it was removed it was like a giant super soaker. My plumber referred me to two other companies one never called me back and Carolina Plumbing Pros answered and to my surprise was able to get a technician out the same day. They called to advise their Tech Jason was running behind but would call me 30 min before he arrived which he did. Met Jason at agreed time at our home. Jason had the repair done in less than 20 min and also advised us about the water leak under the toilet and how to correct it once our new floor is installed. Very knowledgeable, professional and I highly recommend Carolina Plumbing Pros. They are my Plumbing company from now one and I have already told our neighbors as well.

Our water heater cracked. Called Carolina Plumbing Pros and they came out the same day and advised on replacement and also code upgrades (our water heater was 18 years old). Work was completed the following day. Very happy with the service and the price was much better than the other quote we'd gotten.

Jason came out to unclog a kitchen sink. It was out pretty far but he was successful. In addition, he noticed that there was a small leak under the sink that we weren't aware of and went above and beyond to correct that as well while he was there. I've used this company several times with my property management and have always had a good outcome!

We have used Carolina Plumbing Pros twice. The first time was to replace a failed water heater with a tankless system. Which by the way is the best invention ever! Great service and installation!

The second time was to repair a gas line that had failed behind our gas range. Stefan came out and reconfigured the line and regulator arrangement for a very reasonable price!

I have had to have 2 plumbing jobs done in the past couple weeks and these guys are amazing! First was a VERY clogged kitchen sink and some incorrect plumbing parts from the houses previous owner. 30 min and it was all set and good to go.

The second was having a water monitoring system put on the houses main water supply. I ordered the Moen Flo and they came out and gave me an estimate and had it installed in less than an hour!

I have had the Carolina Plumbing Pros come out on a few occasions this year. First, to come fix a ventillation and clogged toilet, and then to come repair a leak in the main water line coming from my well. The team did an incredible job and were willing to take the time to explain the problems and provide their advice as well. When we had to replace our sewer line and re pipe all of the plumbing under the house they did an outstanding job. They were the only plumbing co. that did not ask what the other plumbing companies said was wrong. Their price was the second most affordable out of four quotes. I worked with Stefan (co-owner) and Daniel (technician).

I had a leak below the deck of my whirlpool tub in the master bathroom and had everything diagnosed before I made my call to Carolina Plumbing. I knew I would need a pro since the job was going to be a tough job. I explained what needed to be done to Shawn in detail and he just smiled and said well, let's have a look.
I was flat out wrong in my diagnosis and much to my pleasant surprise the leak was fixed with a simple washer.

OMG!!!! I have had three contractors at my house this year. A landscaper and a deck builder. THIS IS THE FIRST ONE THAT DID WHAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD DO IT. Stefan, Scott and Destiny did an amazing job making my water line replacement as painless as possible.

As a new homeowner, it's stressful enough to have things go wrong but also having to worry about finding a reliable, trustworthy plumber. Shawn came out when we noticed some water damage on our ceiling downstairs, directly below our master bathroom. He called at least 20 minutes before his arrival and arrived in the agreed window, both of which I very much appreciate, and as soon as he stepped inside, he promptly put booties over his shoes. (Another mark of a very professional company!) He was friendly, professional, and wonderful at explaining everything he was doing as he worked to troubleshoot our issue. In the end, he successfully located the issue (the plumbers putty around the shower drain had dissolved over time and needed to be replaced), fixed it, and tested everything to make sure there was no more leaking. We could not be happier with the service we received, and I will definitely call them if I ever need a plumber for anything else.

Our hot water heater broke and started leaking through the ceiling. This was on a Tuesday night. The next am i found their reviews online and called. Stefan was here early Wednesday am and gave me an estimate along with 2 other plumbers. There was one other plumber that was a little less but he didnt mention reinforcing the floor in the attic now that it had gotten warped from the water. I felt like for the small difference let stefan do it. While he was here he fixed another small leak on the main water valve. Very professional but also warm and i felt trustworthy. Hired them to replace my tank water heater with a tankless water heater and I would hire them again. I originally called them and Benjamin Franklin Plumbers for a quote on a tankless water heater. Carolina Plumbing was a full $1,000 LESS than Ben Franklin, and that's before taxes. I also appreciated that the price Carolina Plumbing quoted me included taxes, so I knew exactly how much I had to pay when they completed the job. The other guys do not include the tax amount in their quote. Jason was the one to provide the estimate and do the work the following week. He was very nice and answered my questions. I needed a garbage disposal replaced and issues with a leaking pipe from a shower. This plumbing company is by far the best I have ever dealt with, STEFAN called me when he was on his way and was very promp. I had a water main leak. He had to dig up my lawn , which he did very carefully and dug down about four feet to repair the broken main. After he completed the repair he carefully placed the sod back to the point you could barely tell he was there. This is the only company I will ever use. Could not be happier!

Woke up at 4am to notice water coming from behind our wall and running under the floor. I called our warranty company who got us an appointment with Carolina Plumbing for the next day as they were booked full. I received a call from their service center confirming the appointment and I explained to them our situation and he told me that if there was any cancellations that they would get back to me. Shortly after i received a call saying they could fit me in today. A couple hours later Stephan showed up and went right to work. He quickly diagnosed where the leak was without being able to see any pipes because they were behind a wall. After we cut out a small section of our wall he was able to quickly cut and restore a new section of piping. Stephan was very courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you very much Carolina Plumbing Pros!

If I could give then 6-stars, I would!!! We had a leak in our water heater and Carolina Plumbing Pros were out the next day, communicated with our Home Warranty Company and quickly had a completely new unit and all new piping and connections in place with as little out of pocket cost to us as possible.

The men who serviced our home were friendly, responsive, and highly communicative in walking us through what the issues were and what was needed to fix them. And to speak a little more about their character, they replaced our unit in 100 degree weather without so much as a complaint.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I would not trust my plumbing needs to anyone else. My downstairs toilet backed up on Labor Day and the first plumber I contracted through my home warranty seemingly only applied a temporary fix. The plumbing technician ran a snake for 100ft through the relief valve, but in retrospect I believe this only pushed the stoppage farther down. I few days later the toilet was backed up. That is when I contacted Carolina Plumbing Pros. JR was timely, professional, and informative. He knew right away what the first plumber had done wrong. He walked me through the problem and explained in clear, layman's terms what he would do to address it. He ran a snake, this time from a more optimal valve in the yard and pulled out the stoppage. In addition, he advocated for me against my home warranty company who was trying to swindle their way out of paying for it. In a professional manner, he described how his service was in response to the original service request which was not adequately addressed by the first plumber. Long story short, my home warranty insurance agreed to cover it. In addition, as a precaution, JR ran a camera through the sewer line. That is when he found that line was broken and roots had gotten in there. He showed me the images on his monitor and explained that the line needed to be fixed and that it was only a matter of time until the next stoppage. I was dismayed as I had previously researched what it would cost to repair a sewer line. He then explained to me that because of the location of the break, the city was responsible for the repair. That was music to my ears!!! He gave me clear instructions on what to say when I contacted the city. I followed his instructions. It took some time, but the city completed the necessary repair last week. I cannot speak for other technicians in this company. What I can affirm is that JR is the optimal combination of expertise, professionalism, genuine care, and a unique ability to explain complicated things in uncomplicated ways. For this reason, I strongly recommend this company.

Daniel did a great job diagnosing and fixing my problem. This was two days ago, and I've already recommended Carolina Plumbing and Daniel to a friend. I've 4 plumbers work in my house over the past ten years. Carolina is the only one that has left me feeling like I would definitely call them again for service or repair.

Tommie showed up right on time to replace our garbage disposal. He found issues with our faucet that we were unaware of and walked us through getting it replaced. These guys are great ! I had them out a year ago to replace my hot water heater and most recently to repair my wife's garden tub. Troy and Chris saved me several hundred dollars removing, rebuilding and replacing the water diverter in the garden tub, paying particular attention to the removal of the trim, panels and associated components that nothing was damaged and could be easily reinstalled without any signs of the service repair work. These guys are professional, trustworthy, experienced, and do excellent work. If you need any plumbing work you should really call Stephan first, CPP owner, as both he and his guys are the best.

Wife had a diamond earring fall down a sink. They came out very quickly, were extremely nice and thoughtful, and got the earring out in a flash. Very fair pricing and very understanding. We just moved into a new house only to discover something was wrote with our water bill. We had CPP come out and take a look because they were an approved vendor with our Home Warranty. He found our problem right away (faulty pressure valve) and walked me threw all his findings. We ended up doing a new valve, new toilets and a thermal expansion tank. While I didn't get any other bids, the price seemed very reasonable and I felt very comfortable with his expertise on choosing new toilets and how the pressure valve worked for our home. Horrible experience with the tech Stefan (owner of the business). Perhaps he was having a bad day (and I don’t care if he was as the paying customer should never know if you are) but his communication and customer service skills were awful. He did an obvious incorrect installation and instead of acknowledging his mistake and fixing it, he instead was disrespectful and argued with me. Worst, tried to take advantage and attempted to overcharge me for a simple/part job. Very disappointed and discouraged.

As an aside, Destiny (the person who answered the phone) provided excellent customer service. Perhaps she can train the owner on what that looks and feels like, and the level of professionalism one should have....especially while servicing people inside their homes.

I would never use or recommend this business again.

Sean was awesome! He came in my home and started working right away. My shower spout was inoperable and he replaced it before my lunch ended and I had to get back to work. The level of professionalism shown by him was above the standard. If I need any work done again, I want Sean!

Most unprofessional company I've ever worked with. Came out and failed to snake a drain (kept going into the vent, not the drain), scheduled a service they couldn't perform (snaking drain from the roof), canceled the service without telling us (owner tells me he's not comfortable putting his guys on a 1 story ranch home), failed to follow up each time (3 times). The list goes on - Extremely unorganized regardless of plumbing skill, poor communication, and highly unprofessional.

Chad was awesome! He helped me figure out what was going on with both of my water heaters, was extremely nice, and very knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend him and Carolina Plumbers! They were on time and great to work with!

We had another plumbing company fix a sink and they told us we needed a pressure reducing valve as our house didn't have one. Called up Carolina Plumbing Pros for an estimate and they found the pressure release valve under house - the other company didn't even look there. Their estimate for a new toilet instillation was $200 less than the other company. They showed up when promised and did a great job.

I had a plumbing emergency. The customer service rep at HWA told me to call Carolina Plumbing Pros to see if they can come sooner than the next morning since I have a leak in the wall and at the time we could not find the water shut off valve so water was sleeping through my wood floor. When the owner finally returned my call he told me that he could not come that day and was very rude to me on the phone. I immediately called HWA back to find a plumber that could come then. I ended up getting approval to use another company Just In Time who was friendly and came immediately even though they were not a vendor of HWA. The next day a customer service rep called from Carolina Plumbing Pros called to see if we still needed them which mind you it is almost 12pm the next day. I told her that it was an emergency so we ended up calling somewhere else. She got a nasty attitude and said, “Well I was just calling to see if you still needed us. We couldn’t come yesterday.” I then told her I don’t know what the attitude is for and told her that the owner is just as rude and got off the phone. They will never even get a trade call fee from me again and it’s sad because the first time they assigned them to us awhile back the technician was great.

We had 3 estimates to replace our water heater. Carolina Pros was the most reasonable and the technician Dabri found things that the other two companies had missed. I highly recommend them!

My husband found a leak seemingly caused by corrosion inside the water heater which caused it to stop working. Stefan came out the same day and a few hours later we had a new heater installed for a reasonable price. He even fixed a valve leak at the main intake water line to the house for no additional charge. Highly recommend!

Daniel came out in a timely fashion for an urgent problem. He showed up at the time he said he'd come, which is always appreciated. He did a thorough assessment, and relieved the obstruction. When, as he had warned us might happen, the obstruction recurred, he and the owner came back immediately and made plans to resolve it completely with some further plans. We appreciated the extra attention they paid to our needs.

I contacted this company twice to try and detect a leak on my property. The 2nd time the owner said that i need to hire separate company to detect the leak and dig. When i asked if he could do it he blew me off and said he couldnt be on call for me. What kind of service is that ? What kind of plumber cant detect leaks? I guess he can only fix obvious problems. But why lie and say you provide leak detection services when you dont and have an attitude with a customer willing to pay. I had to go with expensive a*s morris jenkins at least they are capable of doing the work.

Dubri was able to resolve a lingering sewer issue that a highly recommended, trusted plumber failed to identify and fix. He patiently partnered with the city to explain the root cause of the issue, and what his findings were, which ultimately resulted in huge savings for us. I greatly appreciate his honesty and integrity, and will be forever greatful that he answered the call to come to our home.

I called this company to quote and possibly install a hot water heater for me. Stefen went to site and performed the work. We then spoke on the phone and agreed on a price. Due to his accent I got confused on the terms of our agreement. I then questioned it with his administrator at the office and signed an agreement less than the price agreed on. He called me and explained the situation, I agreed that I had misunderstood and we could move forward. He then criticized me and implied that I was acting scandalous or sketchy with my previous engagement with his office.

The price was exactly what the other contractors in the area were charging and I don't have to put up with being called a liar and a cheat due to a miscommunication that I OWNED UP TO!!!!

Couldn't be more pleased with this company and their technician, Tommie. He diagnosed my hot water heater needing to be replaced and performed the install. Another vendor tried to do a quick fix and it still leaked. The unit was 20 yrs. old. It needed replacement.

I was a technician for the company, and I do not recommend them for any reason. There basic goal is to try to get claims denied through the warranty company rusulting in customer having to pay out of pocket. They will give you reasons why you have to have an pressure regulator valve and an expansion tank, (for example: up to code) when actually it's not imparative that you have to have it. It's there go to product for an up sale.
I'm not defacing the company, I'm simply speaking to truth, trying to look out for all the customers that are considering.
