There's never a good time for your heat to break down but Jared was the tech that spent much of his weekend getting me price quotes and helping me by going over all of my options. He went above and beyond and never made me feel pressured. He assured me that I would be back up and running with a new system in no time. When it came time for the install Josh and Chris did an awesome job. They were laid back, down to earth, polite, and thorough. They were respectful of my property and treated my home like it was their own. They spent extra time going over things and answering all of my questions. The office staff was also friendly and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Doing business with this company was a great experience all around. They really do live up to the highest standards.

The technician did an outstanding job. I asked him is he enjoyed working with the company. He said he felt valued and the best company he has worked for. Once he surveyed the issue he reviewed with me in detail on how to repair the job. When he had to go to get a part he asked me if he get me anything with water or a soda. He was very thoughtful. Once the job was completed he tested his work three times to insure it was working properly. He lived out the values as advertised in your ads.

Throughout the entire process the team at Travis Crawford were professional and courteous. I've had many companies come to my home and do work over the last few years and none were as good as this team. Jared, the field tech, who initially came out was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to understanding my options. The crew that came out for the installation of my new HVAC system were courteous, professional, and respectful of my home. Special shout out to Hickory, who went above and beyond in helping us. Both Joey and Chris worked at our house. They installed new coils, performed maintenance on our units, ran wire to relocate our thermostat and replaced two thermostats with smart thermostats. They were both courteous, respectful, kind, efficient and professional. They both took the time to answer any and all questions that my husband and I had. Very nice and honest technician Billy Cole. He performed a seasonal service on our air conditioner and furnace, something we found out the previous owners had never done. He was able to bring the units back up to speed and running properly. He replaced a couple parts. It was a pleasure dealing with him and the company was fairly priced and easy to deal with overall. I recommend going with the service contract, as it’s a much better value when having your units serviced twice a year.

I cannot recommend Travis Crawford enough!!! His team was professional from start to finish in installing a new furnace. They had to search to find what we needed to replace our old system with the inventory that is available these days. They were so diligent in finding what we needed. The actual installation date went without a hitch and his installers were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. They are now my go-to company. He truly means what he says in the ads!!!!

All items were performed as requested which was servicing three furnaces. Communication with the service technician Billy Cole was good throughout the entire process. Alex did a great job. He diagnosed the issue within 1 minute of listening to the outside unit. Wasn’t the news I wanted, but good to know I was dealing with someone that knew what they were doing. Friendly staff when I called to make inquiries and easy to book. They were able to come out the next day. Had a great experience with the team at Travis Crawford every step of the way. They've got a great system in place so we always knew what was happening and what to expect. My heat went out so I called my home warranty company. After two-days of them being unable to find and available contractor, I called Travis Crawford. I chose them because of the owners ads I had heard on the radio. I thought he sounded genuine and I wanted to see if it was really that good of a company.

SImply, the Best!! The girl that took my call assured me that they were completely booked for the day, but they would consider me as an emergency case and someone would contact me to set up a late afternoon of evening appointment. Jared stopped by on his way home after a very long day. He was considerate, professional, kind and seemed genuinely concerned about getting the issue diagnosed quickly, but accurately. It's a very old system, so I knew it would provide a challenge.

Because the repair parts (multiple) failed and because of the age of the unit, a repair could not be done. I opted to put in a new unit because the quote provided was reasonable (I knew prices were going to go way up in 2023), and I was getting ready to sell the house.

The earliest they could get installers to the house was a few days away, so Jared offered to provide space heaters, but I graciously declined. I always wanted to buy a couple anyway, so it gave me an excuse.

The installers, David and John H. arrived on time and like Jared, were extremely polite, professional and skilled at their jobs. David took a look at everything and said, this should take about 5 - 6 hours. He was spot on. They cleaned up everything, removed all that they brought and hauled away a drip pan that a previous HVAC company had left in my garage a year ago. This company, and everyone who works there are wonderful, caring, compassionate folks. You feel warm being in their company or talking with them on the phone. If I had an HVAC issue in the home I moved into, I would first contact Travis Crawford to see if anyone was interested in doing a job over 400 miles away.
They're so amazing, I would be willing to pay travel and hotel expenses for a crew, just so I could use Travis Crawford!

Travis Deason was our technician and he was GREAT! He was courteous and professional. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem we were having and fix it for a very reasonable cost. We also inquired about a tankless hot water heater. The price he quoted us was better than we had received from other providers and he got us on the schedule for the next day. We had TC come out and replace our condenser and coil. After a few months we already had lost the majority of our refrigerant because of a major leak. They sent out a tech and instead of fixing the leak he just added refrigerant to it and rescheduled to a different day to actually repair it. (So we had to move our schedule around for a third time for them to correct their install issue). Adding refrigerant to a 410A system is terrible for a brand new compressor, you don't know what part of that mixture leaked out and just adding it in makes an improper mixture running through the system and shortens the life of it. And then to top it all off they come to fix the leak and then don't retape the coil to plenum, which can cause extreme mold issues in the duct work! They could've gotten my entire family exposed to black mold. Luckily I saw this and corrected it myself because I didn't want to have to schedule a FOURTH trip just because they're too lazy to get a piece of tape off the truck. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They don't know what they're doing.

Never had a problem with Travis Crawford. They’re very responsive and professional. They’re there when they say they’ll be there and do what they say they’re going to do. Every tech I’ve met is always pleasant and explain all the details of your system and how it’s performing.

Our technician Charles was very friendly and professional. He tried to fix our problem first, but we then decided to just replace the valve. Also, want to say Ashley, who answers the phones and sets the appointments is great.

Routine maintenance check. Our tech Christopher Bryant, was incredibly friendly and professional. He was very thorough with his explanation of everything he looked at. Incredibly happy with this company!

Jared was perhaps the best, most knowledgeable and helpful tech we’ve ever had. He taught me a few things as well. Not rushed conversation and completed his work quickly and quietly.

Wonderful service and people but the prices aren't even realistic. Charged me $90 for a service call just to quote me $1,700 to snake two drains. Another company did it for $77 and no service call fee. Hard to comprehend the pricing.

It only allowed me to give five stars however if I could give 10 Stars I would at least for this experience on this service call. ChrisB was my Travis Crawford technician who serviced my heat system. I cannot say enough good things about this young man. I would consider myself to have very good people skills and could very easily see through anyone's BS if you know what I mean. But this guy was exceptional his people skills were spot on was genuinely honest about his approach to servicing my unit.
He took the time to explain everything in detail. He was not rushed but very thorough. He is Young but not like today's young people. I cannot say enough good things about this genuine go-getter of a Young Man other than I would recommend this company but I would highly recommend you ask for Chris to be your technician. It takes a lot for me to be impressed and I am not a Google reviewer generally per se but had to do a review on this one. he is the face of this company Travis Crawford be proud and do what you need to do to keep him

We had a leak and non working garbage disposal. The technician, Charles Brantley, was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about the issue and made helpful recommendations on next moves to fix the issue. This was our first time but definitely will not be our last with Travis Crawford.

We haven’t yet made a decision but I wanted to mention Jared, the representative who came by to evaluate our needs. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, informative, and articulate. At this point, I couldn’t have asked for more.

During the service on a slow drain, the snake punctured a pipe and water began leaking from the ceiling in a downstairs bathroom. The plummer cut the drywall to replace the damaged pipe to stop the leak. David Hidgen was contracted by you, Travis Plumming to do the work. Mr. Hidgen arranged to come today (March 5) at 12pm to start the repairs. He canceled 2 hours before the appointment. Mr. Hidgen originally told me that he needed to work 4 hour windows to allow the materials/surfaces adequate drying time. The job would take about 4 days. I provided him with multiple options when I would be available, however today Mr. Hidgen said the job was not worth his time. He will not do the work. The hole in my ceiling where the plummer removed the drywall needs to be replaced, ASAP. What reputable contractor will you schedule to complete the work?

Billy was very thorough and found multiple things that had gone wrong in our attic which was causing leakage into the laundry room below. He was able to get everything fixed the day of his apt. And we hopefully should be good to go moving forward.

I’ve used TC HVAC for over fifteen years. I’ve at times attempted to cheat on our relationship with side pieces like One Hour and Parks….both were extremely disappointing and a huge let down. I’ll never cheat on TC again. Was on time, knew the job, and charged a fair price. Joey is by the best at his craft.

I have neurological deficits and was afraid I'd damage the thermostat if I removed the cover to change batteries, and that I'd be unable to reprogram it after power failures if I opted out of batteries. Chris was very patient and professional-- he literally walked me through the reprogramming procedure 4 times and he also changed the batteries for me. *This was a complimentary FREE service call so the company made NO MONEY for this!) I plan on using this company for my future HVAC needs.

Communication was great! I love how they informed me on who was coming and showing me their picture of what they look like so I know who to expect. I was extremely disappointed with the experience I had with Travis Crawford Heating Cooling & Plumbing. I thought I was purchasing a new system for the whole house, but only purchased a unit for the upstairs unit. This misunderstanding removed the ability to get competitive pricing. The initial service Tech, Kyle, never called me back as promised to see if a discount could be given for such a grave situation. When he did call me back 5 days later, he called about payment. I hope that Travis Crawford Heating Cooling & Plumbing will do a better job of explaining what a customer is buying, especially when words like full system are used. Not everyone speaks HVAC.

After having a few questions after my service the owner called me directly to address any of my concerns. He even sent out another technician the following day to make sure that everything was in order. Thanks for caring about your customers.

I've used Travis Crawford for a tankless water heater installation as well as a new HVAC system, and the biggest takeaway I have is their high level of professionalism. The customer service is top notch and immediately evident starting with their inside team and remains consistent all the way through installation. It's hard finding good trustworthy contractors that provide good value at fair prices. Fortunately when it comes to HVAC and plumbing, I have nothing to worry about.

I couldn’t figure it out myself about what was wrong with my AC/Heater until George and Brandon came along and said that I was time to change my unit of 20 years. They have not replaced the water heater yet but will be this monday. Charles Brantley came and was able to determine based on the type of issue and age of the water heater that it needed to be replaced. Charles and Paige made the whole process painless and seemless.

1. HVAC heater was not working. HVAC tech was there the same day to diagnose the issue.

2. The HVAC tech, Jared, was very professional.

3. He was Very knowledgeable on HVAC.

4. He Explained the issue very well with a clear/honest explanation of repair costs.

I cannot say enough good things about Travis Crawford Heating Cooling and Plumbing. We had a city sewer line back up into the first floor of our house and their responsiveness was incredible. Because it was pretty much an emergency, their scheduler said they would send someone out immediately and they did. I received text message updates about which employees would be arriving and at what time. Once the men got here, they communicated with me in person and via text while I was not home to keep me updated on the situation. They brought in additional help as needed to get my problem solved and they explained my situation and my options really well. This is the first time I have used Travis Crawford and I cannot imagine using anyone else in the future.

Plumbing drain to the home was clogged causing water from air condensate line from air conditioning to overflow (causing water damage to attic and second and first levels of the home). Got a referral to Travis Crawford from a colleague. Called and technicians were at my house in an hour. Marvin & his apprentice Travis were professional and provided excellent customer service. Plumbing problem was addressed and I have my AC going again with no problems. I recommend their services.

We have had Travis Crawford Heating & Cooling bi-annually servicing our home's HVAC system since 2019 and have always had a good experience. When our system suddenly failed to cool our home, we called TCHC. Technician Kyle Evans arrived promptly the following day to diagnose the problem. He educated us on all our options forward (including both repair and replacement), answered all our questions, and was honest & direct with us about the long term and short term benefits and drawbacks of each option. Mr. Evans was patient and compassionate while we determined the most cost effective long-term solution for our family. Our family determined the most fitting solution for us long-term to be replacement of our current, failed system. Through the entire decision-making process we felt respected and supported, never pressured. We promptly scheduled the replacement with Mr. Evans that day to be completed within the week. Because the system would not cool, Mr. Evans provided us with portable AC units to cool our home in the time between failure and the new installation.

In the office, Cody, Madison, and Salina communicated with us regularly to coordinate all appointments, confirm arrival times, and provided us with photos of the technicians who would arrive at our home to perform the installation. They were also able to schedule the installation for sooner than originally planned, which we greatly appreciated. All office personnel were professional, timely, and kind. The technicians who performed the installation from start to finish were Danny Hamlin, Joe Pavlov, John Hodges, Mark Hudome, and Josh Carter. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and thorough. They worked diligently, did not damage any of our belongings or our home in the process of the installation, and were careful to keep the area as clean as they found it.

All in all, as unfortunate as it is to have to replace costly systems, it was a very good experience. Every person who touched this installation was so genuine and respectful of our home, our family, and our time. In January, our HVAC system was replaced with the brand of unit that I wanted along with a new thermostat. The installers arrived on time. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The work was performed in a reasonable amount time and satisfactorily. There were a couple of things that I needed changed and the issues were corrected very quickly to meet my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Travis Crawford Heating and cooling.

The technician, Sam, was nice and professional. He did a great job. However, the prices are insane. I was charged $900 to replace 4.9 pounds of freon. $700 was to repair a copper pipe attached to the outside unit that was leaking (not replaced but repaired). 3 hours of labor. $1600 bill for the service. If you think this is reasonable, go for it. If not, do yourself a favor and shop around. I understand the inflation, but this is insane.

We had a very good experience on the installation as the team was well organized and professional. Cleaned up everything very well and were right on time.
We had a minor thermostat glitch after the install and TC was very responsive and sent someone right away who resolved the problem very quickly.

Travis Crawford installed my first HVAC system in April 2006 through another company, so it was an easy choice to call his company now. I was not disappointed. JD Laney and Jonathan Smith arrived on time, around 8:15 am, and set to work to remove my previous system [American Standard] which always worked great, and then installed my new Trane system. They were neat, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. . . super polite and I was totally relaxed because they were totally efficient and I knew they knew exactly what they were doing. They had everything done by 3 pm which is amazing and I can't say enough nice things about them. Now, I just have to pray that my Trane gives me the same wonderful service that my American Standard did.

Travis Crawford Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job! From the time I called them to the through completion of my AC installation. The technicians were friendly and very knowledgeable, the office staff was very nice and quick to respond and they even send you text updates on when your technician will arrive. (On-time I might add) It is a breathe of fresh air to deal with a company that is knowledgeable, fair priced, and communicates efficiently with their customer. I have used them for years and will continue. Give them a try and see for yourself!!

They wanted $4000 to replace a wax seal and run a snake down a roof vent and told my wife they had to pull a permit to do it. Lol
I was also told on the phone that because I was a new customer that the service fee would be $30. They charged my wife $60.

Another great experience with Travis Crawford HVAC & Plumbing. Travis and his team have been servicing our home since the beginning (12 years) and several years ago noticed some concern with the duct work under the house. To prepare for the hot summer months ahead we went ahead with the full replacement in February 2022. David and Josh arrived bright and early. They did a fantastic job. David explained the scope of work and kept me updated throughout the day. Although we will probably never crawl under the house to see the work, but David assured me it was very well done!! My family can already tell a HUGE difference in the way air is being distributed in our house We've used the TC team for system maintenance, HVAC system replacement, gas line installation, plumbing in kitchen remodel, bathroom plumbing duct installation for a new kitchen hood and now a full replacement of duct under the house. Excellent service. They came out promptly and repaired our sewage line which backed up into our home. Their work was excellent and pricing was extremely fair compared to another name brand company that wanted 5x what Travis charged, and they didn’t even offer less expensive quicker options to get our plumbing back up and running. Travis also serviced our tankless hot water heater and shower at another previous home and did excellent work with very fair pricing. I can’t say enough good things about these folks. Jason Harmon with Travis Crawford was great! I called them on Monday morning to fix my heat and they had Jason out at 12:00 pm that same day. Jason was professional and personable when he explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain every part of the process without hesitation. As soon as the part came in Jason was back out again to do the repairs. The repairs took about an hour which is much quicker than I expected. We started to smell a musty scent when our AC was on. We reached out to our trusty technician, Josh. He informed us that HVAC that goes under the crawlspace is prone to this scent. He was dispatched within 24 hours and was able to disperse the smell.
We are new homeowners in CTL and have learned a lot about HVAC in the past year. We found our HVAC company for the next 50 years!!!

They were fast, professional, and friendly, with plenty of resources and they made sure to have extra eyes come through and look through the work to verify quality. They also accommodated my geography by working on the side of a hill and avoiding the easier flat part. That would have made it a lot easier on them but they were diligent with my requests anyway. They were also speedy with the install.

Excellent Company! Great Service! A year ago (Mar '20) i had to replace my two HVAC units. I contacted several local companies and an independent contractor. Travis Crawford offered me the best overall option (Price, Follow up check ins, Annual Maintenance Plan, Service and Warranty). Their warranty was the best, 10 year parts (manufacturer) and 10 year Service ( Travis Crawford).

Installation - No issues, Travis did a great job.
Inspection - They scheduled everything with the county and rectified a couple of things the inspector found.
Filing - They filed all the paper work including the capital improvement form with the county.
Post Installation Service - they do two free post installation services.
Customer Service - Awesome! I usually speak with a lady called Paige. She is very sweet and professional. And most of all, she is efficient. She was super helpful during the installation process and scheduling the various appointments.

First Service - 6 months after installation. No issues. Technician was great. Very professional and courteous.

Today I had my second service check up. My technician was Jason. I only have kudos for him. He found an issue with the equipment that apparently occurred during installation. First of all, I am please with the fact that they offer two services. Sometimes things happen or cannot be caught right away. So this in my mind is a good protocol to ensure the equipment and installation are correct. Jason spent 4 hours (until 7pm) working on the issue. He was very professional and thorough. He did not want to leave until the problem was solved. This is going above and beyond!

Scheduled a free consultation and met with Mark Hudome. He was very professional and had great salesmanship; very transparent and did not pressure us at all. I have signed up with Travis Crawford HVAC (TC) for the semiannual maintenance plan. Yesterday was first maintenance visit performed by Kyle Evans of TC. I observed him performing his work and saw him perform a very thorough program checking both systems and making necessary adjustments to equipment. Kyle is very professional, appeared extremely knowledgeable, was very transparent in sharing information and brought with him a full array of up to date equipment to perform maintenance.

Every single person I met or spoke with was a consummate professional. The original inspection and HVAC recommendation was completed by Dillon Blythe. He explained everything well, answered all of my questions, and was not satisfied until he knew I was comfortable. The installation was completed by David Gibson and JD Laney. They arrived on time, were polite and professional, also answered all questions, and completed their work well within the expected timeframe. Back at the office, Salina and Paige made me feel like family, and it was clear that they wanted my relationship with Travis Crawford to be top notch. I rarely write reviews, but this company deserves my best effort. They certainly gave me theirs!

Thankfully I was referred to Travis Crawford and I have been pleased since my first call to schedule the appointment. I highly recommend working with Travis Crawford Heating Cooling & Plumbing! We woke up to a leak in our ceiling that we eventually found out was due to the AC pan overflowing. So not only did we have a leak in our ceiling, but no AC on a very hot day! Mark with Travis Crawford was able to come out within a few hours, and diagnosed the problem, gave us solutions with financing, and temporarily fixed our AC while he was there! They scheduled us conveniently for when we'd be traveling (just a few days later, so fast!) and their install manager also gave us a window unit AC to use while our AC was struggling in the meantime.

Amidst all of this, we had some issues with our loan application (no fault of TC) and the owner, Jeff, made himself available to get this figured out for us with the financing company. He also called and texted regularly to make sure his team was handling everything for us (they always were, from the techs to the team in their office) and truly made this pretty stressful situation VERY easy on us. Again, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Jeff and the Travis Crawford team!!

We had Travis Crawford replace our upstairs and downstairs systems this year. Before replacing the upstairs unit, Travis came out on a weekend a couple years ago and we repaired it to get some additional life out of it. We have confidence in their technicians and we feel that there pricing is fair. Brandon did a great job talking over the pros and cons of one unit vs another..brand and size options. I also really like that we generally have the same technician for our annual service.

I had a massive spike in my power bill and noticed my heater couldn’t keep up anymore. I called the office and they had Dillon come out the next day to diagnosed the issues. We quickly realized it was just too old to save, and started looking into replacing it. They were able to get a whole new system installed the next day! Their install team was professional and did a very clean job. I was extremely impressed with the whole experience from start to finish.

Office heating failed during cold snap. Called the on call tech, Mark, who answered quickly. He got me on the schedule for the next day. He came on Friday afternoon, diagnosed the problem and was able to patch it until a new unit could be installed. They scheduled the install of a new system one and a half weeks out but had a cancellation and moved us up to one week later. Excellent quality, very professional and knowledgeable.

I arrived home after leaving outpatient surgery to no air conditioning. I’ve been using this team for years and quickly gave them a call. The technician arrived and provided some very hard and expensive news of a deep rooted issue and a complete gutting was needed of the entire hvac assembly and duct work. The owner and front office worked through all options with me and the teams were scheduled immediately. This was two fully extended days of labor. The install team stayed until 10pm on Memorial Day weekend Friday night to ensure things were working properly. I don’t write reviews, but this business is top notch and should be recognized across the organization for their customer service, operations and office staff.

We were very please with Travis Crawford Heating and Cooling. We had a complete HVAC inspection done on a 16 year old home that we are under contract to purchase. Jason was the technician and he was very thorough and explained everything very well to us about his findings. I would highly recommend this company. I'll be honest, I'm always skeptical of any kind of professional service (plumber, mechanic, etc) but I had a great experience with this company. Reached out on Sunday evening via website and got a call at 8AM on Monday. Had a tech at my house by 1pm. Jason was very knowledgeable and friendly. Diagnosed problem and corrected it after discussing options and even showed me the faulty parts and areas of concern. Did not try to pressure me into any particular service. I will eventually need to replace my A/C unit and will definitely be giving them a call.

They arrived on time and was very respectful. They sold me what I needed and not once they try to sell me up. They didn’t pull any nonsense like “ you need to start it up GENTLY”. The whole process was perfect, from setting up my appointment, diagnosing my needs, and installing a new HVAC system at my house. Jeff was so patient and gave me several options without being pushy or trying to oversell and came in well below the other quotes we recieved. There was a small noise after the install (due to my old duct work) and the installation technician went back up in the (HOT) attic and diagnosed and fixed the issue before he left. Could not have had a better experience. While waiting for our install, they brought three portable cooling units to our home. At one point, there were seven trucks/vans at our home completing the job on a Friday night along with the owner being present. We are most impressed!

Travis Crawford’s team arrived when they said , with that they needed to help me install a washer and drier in our basement. This is the 3rd home I’ve used their services for HVAC and plumbing needs. I highly trust them in my home and think they offer quality work for the price.

I was hoping for so much more based on the reviews, but at the end of the day my experience was average. I had to call them in a pinch because my normal guy was out of town. Our ac upstairs and down stairs went down at the same time. Both units are old and near end of life. The tech came out took a look at the main unit and said it's probably the capacitor. He checked and it wasn't the capacitor, so he said must be the fan motor. We would have to pay to replace it at what I learned was $1100 and, in his opinion, we should just replace the whole thing as when the fan went out the compressor probably went with it. So he left us with quotes between 8 to 12 grand for one unit including the furnace and outdoor unit. I broke down and called my guy even though he was on vacation (small business). He said all of that had to be wrong and was way too much money on all fronts. Over the phone he bet the fan motor was dead and was so confident had a family member come out and replace it and told us if it didn't work he would take the cost of the part off a new unit if we end up needing a new unit. Long story short this was a $375 repair and they tried to get between $1100 (repair) to $12,000 (new unit) depending on how you slice it. I rate them average because these days all the techs come out say the unit has aged out and R22 Freon is hard to find or they don't offer it and push for the new unit. Sometimes taking the small repair is better it makes a customer for life and gains your tons of referrals.

Repaired leak in copper Freon line at condenser connection from previous poor workmanship by another installer. Did good work but overly expensive. Pricing is $100 for basic service call plus fixed price quoted repair after diagnosis. Needed soldiering of joint in copper line and refill of 7 lbs Freon. Total $1350 for 4 hours. Kind of like going to a doctor and not being able to price shop due to already being there. Tech was knowledgeable and professional. Lots of high tech equipment to preform service.

Travis Crawford Heating Cooling & Plumbing provided EXCELLENT service during my experience. They were very timely as my HVAC system had gone out and we were approaching 90 degree days coming up. They came to my home quickly after I called them to consult and make recommendations. Joey (the technician) gave me my options and once we agreed on the system, they set up the installation and they were off to the races! Yon and Jaron (the installers) arrived as promised first thing in the morning, were very professional when they talked to me getting set up and then they did their thing. The TRANE unit I purchased is very nice and very efficient, much more so than my old unit. I am very satisfied with the unit and with Travis Crawford's team support and I will highly recommend them for service!

Travis Crawford Heating Cooling & Plumbing installed a new AC unit, added ductwork and vents, and a new wi-fi thermostat.

We called Travis Crawford Heating Cooling & Plumbing when our AC stopped running and quickly after Travis arrived to diagnose the issue (because he was in the immediate area). We needed a new compressor or could get a new unit. We chose a new unit because ours was old and we needed a larger one to accommodate our sunroom that did not have vents.

Travis scheduled for a new unit installation the next day, 8/20/21. The technicians called to let me know they were on the way and would arrive at the time scheduled 8:30am. I also received text with photos and info about the techs before they arrived. Very professional touch! They let me know what they were doing every step of they way and asked my opinion on where the new vents should be placed. Much appreciated!

They did a fantastic job, and had my house cooling down by the end of the day before they left. They told me what app to use for the thermostat and made sure I was up and running. I didn't even have to go 24 hours without AC in this 90 degree heat. We are so thankful for Travis Crawford! They even brought us a swag bag! Our A/C went out, and they were able to get us scheduled for a replacement to be installed in under a week and a half. The workers were punctual and friendly, and were in and out by mid afternoon.

They replaced our unit on New Years Eve and encountered multiple, unexpected (and complicated!) issues. There were five or six guys here on our house at 7pm and they were all working extremely hard to get it resolved. We felt awful that they were here on a holiday but they could not have been kinder and reassuring that they'd get it all sorted out, and indeed they did. I had this company come out for an emergency service call when my A/C went out during the summer with an infant at home, and they were on-site within 24 hours and had the system back up and running right away. When it came time for a new unit they provided a competitive quote and the install went smoothly. Had them out for a service call a year or two later and just as before the company was very responsive and resolved the issue quickly. If you have an HVAC or plumbing need I would definitely check them out.

Attic access was not an issue and the job was done in less than 3 hours. That is $270 per hour when you do the math for one person's work

To add insult, TC texted me the next day saying I owed another $52 because they calculated the tax wrong

Dillon has serviced my system for years. The team at Travis Crawford are absolutely the best!!! From minute one of scheduling till following up that the job was to my satisfaction is hard to find. Cudos to the team at Travis Crawford.

I've used Travis Crawford HVAC for the past three years for system maintenance on and old AC (20 years old) and the first two years they got the thing running more efficiently (I could see a noticable drop in my power bills) and this year they identified that the AC had a refrigerant leak that wouldn't be fixable and would eventually kill the AC. They promptly scheduled a replacement and even moved up the installation day when (as predicted) it failed. I haven't used others in town and never will.

The HVAC technician inspected and cleaned the HVAC unit, inspected the thermostat, recommended a solution with the ductwork, provided an estimate and had the office schedule the project.

Crew members were unfailingly courteous - Sir, Ma'am, Mr., Mrs. - any time they interacted with us. They answered our questions and cleaned up thoroughly.

Each and every contact in person and on the phone was courteous and prompt. Everybody wore facemasks (due to COVID-19) and booties inside. The business processes are done well. We are happy to recommend this company to our friends and neighbors and anyone who views this comment.

Was unfamiliar with until I heard their radio commercials. They are the best commercials I think I have ever heard period. Absolutely brilliant marketing in my opinion.

I first called Travis Crawford a year ago because my A/C wasn't working in the middle of the summer. He came out the same day (at 7pm, no less) because it was so hot outside. He quickly determined that it was a minor issue, fixed it, and didn't charge me because it only took him a minute to fix.

I called him again this year because my freon was low. He fixed it quickly, at a fair price, and gave me reasonable estimates for a longer term solution for my bad A/C unit.

I strongly recommend his company's services.

Joey was great. He fixed our problem super quickly and gave us tips on AC main fence and what we can do for future maintenance. We were without AC for 4 days and so happy it’s back!

He was thorough, polite, respectful of my home office work environment and didn't leave a spec of dust! The tech was on time, very friendly and courteous. Gave me very honest feedback explaining what he looked at and why he had the feedback that he did. We will definitely be using them again.

I have used them for years. We do our service with them at season changes and repairs. They always show up on time, do it right the first time and don’t try to gouge you. I am excited they are now offering other services since i know i can trust them. Local people, the employees are like family to each other and they have high ethics. That’s hard to find.

We were quoted for a new system from Travis Crawford ranging around $8000 and another company fixed the problem for $550 with the changing of a part. Buyers beware.

Poor customer service. Asked for clarification of a part they installed in my rental home, but no response after 2 weeks. They did respond, and fix the heat in my unit fast though, tenants were happy.
