We lost hot water. And from what I could tell it was not going to be an easy fix. Brian was the tech they sent out. He was very thorough with his explanation of the issue and took pictures to document their opinion on how to proceed forward. They outlined the options and explained each one thoroughly. There was no pressure for sales and they took care of it immediately once we made a decision. I've used other plumbing services in the past and I was very impressed! I would ask for Brian again. Amazing service and professional plumber who didn’t give up and fixed the problem! Dustin is THE BEST! After a YEAR of hot water issues and many many many plumbers in and out of our house supposedly fixing the issue or just adding this or that in attempts to quickly fix it, Dustin listened to the entire story, assessed everything and spent literally 7 hours here until he finally fixed the issue. He wouldn’t give up. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I am/ was impressed and am thankful to have finally found a qualified plumber!

Stan in Charlotte NC was extremely professional. He was informative, efficient, and polite. All three of these are very important to me in a service call! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I feel like the price was kind of high, and the technician didn't arrive in the estimated time frame. Unfortunately, we discovered an issue with our hot water heater and contacted our home warranty company. Fortunately, Charlotte Plumbing Masters were sent to our home! It was our first-time doing business with them, and we had an excellent experience! John R. was amazing! He was very professional and took the time to explain everything, and I learned more about plumbing in the 10-15 minutes of him explaining the inner guts of our hot water heater! He is considerate, respectful and takes pride in his work. He even won our dog's love! I also have to give a shout out to Carol - she was amazing as well. So considerate and went above and beyond to help us deal with certain issues with our warranty company. Her customer service was wonderful. It was refreshing to deal with such a class-act company! I highly recommend calling Charlotte Plumbing Masters for all of your plumbing needs!

These guys were sent out by Lowe's Installation service. I have to say that the service and price was fantastic. Corey, the tech with Bliss, dis a great job and I am glad that he was able to get my issue fixed in a timely manner.

Melissa is the shining diamond of IRV. She took my issue and didn't give up until we made it to the finish line with my home warranty company. They replaced my entire air conditioning unit upstairs...and Melissa was the driving force behind it all happening in a timely fashion.Do yourself a favor and use IRV!

Reed was awesome! Fixed and capped a gas line sticking out of the wall. Very knowledgeable. Great price great service!

Eric Dalagan and his team are amazing. We have had two issues with sewage water that have been a nightmare but Eric and his team made all better. I cannot say enough good things here - but know you couldn't be in better hands. Incredibly professional, very caring and compassionate, very prompt with immediate service - I am extremely thankful for Eric!!! A+ Roter Rooter on service and employees!!!!!

Leonard was very quick in diagnosing and resolving the leak I believed to exist. I loved the fact that he was able to tell me exactly what the job was going to cost before proceeding and made sure that everything was working properly before leaving. He was so quick and quiet my 2 yr old son was able to nap through the process in the next room. I've used other plumbers in town and I will definitely be calling E.R. Plumbing if I need a plumber again.

Just had a wonderful experience with these gentlemen.I called and they picked up immediately (I called 3 other 5-star plumbers before calling them who still haven't called me back!). Call them first and you will save a lot of frustration.

They made an appointment for only a few hours later. They were polite, efficient, friendly with my dog, and took care of my emergency issue (broken drain pipe under the sink) as well as several smaller issues in the bathroom (leaky pipe that just needed to be tightened, another pipe that needed to be replaced, etc).

I especially appreciated that they told me that one pipe just needed to be tightened, when I thought it needed to be replaced. After they left, I was so happy with their work that I changed my mind about something that I had planned to DIY - called them and they were still in the neighborhood- they were very nice about being called back and actually fixed it for FREE!

My heat went out so I called my home warranty company. After two-days of them being unable to find and available contractor, I called Travis Crawford. I chose them because of the owners ads I had heard on the radio. I thought he sounded genuine and I wanted to see if it was really that good of a company.

SImply, the Best!! The girl that took my call assured me that they were completely booked for the day, but they would consider me as an emergency case and someone would contact me to set up a late afternoon of evening appointment. Jared stopped by on his way home after a very long day. He was considerate, professional, kind and seemed genuinely concerned about getting the issue diagnosed quickly, but accurately. It's a very old system, so I knew it would provide a challenge.

Because the repair parts (multiple) failed and because of the age of the unit, a repair could not be done. I opted to put in a new unit because the quote provided was reasonable (I knew prices were going to go way up in 2023), and I was getting ready to sell the house.

The earliest they could get installers to the house was a few days away, so Jared offered to provide space heaters, but I graciously declined. I always wanted to buy a couple anyway, so it gave me an excuse.

The installers, David and John H. arrived on time and like Jared, were extremely polite, professional and skilled at their jobs. David took a look at everything and said, this should take about 5 - 6 hours. He was spot on. They cleaned up everything, removed all that they brought and hauled away a drip pan that a previous HVAC company had left in my garage a year ago. This company, and everyone who works there are wonderful, caring, compassionate folks. You feel warm being in their company or talking with them on the phone. If I had an HVAC issue in the home I moved into, I would first contact Travis Crawford to see if anyone was interested in doing a job over 400 miles away.
They're so amazing, I would be willing to pay travel and hotel expenses for a crew, just so I could use Travis Crawford!

Friendly and fast service. The finished work looked good too. Daniel was able to answer all my questions. Got some great advice on what to watch out for in an older place like ours. Will definitely be referring others and will be using CPP for future work.

The folks at Roby were lightning fast for response. Allen came out and explained multiple options available. He was very articulate and was a good customer advocate. He also was great about following up, you just don't get that type of service anymore.
