After being blown off by other service providers, BF answered the phone (step 1 of running a successful service biz) and scheduled a tech (Travis) to come out. Showed up by the prescribed ETA window (step 2 of a successful service biz, showing up when you say). This was investment property that I was not present for, but Travis worked with my tenant (who said he was very nice and patient), he diagnosed and sent me photos of the obvious issue (broken toilet tank). He quoted me several price point options, we picked one and Travis had us a new working toilet same day.I have zero idea if BF was a good value or gouged me or what, but after outreaches to competitors that went into dead air, these guys responded, showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do at the price they said they would do it at. Time is short, I don't have time to haggle with multiple vendors or keep calling to get through, just come and get it done so I can move on with life and Travis at Ben Franklin got it done!

Jeremey came out to do an assessment of a water leak on the kitchen ceiling.
Jeremey had the problem isolated in about a half hour.
Very knowledgeable and explained the problem in a way that could be understood.
Would highly recommend this company for any plumbing problems.

I’m so glad I found this company. Daniel was awesome!! Very professional, efficient and honest. I have a spa business that needs running water and unfortunately the suite I’m in has no plumbing connections. He informed me this job would be very expensive & instead helped me set up a portable plumbing system! I was so grateful of his help because I have been trying to find a solution to my problem for months! He came and fixed the sink in 30 mins!! Would highly recommend this company, ask for Daniel. We worked with Johnny he was awesome! We needed a toilet repair quick since we had guests coming to town and my neighbors recommended this company. I was very impressed with how fast he was able to fix the problem, his communication prior to arrival (gave me a friendly call prior), and his kind personality. I also felt the service was a good value for the time it would have taken my husband and I to DIY the issue and order the correct parts on our own. I will definitely be calling them again in the future!

We had 3 drains that were slow to drain. I had tried all I knew to attempt to clear them. Called All About the Pipes and Mike came the next day. Very knowledgeable and professional.. He explained all the steps he took to clear the issue. We have an older house with older plumbing so he finally was able to determine that the single blockage was affecting the two sink drains and the shower drain as well. By accessing the problem by way of the vent in the attic he cleared the obstruction with the result that all the drains are clear and emptying quickly and as they should.
Mike was efficient and thorough, and I couldn't be more pleased with the work he did.

John Ritchie was the only plumber who was able to fix our gas leak at the Quality Inn & Suites Rock Hill. After calling numerous other large national companies, Mr. Ritchie was the only one who came out and was able to fix it. I would definitely recommend his services for both residential and commercial services. He does exceptional work at reasonable prices.

I can't say enough about McCoy Plumbing. They were extremely kind, patient and helpful. We had a major sewer line repair and we really couldn't have asked for someone better to do the job. I highly recommend their work.

We have used John a number of times. We find him very responsive and creative and consistently goes the extra mile. When we were looking at replacing our second hot water heater, he suggested removing the second hot water heater and using just one. It worked beautifully and saved us a lot of money both for the heater itself and it electric bills. He carries an excellent line of plumbing products that are not found in the big box stores. He replaced a toilet that was constantly getting clogged with a Toto brand toilet. He also replace a broken faucet with the brand he recommended. We couldn’t be happier with our new faucet and toilet. We highly recommend Pathmaker!
