Ben Franklin was hired by our HOA to fix a water leak underneath the slab of our townhome. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago. The first repair indicated that they needed to go further under the slab because there was a second leak. They fixed the leaks and proceeded to leave the outside pipe closed off with a “Shark Bite” connection because it was late in the day. THIS IS NOT WHAT THEY VERBALLY DISCUSSED WHEN THE REPAIR WAS INITIATED BY ADAM. We were assured that it would be put back in the way it was PROMISED as to not have to worry about it again. We patiently waited the 2 1/2 weeks for them to return only to find out that they were NOT going to sweat on a new fitting but just to leave the “Shark Bite” on, fill in the hole (filled with muddy water) place a plumbing box in the ground around the fitting and clean out. A lid was placed on top and they left.Dishonest, lack of Character and Integrity. Don’t be fooled‼️

Wyatt Works does a great job! I needed a new water heater and they were quick to respond and they sent a tech out the next day to do the replacement. The heater is in the attic so it was a bit of a challenge to remove and replace but they got it done. Mike is great at what he does and he got a water heater that he recommends and is of good quality. It is definitely not a $600 lowes special after I reviewed the brand and the model number. This is the second time I have used them and the scheduling, service and communication is top notch. I would recommend!

Had a leak under the kitchen faucet. Called Option One to come fix. Scott was great and did an amazing job. I have a few more jobs that need to get done and I know I’ll be calling option one and specifically asking for Scott.

All hours is a joke name We called for emergency help after our water got shut off while we were on vacation and got Brett - couldn't have been more unhelpful and antagonistic. Go elsewhere for your 24/7 emergencies.

3-15-2019I called two companies and Rotor Rooter responded to my needs the best so I set the appointment with them to come out. Guess what they came the same day. I was surprise the would come as evening grew near. They sent a nice professional man named Darrin. He looked at my drainage and made sure I had good water supply and then he honestly told me the truth, my drain line in from of my home was not damaged or in any danger. I didn't get his last name but you have a great man with your company.I appreciated his honesty, he replaced my cap and he was done. Praise God for honest professional men like Darrin who is with an honest 5 star company like Rotor Rooter. Don't delay call them today!!Ms. Crippen

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. Ritchie plumbing is definitely a 5 star business. Jon has done several plumbing projects for us over the past year and installed a gas line for a cooktop range. He responds quickly, has fair pricing, and does excellent work. Give them a call!

thank you , thank you !! Matthew of D.R. Jordan was fabulous !! solved our crazy issue , easily and he's so knowledgeable. Who knew our AC unit drains into the same sink lines of an upstairs bathroom ? He did, solved our overflow/back flow issue....I'm a believer in the quality, workmanship and expertise of D.R. Jordan and his team !! I will call them again, and again !! Love the fact they are 24/7 and neighborhood offices .

Stan was very helpful and he explained what he was doing and why. Showed me what he was doing and what to look for. walked me through the process and that he was prompt and on time. was mindful or residence and cleaned up after himself. Gave various recommendations for preventive care. I would definitely recommend their service and Stan.?

So so happy with both the owner and the plumber out to our house, John! We have had a lot of issues with our plumbing with really old cast iron pipes that were in really rough shape when we bought the house. The owner came out to see what was up and walked us through potential problems and solutions and explained everything super well and explained what exactly could be going on without trying to freak us out! Just felt very prepared for what could be coming our way.

When they came back to try to fix the clogs, our pipes had a lot of issues with being able to access them properly, but they kept at it until they were able to figure out each issue! Which felt like one thing after the other, but they never gave up and proactively answered questions and gave more information on what had been happening. Showed me each step so I could be more educated about my own home too which I really appreciated. Didn’t give us the run around and they were both super honest and it really eased my mind! Saved us so much headache and stress. Thank you guys so much!
