Matt was terrific. On time, very professional, but also really nice and personable. My cat ? adored him. That, plus excellent work and great service, I will use Roby and ask for Matt specifically, the next time we need help. I have thought very highly of Roby for years and this was another example of their professionalism with a friendly safe feeling (I hate to say I have felt uncomfortable with some individuals in my home, but never Roby. Plus if the cat approves, I know he is a good guy.) In all seriousness, highly recommended.

Michael and Son did a furnace inspection/tune up for us. They were able to schedule us promptly, and communication was great. Tech arrived on time, was courteous and professional. Very satisfied and would use them again.
