Ben Franklin Plumbing (and Travis) responded, arrived when promised, quoted me a price for the work upfront, and solved my plumbing problems. The house is old, and has semi-regular issues - BFP has always solved the problems for me.

We have.a house currently under contract and the inspection report came back noting several plumbing-related findings to be expected in a home that's more than 70 years old. Seth Wyatt and I connected directly as we no longer live in the Charlotte area and the home was vacant. He went by to check on our property and confirmed that our needs would be prioritized at the first of the week. WyattWorks sent Mike out whom we've worked with multiple times with multiple properties. Mike is fantastic. He did a thorough review of all inspection findings and resolved all outstanding issues. I received a phone call, with photos, was able to pay for services over the phone and got a complete summary with paid receipt to forward to our buyer. We just love WyattWorks. Highly recommend.

Finally! A plumbing company in Charlotte that actually cares about their customers. Mr. Rooter has been here three times fixing contractor level work from the builder in a house that's only 7 years old. We upgraded all three toilets and a garbage disposal. Each visit, William has taken the time to educate us on preventative maintenance to avoid any potential problems in the future, all while training his helpers to do it the right way the first time. Clean, affordable, efficient, knowledgeable and polite. Way to go Mr. Rooter!

Thomas and Cameron did a great job replacing our water line. They were able to come out quickly and get the job done.

Had an emergency on a Sunday evening at 6:00pm. Had a burst pipe on the hot water heater and it was filling the crawlspace with steam and water. Called AAA City Plumbing and got a call back from them in just a few minutes. The person on the line walked me through turning the water off so it would stop leaking until the tech got there. Waide arrived about 45 minutes later. I was very impressed with Waide. He was very friendly and personable and wore a mask the entire time. He fixed my leak in about 30 minutes and I couldn't be happier with the response time, the service and Waide's professionalism and demeanor. He was a joy to have at our home and we will definitely call AAA City Plumbing next time we need a plumber!

Under full disclosure, All About the Pipes, is our one and only Charlotte plumbing digital marketing client. We've actually turned away a far amount business as it wouldn't be fair to have conflicting opinions and priorities.

Anywho, I had an issue with the ejector pump at my house, which we've just bought 2 months ago. Didn't even know what an ejector pump was until 2 days ago until I got the smell of...is that what I think it is, run to the trashcan smell. One of the perks of our fancy new house (outside of a broken ejector sewer pump and faulty wiring and lots of other pleasures) was a home warranty. So when this thing broke I called them up ASAP. They sent out these 2 pluming brain wizards who were planning and prepared to tear the whole thing out of the ground to the tune of $3500. Seemed a bit off especially because they didn't look at it but whatever. So I call my friend and client Chris w/ AATP up at 6:30 or so last night and he says be careful and don't do anything crazy...I'll be in there first thing in the morning. So, Chris shows up on time like he said and jumps into descrambling my crazy story I'm telling him while he's tearing this pump apart. He immediately diagnoses the problem, which was a $30 part, goes and picks it up and installs it. All the while he's telling me how this system works and maintenance and all kinds of other plumbing related things in my house as well.

Bottom line. In all aspects of your life, work with people that you know, like and trust. Chris and the entire team at All About the Pipes are true professionals. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

McCoy Plumbing has fixed/replaced many things for us over the past several years: our hot water heater, bladder tank, shower heads and leaky pipes. I have called in a panic each time and someone has always answered the phone. On a couple of occasions we actually needed a well or septic company and they were able to tell me who to call after I texted a few pictures of our issue. They’re great!!

We contacted him for a valve replacement and he was great. He explained what he was doing and what to expect from it. We are very grateful for him and will recommend him to friends if they need a plumber.
