I am so impressed with Mr. Sparky. We paid 250 dollars (Plus 60 for a ladder) for another contractor (Craftsman Republic). Our large ceiling fan really required 2 installers. Craftsman Republic sent one installer and he struggled with the fan. He started cussing out the fan as if it was a person out of frustration. Upon installation, the ceiling fan had a terrible wobble. He had a lame excuse that wobble was normal - even at low speeds. Shocking!! Craftsman Republic sent the original installer for re-install and repair. But, he showed up with a ladder that shorter than the original one. He was hopeless and could barely reach the bottom of the fan. The installer (Visit #2) failed to address the terrible wobble. He abruptly left the house while I was on the phone with the manufacturer. I called Craftsman Republic and left several emails but did not receive one response. The bottom line is that Mr. Sparky by Wise Electric Control came to the rescue. I had lost faith in anyone showing up and doing a fine job. Will and his helper were simply outstanding. I am so impressed that I immediately ask for estimates of another ceiling fan, recess cans and additional lights throughout the house. As a business, I take customer service and showing what right looks like. Mr. Sparky's aptitude, professionalism and customer care shows what right looks like. Craftsman Republic showed what wrong looks like. Although I will never get my money back from Craftsman Republic, I know have a true electrician who gets the job done. Have a great day and I look forward to Will (& Mr Sparky) coming back to our home. BTW, Craftsman Republic is the local installer for anyone purchasing fans through 1-800 Lighting. It is not 1-800 Lighting fault. I put the blame of losing 310 dollars squarely on the door step of Craftsman Republic. I want to say thank God for Mr. Sparky. I am enjoying my fan. I even took a picture of Will and his helper taking care of us. They certainly welcome to Mi Casa.

Arc’d a breaker that carries the A/C and the Bobby came over first thing on a hot Monday morning and treated me to some solid observations and advice.

All for the most reasonable cost too.

We are first time home buyers and have no experience getting electrical work done. Luis was able to come out and do a quote the same week that we called and able to come out to do the work (upgrade the electrical panel and change out some outlets) the following week. Luis was great - he explained everything to us, didn’t try to “sell” us more work, and worked with us to help us stay in our budget. We’d absolutely use Viva Electric again!

Mack made time to come out and diagnose and repair the issue within 12 hours of contacting him; he used time between jobs to drive 40 minutes to help us. The first way to describe him is knowledgeable - this was vital to our issue because what we thought was a simple breaker replacement turned out to be more. He found the problem through an experienced process of diagnostic elimination. Voila. . .there's the source of the problem and it wasn't the breaker and we would never have found it.

We are more than grateful for his expertise and his ability to help us so quickly - the lights are back on! He will be coming back to do more projects for us because he is now our go-to electrician.

Fantastic!! Ron Woods and team are the best. In the past, I have never had luck with any electrical contractor until I found No Shorts Electrical. This company is great! Not only is the team professional, but very accomidating. They fit into my schedule unlike other companies that are very ridigid. I will use only this electrical company in the future.

Did a couple of jobs at my previous home, sold the house and had the inspection done to find a myriad or issues with the electrical work performed by Tom and his colleague. Including, issues with the breaker box, no labeled correctly, popping out blank covers in the box, leaving a hole in the side of my house. They also installed recessed lighting in the kitchen, upon inspection it was discovered that duct work was damaged do to careless or aggressive install tactics Overall a shoddy job was done and I had to pay someone to come out a repair the work they did.

I had a Tesla Wall Charger installed. Dusty Rhodes came out to do a quick inspection, called a nearby supplier to find a few tough to find parts unique to my circuit breaker, then came back out and did the job quickly and professionally. He was very accommodating and straightforward. He came in under his original estimation (and under similar costs to do the install posted in other reviews). I found him to be honest and professional, and based on that I'd highly recommend him and Bates Electric. I did get dropped once when I called for initial service (reference to another review I saw here), but they were friendly when I called back and gave me a quick estimate and scheduled my appointment.

We have used Roman Electric 2 times now and we are very pleased with both projects. There is a reason we called them back... Very hard to find good tradesmen that are good at what they do, courteous, punctual and a good value.

EU Electrical Contractor did a light for me in my kitchen. The light looks great and the job was completed quickly. Customer service was great as well! 100% recommend to anyone in need of an electrician.

Below is a picture of the flashing at the mast head. When brought to the electrician's attention, it was repaired (somewhat). Anyone who installs mast heads needs to know how to install the roof flashing that goes with it. Recommendation for improvement. Overall, from what I can see it was a good job. Got a quick quote. Company go the job done quickly. Lots of communication from the office staff about scheduling. Thanks.

Tommy arrived and resolved my leaking faucet and toilet issue. He was professional and knowledgeable and very nice. I was grateful that I could get an appointment within 1 day of calling. The schedule was also very nice. They confirmed the appointment by email and called 15 minutes ahead to say he was on his way. I will always call them in the future and ask for Tommy.

Powersource installed and continues to maintain our whole house generator unit. They did a great job and we’ve been very happy, especially when the power goes out! ?

I scheduled an appointment with one of their technicians (Robby) but he was a no call-no show. I called him and left a voice mail on his cell phone, asking if he was going to be making it but he never called me back. When I called into the office, the lady that answered the phone indicated that the technicians set their own schedule so I'd just have to speak with him about it.

Pretty poor customer service all around.
