I've used Julian's Plumbing on several occasions and they've always been spot on! I've dealt with Jason and he's not only courteous and professional, but he's super knowledgeable and willing to explain the problems and solutions in full. These guys are A+ and I highly recommend them!!!

We heard a leak underneath our house in the morning after losing water pressure. After shutting off the main line water, we were looking for a plumber. I called QC plumbing and they had a cancellation and had someone out within an hour. They fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I was expecting a large bill, or an explanation of how many problems we had, but neither one happened. Great service, friendly, and professional. They also took the time to show us the problem. Will use again! Thanks Josh and the crew.

Mr Michael Fisher was my service tech. He is every customer's professional service tech. Professional, courteous and he leaves the work area cleaner than he found it. I highly recommend Mr Fisher. Benjamin Franklin plumbing should be commended for having an individual such as Mr Fisher representing them. Kudos to Mr Fisher!

They are very quick to find the water line leak outside. Because the line was old and numerous tree roots in the yard, I chose to replace the entire line. Everything was replaced the next day, the job was complete by 11:30 am. Very pleased with their service.

Chad was our plumber at my fitness gym. He was very nice and knowledgeable. We had a feminine product stuck down there. Unfortunately he broke his auger (sp?) and in the process broke our toilet. BUT he replaced it and cleaned our floors. He will be our preferred guy from now on. The company is close to us and I was surprised that it only took 2 hours to complete the service. Thanks guys!

We've been using Mr. Rooter for years, for everything from installing a garbage disposal to repairing a gas fireplace, and we've always been impressed with their work, responsiveness, and professionalism. They're one of the best home services companies we've found, period. They may not be the cheapest out there, but their prices are a bargain for the quality.

Shane came out to help last May 2022. I just received several high water bills in a row and he came back out to inspect the previous repairs for leaks. He quickly discovered the problem and wrote up a fair and affordable estimate to repair it for us! Next day service on both visits and excellent customer service across the board. I highly recommend these folks for all your plumbing needs! I haven’t found a better price locally.

This was the second time that Chris Jones (from the Charlotte office) fixed a plumbing issue at our house, and each time he completed the work efficiently and professionally. The overall experience was excellent, and I highly recommend him.

Brett and David were terrific. Our 40 Gallon Rheem gas water tank in the garage had been leaking, and water was pooling at the bottom of the tank for about 3 days. Brett and David came out within an hour or two of the call, and their work was very professionally done. I highly recommend them for their service. Work was done in one day on 12/10/2015.

We had a backed up kitchen sink during the weeked and called Roto-Rooter out to fix it. Daniel got here on time, was very friendly and courteous. Explained everything very well and in detail. Overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter!

I was doing a small kitchen Reno and needed help moving a sink drain so I got multiple quotes from local plumbers and Dustin with all about the pipes was definitely the most knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. His quote was very fair for the work requested. Dustin also came the day of the work to make sure everything went smoothly. I have already scheduled to use them again!

We have used Jim Dickerson for many years and they do good work and stand behind their work. They are probably not the least expensive but the price is fair.

They Missed our first appointment together. I wasn't too upset cuz I know things happen. Spoke with a very nice lady on the phone at their company. My first contact was with a gentleman that told me they don't charge to come out to give an estimate. That's because they don't give one. I got home and the technician just fixed it and handed my wife a bill for $250. He told my wife if it was anything more they didn't do that kind of work or maybe he didn't in the company and somebody else would, on that I am slightly confused. I told them on the phone my neighbor simply ran over the pop-up drain at the street connected to my French Drain and water was now pooling, I was concerned it was cracked underneath. So it wasn't like he was coming out to my house not knowing what was going on. Showed up, put some rocks under it to bring it up slightly of course it's on a terrible angle putting pressure on the pipe underneath it since it's Underground and now probably cracked. Was there 15 minutes for $250 and told my wife that we would probably have to call somebody else to fix it the right way. Great service, great communication, great pricing.... none of that is applicable to this company from what I experienced.
