I needed to replace a gate valve for my water shut off and my HOA insisted I hire licensed plumber for insurance reasons. I went ahead and opened the wall to gain access to the valve, bought the parts, and coordinated with the city to shut the water off. All I needed QCP to do was drain the system and replace the valve which used pex pipe (Very easy). The first day they said they could do the work between 2:00 and 5:00. At 2:45 I called them and they said they wouldn't be there till 5:00. This is after I had already scheduled the city to turn off the water and told all 93 home owners the water was going to be off between 2:00 and 5:00. I looked stupid to my HOA, neighbors, property managers, and the city water utility. The next day they argued with me for 15-20 minutes about how to drain the system and ended up refusing to do it. I had to get the guys from the city to help me out. Then QCP didn't have the fittings they needed to install a simple valve and left to get one from the store. In my opinion, a good plumbing company would stock these parts on their truck to save time. Then they insisted on using a push-to-connect fitting for a permanent valve installation that would be behind drywall. But push-to-connect style fittings are only for temporary emergency use. They stating this would be quicker. I asked multiple times for them to just use a crimp fitting and they said I just used one of these the other day. A skilled plumber could install a crimped fitting which is much more secure just as fast. They ended up cutting the pipe too much for the fitting they bought so the pipes were in a lot of tension after installed. I begged them to used the longer valve assembly I had to avoid the pipe pulling on the fitting, they did. Finally after taking 2 half days off work they spent over 35 minutes typing up my billed which they Did Not quote before doing the work. I feel it was high for the amount of work that was actually required which was only 5 minutes worth. You can see in the pictures below the original valve and the one the tried to put on with the pipe too short. In all I looked bad to a lot of people, I wasted a lot of time, I am nervous about the work done, I could have saved hundreds of dollars doing the work myself and done a better job. I see no value in hiring Queen City Plumbing.

My plumber, Travis, was friendly and did quick work, however he overcharged me significantly. He charged me nearly $4,000 to replace my water heater, I later learned that the max value of such a heater is three grand. I won't be doing business with this company again.

I had Wyatt works install a garbage disposal! The upfront communication from the Office personnel for scheduling was amazing!! Justin the technician was prompt, described everything in detail and did an immaculate job installing the garbage disposal!! Definitely recommend them and will for sure use them again!!

Had a slow drain kitchen sink other plumber came to clear, instead of clearing the drain they clogged it up completely and said I had to get expensive hydro jet done , Mr. Rooter came and checked it out and had it completely cleared in 30 minutes with out having to get expensive hydro jet. They cleaned up and left me very happy.

Have a broken grinder pump. Was able to schedule online for an appointment, waited several hours and missed the window. Was told someone reached out, which is patently untrue. Wasted an entire day for an emergent situation, thanks to their unprofessionalism. Do not recommend.

We were very pleased with the work that was done by AAA City Plumbing. Shane, Franklin and Eric were all very professional, friendly and courteous. They were willing to answer any questions we had and gave explanations that we could understand. They were on time and kept our property in great shape as they did our project. We would highly recommend them.

Had an infestation of gnats in my drain so I called the professionals for drain cleaning services. I don't think I could of got rid of them without the help.

I can't say enough about these guys. Professional, friendly, timely, knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. All Hours Plumbing replaced my water heater and corrected previous installation errors. They were early to the appointment. Explained what they were doing and they held true to their original quote. I will not call any other plumber.

It pays to go with experience; Rooter Rooter knows this and staffs for it and trains for it; Marvin was perfect for our job; He had the experience to deal with our unique (veteran problems - our house was built in 1963); In a short amount of time our plumbing like new again and our lives back to normal!

I was impressed that IRV Plumbing was able to get a technician out to my house on the same day that I called to fix my hot water heater. Tony W. came out and fixed it after thoroughly explaining to me why it was broken. He had to replace both thermostats on the tank. He was kind, respectful and very knowledgeable. IRV Plumbing has a great employee in Tony and I would highly recommend this technician and this company.

Great service from Ritchie Plumbing. They fixed a broken sewer pipe for me in Charlotte for a very reasonable price compared to the competition. Friendly, prompt, quality service, and a fair price. I will definitely call them again. Rick

We were caught in a pinch due to our hot water heater leaking. We needed to replace it ASAP with a young infant at home. We called around and everyone continued to say not available until Wednesday or Thursday. This company and technician came the same day ( on a Saturday)and replaced our hot water heater. will definitely be using them for our future needs.

He provided various options to service/clean my drain, which had a slow leak. resolved the issue in a timely manner, and left things as clean or cleaner than when he arrived.
